Augusto is very informative about after care. He fixed this Dragon that got infected because I didnt pay attention to the original artist. He took a break only when I needed a smoke. Im happy and will go back for my sleeve.

Got my nose piercing here and it loved them, so I came back a few months later to get my ring changed. Andy was amazing! Thank you for helping choose the right ring and being such a pleasure 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Everyone was so nice Mr. Eddie, Mr. Arturo, and Ms. Amber they answered every question we had I went with my daughter to ask about piercings. They were so excellent as soon as I walked outside I called my husband he went right there and took care of him. I have gone to change my earring for my Tragus and Andy is simply amazing! Never fails me when I go in always friendly and does good! I had walked in with the wrong piece of jewelry & size stud in my ear, Andy provided comfort and knowledge. Andy knew exactly what to do and I couldn’t have asked for a better piercer!!

Think Ink is great. I wanted to take my daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday. I called Think Ink to see if they accept walk ins and what the policy is for a minor. The staff was very helpful with my questions, and answered questions I didn’t ask. Andy was amazing with piercing my daughter’s ears. I would definitely go back for any other piercings for my daughter, and I would go to get a tattoo.

Came in today to switch out my old nose piercing for a new one with Andy. I had the best experience ever! She listens to every single concern of yours and makes sure you feel welcomed and safe with her. She also educated me more about my old piercing and gave me more info about the new one she gave me (which was perfect!) and guess what, the piercing/change was free of charge!!! She’s the absolute sweetest person ever, and I would recommend her to every person here on the planet :)

Went in and Andy was the one who pierced my ears. They were so lovely and talked me through the pain and the whole experience. Even assured me everything was disposable. Just a wonderful experience all around. 10/10 would bring my husband with me next time to talk about getting some tattoos!!

Andy was amazing ! My hoop came out and Andy was able to replace my hoop with a new one and tighten it so it fits perfectly! Andy also was able to get my old piercing reopened and put a temporary earring in. I will be going back this week to get my other piercings done! I will also be going to have the inside of my foot redone!

They didn’t have what I needed (plugs for my stupid ears) but unlike other shops in the area they were actually staffed the hours they said online and were SUPER cool when I walked in. Will be back in the future!

Got a piercing here and the overall experience was great. The shop is clean and the staff made me feel comfortable the entire time. I was a little nervous for my piercing but the piercer was so nice and helpful. I barely felt it and it was over in a second. They are also more than willing to answer any questions you have if you need to follow up on whatever you had done. Id highly recommend this place to everyone.

Andi literally saved my day! I had my nostril pierced at a different shop and needed to switch out the jewelry but they were closed (Sunday). So andi told me she could remove the nose stud for me. After struggling for like an hour, she got it out within seconds. Great experience

I have to say what a bummer the owner Sailor Eddie is so ignorant. I be rude to people and tried to brush it off as a bad first impression. But after reading the other reviews it seems like a common experience that he does not value his customers. It’s a shame because I’ve gotten some good tattoos from the others in the shop. Got a decent piercing and several of my friends have great tattoos from Samson. The shop is clean and for the most part everyone is friendly. If the owner respected his clients and treated everyone like a human it’d be a great shop.

I went here to get a rook piercing and was terribly nervous. I hadnt had a piercing done since I had my earlobes done at 10 years old. Samson was such a nice guy and was fast with the piercing. It has already been a couple months and Ive had no issues. Very happy!

I do not recommend, the tattoo artist were extremely disrespectful! ripped my tattoo paper in front of my face & told me to come back when i have something ,when they were simply told to just make the “A” lowercase. Everyone was very rude and their customer service was unacceptable!

The piercer is so nice and the shop is very clean. I got my nostril pierced here and the guy walked me through all the steps and made sure to ask how I was feeling before, during, and after the piercing. Would very much recommend for a piercing.

I’ve literally been coming to Think Ink since I was 16 when it was under different management and name. Where do I begin? Sailor Eddie, hands-down is the coolest dude ever. Both piercers and tattoo artists a.k.a. the A’s are chill and so laid back too. Samson, is just that dude! My sisters and I have dubbed he Keanu Reeves. It’s just a whole vibe over there! Six of my eight tattoos are from the shop, as well as two out of three official tattoos because you know we all go through the phase and try to do it ourselves a couple of times. Lol I even had the pleasure of taking my daughter to start her experience with Think Ink today for her first Friday the 13th tattoo and piercing event. My daughter definitely wants to go back when she’s older and she told me today for her first tattoo. 😳 She’s only eleven so thank God I have time, but I highly recommend!! 🙌🏽

Eddie was very professional and wonderful to work with! The shop is very clean. They also have a Master Piercer. I cant wait to work with her. I asked lots of questions and they were patient and answered all of them. I was a little nervous and Eddie calmed my fears. I am planning my next tattoo for Eddie! ;-)

Amber is so good at what she does. I’ve gotten two tattoos by her so far. A head tattoo and a cover up. She’s my go to person. I plan on having her do all my upcoming tattoos.

This place was really helpful when I had an issue with my conch piercing. The staff was super nice, funny and supportive. I appreciate all their help and Ill definitely be back!

My friend and I went to go get pierced here and this was hands down the best piercing experience Ive ever had. The piercer Riri was super nice and fun. She talked us through everything, joking around a bit to make us (me😂) feel less nervous about it, and the piercings came out PERFECT. Not to mention it was super affordable too. Everythings clean and sterile there, shes amazing, and I will DEFINITELY be going there for all of my piercings for now on. I absolutely recommend!

Went there 01/06/2022 service was good. They were friendly and made me comfortable for my first tattoo and my boyfriends 9th. He has used this shop since he was 18 (now 31) and he actually has never been more disgusted at the price. For the two black (about 3 inch tattoos) eddie charged us $300 for both. At most these shouldve been $140 to $150 for both not $300! Looks good but not worth $300 for two tattoos that have NO COLOR AND SMALLER IN SIZE (for some reason the picture makes it look bigger). My boyfriend has a tattoo he got from this place that goes from shoulder to shoulder and that was $330 how is a small tattoo $300???

Got my jewelry re put in today by an amazing lady! So sweet and distracted me the whole time. I did a walk in and only waited about 5 mins b4 getting called back. Will be going back in the future. Yall r the best. Thanks again❤️❤️

Watch out for Sailor Eddie. Went in on a friends recommendation and Ive learned a huge valuable lesson. While the tattoo isnt completely trash, I am scheduling an appointment with a much more talented artist for touch ups. I would not recommend him personally, but cannot speak for the rest of the shop. He was heavy handed and shaky, and did not ask about parts of the design and what they were and made minor imperfections that will now have to be fixed by another artist. Look for his Instagram account and look at what youre getting into beforehand. Some of the work is genuinely good, but it seems lately that the time spent is becoming sloppier. You wont leave with nice thin lines, let alone straight lines, or even lines of the same width. Shop was nice and clean, though, not sure where the dirty comments are coming from. I will not for one second come back to this shop trusting them to fix up the initial mistakes. I will not come back for a touch up, and will not be back or have any recommendations for this shop in the future. Pass on Eddie, hopefully the other artists are talented individuals.

After the eagles parade I stopped into think ink to get my 1st tattoo. And sailor Eddie did an awesome job on my eagles tattoo. I will definitely be back again for more. Sailor Eddie has decades of experience and was extremely friendly and explained everything to me before anything was done. I cant believe anyone would have negative reviews/comments about their customer service. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else for my 2nd tattoo.

I received a tattoo here not too long ago. Riri, the girl who did my tattoo did a perfect job! We talked about every little detail in my tattoo and she did absolutely perfect! She was very nice and made it an amazing experience. I couldnt have asked for a better tattoo or a better artist and I will definetly be coming back!

This could be one of the worst experiences I could have had. I have never written a review before but I left this place wanting anyone that is thinking about a tattoo artist to never choose here because of the worst treatment I’ve ever had as a potential customer. First time tattoo buyer and off the bat this man Sailor Eddie sounded like he stereotyped me and was undermining me from the start. Don’t expect to get what you want here, you get what THEY want to give you. Lettering is done through Microsoft word and prepare to take a backseat to what is going on your body because that’s how they treat their customers.

Called to schedule a consult, was told to come in any time the next day. Told them Id be in around 5. Came in right at 5, both artists were busy, which is fine, but their receptionist? was just a 13 year old girl and a 4 year old boy sitting on a 25 year old leather sofa. Do you have an appointment? Ya I told them on the phone yesterday Id be here around this time just for a consult. Oh ... ... so should I wait here? If you want. Sit down awkwardly in ridiculously low to the ground 25 year old leather couch. Children staring at me. Artists seem disinterested in new clients. I left.

I was at Think Ink Tattoo for cartilage piercings. They are great. I went on Friday August 13th, for their Friday the 13th $13 piercings special. $13 per piercing. Any month that has a Friday the 13th is when they do this. It does get crowded because of the good deals. It’s definitely worth it though. I believe tattoos are $31 on Friday the 13th. Not a bad deal. They have a small selection of smaller tattoos for this special. Great staff. Very clean and organized. Highly recommend them.

I got a septum piercing the artist insisted that professionals didnt need clamps but after going home and not just a slip second glance that was given after the piercing I noticed the alignment was poorly made its was literally coming out the skin in below my nostrils. $75 well wasted dont make the mistake I did go somewhere else.Amber was the professional BTW.

Got my tragus pierced about two months ago here. Very clean place, well sterilized tools. I had Sarah as my piercer. She was very nice and explained the process and after care very well. I will be going back to buy another tragus ring and hopefully a tattoo in the future:)

Super nice staff! Natalie was great when it came to my septum piercings, and gave me the run down of the process. The visit was quick and efficient!

Got a tattoo by Eddie, and let’s just say dude is very heavy handed. I have another tattoo on the same spot on my other leg that took 3 hrs and didnt hurt as much as this 45 min tattoo. It hurt to walk the first 3 days, I mean crippling pain.. ohhh and I’m convienced it’s infected in certain areas. Lesson learned!! Sticking to the shop I know!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve never written a google review before but the absolute lack of professionalism and RUDENESS here is offensive. They are closed on random days without notice or apology, they hang up during phone calls.So a couple months ago I came in with my younger sister who was 17 to get a rook piercing and it went well, only because of the piercer at the time. So I came in again on Friday the 13th for their special. I called at about 1pm and they told me that they take their last walk in at 10pm and as long as I’m there by then I’ll be put in line. So I drove there and got there shortly before 10 and by the time I went to get the paperwork it was 10:10 and Sailor Eddie said they stopped taking people at 9pm. No price match no guarantees, I got a “we don’t need your business, go away” kind of response. Regrettably for some reason I went back to the shop at 2:30 pm the following Monday and turns out the shop was closed all day without notice or explanation. Called on Tuesday questioning why I made th trip for nothing, my concern went unacknowledged. So I say I want to bring my sister again for her nostrile piercing. They said no, they need a parent and I told them theu did it before and man on the phone said “listen buddy I’m not arguing with you” and HE HANGS UP. It’s funny how they seem to make the rules up as they go and it’s unsettling to know that when you have a serious inquiry they don’t want to address they hang up. The pure UNPROFESSIONALISM and RUDENESS can’t be understated.

Being a first-time customer Bacio Tattoo, I expected to be treated with great hospitality. This was not the case. The whole staff was EXTREMELY rude. I will never ever go back there again. This is the first google review I have ever written, but when I left that place I was so angered that I decided to tell others to NEVER give them business. After 10 minutes of their attitudes, I decided to take my business elsewhere and walked out. Aside from the staff, the place was extremely dirty. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE!!!!

I would give this shop zero stars if it had the option.I want to make it absolutely clear that the girls who are currently tattooing here have absolutely no business tattooing anyone and are still apprenticing. They DO NOT know what they are doing. The fact that these women are allowed to tattoo and no one is keeping an eye on them or caring about the customers who’s bodies they ruin is completely sick. I got a tattoo here last night for a friend who passed away and it looks like a child did it, honestly I could have tattooed it better. You can hardly make out that it’s suppose to be a rose it so closely resembles a blob. I cried the entire way home and am kicking myself for trusting this shop to mark my body. When I talked to the “ manager” (some shady older guy who laid on the couch the entire time) he told me tooth and nail that the tattoo is fine and to let it lighten and heal and I’ll see that it looks better when in reality no healing time can fix this disaster. Both him and the tattoo artist herself started getting super aggressive and irritated stating that they gave me exactly what I asked for once I made it clear that she had completely botched my tattoo. She just continued to ask if I wanted more shading, like omg NO she just didn’t understand what she was doing, it almost seemed like she was high on something.. Is this how shops get run now? With absolutely no accountability, care or apologies? I can’t describe the feeling of going home with something hideous that’s permanently on your body and the feeling of hopelessness. I am currently looking into my options and what it is I can do to keep this shop accountable. This shop has gone down the drain since Dustin Jude and the other talented artists have left. I learned my lesson and am asking you to Please please please please learn from my mistakes and stay far away from this shop and its artists and do your research before hand.

One of the best around, call them up set up an appointment and talk to your artist to make sure they are on the same page for what you want. World renowned Sailor Eddie and his protégé Samson are some of the best!

** I have around 8 or 9 tattoos so I kno how to treat them 4 the healing process.** My tattoo healed nd the colors were extremely faded and looked like how water colors dry..splotchy and un even. The lines of 1 part of the tattoo werent straight. The tattoo itself was very very nice. But wen u really looked closey it pissed me off which isnt how ur suppose to feel wen u look at the tattoo u paid ur hard earned $$ on. So I had 2 go back nd get it fixed after only about a month and a half. The black outline boarding was even splotchy. So..I just got done with the fixing. I really really really hope its 100% better. The artist is sumbody who has been put in sum comments already.

Agusto did my navel piercing and was very informative and professional!! The entire process was throughly explained and it was very cleanly inside.

Sailor Eddie did an awful job on an incredibly simple cross tattoo, completely did whatever he wanted and the tattoo came out not even similar to the sketch. Also was incredibly nasty to me. Bad work, bad service, wouldnt recommend to anyone.

This place sucks!!!!!!!! Emphasis on suck!!! The White dude with the black truck is very unprofessional. I called to purchase nose rings and to get them installed . I told him I’ll be there in fifteen minutes. Needless to say I was there before 15 min and he walked pass me in the parking lot at as I went to walk through the door and got into his truck. I waved him down and proceeded to tell him I was the one who called and he yelled out the window I have to go pick up somebody. The door hours said they close at six.

I came in for a cover up consultation & the man was just plain rude. I told him the type of tattoo I wanted & he just blatantly said no he’s not doing it because it would look “horrible”, while really I think the issue was he didn’t know how to do that tattoo I wanted on my skin tone (black) & he had too much pride to just say that. Never again.

Had a great experience getting my nose pierced by Samson! He made sure I was informed about the process and made it less scary than I planned for, hope to be back!

Love the tattoo EXCEPT I got the worst tattoo blow out ever. Ink is dispersed underneath my skin and it looks like I am bruised on my whole arm. Ridiculous. The person who tattooed me was very rough to begin with. A friend of mine got tattooed here and got an infection. My friend got tattooed at the same time and 3 weeks later she is still having problems with the tattoo healing.Beware.

I would give less than one star if I could I came him with the full intention of getting a tattoo done and was pretty much dismissed and ignored I would not be returning... To be fair it was fairly late at night probably about three hours before they closed as well as I have never been in there before this which was my first visit but their first impression left much to be desired

I see alot of negative comments on here. To be honest, I love this place alot. The staff are EXTREMELY nice and friendly. Yes, they joke around a lot, but it keeps a good vibe in there and makes you more comfortable. Never quiet and awkward. My tattoos look beautiful and its the only place I would want to go to.

I just got my daith pierced here. And while the staff were very nice - while laying on my back with my ear facing them - the piercer unfortunately dropped the ball of the jewelry in my ear canal. It took 3 staff members, using forceps, and eventually flushing my ear with saline to get it out . After this lengthy and uncomfortable process - I was still charged the FULL $85 for the piercing and/or service. Again, staff was very kind but I thought I would need to go to the ER and my inner ear still hurts.
