MEPC was absolutely fantastic with my daughter’s ear piercings! She was motivated to get them, and got a little nervous when sitting… but the nurse was wonderfully kind and calming. We were all there with her and she is absolutely LOVING her beautiful earrings! They are awesome and easy to clean. I highly recommend their clean facility and amazing staff! Thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic when I brought my baby to get her ears pierced. From the very beginning, the staff was professional and attentive. They used numbing cream to ensure the process was as comfortable as possible for my daughter, and the nurses made sure everything was extremely clean, wearing gloves and taking all necessary precautions. They were incredibly kind and gentle with my baby, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I highly recommend this place; they are excellent at what they do and take great care of the little ones.

Nurse Sarah was amazing the day I brought our baby girl to get her ears pierced! She was patient, kind, and provided a comfortable and clean environment! (Also we drove an hour and a half for this experience (we were referred here by a friend who also drove the distance! It was worth every minute!)

Went in with my family yesterday to pierce my daughter’s ears and went with the numbing cream and earring package. We could not have been happier with the way it all went!!! Sarah was our nurse and she thoroughly explained the process and aftercare which was super important to me as a mom, I need as much detail as possible. She was very patient with changes we requested until we felt it was perfect, and also extremely nice which made all of us feel very comfortable. I have already recommended this place to my girl moms. 10/10.

My Experience at the clinic was amazing! Sarah was so informative and gentle. I had my 3 year old with me and she was very sweet to him since he is an extremely protective big brother. We did get both my 5 mth old ears pierced. We also did use the numbing cream and after care packs. Sarah explained everything as the process was very simple and quick. After the numbing she placed the markings on Baelee’s ear until I was satisfied with the placement then pierced one ear at a time. I don’t believe my daughter was in any pain she barely cried, was only a little startled from the sound of the piercing gun! The process was great and nurse Sarah was extremely gentle and caring. 10/10 would recommend!

Sarah (NP) was so amazing with my daughter. The place was clean, she was very knowledgeable and it was quick and easy with my daughter. If you want your ears pierced - do it here - you wont regret it!! My 2 YO cried for like a second - seriously so amazing!

My daughter and I went to this clinic to get her ears pierced and the nurse, Nurse Sarah, was fantastic! She was super patient with my squirmy 3 month old. I was very nervous about the after care as I obviously don’t want my baby to get an infection! She went over the aftercare instructions and answered any questions I had and she didn’t make me feel rushed even when she had other customers come in. When I had a concern about the placement of one of the dots she was very sweet about changing it for me. My daughter’s earrings look even and amazing and we have her to thank!! If I have another baby girl in the future I will definitely be going to this place and this location again 😊

Highly recommend this place. Our nurse was very helpful and informative. She was very patient with my squirmy 2 1/2 month old. As a pediatric nurse myself, I was very careful about where I got my daughters ears pierced. I liked that this clinic had a licensed nurse and followed a pediatrician developed protocol. Arriving at the clinic I was not disappointed. The place was clean and Meaghan (our nurse) was very professional and welcoming. I felt comfortable to ask questions and she was very thorough in her explanations and wound care instructions. This office also does numbing cream as an option which I opted for with my daughter. I actually got my ears pierced as well and Meaghan did a fantastic job for both of us. The piercings are level with each other and with my multiple piercings in my ears, she did a perfect job with spacing. I highly recommend coming here for your kids ear piercings!

Sarah did my 3 month old ears and the experience was soooo good. She was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. I felt very comfortable and confident that my daughter was going to get piercings that would not get infected. Place is clean and she is very good at talking to babies. My infant was all smiles and didnt shed a tear with the numbing cream. I definitely recommend this place. My daughters earrings are beautiful! Two thumbs up.

I took my 7 month old daughter and Sarah was absolutely great. I was super nervous to have the procedure done but she immediately made me feel so comfortable. My daughter absolutely loved her, it was a great atmosphere, she was so friendly, kind and professional. My daughter now has two awesomely placed earings, she had a great experience and mommy did too. I would recommend this place to anyone, any age. It was quick, easy and painless. My daughter was out smiling right after everything was done.

My 5-month-old daughter got her ears pierced at this location about 3 weeks ago. The experience was great the service was great but I do have to say for $150 I dont feel it was worth the cost.We are 3 weeks in and my 5-month-old daughter earrings came out of both ears. The first earring fell out a week after coming home and the second earring fell out a week and a half after coming home I called and called and called the clinic to see if there were any discount or anything I could do because it shouldnt come out so easily no one ever returned my phone calls no one never even answered the phone so $150 for ear piercings felt like I just threw that in the trash because it shouldnt be that easy for a 5-month-old to have her earrings come out and now theyre closed and well have to do this process all over again which Im very very upset about.

Sarah is AWESOME! I would recommend her to anyone! I bought my 2 month old baby in to get her ears pierced and it was such a great experience. I was so nervous and didnt know what to expect but Sarah was patient, so gentle and sweet to my baby girl. She did get her ears pierced and they look great! Thank Sarah!

The place was clean, nurse Sarah was super friendly and patient . Highly recommend the numbing cream . To help future customers find the office more easily, might be helpful to mention it’s a shared office with a podiatrist…

Totally an awesome and safe experience. I didn’t prefer going to get my 3-month old ears pierced at the mall and I didn’t know whether my pediatrician provided the service. I’m so glad to have found this location. Sarah was kind, attentive, compassionate and extremely professional. She took the time to make our dots even then in between piercings allowed baby to relax to make sure she hit the marking directly. LOVED IT

We took my daughter, who was 11 months at the time, to get her ears pierced. Sarah was our nurse. She was so kind, professional, and helpful. She made sure my baby was comfortable and provided us with plenty of useful aftercare information. I would definitely recommend this clinic without hesitation!

Sarah did a great job and was so sweet! The first time we went in, my daughters ears werent developed enough, so we had to make the hour long drive again, BUT Sarah promised us if we came back, the numbing cream would be compensated and she would discount us, and she did! My daughters ears look great! The piece of mind that they would be done safely was worth the extra money and the drive!

The service provided was very professional and they make you feel comfortable. They are very nice and very patient when it comes to babies. I like the fact that an RN pierced my daughters ears. I did not want to go to a mall. My daughter who is two month got her ears pierced here and everything turned out great. The price was very expensive for my budget but it was worth it because everything is sterile and it’s a professional nurse providing the service. The nurse’s name was Sarah she was awesome and very kind. Thanks again Sarah!👍🏻😃

Meaghan did our daughters ear piercing and she did amazing. She took the time to make sure the placement for the earrings were as perfect as they could get and was very patient with our 4 month old. She gave us all the information we needed for after care and made it a point to check-in to make sure the piercing were healing correctly. I would 10 out of 10 recommend going here for your ear piercing needs and request Meaghan.

Wonderful experience. This is the second time I have been here, the first with my oldest daughter. We took our 3 month old here because we loved it so much the first time! Tameka was extremely kind and helpful. She gave us a demo on how to clean the piercings and has followed up with us twice since our visit. My baby girl left smiling and we love the way they came out. The placement is perfect and healing is going very well!

Meaghan Is so sweet, she reached out before the apt. She was so kind and warm she made sure we liked the placements and was so nice to my baby, she took her time and did it right. She reached out after the apt making sure everything is good. I am for sure taking my other baby there next year for a piercing. The place was clean and nice

Took my 2 month old baby girl to get her ears pierced. Sarah was her nurse and did an awesome job fast and was able to sooth her down right away. She fell asleep an hour later. Sarah was very helpful and gave me instructions and everything I needed to care for her. Highly recommend this place!

I brought here my daughter after ending up myself with 2 ear infections after piercing my ears with earring guns. Sarah was great with my 4 months old. She was patient, she made both the parents feel comfortable. She explained all the steps to us. All the material was opened in front of us. We have been following the cleaning directions for a week. No signs of infections, the ears look healthy, my LO does not feel any pain with the earrings. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Took my 7 month old to get her ears pierced last week and I was very happy with the experience. Sarah was sooo nice and she even checked on my little one to make sure the healing process is going fine. I wasn’t comfortable to going to the mall for her so I researched and opted for medical. I can not say enough about Sarah, she is amazing. Back in August, I brought my 8yr old daughter in to get her ears pierced. She was soooo nervous, but at the same time was a tad relieved knowing she would having numbing cream. Sarah so so kind, and took her time knowing how nervous my daughter was and then boom it was over like that. My daughter could not believe how easy and painless it was!!! Six weeks has past and I tried to take her starter earrings out to replace with different earrings. Well, I had a very hard time getting the backing off, one I think because I didnt want to hurt my daughter in anyway and two the backings were on pretty tight. I contacted Sarah with my concern and she guided me threw the process of taking them out, but I still had a hard time. Sarah made time out of her busy schedule for me to bring my daughter in and took the starters out and replaced with a different pair. I highly recommend the medical clinic in Orland or any other location that Sarah is a part of!!! Kudos to you Sarah!! Such a pleasure meeting you and such a warm feeling of comfort!! Thank you!!!

My five year old daughter begged to get her ears pierced and I refused to take her to a mall establishment. After researching I found Medical Ear Piercing Clinics and could not be happier with the professionalism and experience. She has had her ears pierced for a week and is doing fantastic. After doing some extended research and saw all the positive reviews for MEPC, we decided to make a day trip and let me tell you, it was well worth it! Nurse Sarah was very informative with the process and after care. She was also very patient and gentle with our 2 month old. Thank you for the great experience!

Sarah was terrific. I came about 15 minutes early, and she called me back right away. After the first earring my daughter was obviously squirmy and upset but we got the second one in and sarah was so soothing and comforting to us as well. The whole process took 20 minutes.Yes it is more expensive than going to the mall, but its worth it and it is also a medical office and performed by a medical professional. Will definitely do it again should we have another baby girl.

After going to Piercing Pagoda to get my baby daughters ears pierced within 3 weeks she developed an infection. I took them off and months later as this past Thursday I took her here and it was a much better experience. Very professional and nice and informative and pretty smooth although. Earrings are definitely better and also you get aftercare wipes which helps. This experience is definitely worth it, trustme and recommend this to every parent for their child.

My husband was very apprehensive about getting our 6 month old daughter’s ear pierced. Medical ear piercing clinic was recommended by our pediatrician, and they did not disappoint!Tameeka assisted us that day, and we couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. Her friendly demeanor and her patience as she addressed and alleviated my husband concerns was greatly appreciated. The selection of earrings, plastic or titanium, were beautiful. The procedure was brief and sterile despite my daughter’s efforts. We were extremely pleased. My husband left thinking it was his idea all along.

Nyc location***I wanted my baby to go someplace clean and professional and who works with children .This place was what my family was looking for . My baby got her ears pierced with the numbing cream so glad she did. No tears at all and made it a breeze ...The nurse Tameka who did the piercing was wonderful! She walked answered all my questions and concerns and was very gentle and precise with my child . I recommend this place for all both young and mature.

Like many moms on here, I did not want to take my daughter to the mall stores to get her ears pierced. I did not feel it was sanitary enough for my baby. I found MEP Clinics online doing a little research. It seemed like the best option available near me. The office is very clean and and the nurse was very friendly. You will pay more than at the mall stores, but it is worth it. The reason for my 4 ⭐s is because we waited an hour to be serviced, eventhough we had an appt. The nurse did apologized for the wait and offered a 10% discount. Aside from the wait everything went well and now my daughter looks super cute with her earrings. I definetly recommend MEP Clinics.

I went to the Chicago location and have absolutely NO regrets!!!! Didnt want to go to claires where I might get a young inexperienced teenager, not to mention they cant completely disinfect their piercing guns which is more risk for infection. I researched online and found Medical Ear Piercing clinics. They use a special type of piercing gun that uses a sterile and disposable housing unit that holds the earring, that way no part of the gun touches the ear, only the new, sterile unit and earring touches the ear. And there is an option for numbing cream if you so choose, an extra cost, but well worth it! My daughter didnt even flinch! Sarah, who is a registered nurse (which is also awesome), took such amazing, loving, and gentle care with my daughter and treated her as her own. She was made to do this; she is so warm, kind, and welcoming. And they have beautiful earrings to choose from, I have gotten SOOoooooo many compliments on how pretty her earrings are! You pay a little more than what you would at claires, and you do have to pay to park at the Chicago downtown location, but let me tell you I would pay it again, well worth it for a pain-free, clean, safe, and FUN experience! We took our 3 month old yesterday to get her ears pierced, and Sarah the nurse that attended us and pierced our little girls ears was excellent, we where running a bit late but made it, as soon as we walked in she greeted us took us to the room where the procedure was done and walked us thru every step, Sarah was excellent really would recommend her.

This place is amazing, Sarah was very gentle and patient with my 14 months old daughter who was screaming non stop. I was terrified but Sarah calmed me down and managed to do it effortlessly.
