I stopped into Claires to get an ear piercing, and the young woman who helped me was very pleasant. She was also very thoughtful and careful with the piercing, making sure that it was exactly right.I highly recommend Claires for your piercing needs, and also of course, for all their fun accessories. I even like the piercing stud, which is white gold with a small CZ stone.

I had a horrible experience with WALMART in looking to get my daughters ears pierced so I decided to look further came to Claire’s and they definitely did not disappoint the ladies were absolutely the sweetest the best customer service I had experienced!! And they were super knowledgeable and helpful I would highly recommend to family and friends to come here ! They are super friendly and made my toddler feel safe. I will definitely be back thank you for making a bad day turn into a great day !!

Good experience in the store lots and lots of things to choose from. Buggy prices though for some of those things. One of the items even broke right when we got into the car. They allowed us to return it without hassle so that’s was good! But prices stink!

The store is nicely lit. Rigjt in the center of promenade boulevard, this is a land must visit if you have kids looking for surprise and jewellery.

Claires is not what it used to be. Everything was very expensive, plan on spending at least $45 to get the buy 3 get one free deal.

Great experience for my granddaughters. Both had their ears pierced and the store clerk was great. Comforting for them and very clean procedure. Only issue i had was the price! $80. Seriously? I about fell over. It was 14 karat gold but still!! I remember $15 lol...but I guess times have changed. Great store tho. Happy granddaughters so thats all matters.

It is exactly as magical as I remember it being when I was a kid! Wall to wall jewelry, hair accessories, squishmallows, and other cute accessories that any girl will surely enjoy. They do ear piercings as well. Such a fun place!

Took my daughter in to get her ears pierced. The woman who did them was wonderful! She took her time making sure everything was sanitized and the piercings were exactly even. She made sure we understood the earrings had nickel in them and asked if our daughter had any allergies to it. They had options of 14 kt gold for anyone who does have sensitivity toward nickel. The prices were great, such as around $60 for the gold option, which includes the piercings and cleaning solution. I would recommend them highly to anyone!

Daughters piercings look great and they were very knowledgeable about taking care of them and had real gold options available. Lots of cool things for all girls it seemed.

My 7 year old got her ears pierced today and the staff was very professional and made it a very smooth process for her. Went much better than I was expecting.

I regret taking my daughter here for piercings. Please go to a tatoo and piercing parlor. The workers at Claires do not have the knowledge the professionals do and Claires charges significantly more. I learned from a parlor that Claires was in a lawsuit and can no longer pierce anything but ears. This is not a good sign. I also learned that the gun they use is very damaging to the tissues. After my daughters earring came out prematurely and we couldnt get it back in, Claires was willing to pierce again the next day. The parlor said there was risk of a hypertrophic bump forming if it wasnt well healed and suggested waiting a month before repiercing. Lastly, when I asked at Claires about the metal composition of their earings they gave me false information and when pressed flat out said they couldnt really tell me. At a parlor they can tell you the exact metal composition. This is important because many people are sensitive to nickel. Please use professionals (not mall workers) for piercings, I wish I had.

I had a very good experience the sales woman was busy piercing someone and it took a bit of time but after they were done she helped me get exactly what I was looking for several claw hair clips and clip on earrings thank you!

Says on website they do cartilage and nose piercings, but they don’t. Terrible costumer service. Don’t go here.
