Picazo tattoo far exceeded my expectations. On a girls trip we decided to get matching tattoos. Fernando went above and beyond to create the perfect piece that we could agree on. Fernando was so accommodating and patient. The tattoo turned out better than we imagined. Fernando is very professional and personable. We really had a great time getting tattooed by him! So glad to have found this gem while on vacation!

Update:Went to Fernando again to have an old tattoo touched up/redone. He listened to what I wanted, drew a beautiful design, and did not disappoint. I am soooo happy with my new back! The colors are vibrant, lines are smooth, love the shading. He has a light hand, so it wasnt very painful either. Fernando is the best!!!Original review:Picazo Tattoo is wonderful! He patiently worked with me to design the tattoo I wanted and it came out even better than I imagined. I will be going back to Fernando soon to touch up an older tattoo that was done somewhere else. Scheduling was easy, prices are reasonable, and the studio is clean and inviting. Im so glad I found this place!

Fernando and Jose were so friendly. On our girls trip celebrating, we got matching palm trees. Fernando came in after we started and immediately started working on our friends, and we all had a great time laughing and hanging out. He and his crew made it such a fun experience. Because of the experience, and us not knowing anyone with this kind of expertise or willingness to make our ideas into reality. We WILL be coming back for more work because of this experience. I cant say enough good things. This was by far the best tattoo experience Ive had. Clean shop and the owner is genuine and friendly.My wife and I dropped in on our anniversary getaway trip looking to get certain tattoos we had talked about for years. Pix show what we got on the back of our forearms- they spell LOVE when we hold hands. (I know its cringe but were old and corny in love so please dont hate.)Our artist, Ken, was absolutely fantastic! Seriously, he was The Best artist Ive had (I have about a dozen tattoos including a half sleave and most of my back). The detail he put into his work is striking - the lock on my wifes arm is truly extraordinary. Moreover, he has a VERY light hand. This was as close to painless as a tattoo can get. I will be traveling the 2 hours from San Diego to Palm Desert for all future work. Ken is worth the trip.In short, you will not find a better tattoo artist than Ken. Period. I waited a week to write this review to see how it healed. My wife and I couldnt be happier.

Fernando couldn’t have been more accommodating tonight doing matching tattoos for me, my sister, and my niece! He was so nice and personable, and he did exactly what we needed for a reasonable price! I will def come back for larger tattoos!

We were celebrating my bachelorette party when my group decided to spontaneously get matching tattoos! Fernando was able to accommodate us that day and do 8 back to back tattoos! He was so fast but so talented. His line work was seriously impressive. Each of the tattoos were priced well. He was super friendly and patient especially when it came to our indecisiveness about stencil placement and last minute changes to the design. While we waited we watched movies on their large TV and it felt like a movie night with the girls!All of my gals are over the moon about their new tattoos to commemorate my special weekend and upcoming marriage. We would highly recommend Fernando and hope to come back again one day!

This was the best tattoo experience Ive ever had. Picazo Tattoo got back to me within a few minutes of my online inquiry and we made an appointment just a couple day later and he accommodated me for a later time. I some How felt so connected when I googled places to go on vacay for a tattoo in Palm Springs and when I scrolled I was like let me call and bo from the phone call till we left nothing but great vibes, laughs, and AMAZIN AMAZING work!! Hands down a wonderful place to get tattoos! Clean clean clean! The shop owner was amazing, very light hand. He set time aside to tattoo 4 of us women! He and his staff was so fun and handled our bunch with so much grace and we all had the best time. They were able to let all of us sit together while getting the tattoos. Recently I Got some work done on my Arm . All I Got to say is that Picazo Tattoo Studio is one of the best Shops out there . The Vibe was great. Had THE greatest time here! I was in town with 8 other gals for my sister’s bach party, and we spontaneously decided to get “matching” tattoos and reached out to Fernando that same day to see if he could squeeze us all in. He was such a freaking trooper. We all sat in front of his giant tv and watched movies and shows, laughed and gabbed, and we just had the greatest time. Fernando made us all feel so at home and was so chill. But ok, his skill… His line work is so steady, and I love that he’s able to do delicate, thin weight tattoos. It takes a lot of skill and confidence to offer that. Everyone was absolutely in love with their tattoos. He made sure we were totally happy with the sizing and placement of our pieces, and was SOOOOO patient with all of us when we were completely indecisive. He is also wicked fast and efficient that we were all just blown away. Plus, he dealt with our shenanigans, so he’s a complete gem. Most of us gals already had a bunch of tattoos, and we all agreed that Fernando was amazing, efficient, and highly skilled. Also add, he doesn’t have a heavy hand, so it wasn’t all that painful! Will always return to Fernando whenever I visit Palm Springs. This is now forever a core memory. Thanks for being the best!

My husband and I walked into Picazo Studio where we were greeted by some really nice people. A young woman named Pina did matching tattoos on our forearms commemorating our 40th wedding anniversary. Pina did an awesome job. Listened to what we wanted and made suggestions. The girl has the touch of an angel. I never even winced as I have had some very heavy handed people in the past. I never knew someone could be so gentle. She engages with her clients with sweetness and confidence. The owner is a pretty cool dude too. I mean he is a “niner” fan! What can I say except if you want to be treated right and get great work….this is the place to come!

Fernando did such an amazing job helping me pick the perfect design and actually making my wrist butterfly tattoo look like a piece of art.... Hes very professional attentive to detail and super friendly!!!! I was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed hit up Fernando for your next piece of art!!!

My experience at PicazoTat2 was excellent! Fernando was able to put together the designs I had in mind & executed them with fine detail. I went in mainly for the one behind my ear/neck & planned for another on my inner forearm. He was able to work around his schedule just a bit for the second design which I was very appreciative for. The artist is very professional, clean environment, definitely pays attention to detail & overall a standout guy. I’ve been deliberating and researching getting a tattoo for years (my first to be exact!)… After countless hours online, I found Fernando (Picazotat2) and scheduled my first session. Fernando stood out amongst all the other artists and locations in the valley, and I was proven right be going with him. Not only does he take the time to listen to what you want, but he also provides suggestions, edits and options. His store his clean, he’s polite and on time and he’s very open and honest through the whole process. His work is far beyond what I could have imagined, so good in fact, I went back to get another tattoo!! :) Picazotat2 will be the best choice you make when it comes to your ink!
