We took my niece to get her ears pierced at this location (Orland) on 4/10, and the associate (I failed to get her name) was very rude to us. She refused to honor the free earrings with a piercing promo. Then she refused to pierce my 36 year old sister in law’s ears because she didn’t have her ID on her. She didn’t even ask for her ID for my 12 year old niece, (her daughter)’s piercing. We’ve been to this location before without issue, but my sister in law wasn’t with us. I’m wondering if she was rude like this because she wears a hijab. After she begrudgingly did my nieces ears we noticed they were crooked and she didn’t even clean off the ink. She was very upset. We went to Lovisa to get my sister in laws ears pierced and it was half the price and they were SO nice. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER go to Claire’s.

The crew here, especially Victoria, have been so welcoming to me and my daughter. My daughter is 7 and was scared to get her ears pierced. In a show of good faith and for what it might look like, I got my right ear pierced a few weeks ago and it was painless when Victoria did it. After a play date with her friend (also named Claire!) my daughter was fixated on getting her ears pierced too, and I took her immediately to the same Claire’s where I went. Victoria kindly stepped in to offer the ear piercing to give my daughter a consistent experience, was super reassuring and encouraging, and as a result my daughter was walking on air and so proud of her own courage for getting her ears pierced. Beyond any of the jewelry and accessories, this kind of TLC from the staff makes all the difference. Staff members Sophia and Karrissa were also very kind and patient. We’ll definitely be back to this store in the future.

The young lady Francesca was absolutely awesome with my granddaughter! Very clean, patient and happy to do her work. We were so impressed, when we walked across the mall to Build A Bear to get my granddaughters 1st Birthday bear, we named it after her!!!

Got three people’s ears pierced here. Two were from a girl who was very snippy and rushed our piercing even though they just opened. She screwed up one of the ears on one of us because she didn’t take the proper time to measure the way she should have. So we came back and Victoria, who is the only reason this store is getting 5 stars, went above and beyond to fix the piercing and her customer service was amazing. Thank you for restoring my faith in this store and Claire’s!P.S.- Don’t let sissy pierce your ears!!

Claires is a good store for little girls, tweens and teens. Its just packed with so much stuff social distancing can be a challenge. Luckily we went on a day when it wasnt crowded. This is a great location and the young lady working was good.

Me and my two daughters visit this store April 18th. They have glass items in plastic shelfs on the edge so easily to knock down. My daughter made a mistake and knock a glass item down because of how they have their glass item display IN A KID STORE! I had had to pay for it which was no problem but when I tried to talk to the manager BRI she was ignoring me. I was trying to tell her you all shouldnt have glass items on the edge of a plastic shelf IN A KID STORE if we parents have to pay! But she wasnt trying to listen! Never will I visit again!!

This company has the most adorable earrings in the whole wide world. They even have really cool hair accessories and sell lip balms as well. The jewelry they sell here is also very lovely. We need more stores like this in the New Lenox area. That’s how much I love visiting this store.

Terrible store with even worst experience. The store is messy, with limited sales- only certain product are on sale even though it says “ buy 3 get 3 free”. The store sells cheap, defective and low quality Chinese toys and jewelry and fixing, replacing or getting a refund is Strenuous process. Bought a doll with broken leg ($15), the box says “do not return to the store-please email CS”. After emailing CS they claimed this was NOT their product and was asked to contact the third party with unknown number or contact information. Be prepared to deal with that if you buy anything there. Not going there any more.

I bought earrings for my daughters already pierced ears. She had them pierced for 5 years. I would always buy the hypoallergenic earrings from Walmart. They never did this to her ears. The moment I buy claires earrings, this happens. Its extremely infected. Huge holes in both of her ears. She in so much pain. I will never shop at another claires again my daughter only had them in for 3 days..these earrings should be taken off the shelves. It was eating at her ear it seemed like.

Please don’t get your ears pierced here I’m in excruciating pain trying to push the ball decorative pieces through my small piercing and all they have to say is push it trough let it close and pay for another piercings (*thinking about suing) there unprofessional there just kids that got a job there you have no classes to do this at all

Paid over 60 dollars. One ear got infected so i called to get that one redone. We got the gold earings and now they want me to pay the whole amount again get new ear rings and nothing else can be done. I am very disappointed we took both of our kids here. I hope people read this before going in. No point of paying them when they dont care about the ending or give you a piercing fee only. Very very disappointed.
