Celeste is an amazing artist. She took her time & made sure I liked what she was creating. She added to a tattoo I already have that I didn’t love. I absolutely love it now. She really put thought into the placement and color. On top of that Celeste is an amazing person with kind heart, so it’s was awesome chatting with her. Highly recommend.
OMG! If I could give Celeste 10 Stars I would. Shes an excellent artist and a perfectionist tattooist. Shes extremely detailed about her cleanliness and health standards. It doesnt hurt that shes a sweetheart with an old soul. I would definitely get another tattoo by her and I will be telling all of my friends. Thank you Celeste.
