Pain Or Pleasure Tattoo Studio

I called ahead the day before I went in to let them know what I wanted and ask if the artist I wanted was available (Id heard great things about Novas finelines!).The receptionist was super nice and let me know when I should come in and that she was available, and she chatted with us while we waited for my artist to create a clean copy of the design I asked for. When she was ready, she took us into the tattoo area, which was very clean, and let me know that to get my tattoo (at the base of my neck) I would have to take my shirt off, and offered me a blanket or her jacket to cover up with if I needed them, which was very sweet.She did one of the smaller lines of my tattoo to let me get a feel for how much it would hurt, and was overall very gentle during the whole process. My tattoo was done in about half an hour, which is much faster than I expected for how wonderful it looks, and I paid $70 for it.This was my first tattoo, and Im very happy with the result and the process, and the wonderful people I met when I went in, and I cant wait to make the drive there to get my next one!

The absolute best people you will ever meet. Tattoo work is off the charts. Everyone there is amazing. Go see them, you won’t be disappointed. And as far as people saying the lady at the front is rude… we all have bad days and you never know what the other person is going through so I encourage everyone to just be nice despite what others are presenting with.

I had the best experience getting one of my tattoos here, great atmosphere, music, friendly staff. Michael was amazing the whole time I was getting my unicorn tattoo. I also took my daughter there for her 6th birthday to get her ears pierced and was extremely pleased with how comfortable they made her 🙂 100% recommend!

I got this tattoo by a nice guy who isn’t there anymore. I think his name was juice box. But when it came to the design the group listened to my sad story of my husband and how he had a transplant. I told them I wanted a butterfly with a note that my husband wrote. This tattoo may look basic but it’s the fact that the guys jumped in to help me design it. They didn’t judge me when I told them I was terrified of needles. I can not wait to get another tattoo from them. They have also done all of my piercings . Just remember you can always get a “cheap tattoo” anywhere. Or you can get a work of art from the best :)

Went here with my mom for my first tattoo in March. The pictures are of it healed, healing, and right after the tattoo was finished. It turned out pretty good :)

Very great place to go too. They have done all of my piercings as well as all but one of my tattoos. Very clean and very honest environment and atmosphere. I will continue to go to hustleman and Gary. The work is phenomenal. And the receptionist, Sarah- that’s just her. She’s a great person, you just have to know her personality.

I went in for a nose piercing. Staff was completely wonderful. I really like their shop. The guy that pierced my nose was awesome. He Helped me line up my new piercing with my other one. So now I have both sides of my nose pierced. Im super happy with my results. Im looking into getting a new tattoo and Im going here.

I have nothing but good things to say about pain or pleasure. Michael and Michelle are the nicest people you will ever meet. Gary has done a few tattoos for my nephew and his work is absolutely outstanding. Michael is actually working on a piece for me now. They hired a bad seed he is gone now, don’t hold that against them. The girl at the front could be nicer but we all have bad day’s. They do exceptional work and their facility is super clean. I will recommend them all the time, every time!!!!

Highly recommend. They were very busy, but they were able to work my son in. He was visiting from Tennessee. It is by far his best ink yet! Everyone is professional and kind with his medical issues. Couldnt ask for a better experience.

This is the best place a group of people I have ever had pierce an tattoo me. My most sentimental tattoos were brought to life by Gary a Michael. They have become like family. All of my piercings were done by them as well. All of my questions were always answered. I will always only get my work done here no where else! Their place is always super clean an welcoming.

This family owned business is topnotch in every facet from moment you walk in the door. Friendly and informed receptionists, professional tattoo artists, hospital grade hygiene procedures, incredible art designs. I had no issue in any area and waiting for my design was to be expected because the work is in high demand. A waiting list is indicative of the quality of the work performed. My tattoos are beyond what I wanted! I will only get tattoos from this establishment as long as I live in East Texas.

Ive never gotten a tattoo from them but my daughter and son have plenty of times. They do an awesome job! The store is always clean and they have great customer service. I love the clothes for sale there and the tanning beds are great too.

I can not say enough good things about Pain or Pleasure. Michael Goodson and Michelle are so awesome. Gary is also amazing. Not only do they do awesome work regarding tattoos but are involved in the community and give back to their community. Pittsburg and Camp County are blessed to have this place in the community. I would strongly recommend this tattoo shop and trust the artists in designing the art work. No other place I would go. Five STARS!!!

I love Pain or Pleasure as well as the people that work there. I’ve gotten tattoos by Michael, my daughter has gotten piercings by Gary and Michelle is always there to help me with my shopping/tanning needs. Their art work as well as their strong work ethic go hand in hand. My son’s basketball was once stolen and before I knew it, Michael was standing on my front porch with a new one for him. It meant the world to me and my son. Not only do they run a clean, well established business, but they give back to their community as well. There’s no place better than PAIN OR PLEASURE!

I tan here on a regular basis and always enjoy my time. The environment is always clean and friendly service...shout out to Michelle and Sarah. Cute clothing at good prices. If I could give this place a million stars I would. The tattoo artist are phenomenal at what they do. If you have to wait to get your tattoo I promise it is WORTH IT!!! The shop is always clean and the owners are the most good hearted people. They do a lot for the community of Pittsburg. If you want a AWESOME tattoo go to Pain or Pleasure if not go somewhere else.

We have used Pain or Pleasure for nearly all our tattoos and peircings. They are very professional and make us feel at home with family. Love my pain or pleasure folks! From the time I walk in the door to leaving. It’s like family.I’ve gotten 6 tattoos and 5 piercings myself. Not to mention I’ve brought my teenage daughter up here and they were very gentle and patient with her. (She got her industrial piercing)They’re the only ones I will let tattoo me (and I’ve had work from a highly recommended place in Longview, Gary ended up covering up for me bc it was TERRIBLE.)I’ve even gotten my sister to move over to p.o.p to get her work done bc she loves the folks and the work.-Gary did my cover up, my memorial piece for my mom, mine and my sister piece for our mom, my tattoo with my husband. Pain and Pleasure is owned by some of the kindest people I know. Not only is it an extremely nice and professional environment, the artists are gentle and efficient. You won’t be disappointed by the results of their beautiful work. I highly recommend!

This is the only place I have my tats done at. And when we list out salon they helped us design and were very quick on getting us in and making it happen for me and my husband. Their work is amazing and love the atmosphere as well as the people that run it are amazing people. We will never use anyone else.

Have gotten about 3 tattoos from Micheal. He fixed my first tattoo I got somewhere else because I wasn’t happy with it.. I told him kinda what I had originally wanted it to look like and let him do his thing. He also pierced my daith and nose! Very professional! Been to both shops he has had.. nice guy.. great atmosphere.. and when you see them around town they are the same people they are in the shop to me. Love him and Michelle. With that being said Gary rocks too! I haven’t had anything done by him yet. But he has pierced 2 of my nieces belly buttons, and one of the nieces nose, daith, cartilage and 2nd hole on ears. She has also gotten 3 tattoos there also I think all 3 were Gary. My SIL has had a tat from him and a daith piercing. She had migraines and I don’t even remember what day she was on but called Micheal up on a Sunday afternoon and he said “come on”! If that ain’t good small town business idk what is! My cousin also got her double daith done. He has done a lot for me and my family. Never had a problem! They are chill as heck and awesome to go to! Idk what else I can say. Michelle is awesome too!

Don’t listen to the clowns leaving 1 star reviews. There is a reason these guys take so long to get back to you…. ITS BC YOURE IN LINE BUDDY!!! These guys are super talented and have the awards and catalogs to back it up. You want it done right it’s with the wait. Michael and Gary are two of the best and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had the most amazing piercer, couldn’t have asked for a better one. But the receptionist had the most unprofessional attitude of anyone I have ever met. I’ve never been treated so rudely as a paying customer. Definitely won’t be going back simply because of her poor attitude. Do better.

I have gotten all of my tattoos here (11 total) and I will continue to get the rest here. I’ve gotten all of my piercings here as well and my 5 year old daughter got her ears pierced with Michael. I wouldn’t use any other tattoos place. EVER!

Ive been here several times to get ears pierced for my kids. No problem until today. The lady at the front was not the same as the one we dealt with before. This woman was rude from the time we walked in. I will not be back ever.

Michael did my Family Crest justice! I have been in search for an artist to tattoo this for several years and once I was able to see his work, attention to detail and his eye for my vision on this project. He did an amazing job!

Incredible artists, perfect facility and unbelieveable staff! Ive had well over a dozen pieces done here start-to-finish and EVERY SINGLE INSTANCE was a 5-Star experience without exception. From hygiene and sterility to the inkwork itself, Hustleman and the artists he retains on staff are perfectionists! Even my latest pieces are years old now, and rarely a week goes by when a stranger doesnt ask me who did my work and where theyre located. If youre putting it permanently on your body, you owe it to yourself to have it done HERE! They WILL KILL it EVERY SINGLE TIME! 🫵

I went in to get an ear piercing take it out so I can have an MRI. I went back a few days later and they put it back in for me. They are so kind there and very efficient! This was not painful at all like it was before when I had other taking out and put it back in. I highly recommend them! They also have a very cute selection of clothes!

I have been going to pain or pleasure since I was old enough to get a tattoo. The people and the atmosphere are unbeatable. I always feel welcome when I’m there and not to mention that they do some badass tattoos!

For my wife: $25 consultation fee. Then took 3 weeks for a callback. After 1 week of waiting, she called ReInkd. She left the house at 8 for a consultation then came back at 11:30 with a sick unicorn tattoo at half the price with color. This was a year ago. No scarring and the color has held up fantastically. So if youre considering a tattoo. Call ReInkd in Omaha, Texas and see what Billy Friday is all about!

Heres the thing. When I pay you 300$ for work to be done. And you never do it then play a game of, Oh, ill Pay you back. But dont follow through for 3+ months. Im no longer your client and Im no longer going to put a good word in for you. I try to help our with all tattoo artist and piercers. In ETX. Truly. But bad business is bad business man. Kevin Carlton, Skađúlfr KC Óđinsson only takes peoples money. (I am not the only client he has done this to. He did this to multiple people while switching work environments) hes the artist that did my arm tattoo. And is now apart of pain or pleasure in Pittsburgh. Just letting yalls know what type of business they do. Also, multiple artist enjoy going on Facebook and bashing other local artists work and putting filters on them to deter clients to them. When they have a problem with a client there response is to argue, bash the client, and block them. Absolutely do not recommend.

There has been 2 days out the week that I have came and they don’t stay open from the time that is posted on the web. They have been closed by 6:30pm every time I have came and they close at 8. It’s kinda sad for it being the only tattoo shop near by. Hopefully they get it together one day!
