Thank you Katherine for doing such a fantastic job piercing both of my daughters ears! We had an appointment for Abigail, age 12, but then Emma, age 14, decided she wanted hers pierced so we made an appointment for the following week. Katherine took her time with the placement and made sure we were good before she started. It took a lot longer with Emmas lobes because they were so different. Who knew? Both girls did fantastic, I was more nervous than they were! I chose All Aces because of the reviews and I wanted my girls to have a private setting for their piercing. Katherine was patient and attentive. Im so glad we went and the girls are so pleased with their new ear jewelry.I highly recommend All Aces Tattoo for piercings! Katherine is amazing! I needed my threadless nostril jewelry removed for my CT scan. I called 30 min prior to closing and she told me to come in. I called back to cancel bc I was in traffic and didnt think I would make it in time. She told me to come in anyway. I got there 10 min to closing. She washed her hands and donned gloves. She had the jewelry out in less than a min. I had been trying for months to remove the jewelry and she saved the day in less than 60 seconds. I would use her services again.

I just got my right nostril pierced and it was amazing :) no complaints!! it hurt a bit, but i have a low pain tolerance so that was expected. katherine was so unbelievably nice and just overall reassuring throughout the whole thing. any piercings i get in the future will definitely be here! i am 14, so if youre a minor like me make sure to bring your notarization form and some form of identification (i brought my birth certificate) and that your parent/guardian does the same!

I was pierced by Katherine who I thought did a great job. Very nice, respectful and professional. However, when I went to Big City Tattoo, they informed me that my tragus piercing was pierced with the wrong bar. Unfortunately, I had to take it out and I have to wait for it to heal in order to get it repierced with the correct jewelry. Do your research guys, I sure learned my lesson.

Walking in the door you are greeted by the Amazing Kathy. Appointments are easy and quick and if there is an emergency they call with plenty of heads up and help reschedule. The whole team is amazing but, Chris is an amazing artist that loves the art! He isn’t just looking for quick work to take your money! He takes his time and will talk openly about your ideas. He saved me from my imagination once or twice. Hahahha

Catherine is a master of her craft.Easily the best on Blanding Blvd.The shop is very clean and has a nice comfortable feel and fragrance to it.She is quite the perfectionist and really took her time to make sure I received what I asked for before even beginning.Going somewhere else for a piercing would just be a waste of time.

I got really dizzy at my appointment and they were so sweet & really took care of me. They gave me juice and a mint and sat with me until I felt better. They even walked me to my car! Thanks guys for helping me feel better after my appointment

I love my piercer! She has done all of my nose piercings and I was able to buy the prettiest septum jewelry. Im glad I pierced the other nostril. I have more confidence now. She is thorough and made sure she adhered to all hygienic protocols. I will be back to get something else pierced.

If you want any piercings all aces is your place! Ive gotten multiple piercings done here and they were perfect each time. I never had any issues. Katherine is amazing and very professional. The shop is kept pristine and she makes sure that everything is kept sterilized, these are two major things I look for. I will only get my piercings done here!!

Gotten my snakebites pierced for my 18th birthday and i couldn’t be anymore happier with how they turned out, and the overall experience. katherine was super kind and professional and didn’t even need to use clamps which it came out perfectly even. also not to mention it was my least painful piercing i’ve ever gotten. overall such a good experience and i even got a cleaning kit which i have never received from any tattoo/piercing shop ever. super professional and they definitely know what they’re doing. will for sure be coming back in the future. :)

Did my research before choosing All Aces to get my very first tattoo and I am SO glad I did. Chris was my artist and upon learning it was my first, and I am a 39 year old woman, went straight to work easing my fears and making me feel fully comfortable and confident. Its been 3 weeks now and my tattoo is fully healed, beautiful and SO worth what I paid, plus... Ive had SO many compliments on it. When asked, I have and I WILL send them down to All Aces. Katherine did a Medusa piercing for me, she took her own time to talk to me and talk me through how the piercing will go, she was also very helpful when I called her back 5 days later withAdditional questions, some of which she had already answered prior, during our session. Mike got me a quick appointment. It was a foot cover up. He helped me decide what would be the best thing so it wouldn’t look like a cover up. He did an amazing job. He has done most of my daughters tattoos as well and people stop her everywhere to look at a them. He has a great sense of humor and we will be back if we decide to get another one. Receptionist was also very nice and kept me update on the short wait while he finished another tattoo. This place and tattoo artist I highly recommend!!

First time getting two tattoos and honestly this place is the place to go to! The owner was VERY VERY VERY sweet and humble and always willing to make the wait comfortable and a chill atmosphere. Went in for my very first tattoo yesterday, was very nervous, and Im disabled, in a wheelchair so was nervous about that to, but they made me feel comfortable, woman at front desk was very sweet, and Chris did an amazing job on my tattoo, he was very honest with me about what would look good and what would not turn out good, he was very good at putting nerves to rest !

Went in for 2 piercings. Savannah did a wonderful job. Obviously it hurt to have it done, but she talked to me the whole time. She explained everything and even had me laughing at one point. My piercings are healing amazingly well. Highly recommend.

Got my first tattoo, ever! A simple design, but Nico took the time to review the design, asked if I wanted the entire design or just a few things. Took his time to ensure the tat would be exactly where Id wanted it and went to work. Clean facility, rated one of the top 10 places to go in Jacksonville. Nice front desk staff and quick! Didnt take long at all. I would recommend All Aces Tattoo.

Mike Hand has been my tattoo artist for a few years on and off from retiring. He’s a good guy and nice to talk to while you’re getting tattooed. He’s finally back though which is awesome. He’s done multiple tattoos on me and does some really good quality work. I originally got 4 sunflower on my right thigh about 2 years ago. I just went back about a week ago and got 3 more up my leg onto my hip. And they look awesome and are healing well.

I went to All Ace to get a VCH piercing done by Katherine as a recommendation of my GYN toEnhance sensitivity. I would have to say that Katherine was so professional and knowledgeable and she made me feel very comfortable with my decision. Pain level was a 3/10! Healing was easy and painless. She went over home care at length to make sure I understood everything! The shop was clean and everything she used was in a sterilized pouch! Lastly, the procedure was very reasonably priced compared to other local shops. I strongly recommend this piercing and recommend Katherine for the job!

Great place. Extremely clean, me and my fiance went to get tattoos and my brother and I got our nipples done here. When i got my nipples pierced Katherine made me feel so comfortable in a very vulnerable situation. When i went back to get a tattoo Katherine was somewhat rude, BUT i could tell she was either really stressed out or going through something so i let it slide. Mike Hand did our tattoos and we absolutely love them!! It was my fiances first tattoo and he has difficult skin and Mike just did wonderful with him. Will definitely be going back and i always recommend them for piercings!!! (:

I went today and got my nose pierced by Kathleen I believe her name was. I was so scared and nervous I know it started with a K, but she was amazing. She knew how scared and nervous I was and helped me through it. I will be back again thank you. And she is also very informal on what needs to be done and what will be done.

My friend and I just had our navels pierced here last night and we both had an excellent experience. There wasn’t really any pain, it was just an uncomfortable feeling. The after care was explained clearly and the piercer was very careful about cross contamination. I’ve been to other piercing places and they weren’t nearly as worried about bacteria as the piercer here. I was very impressed. I barely feel the piercing, she did such a good job. Will definitely come back for future piercings!

I had been in the market for a new tattoo for a few months. Im not from here so I wasnt sure where to go. I went into All Aces on a whim, as it is somewhat close to my house. I went in and spoke to Michael, told him what I wanted and set an appointment. I went in for my appointment, and he was ready in about 5 minutes. The tattoo was pretty painless for the size it was. Hes a really good guy, and quite funny. He made the time pass quickly and made the atmosphere very welcoming. He started the bottom half of my sleeve, and I will definitely be back for him to complete it! 10 out of 10 would recommend getting work done by him!!!

Brought my daughter to get a piercing. Was checking my work email while she was getting pierce and the lady rudely said to me she “doesn’t allow videotaping and to put my phone away.” I looked at her and replied “I’m not” and showed my phone, I said “I’m checking my work email.” Which she replied well you still have to put it away. Ridiculous. I’m an adult, you don’t know what I do for work and if I need to check my work email guess what I’m going to…..I would NOT recommend this place, very arrogant & rude..I would NEVER go back!The shop claims they have rules. Then POST THEM! There is nothing posted. Also checking an email is not a distraction. 🤷🏻‍♀️Also my daughters piercing is crooked and didn’t line up with the other side.

Went for a tattoo before covid and had the BEST experience...fast forward to my attempting to get my gauges changed and schedule a tattoo sesh. My 00 gauges are too big NOBODY wears them that big or has tools to change them. And wanted over $100 more for the same tattoo that another shop quoted me $150 less! And he only does black n grey. Very disappointed with the customer service and absolute embarrassment that my choice of gauges is disgusting...NEVER AGAIN! Do NOT want the mental health pain.

Chris Obrien is the only artist Ive ever had and its for a reason. Hes honest about ideas and has taken every jumbled mess Ive had and turned it into something perfect for me. People stop me every where I go in love with my tattoos. I watched Chris tattoo my husband before he worked on me and that was what did it for me initially. You can see when hes working how it flows so naturally and how much he loves what he does & I will follow him where ever he goes because he takes such good care of me. My piercing specialist was Yurgen. He was absolutely amazing. He re-peiced my nose. I was very pleased at how informative he was he allowed me to ask as many questions as needed. This second piercing was much easier than the first. I would definitely go back to All Aces Tattoo and Body Piercing again. You will not be disappointed.

Chris Obrien is an amazing tattoo artist he took a drawing and an idea that I had for a family tattoo and made it work in the area I really wanted it. My tattoo is beautiful and was carefully done. I get compliments on it all the time and its definitely my favorite. I was comfortable and enjoyed my time at the shop. I always recommend him when people are looking for tattoos and after I have my little one I definetly plan to go back and get more.

Got my nose pierced by Kat about 5 years ago and it was amazing. She was sweet and professional, gave me great tips on piercing care, and it healed beautifully. Even took care of me when I almost passed out the first time due to lack of food :) Definitely recommend!

Came here with my bf the other day for piercings. Absolutely loved the service. Everyone was so incredibly nice. Will definitely be coming back for more!

They may have been in the top 20 tattoo parlors in the area years ago but now, very unprofessional and the owner is a flat out lier. I went there because they were in the top 20 chart for the area. When I asked them normal questions about the tattoo artist she (the owner or manager) set me up with because I didnt see any of his work on their website,Like--- how long has he worked here? She said several months. Well the tattoo artist called me and had to back out the day before the appointment because of a family emergency. Well he said the reason that their wasnt any of his work on the website was because he just started working there about a month ago. I have several tattoos and one bad one and dont wish to have another bad one, so asking questions and being considered is the only right thing and professional thing to do. She the manager got all offended that I would even ask questions, and told me that I could go somewhere else and get a tattoo if I wanted to. So I did, I went to Fantasy tattoos right down the street and saw Shane he did a great job on my tattoo the lines are crisp and clear and sharp excellent job. If you want a piercing go to all Aces Tattoo if you want a quality tattoo go to Fantasy tattoos.

Chris Obrien is great, in fact the whole shop is great. Im a late bloomer, first tat at 50, half sleeve, I have 4 now. Ill be 52 June 30. Chris knows my style so I pretty much leave it up to him for designs. He also inked my wife,, and shes about to get more ink, so am I. If you want good quality work, Chris is your man, and all of All Aces.

I have been going to Mark for 10 years. He is the only artist I will use. He is unlike any other tattoo artists who can only trace a picture. He is a real artist and his free hand is amazing. His work has stayed the brightest of all my ink! His tattoos still look like they where done yesterday. I have sent friends to him for cover ups and been amazed with the results. I sent my wife to him for a wedding present to re-outline and re-color four of her old faded tattoos. It took him only two hours to make a night and day difference!!!!!

Chris OBrien is the only one I let do my tattoos I have had two other people do two of my tattoos because we could not find him but they have nothing on his work hes very sweet and does a damn good job on his tattoos i recommend him to everyone. If you want A tattoo chris is the best person to call .. he also tells u If some thing should be put a little different he wont let u Jack up ur stuff hes absolutely amazing and if you want Another tattoo he is the one to do it trust me you will not be disappointed his work is awesome. On the same day, I got a tattoo and nose piercing and thought I was good. Later that day, below my tattoo started aching me and when I removed the protective wrap that he placed, I saw it looked infected. It had fluid in a line on my arm where the wrap ended. My arm hurts so badly and not even where the tattoo was done but by the affected area. I sent him a picture of it yesterday and he seemed concerned, but today I’m not sure what happened when I tried contacting him. I tried to clean and place antibiotic ointment on it to get it better. I’ve had my nose pierced there twice before and had great experiences but I’m not sure what happened this time. He seemed nice and friendly so I hate placing this review but this is really bothering me. I reached out the day I saw the issue and he appeared to be concerned but the next day when I reached out via texts, it was undeliverable and no response. All I want is my arm to get better and feel like it will without further complications. Worst experience ever!!!! Wished I never got it done! I plan on going in person to meet with them for peace of mind and take it from there. I may have to end up to the ER for care/treatment if it doesn’t get better since it’s itchy and ache. So frustrated fright now!

A year ago I came here with the correct papers to get my septum done as a minor and they said that they do not do piercings on minors which is their choice obviously but they were rude about it. Today I called about getting a septum again (Due to complications I wasn’t able to get it at other places a year ago) and they charged $100 for septum with jewelry so I called another place nearby (big city tattoos) and they charged $60 with jewelry. I personally feel this place is overpriced. On the phone It also felt like they were talking down to me (I just freshly turned 18 but I sound like a younger kid) so I definitely won’t be going here.

Kera scene did my tattoo on November 18th and it still hurts is extremely bruised and feels scarred. Mind you this is not my first tattoo and I do not bruise easily. None of my other tattoos scabbed, peeled, bruised and hurt two weeks after having it done like this one has. I’m also not happy with the line work. None of the lines are straight and one of the numbers is higher than the rest. I felt as though she was rushing through my tattoo. I seen her work on Instagram and seen what she is capable of. I’m not sure why mine turned out the way it did when all of the others she has done are of higher quality.

I met Mark back in 2005. I went with a co worker that wanted to get his first tattoo. I already had tattoos so I thought it would be fun to watch a tattoo virgin. Mark did such a great job I started to go to Mark. Now several years later I have my chest, ribs, and half sleeves done. All by Mark. I have never gone anywhere else. I got my bottom lip pierced and hated it. I called them repeatedly and the lady that does piercings was never there. I finally was able to schedule an appointment but when I arrived she wasnt there. I had to wait an hour before she returned. When we went to the back she marked where the piercing would be. I asked if it can be a little higher and her remark was thats where its suppose to be or it will get infected I listened to her. I have gotten piercings before so I know the cleaning that has to be done. Within days the piercing became infected. Worse service ever

My friend and I both have Fibromyalgia and get bad migraines. In January after doing research on daith piercings we decided to get ours done. Kathy did our piercings. She was very kind and professional. She was also very knowledgable about the pircing and aftercare instructions. I am happy to report that I have not had any migraines since getting the piercing and both my friend and myself have noticed a reduction in pain and flare ups from Fibromyalgia. I would definitely recommend her.

Called for advice on a piercing I had done at another shop. Thought it was infected but after a rather expensive trip to the doctor was told it was irritated. Mike at all aces is literally a life saver! He replaced my barbell with a custom one that will help heal what the first shop did. Shop is super clean and very professional. Thanks again Mike!

My friend and I got piercings here for her birthday. The actual piercing went well, even though there wasnt much explanation and aftercare advice. A week later I had to go to another piercer to have the barbell changed since the first one was way too small and was embedding into the piercing site. Trying to change out an externally threaded piercing is almost as painful as the actual piercing. I didnt know places still pierced with externally threaded jewelry. But dont get me wrong, my piercer was very nice and Im glad I got my piercing done.

I got my ears pierced by Katherine Veronica, she did great, they look amazing and feel great, I would recommend her to anyone who wanted to get a piercing

Went in because i have friends who have been tattooed here and have said good things about it. I had no intention of being tattooed that day I was going in to see if i could schedule time with an artist to design the beginning of a sleeve only because my friend that was with me wanted to use this shop. I walked in HOLDING my 10 month old daughter, never put her down and didnt plan on staying more than 10 or 15 minutes. I was greeted by a receptionist who right off the bat had a bad attitude because lord forbid i ask about pricing. Then some man walked out of the back and his exact words were oh, a baby, in a tattoo shop, isnt that special I couldnt believe how rude the people were. Obviously i wouldnt bring my infant with me when I get tattooed but I literally walked into a business to try and schedule a CONSULT. But, judging by their general attitude towards us, they obviously get enough business that they feel they can be rude to anyone that walks in the door and it wont matter. Got my amazing work done a week later by an amazing artist at a much better price. Thanks but no thanks.

Brought my daughter in for her birthday and her first piercing and overall I wasnt terribly impressed. My biggest complaint was not having the piercing and procedure explained beforehand by the piercer (lucky having over 100 piercings, dermals and implants myself I was able to fill in what she didnt mention) also did not instruct her on how to slowly move off the table so as not to pass out (yes it was just a nostril piercing but I have seen many say they feel fine and end up on the floor just standing up after) but Im just a mom and not a professional piercer. Also having been told to use Dial antibacterial soap on a new piercing just spells trouble and anyone who has been piercing (and has piercings) knows that to be true. The piercing room was also dingy, worn and uninviting, the piercer wasnt *rude* so to speak, just very short and a bit condescending. On the plus side, the girl who greeted is and gave us our paperwork was very sweet and professional. *Sorry I forgot her name*. All in all not terrible, but a lot of room for improvement.

My wife and I had been looking for a shop since we relocated here from Ga. After looking around at some of the places around town Im glad we chose this one. Though I cannot remember the blonde headed ladies name I will say she was very sweet and courteous. Chris the artist was awesome and we WILL be using him again in the next week or so. I got my first tattoo here recently. i’m from atlanta so i was really worried about going somewhere i wasn’t familiar with, but i’m so glad i went. Everyone i met was welcoming and friendly. i had chris and he made sure i got what i wanted, and i LOVE my tattoo. they were extremely professional and thorough with everything i needed to know. not sure when, but i’ll have to make the drive back for my next one

I got my nipples pierced here almost a year ago, and I have been recommending AATBP to all my friends who want piercings, especially nipples done. The older woman who Jane Doe described as rude and abrasive was VERY sweet and honest with me! I asked if my bf could come with me into the back, and she told me no. Which actually... you know, makes sense. Because its a piercing/tattoo shop. On top of that, she very obviously knew what she was doing when she was piercing me, and they are completely even!

I love these guys and gals. They are so nice and helpful. I have gotten 3 tattos from them and my friends have all gotten 3+ from them. They work with you on the design and arent super expensive for good quality tattoos.

I just called to ask if they do micro dermal piercings because the place I just left advised me that no one in the city had micro dermals because of Covid. The lady who answered sounded so rude as if I was bothering her. Then she said they only did appointment only but didnt even offer to schedule me an appointment or thank me for calling. Just hung up on my face. The fact that I am also a business owner I wouldnt dare give my money to them to support her.

I went in with my friends on adrenaline, but I got at tattoo on my foot by Mark and I will not go anywhere else. He comforted me and talked to me the whole way through. A girl who also went with me with my tattoo got a piercing done (navel) by Katherine and it was also a good experience. She does not allow pictures and video during the piercing which is a good sign she takes pride in their work. They both have over 10 years in experience. I plan to get my navel pierced too and only by her.

Have you ever heard of public relations, or client retention? So make sure you do some research because my tattoos were horrible and Its not like they were hard tattoos to begin with !!! Its all about the details and precision and look at the A !!! The a has a dot/bump on the right line of it. And the heart is not even connected all the way through ! The lady did say the retouch would be free but honestly Im scared to go back and get it worse so no thank you !!!

Advertising that you follow all laws is not true at all! you tattoo under aged kids with no parental consent or signature, then lie and say they showed false ID, I have had work done by Mark & so have other family members, the work is great, but this is not acceptable. Practice what you preach before someone not so nice reports you.
