The blonde piercer Shelby as well as piercer P have been absolutely wonderful. Both have done multiple piercings on me, and ensured I was comfortable and in a calm environment for the entirety of the appointment. My results have always went beyond expectations and I’m majorly impressed at their care and attention to detail. All of the ladies in this store are wonderful, helpful and always greet me with a smile! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone interested in adding additional piercings or seeking some fashion jewelry!

I absolutely love this place !! Shelby was amazing with me and answered all my questions ( I had a lot) hah made me feel comfortable when I was nervous . She did fantastic piercing my septum . We are in town visiting from Florida and have never been to the area before, our 5 year old had her earring pulled out after getting caught and lost the backing of her earring that came from our banter location back home. We stopped in to the store to get a replacement backing and Ashton greeted us and also assisted us with cleaning our daughters piercing and putting on the new backing. She comforted our daughter and rewarded her with a lollipop. We cant thank her enough and we would absolutely return to this area now and that banter purely because of this positive experience. I got my ears pierced at Banter, and I couldnt be happier. I went in a couple of times to ask questions and figure things out, and everyone was really helpful and really professional about answering any of my admittedly stupid questions. Id gladly recommend them if youre looking to get a new piercing.

P never fails to keep me looking my best. i have gotten 3 piercings from her now and she always does an amazing job. She is very calm, clean, and makes sure I am okay during the process. She also talks you through the piercing and takes her time to make it perfect. She always does an amazing job and i HIGHLY recommend her!! if i could give her 1,000 stars i most certainly would!! Can’t wait for my next one! :)

Shelby pierced my nose and eyebrows(separate occasions) and the thing that sold me on them is how much they measured to see if it was symmetrical. Symmetry is really important to me with my piercings so the fact they did that without me even mentioning it is a REALLY big green flag as a piercer imo

Ashtin is Great! The blonde piercer is extremely rude! She was rude to us today. I saw her being rude to other guest on Saturday! This is just wrong! If it wasn’t for the blonde I would be leaving 5 stars!!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Everyone at the studio was so incredibly helpful and sweet. No matter what question or topic I brought up, they were glad to answer! P pierced my philtrum/medusa and everything went so smooth and quick! My piercing was freehand and came out so centered and beautiful. Never getting pierced anywhere else again!!! You get the experience and quality that you pay for.

Went here once a few months ago having a problem with a nose piercing I’d gotten elsewhere. They were so calm and friendly and helpful! I’ve gone back a few times for jewelry/advice and they’ve always been so great!!

I love this store so much ! The assistant manager is very personable and gets to know her clients well. The manager is super helpful when it came to working with me in tandem with the excellent service plan for jewelry. I can say confidently this is the best place around northwest Arkansas for good piercing jewelry at a decent price. I recommend completely for any everyday essentials and fun pieces.

I had a great experience with Pachie for my nose piercing! She was extremely thorough, informative and professional as I made my piercing, jewelry and placement decisions. The space is clean and I can tell she takes sterilization and cleanliness of the piercing very seriously.

I stopped to get pierced on my road trip from Missouri to Texas after reading all the great reviews for this place. P definitely lived up to the hype! I wanted an industrial & daith piercing, but wasnt sure if I had the correct ear anatomy for it. P worked around my anatomy & made sure I looked my best. She also didnt get annoyed by my strange requests (metal allergy so I need 14k gold) like so many other piercers have in the past. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable & talked me through two painful piercings. She is so personable, kind, & caring! I really wish she was located in Texas, but Im also totally willing to drive the 9 hours to see her again. Thank you for fulfilling my little emo kid dreams, P!

The best experience ever! I impulsively made the decision to finally get my nose pierced (Ive been wanting to for years). I got my nostril pierced by Shelby I would 10000000/10 do it again. She explained everything so well and in a way I can understand. There is a private piercing room which took away the anxiety of getting it done while people in the store are staring. I was sweating bullets in the chair and had my boyfriend hold my hand. She put the needle through and I barely even felt it. I said oh... thats it?! It was so quick and painless! I told her I would be back FOR SURE! Cant recommend them enough : ) Everyone there is so sweet too!

Got a second piercing done here today and the piercer was awesome! I hate that I forget her name but she was on staff Saturday night at 6 pm, attractive young woman with brown hair she was wearing in space buns. Super helpful and funny. Would go again!

My piecer was awesome, patient, and very experienced and knowledgeable. Im very particular on who I let pierce me or tattoo me and she hands down was the best! The atmosphere if the store is very chill but also upbeat with knowledgeable employees who are very easy to talk to. I highly recommend going here for piercings or jewelry.

Just had a nostril piercing by Pachie (pronounced Payshee) @ Rogers location. Such a smooth experience! Took good care to explain the process as it occurred, relieved my nerves with her calm presence, and most importantly - maintained a sterile environment from start to finish.
