Ok I was there earlier this evening with my daughters. One of which decided to step back from a piercing she initially wanted. My daughter has heavy anxiety and adhd. Jimmy explained everything to her about the piercing, her reaction, etc. He was so sweet and patient with her as well as my questions. I genuinely appreciate that much more than you know. Jimmy you and your staff are amazing. Ill be back in a couple of weeks for my piercings. Strongly recommend.

Went in to get my nostril pierced. Very easy quick process to get signed in, clean CLEAN environment, the person who did my piercing explained everything they were going to and everything I needed to do for my after care. They will also switch out my piercing jewelry with my preferred ornamentation for free, after the healing is complete. I also really appreciated that they made sure to let me know to come back in if I had any questions ir concerns about the piercing. I will be back...but I think for a tattoo next time. Just a great place to go in and get your work done and walk out.

Got my helix done here by Johnny B this weekend. The lady at the front desk was super nice and informative and the piercer was super nice and funny and helped me feel super relaxed. He also was very knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to do for aftercare. I was in and out really quick too. I will def be coming back for more piercings and will be recommending.

Eric Allen did an awesome job on my husbands forearm tattoo. He has great concepts, and truly listens to what you want your piece to portray. His line work is pristine. He is also outstanding with color, as he did a watercolor for me, as well as two friends. Cant wait to get back in the chair and get my next one from Eric!

So there I was, imbibing alcohol at good vibrations, when lo! And behold... there was Jimmy Romance Tattoo, and I immediately felt that old tug. I need ink. Due to an incredible amount of professionalism and compliancy, I was not allowed to get a tattoo that day, as it is illegal to tattoo the inebriated in Arkansas (which is smart). But this was a blessing in disguise, as I needed a monster dessert tattoo, specifically a Nutty Buddy alligator tattoo. Scheduling gave the incredibly talented and creative Lord Reverend Jake time to develop the awesomeness you behold. Yep. Im the first human on earth to have this tattoo, so booya!

Johnny at jimmy romance did this amazing tattoo of my anchor. Jimmy did this amazing feather tattoo for my wife. Both tattoos are amazing. The guys there are awesome with fun personalities. Definitely would recommend going to either artist there. I will definitely will be going back

I came in to get second ear lobe piercings. Josh was very nice and helped to ease my nerves. My dad, who has been searching for a place to get a tattoo went ahead and asked if they had any availability while we were there. Most places tell you they are booked up for a few months, but Jimmy was happy to do it and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend this place for all your tattoo and piercing needs.

First tattoo. My boyfriend goes to this shop all the time and I can fully agree with him that the service, people, and all around, this is a great environment. My tattoo was horrible! I wish I had a before and after. I hated that tattoo, I went to another tattoo parlor and was told it would be impossible to cover up with anything but a skull, I think skulls are cool just not for me. I wanted a cross. Jake looked at it and said yeah I can do it. Well he freaking did it! He made an embarrassing blunder of a tattoo into a work of art. I will only be going here from now on. Super clean place. They were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable! They went over the whole entire after care, and Johnny was really nice, cool and funny. I have gone to Jimmy Romance for 8 plus years and they never disappoint. Jake was my artist, and he blew my expectations out of the water. What I saw in my head was nothing compared to what he drew up for me. My piece was a very important art piece and he just made it so much more. I recommend any of the guys in that shop, they are the best in NWA! Their work speaks for itself.

This place is absolutely amazing. My best friend wanted to get her industrial and doubles done, so we called 30 minutes before they closed to see if they were able to do it and they said they would. Once we got there we were greeted and they were super friendly. While she waited to get her peircing I talked to one gentleman (i forgot his name but he had a tattoo over his eyebrow that said Aurora? if i can remember) and he was super friendly we talked about piercings and the different tattoos I had, and i also talked to Keith and he was wonderful too. Once my friend went to go get her piercing Josh welcomed us and talked to us while doing it. After he explained the aftercare very well. I definitely recommend this place for tattoos and piercing, they have the most friendly and out going staff and their artwork is absolutely beautiful. 10/10

I went to get my belly button pierced and Josh made it a comfortable experience and it was so quick and painless. I was super nervous before but all my nerves left when I walked in. Super nice employees and clean. I was a walk in and only waited about 20 minutes. Recommend for piercings!

I got my first nose piercing here in January 2021 and had a great experience. I came back in August of 2022 to get a 2nd nose piercing and I wish I remembered the name of the guy..he was nice but when he pierced my nostril, I could feel what felt like a crunch with resistance and he continued to push through it as my nose began to bleed quite a bit. A normal piercing bleeds some but this was an actual nose bleed. I thought I was going to pass out. I ended up letting it close up and heal and went to a different piercer who was able to do it practically painless and said it likely went through a capillary. I have scar tissue now where the initial piercing went in. Other than that, the people were friendly.

From a parents perspective: I took my daughter in for a ear/Helix piercing. The shop was very clean, orderly and safe, the staff was awesome and Josh preformed the piercing with patience and skill. Everyone was extremely professional and the process was explained very well beforehand.

Very clean and professional shop! Josh was helpful in sizing my gauges and giving me a conch piercing. He went over thorough aftercare instructions with me and it’s healing nicely. Very pleased!

I don’t remember my piercers name but the entire place has the best energy. very very polite & clean. my piercer walked me through what would happen, how to clean my piercings & what the healing process would be like. both me & my mom signed a paper before i was able to get the piercings because i am under age. on top of that my piercer asked permission from my mom to pierce me at that location & to touch my ear/nose. i find that extremely professional & i will be going back there for more piercings. my piercings are the stud piercing on the left side of my nose & the industrial piercing on my ear. i didn’t have a copy of my birth certificate so they allowed my mom to email it to them to print out which was very polite. very quick & i experienced very little pain.

My daughter has been begging to get her ears pierced (for the third time). All other attempts have left pain, infection and improper treatment recommendations. I adore Jimmy as a human and finally had a reason to visit his establishment (they do great tattoos but I haven’t taken that leap yet). I did however on a whim add a nose piercing I’ve wanted for over 20 years. Johnny B did the piercings and was just wonderful. We got jokes, magic, a fun mother/daughter memory and proper care instructions that have left us both pain and infection free. “DO NOT TOUCH IT”!!! We listened. I highly recommend and wish I would have listened the first time. I’m not sure what the age requirements are so obviously call first. Thanks to whole crew for taking care of us!

Got my septum piercing earlier today as a walk-in. It’s my first piercing outside of my ears and I was definitely nervous. I believe it was Justin who took care of me at the register and he was so nice which made me relax a bit. Then Johnny took care of the piercing and made the whole experience quick and as painless as possible. I appreciate the whole team at Jimmy Romance and will definitely come back for a tattoo !

Just got two ear piercings by Johnny B, best piercing experience I’ve had! He took the time to explain proper after care of my piercings for me and made the entire experience as smooth as possible. Everyone else in the shop seemed very nice as well. Will definitely be making this my go-to for piercings from now on.

Great experience! I went in to get my nose pierced. Josh was super knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. They do not have an option to leave a tip if you pay with a card so bring cash! Josh, Ill take care of you when I come back in for my jewelry change!

Johnny B has pierced me 3 times now and Im sure Ill be back for more! KC was super helpful today when I went in and he explained that there would be a wait. Johnnys worth the wait so I was good with it. I was really disappointed while I was there waiting because I overheard one of the artists (Eric) being very demeaning to a potential customer. Thats the first bad experience Ive EVER had here. Im hoping it was just a bad day because Id never get tatted by someone speaking to me like that. Looking forward to going back soon.

Love Jimmy Romance! Jake is the best. My sister and I both came to him wanting the same tattoo and he was not only able to replicate it but do an amazing job on both as well. It was my first color tattoo and Ive always been nervous about getting ones in color but he did an amazing job, perfectly blending the colors and creating shade. He was very friendly and also showed me many of his other tattoo designs as well as was able to give me advice/pricing on a few other ideas I had for future tattoos. I feel the price is perfect, not overpriced and not underpriced. Remember youre paying for quality tattoos!

Ive come here for two of my tattoos, they do excellent work, but I drove over an hour away to get a nose piercing. It says its open on the website, but as soon as I get there no cars are outside, and doors are locked. So if youre planning on going here today 02/11/21 they are closed. Someone outside said they havent seen anyone there all day.

The lady at the front desk is completely rude and unprofessional. We got three piercings done, and she charged us $50 more than what was posted online and when I brought it to her attention she completely flipped out saying I was lying even though I just told her they needed to take a look at it because it’s showing a different price. We know our piercer from before he was there and he was the only reason we went. Josh, Jake, and Johnny are all awesome, but the rude, disgusting lady at the front is horrible. Would advise only going on the weekdays when she isn’t there.

Ive had 2 tattoos done here and yesterday I took my 9 year old daughter to get her earlobes pierced. I also got my nostril done. Johnny B was so patient with my daughter even though she started crying as soon as she saw the needle. He joked with her and even did a little magic to cheer her up when she was done. She was all smiles by the end of it. My nostril piercing was quick and painless! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great shop

I went around late noon for a tattoo. They asked me to come back at 3:30 bc they couldn’t attend me until then. I show up for my appointment, they asked me to have a seat. I’m waiting and waiting. The person that was supposed to do my tattoo is taking his time. Next a random lady walks in and he greets her and shows her tattoos and talks for ever. After they finally finished. He leaves to take a break to go smoke. It’s now 5:12 and no one seems to care that I’ve been sitting there waiting like a dummy. I finally get up and ask them for my refund. The manager said he couldn’t refund me in full. I was done at this point. I let him keep the 75 bucks that he couldn’t refund me. At this point I’m just over it. But he didn’t seem to care in-fact he was happy to keep the $75 he couldn’t refund me. He was happy to let me leave his business with out my money! Very unprofessional!

I went in three days ago to get my eyebrow pierced and I could not be more happy about going here to get it done. It was fast and relatively painless. Getting my nose pierced hurt more but even at that the pain for that wasn’t bad. Johnny was very informative and got straight to the point. I definitely would recommend this place!

Found my go-to tattoo shop. Eric did a couple small pieces to add on to another piece I had, and I couldn’t be more impressed. My first piece got done at another shop a couple months back, and he found a few spots that needed touched up (some I noticed, some I didn’t) and did that at no extra charge. The shop was clean, everyone, including the owner, was friendly, and the price was very fair. Maybe a tad on the high side, but worth it, and you get what you pay for! If you want some top-notch tattoo work done, go see these guys! I know I’ll be back!

This is THE PLACE to get TATTOOS. No games. Do not be offended by their professional preferences and opinions. Its for your best interest. Customer service is great. Friendly people. Which is unlike most studios. They answer your questions with honesty and concern for you. MANY Great Tattoo Artist operating here!! The products they use are high quality and it shows in the art for years to come.

If you want to be overcharged and treated like a number for a service thats permanent, this is the place. If you like rude people that make you wait 4 weeks only to reschedule multiple times, also a great spot. Cant imagine how they have stayed in business, fortunately theres several other options.

Came in 6 months ago, today. Easy, quick, and relatively painless. He talked super quick, though and I found it hard to keep up. Definitely not the hand-holding type. But, I managed to get out of there knowing how to clean and care for my nose piercing, so I call that a win. Its not quite healed up - I dont think, anyways.. but, Ive had no infections, bumps, or issues. My only problem now has come up with buying new jewelry. I have no idea what size to buy - will be calling tomorrow to find out.

I’ve had several tattoos done at Jimmy Romance over the years. Went in for a piercing and got ridiculed for a good 10 minutes by Eric, who wasn’t helping with paperwork or executing the piercing. The girl at the front desk said he was stalling to leave (30 minutes after close) because my friend and i had walked in and that was his way of flirting. I’ve never had an issue with artists’ professionalism, but apparently if you aren’t paying them, that goes out the window. Love the artists but can’t say I’ll be back after this experience.

I called ahead and talked to a very pleasant gentleman on the phone. I was looking for someone to pierce my daughters ears -she’s 12. I had heard good things about having piercings done at a tattoo shop and received a recommendation for this one. While on the phone, the gentleman assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem and even talked about the rules for piercings for minors. Fast forward to today. We walked in when they opened. I don’t have names but the gentleman who said he would do the piercing was less than friendly. He made sure my daughter knew it was going to hurt -fine-I’m fine with honesty. While we waited for him to get set up, more employees came in and the conversation was laced heavily with F bombs. They were having cronuts and cussing their faces off. I winked at my daughter and told her it was fine. Then we went back to the back to get to business. The guy was set up and we asked how it worked. He was gruff and started explaining it. Then he shows us a bar earring. When I asked about a hoop which I had discussed in my phone call he became very irritated and said that he guessed he could do that-that’s when we left. I had no preconceived notions about a tattoo shop, I live my life believing that if I’m nice to people, they will be nice in return. This shop may fit well for many people -but my experience was not a good one. I’m pretty old school, and yes, I cuss, but not in front of customers and certainly not in front of children. I wasn’t expecting unicorns and kittens but had hoped for a respectful and friendly atmosphere. And no- there’s no record of us coming in because the gentleman working at the front said we could fill it out afterwards.

Would not go anywhere else! Jimmy Romance did an amazing job on our son and his first ink. He took his time during the design and made sure he was 100% happy with everything before starting. Price a quality is best on NWA

Clean and friendly. Brought the teenager in for a nose piercing. They make absolutely certain to tell you repeatedly how to care for your piercing. Repeatedly. Did I say they are thorough? They are thorough. Keep in mind, it’s not pretty and glamorous in here. It’s def clean but it’s also gritty and basic. You do you. They’ll help you look the part.

Excellent! I went in for a tragus piercing. Josh Ward did an amazing job, even when, once pierced, I decided to change the jewelry and the gauge size. He re-pierced, probably thinking Im crazy :) but he did so at no additional cost except the new jewelry. Piercing was perfect, clean, sanitary conditions. The only downside was a wanted cute ;) jewelry but they had mainly bigger stuff that isnt my style. Ill still go back because Josh was SO good!

Johnny B pierced my daith and it has so far been the most painless experience of my life. I have had several awful experiences with piercings, and I really enjoy how the whole experience has been.I have been following his aftercare instructions, and so far I have only had minor swelling and I have been able to combat it very well.I will only come here for future piercings!!

I went here and was tattooed by Brian recently and I can honestly say I could NOT be happier. My art looks so beautiful and was just what I wanted. I have wanted a nose piercing since I was a teenager, but I let fear of physical pain and opinions of others keep me from doing it; later it was med school, establishing my career, motherhood, etc., that I used as reason why I dont have time.Today is the 2nd anniversary of my dads unexpected passing, and it was important to me to do something in honor of celebrating life like he did: all in, no fear, make it count!I called Jimmy Romance Tattoo & Body after reading the positive reviews, and K.C. answered the phone. He answered every single question I asked (and there were A LOT)- not once did he make me feel stupid for asking, act inpatient with me for asking so many, or rush me off the phone. The conversation with KC was the bait that got me to drive 25 miles instead of using local places - the cleanliness of the store, the additional information that both KC and my piercer, Jimmy, provided in person, along with Jimmys experience was the hook that got me to go all in, no fear, make it count!Jimmy did a GREAT job and I cant express how much I LOVE my piercing!!! Customer service was great over the phone but not the best in person. I was told they couldn’t do appointments for ear piercing and to just walk in. And when I got there I was told I would get taken right back after the paperwork but waited a little over a hour while the guy ate and chit chatted with others. I had things to do and I was hoping it would be a quick thing but since that what I was told but it turned into a hour and a half all together. Really disappointed.

Went in for a simple nose piercing. Johnny was very thorough in explaining all the aftercare I would need to do and gave me a business card to call him if something went wrong with the piercing. Would highly recomend them.

Best tattoo place around friendly professional staff. Our daughter had gotten a few tattoos done there. Very clean shop and great prices. Highly recommend this place

My experience with Johnny B. has been awesome. I won’t have anyone else touch me. Has done my last five and one was done last week. I am now trying to get the money together for my next one!

Its a great environment to get a tattoo! Plus all the tattoo artists are amazing at their jobs, and love to see their customers happy! The best part is they truely do care about their customers!

Okay. I would like to preface this very, very bad review with something nice, because there was something good about this place.First: the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I wish I had his name so I could say exactly who it was that was so good with us...Second: The guy who did my helix piercing was very professional and clean and I really do love my piercing.Now for the review.Once he got my name put in, the receptionist told me we would be called back momentarily.A couple minutes later a guy (by the name of Johnny B) walked out to where we were sitting and just stared at us for a second. I looked at my fiancé wondering why this guy was just staring at us.Then Johnny B looked at me and said “Helix piercing?”I said “Yeah.” So he said “Follow me.”So we went back to a chair where he had me sit and started prepping the area.My fiancé, not knowing much about piercings, said “Is the helix piercing a cartilage piercing? Just want to make sure it’s in the right place, haha.”Johnny looked at him and didn’t say anything for an uncomfortable amount of time and then said “You don’t know what that is?” He said “no...” and Johnny leaned forward toward him and said “It’s my job to know these things.” In a very condecending manner.And a side note, the f bomb was dropped probably 10 times in the TWO MINUTES we were back there. So if you have kids or morals, don’t come here. You may walk out feeling nauseas. I didn’t even eat dinner because I felt so sick.Back to the experience. As he was prepping my ear he was explaining after care and things like that.Everything my fiancé said, he had a rude comment for it! He was nice to me for the most part but very rude to my fiancé.I lied back on the chair to get the needle pushed in, and I didn’t have a reaction (it wasn’t bad at all, just a pinch) so my fiancé said “did you feel that?”I nodded, and then Johnny looked at my fiancé and said “I love it when they say they felt that. When they don’t it just hurts my feelings.” And then laughed.Maybe to some people this would be funny, but since this guy had his hands in my face, I felt violated and disgusted and VERY uncomfortable.My fiancé did not laugh and gave him a blank stare, so he just continued with putting the jewelry through and then as he wad screwing the ball on the ends he said “This is my problem, big hands tiny balls.” And then laughed. I get it, he likes to joke around, but do they all need to be dirty? I’m telling you! DO NOT let these people handle your children!!!! I’m 18 and I left TRAUMATIZED. Total FREAK who clearly has no filter or RESPECT, for others or himself.Only reason he has one star is because the receptionist was nice and the piercing was fine. Also google won’t let me post a review without putting at least one.My fiancé said something (nothing rude, just something random) and Johnny leaned toward him, again, staring for like 10 seconds and then said slowly “Whoooo gives a fuuu#*“And the LAUGHED AT HIM! My fiancé was almost crying he was so mad that this guy was touching my face.As soon as we finished, he shook our hands and gave us his card and said “Here, call this number if you have any question, if there’s any problems at the site or if you wanna complain that I’m a total a—hole this is what you call, hahaha! But I promise I’m not really an a—hole, I just like to mess around so people feel comfortable.”Then he smiled and showed us the door.We talked after a minute and then I started crying. He called the number and Johnny answered. He kindly told him that we felt very uncomfortable and that his language and sexual jesting was disturbing to say the least, and that his unkindness toward Matthew made us never want to step foot in there again.He apologized for “how we felt” and then tried to justify what he did. I do appreciate his apology, but again, he was “sorry we felt that way”, not sorry for the way he acted.WILL NOT come back here EVER again. That’s all. Goodbye.

Got my septum pierced by Johnny, and he did a fantastic job! Knows what hes talking about and it didnt even hurt that badly.Pain Level: 3/10Satisfaction level: 10/10Will come again for a piercing or tattoo

My wife and I scheduled an appointment 3 months in advance with Eric. We come out every year to Arkansas and thought it woukd be nice to get some work done. We told him our ideas with examples of what we wanted and he never once showed us any drawings. We confirmed our appointment 1 week before the date with Eric. Eric then erased our appt with no explination two days before our appt by email. We dont live in Arkansas so the reccomendations he gave us for a different shop are pointless because how are we going to get an appt in two days time? Also why would we use your reccomendation your unreliable.

I have been pierced there 2X and on both they had to be repierced bc they were put in the wrong spot 😤😤😤 My septum piercing was done free hand (no clamp) and went thru the tip of my nose instead of the septum. Totally unprofessional . 0\5 stars

I just got my bottom lip pierced a few days ago and although the staff were very welcoming, the piercing was put in at an angle and the next day it had dug into my inner lip.

Me and my daughter went and got our nose pierced mother daughter bonding for her 18th the piercer was extremely funny and made us comfortable and relaxed thank you so much for this wonderful experience

Got a tattoo from here for my first tattoo by jake and the first session of my half sleeve turned out great but then when I came for the second it looked nothing like the first half and was sloppy ( mind you after I waited I went and got this touched up 2 more times and still very light and sloppy ) highly disappointing
