My daughter is 5 1/2 and got her ears pierced here. She was excited, but scared. The 2 associates were awesome with her. The lady was perfect on knowing the exact location for her earring hole and she and the gentleman offered to do both ears simultaneously. They worked awesome with her and gave her lollipops at the end. It was a good experience. I recommend.

Had my left ear pierced recently at this location. The gal was very professional and personable. She took the time to make sure I understood the aftercare and timelines post piercing

I have purchased earrings for my girlfriend from this stand before with no problems but this time i had a horrible experience.I came in today only wanting to get one ear pierced. I did not get the woman’s name because she did not return the receipt when she gave me my money back, but the larger woman with glasses started to give me attitude all because i wanted to change the earrings i picked out to be pierced. I understand we had to go through the whole process of ringing me up again, but nobody asked for those unnecessary facial expressions and attitude she was handing out. She still wanted to charge me over $50 for one ear. I would rather spend my money somewhere else like at real tattoo shop with real professionals that will pierce your ears stress free. I did not even trust the woman to pierce my ear in fear she would retaliate somehow by sabotaging my ear piercing. I wish i could give no stars to this fine establishment. I hope this stand closes like the rest of the stands in the soon to be vacant mall you call Westfield.

Dottie always has good customer service and is very patient

I would recommend this place to anyone but after the pandemic their new employees have bad customer service rude doing each-others make up and gossiping .

Dont go here EVER & if you want your money back because your necklace breaks 2x within 2 weeks be prepared to wait 3 weeks for a check, yes a check even if u pay cash ... poor attitudes when your not satisfied with cheaply made jewelry!!!

Quick and easy! Didnt feel a thing and plan to go back for a couple more ear piercings.
