I didnt even think about the placement where my glasses are & she did immediately.I got an awesome tattoo from Nick, who is just so humble. He was on time & very professional. I am so incredibly happy with my new tattoo. It symbolizes inner peace, to start over, transition. Im so grateful that our paths crossed. I walked into this shop without notice and without an appointment and I was greeted instantly like family ! I felt so incredibly seen and heard 🖤 I was paired with an amazing artist who’s work left meSpeechless and completely astounded. I was treated with courtesy and kindness !! Very clean environment 👏 also very cool art work and the overall vibe of the shop is awesome 😎. I worked with LaLa who is currently an apprentice at Collective and she ASTOUNDED me ya’ll !! I have to give this shop 5 stars ⭐️ all the way! Sheer raw talent and superb professionalism 👏 I will be back VERY soon for more tattoos in the future. This place is awesome, from tattoos to piercings. I would recommend it here before anywhere else, and they have some awesome sells depending on the time of year. Staff and artists are very helpful and friendly

They will “accidentally” overcharge you and then play dumb here. Don’t go here if you don’t like giving your money away for free and then getting the run-around. I was getting an existing septum piercing switched out for a plastic retainer. When I called and asked for pricing the person who answered the phone said the service to switch the jewelry costs $15 and the jewelry starts at $10, as was told to her by the piercer I saw. I got the service done and a plastic retainer put in (a small piece of plastic, not even jewelry) and they charged me $30 - meaning they charged me $15 for a piece of plastic smaller than a staple when they said the metal jewelry starts at $10. When I realized this and went back and tried to straighten it out they gave me the run-around and played stupid. Go here if you want to be overcharged and scammed.

I got pierced by Vanessa and she was super cool! Fast and easy.. I didn’t feel a thing !! Definitely would recommend her for any piercing !! I can’t wait to go back and get more work done by her!! The tattoo artist Bobby is dope the lining the shading everything !!! One of my top artists in the Bay Area for sure!! 💯 definitely needs to be your go to piercer and tattoo people for sure!! A little over a month ago, I went in for a belly piercing. I called this place and from the start on the phone call, the lady who answered was rude. Though, I wanted my piercing and went there to get pierced. Once we got to the piercer’s piercing room, she sat me down, marked my belly, and pierced me. She didn’t even allow me to check my markings to make sure I was okay with the placement. She didn’t even count down 3,2,1 nor did she allow me to breathe prior to the piercing. Once I left, I showed my sister my piercing and she told me it was extremely crooked. I looked more into it and it was. I went back to the shop to the girl told me “I don’t know why it’s crooked now when it wasn’t before you left.” I was gone for no more than 30 minutes. She did nothing but tell me it’s because the bar was long. It’s still crooked over a month later. Im not sure of her name, but she had blue hair and a medusa piercing I believe. Not usually one to say this but won’t be returning.

If you’re in the Bay Area and you’re looking for a safe, CLEAN, and professional tattoo/piercing shop, you MUST get your work done by these guys here. I cannot thank the owner Bob & his wife Vanessa enough for taking care of me twice now for a leg and arm piece. I’ve referred my sister and her friend for their piercing and dermal work, and they said they’re definitely coming back too. They have the easiest location to get to and they’re affordable! This place is like a museum too with all their dope artwork up! THANKS AGAIN BOB & VANESSA!

Hands down this is the best place to get peirced period. I started going to Vanessa in February for my piercings. I had heard of her through word of mouth and ever since the first day I met her shes done my last 8 piercings. Ive taken friends, family and even co-workers to her because shes got the best technique, best prices and is such a sweet person. I will be back soon for my next piercing!

Vanessa did my nose and tongue piercings. Shes awesome!!!! Very nice and super clean spot. Anyone wanting piercings should go see Vanessa!!! Shes the BEST!!! Also Bob does amazing ink work. I wont go anywhere but here!!!!!

The piercer basically sets you up for failure by using cheap jewelry that causes piercings to reject. Then gave me attitude when i came back to pay her to fix her own mistakes.Left with a bad vibe & another crooked piercing that i eventually got repierced elsewhere.

Best place for tattoos and piercings I wont let anyone else pierce me besides Vanessa aka sweetness and her husband is amazing with tattoos he did my tattoo on my foot for my son a few years ago and it is amazing. Ty yall for always being 100 and the shop looks amazing will most definitely keep driving all the way out to yall its worth the hour n a half drive.

You’re wasting time if you are second guessing coming here . The best service I have received in a piercing shop and the best treatment I have seen by a piercer . I have gotten all my 5 piercings done there and I ain’t planning on changing locations for the 6th . My friends and I only go here cause we trust the worker and the environment and so should you !
