Both owners were extremely nice and made my first tattoo experience wonderful. Both are very thorough in the process, placement, how it looks, and after care. 110% recommend!!

Andrew and Michelle are great! They make you feel at ease and truly care about you from the beginning to the end. Super clean and relaxing environment. Enjoy talking with them. Andrew is highly skilled in his craft and Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure you understand how to take care of your tattoo! Highly recommend and will be back soon!

They were very quick, clean, and professional. Called in and they managed to get me a half sleeve drawn up and inked same day! Were very descriptive and helpful on aftercare, and the conversations make the time fly by! Have now gotten 2 pieces done by them, will definitely be going back for more!

Amazing!!! I cant say enough good things about this shop! Customer service is amazing. They made sure I was 100% happy with the design placement and final turn out. They did a great job educating me on tattoo care both before the tattoo and after just to make sure I took care of it properly. They were very aware of my comfort and how I felt during the process as well. Great place to go for a first tattoo. They made my nerves turn into excitement. Im extremely happy with the final tattoo. Overall was a great experience enjoyed working with them good pricing with great work super happy with the tattoo. Almost fell asleep at one point good. Conversations during brakes gave the option at any point for a brake if needed over all was very professional and will most definitely go back at some point. Went over and beyond what I had pictured for my tattoo.

They were friendly, worked fast, and I love my tattoo! It was my first time getting one so it was great that they really explained the aftercare steps. I hardly felt the needle and it took alot less time than I was expecting. I definitely reccomend this artist.

I had a great first tattoo experience here! Very communicative with proper expectations set for how to properly take care of its healing. I was lucky to get a cute lil Friday the 13th special, but as I understand it they specialize in custom work and cover ups. Great local shop!! Would highly recommend

Neon tattoo in pittsburgh ks was so amazing. Im so pleased with the work they did. Its amazing. They couple that runs it. They are so amazing. Will never go back. Husband wasnt happy with his tattoo, when asked what we wanted, he said part of his money back. Owner didnt like that and ended up attacking my husband. The law was called and charges were pressed against him. Just a heads up.

I called around 1pm to see if I could get a consultation, they had me in there by 1:30pm. Before walking in, I was assured of their precautions on account of COVID, and they welcomed me in with hand sanitizer and wiped everything down with disinfectant. We went over what I wanted and they were extremely motivated to get the tattoo exactly the way I wanted it. We had it all figured out in a matter of 45mins and we then proceeded with the actual tattooing. The efficiency and care was there. They really work hard to make sure you love your experience and your tattoo before leaving. Such great people and vibes. I’m initially from Texas, but I’ll fly over here to Kansas just to get more tattoos from them. Y’all will not be disappointed at all! I just love how they really care about how you feel and think, the whole process wasn’t long but the accuracy of everything was on point. Any bad reviews from them will be hard to believe because they’re such great people with kind hearts. Y’all won’t regret coming by to NeonMoon Tattoo 💜

I paid $125 for a tattoo of butterflies that is barely the size of a quarter. I thought “wow i’m paying that much it’s gonna turn out great” except the artist didn’t use a single needle so the lines turned out extremely thick & you can’t even tell they’re butterflies. I don’t recommend this place if you’re wanting small tattoos or are on a budget. I could’ve gone to a handful of other places and got that same design for $60-80.

Great place to get a tatoo. This was my husband and I first one, we are 66. Answered all our questions, friendly. Follows safety guidelines. Made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Love our couples tatoo.

Lines were not straight and there were a lot of mess ups that made the tattoo look all funky. I have to go get my tattoo re done because of this place. Also very over priced for this poor of quality. Not happy at all :(

I had anxiety about getting a tattoo. This was my 2nd one but the first one was done in a home. I felt very comfortable here. The place was clean. Very professional. Very friendly. The husband and wife duo is a perfect set were my anxiety was put at ease and before I knew my tattoo was over. The work was amazing. He put his on spin on it and I love his work. My husband and I got a couple tattoo and we love it! We have several that we want done and plan to come back!
