I’ve been coming to Removery for a few years. And they always have excellent customer service. The prices are very reasonable. And it gets less painful as your tattoo disappears.

The service I received here was amazing. Unfortunately, due to a medical condition, I was unable to proceed with the tattoo removal after the first session. They were understanding and I was able to get a full refund with my doctors note. I am disappointed I couldnt continue, but they handled it wonderfully and with kindness and compassion. Ashley, the lead sales consultant, couldnt have been nicer or more understanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ashley was GREAT. She was informative from the start. She made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Even tho this was my first session I’m happy with my outcome. I know that by the time we’re done I will be completely satisfied.

Mariah is so amazing!!! I love my experience here every time I go! The staff is so informative and comforting to work with. I’ve done probably 15-20 laser sessions so far and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, they make the laser process much less scary to go through than what it used to be 5-10 years ago. This is my progress so far with the horribly done flowers behind my ear and I’m happy to say I’m almost done and it’ll be out of my life completely

Make sure your ready because it is painful. The technician is very professional. And the service is very good. Had my second treatment today it didnt look like she did anything but once I got home I could feel the work she had done today.My tattoo is almost gone. Ive been going for over a year. Well see how much longer I have to go. Im very impressed with the work so far. Its a process that requires several applications

I am on my 9th session & don’t see much of a difference honestly. It is getting lighter but I believe the advertising is isn’t completely forthcoming. First I was going every 8 weeks, now that it’s paid in full coincidently it’s every 14 weeks. I was running behind for the second time in one yr & despite me calling ahead, technician still gave me an attitude when I apologized for being 7 min. Late. Mind you their grace period is 3 minutes & no one else was in the room waiting! I recommend being more personable towards customers. Will not be using them again once I am finally finished removing what I already paid for.

Tina was a GREAT receptionist. She engaged in conversation with me until the technician was able to see me. Moriah was awesome technician. She educated me on how to further care for my tattoo and shared with me, how she got into the business. Overall the experience was good.

Honest mistake with time mix up on my part being 4 minutes late at the Orland Park location, but technician Mariah did not appear as friendly or happy upon my arrival. Mentioned to me about pressing for time in rush not so happy tone. No one entered before me and no one came within 15 minutes after me. Demeanor was not welcoming. My second visit here, they took a person that was 10 minutes late before me although I had arrived there on time, but I sat there and remained patient with no complaints.

They’re great! I made a last minute same day appointment and they were so accommodating. They were nice and environment was nice in clean. They were also straight to the point and thorough. Especially when answering my questions.

I went in about two weeks ago, had my consultation and my first removal started in the same day. The girls in the office definitely make everything easier! I am having two huge tattoos removed and beyond excited for the final result. I only started with one as the pain shocked me a bit but two weeks later I already feel like it’s faded some unless it’s my mind wishing it was gone sooner than later!

My fiancé has 4 sessions so far and it’s almost gone! Love their customer service and they explain everything so well. Yes it’s painful but so worth it in my opinion.

As owner of a Tattoo Shop I did my research before setting up my appointment for consultation. And I been coming with Mariah to Removery for all my Tattoos removal and definitely been recommending all my clients to them.

I went for a consultation today. They quoted $3k to fully remove a 10 square tattoo that is black. 3 sessions for $1100, but could not say what that would do as far as lightening it. Definitely not what Im willing to pay. It wasnt clear how many sessions it would take to remove or fade for coverup. I dont know that Id trust them to lighten it just enough...evenly. Not against them as Id say that about any removal place. They want you to keep coming back for more sessions as its more money for them. I guess Ill try to find a tattoo artist that can do something to make what I have look better instead.Place was clean and modern. Reception/ associate quoting was cool.

This is a very sterile laboratory environment with a very kind and knowledgeable staff, namely Ms. Tina the Lead Sales Consultant, and Ms. Mariah the Laser Technician. Unfortunately, there is no way to personally compare tattoo removal services, even so, I am positive that it couldn’t get any better than this, therefore I am very satisfied with my experience with REMOVERY TATTOO REMOVAL & FADING.I had another procedure Saturday 4/1/2023. The Laser Tech Ms. Maria, is still doing a great job, and I am seeing a lot of progress in the removal process. The Lead Sales Consult has changed. Now, the new Lead Sales Consultant’s name is Ashley, and she is a perfect replacement for the former Lead Sales Consultant. I still profess that REMOVERY TATTOO REMOVAL & FADING is the best out.

For a 4x5 tattoo they threw out a price of$3,090. I sat in the waiting room alone for nearly 3o minutes. Once they heard my intentions they had zero interest in talking to me any further. Would not recommend this money grabbing establishment at all.

I’ve wanted to get my tattoos removed for years, but I waited until I could go to someone I was sure I’d find someone to do it right. Anyone can own a laser, and anyone can use one, so I wanted to go to a place where they only do tattoo removals. I’ve heard too many stories of spa aestheticians and overzealous doctors scarring people for life to risk it with a part-time laser user. I first went to Removery when it was Vamoose and saw progress with the Q-Switch laser despite my tattoos have a lot of blue, purple, and green ink, and even more progress with Removery’s Picoway laser. My tattoos are quickly fading and I’ve had no other changes to my skin. Each treatment is tailored to my needs in order to completely remove the ink, and the service is professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Removery to anyone looking to lose their tattoos.

With fall being the best time for laser treatments, I went ahead and booked myself online—super easy process!Today was the day, and let me tell you, it was just like all those rave reviews said. The prices and packages? The word “packages” put me on defense too but they’re honestly reasonable and make perfect sense. Plus, the place is spotless and has a super modern vibe, which helps ease any nerves. The technology in the laser is what you are paying for so remember that when you think of trying to find a cheaper alternative. They offer financing too so that’s pretty convenient or you can pay as you go.The actual session? It was over before I knew it—like, literally six seconds. And painless, too, thanks to some clever pre-treatment icing and a chilly air blast during the zapping. It’s genius, really. I’ve been to med spas and dermatologist offices before for consults, but none made me feel as cared for as I did today with Ashley.Big shoutout to Ashley for making it all feel like a breeze and keeping it real about what to expect. I totally appreciate you! Can’t wait to see you again in November.
