I had my consultation last month and it was amazing! The wait time was almost nonexistent and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. All questions were answered honestly.I felt very comfortable and confident making my decision to go forward with removal. Their before and after images speak for themselves. I found the pricing to be easy to understand, honest, and fair. I paid for a full removal package and was able to get my first session that day. Since then, I’ve gone back for one more session. The doctor honestly wants to know how you’re feeling and answers any questions you have.I’ve already seen a good amount of fading and I’m only two session in! I highly recommend!! Just got my first treatment yesterday and the entire process leading up to it was incredible! The staff there are so helpful! The free consultation was very informative and there was plenty of space to discuss questions and concerns. The price was the best quote I had gotten and definitely sealed the deal. The experience was great ! Customer Service was at an all time high definitely a 5 star for me. I felt comfortable from when I walked into the door until I walked out. I started my treatments in December and my tattoo is almost gone. I had a face tattoo I needed to get rid of and it’s hardly noticeable now. The pain level is a little spicy but it’s quick & the treatments are performed by medical practitioners. You can get a removal package for a great price compared to their competitors who only sell you 8-10 treatments.The staff is very friendly and I highly recommend going if you’re considering removing your tattoo(s).

Laser technician is always awesome and kind. Ladies at the front desk know me well and we always talk a bit before I get called in for the session. It’s a very calm setting I love going. 100% recommend.

I had my first tattoo removal appointment here today. I was a little nervous going into it because I am embarrassed by the tattoo I’m having removed. Susan and Dr. Matt were both awesome and super non judgmental. They answered any and all questions I had before I even had the chance to ask them. They created a comfortable and professional environment that made my first appointment a breeze.

So far so good! I’ve only had one session (they send you straight in after the consultation FYI) the staff are super helpful at easing any anxiety and answering any questions you may have. Very professional and clean. The doctor running the procedure is great and I would recommend this location to anyone seeking tattoo removal. Looking forward to seeing them again in 6 weeks.

Amazing experience! I googled Tattoo removal last night just to do some research and requested a consultation. I received an immediate response and an appointment for the next morning. The team at the front desk was very inviting and welcoming and Amber did an amazing job with the consultation! I’m very happy with my experience.

Great first treatment! Work was done quickly and methodical. Removal is not a pleasant experience, so the faster the better. I have a very large piece. I will post progress pictures after every few visits.

The receptionists Are very friendly and Good communicators. The doctor is also friendly, knowledgeable and calming to nervous patients, like how I was my first time. In general, the whole place has a relaxing atmosphere And would definitely recommend.

Just had my consultation and first removal session and the folks at the Removery in Cinnaminson NJ made it a very comfortable experience. Susan handed my consultation and was very friendly and personable. She explained the process in great detail so I knew exactly what to expect throughout the process. She also reviewed all the different payment options so I could choose what works best for me. The actual removal procedure was handled by Dr. Matt and he was great, as well. Dr. Matt was friendly and knolwedagble and made sure I was comfortable through the process. It stings a bit but not bad at all since it only took 5 minutes. After the procedure, it just feels like a sunburn....so not bad at all. Really well run operation there. If youve been thinking of having some ink removed, I highly suggest you book a cosultation.

Clean, knowledgable, and BEYOND friendly!! You may walk in a little bit nervous but the staff here will take that anxiety right away. Im always greeted with a smile and am given every bit of information needed/requested every step of the way. The doctors bedside manner is unmeasurable. I had laser tattoo removal on my eyebrows and I am very happy with my decision. I was scared the procedure would be painful but Susan walked me through every step during my consult and eased my worries. Dr. Matt and the team at the Cinnaminson location are fantastic. Removal can be intimidating, but they’re very comforting and pleasant to work with. Dr. Matt is extremely efficient. There’s no getting around the discomfort but he’ll have you in and out quickly.

I went in for a consultation. Upon arrival I was greeted very well. My friendly people was taken care of and an orderly fashion. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with the presentation presented for tattoo removal. Look forward to getting one done.

The Doctor was amazing as well and was very informative. So excited to see the outcome! I also loved that they checked in the next day to see if there was anything that I needed. Pain level is very minimum too, for those who worry about that!

Wow! I had my consultation with Susan at Removery to discuss having one of my tattoos lightened up to prepare for getting it covered up with a different tattoo. I had an amazing experience from the minute I walked through the door until the time I left. All of the staff was friendly and kind, greeting me and helping to walk me through all the paperwork. Susan and I discussed the process and expectations in great detail. She was very knowledgeable and transparent about everything and she was able to answer every question I had. She helped me feel very comfortable with this procedure. She also provided me with options for payment and packages that would fit not only my needs for this tattoo, but my lifestyle and my finances. And I didn’t feel pressured into purchasing anything. I would highly recommend this place! I am very excited to start the process of finally getting this tattoo taken care of

The front desk is so warm and welcoming and super accommodating with your schedule. I was a nervous wreck my first appointment, now I look forward to coming in. I have a small tattoo that I’m removing, not painful at all, can imagine it would be so for a bigger tattoo, but I guess that’s based on individual tolerance. Anyway this place is great.

It took so long for me to find tattoo removal services in my area and low and behold they were under my nose the whole time. I never leave reviews but they always help me so why not… first let’s start off with the staff, they were so warm and welcoming, they made the experience worth while. I actually got to start my first session that same exact day so I was so excited and they also have in house financing for those who qualify… my whole experience was a 10 out of 10 and as far as the pain of the laser, uhhhh I’ll let you experience that for yourself.

All good things to say so far. I have had two sessions. It’s painful but quick. I saw Dr. Bodner yesterday and he was great. Scheduled again with him. I had a session yesterday and feel fine today.

Rating 4/5 just because I’ve only gone to one session and am not willing to give a complete rating until I have more final results. So far I have greatly enjoyed my experience at Removery with everyone I have interacted with and my recovery from my first session is going well. So far, so good. I’ve only had one laser removal session so far but can say the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable, very professional doctor, and calming environment. I can also already see a slight lightening in my tattoo!

Everyone there is welcoming, friendly, and professional. I had a great experience. As for the laser, it doesn’t hurt too bad at all. It just feels like a rubber band snapping. I highly recommend their service. I can’t wait to get more sessions and see the results 😌 my skin was not injured at all by the laser. I am sure the end result will be a perfect tattoo removal.

From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Susan I knew I made the right decision. I have had a tattoo for a bit now I debated on removing and I finally made the leap to go see what this removal was about. I decided to move forward and started my first session. Susan was so sweet and informative and made me feel comfortable. Gillian was awesome and super fun. She calmed my nerves by making jokes & chill. The prep took longer than the actual laser. It was on me for about 30 seconds. Everyone that says “it’s worse than the tattoo” probably has had laser tattoo removal done before because it was far from that. It stung a bit and felt like a rubber band snapping on you. I’m a little swollen but nothing crazy to be worried about. I’m excited for this journey. Thank you ladies & the Dr for being so great - you were super awesome!
