Jennifer was so sweet, funny and well detailed when describing the whole Tattoo removal process. Stephanie was also very sweet and funny and made the Tattoo removal easy and painless. I am very excited to enter the Tattoo removal journey and i’m happy with the Team i’m working with 🖤

I’m one year into the tattoo removal process and so glad I chose this company and this location. These women are so sweet, knowledgeable and get me in and out. It’s super easy to reschedule if something comes up. I highly recommend.

Removery is definitely a leader in tattoo removal. The studio is very clean and the staff are friendly and professional, and take care to ensure you feel at ease during the treatments. The treatment process is clearly explained as are the instructions for aftercare and what to expect. Ive had great results on both tattoos I am getting treated. Thank you so much to their team for the excellent service.

Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Amber explained everything in great detail, but in ways that we could understand. I had full confidence that I had made the right decision to not only have the removal, but to trust Amber do it. Although the service is very expensive, Im optimistic that my results will be worth the price. Did I mention its very painful? Not painful enough to never go back, but its rough. Thankfully, each session is quick. Highly recommend if youre looking to have something removed.

I can’t say enough good things about The Removery ! The technicians here are incredibly sweet and always make me feel welcome, even though the process can be a bit painful. If I had a favorite - it would be Stephanie, we talk so much it’s distracting from the hot hot laser..I actually look forward to my appointments because of how friendly and professional everyone is. This was my first session of laser tattoo removal and I was pretty nervous. When I walked in, I was greeted by Stephanie and Jen and my worries were immediately put to ease! I filled out my paperwork and then Stephanie performed the removal and she was INCREDIBLE! All of my questions about the process and aftercare were answered and I booked another session. Everything was very straight forward and I could not recommend this location enough!!!

Love Removery! I’ve been wanting to get the frog on my ankle removed for YEARS and finally decided to just go for it. Each appointment is quick & easy and the staff is super friendly. You’d think since we only see each other every 8-10 weeks they wouldn’t remember you much, but they do and that feels so nice!

Ive had 8 tattoos removed by this business and they are always friendly and professional. The tattoos faded nicely and most of them are now gone. I have just a few left. I would recommend this business for tattoo removal services.

I was doing some research on tattoo removal because I have a stick n poke from college that I have been considering getting removed. I always thought it was super expensive & painful! There aren’t many options in the metro Detroit area & I loved that Removery focuses only on tattoo removal. I went in for a free consultation & all of the staff were super helpful! They walked me through the process & were super transparent about the pricing which I was so thankful for. I made the decision to go for it & was able to have my first session the same day!! Compared to what I was expecting the pain wasn’t bad at all & it was super quick!! I’ve only had one session so far but I am excited to go back for more to get this thing gone!!My only complaint is that I scheduled my consultation for 3:30 and was waiting until 4:00 to be seen. Kind of inconvenient but they were very apologetic about it so I’m still giving 5 stars!Like I said, I’m only one session in but I have no regrets about choosing Removery!

Ive been lasering my ink at a couple other places for the last 2 years, with little result and a lot of wasted time and money. Ive had 3 sessions at Removery and already am seeing a lot of fading in a short amount of time. The staff is amazing, the environment is clean and the process is so much less painful than the lasers that will rip you apart at other places. I would highly recommend Removery for their professionalism and amazing results. Not to mention the ladies at the Royal Oak location are so great to work with and always take such good care of me. I have no regrets, except that I wish I had started here sooner.

From my consultation 3/2023 to now, still pleased with my decision to go on this Removery journey.It has taught me patience, that’s for sure. I had a fresh tattoo and all dark ink, so it takes time. My treatments are every 10 weeks the last 3 visits and I see the progress, slowly, but surely.I give Removery 5 stars all around. The clinic, the technicians, the customer care representatives when you call, no complaints.Thank you for my journey and guidance. You all are great.

Staff is super friendly and kind! They are not judgemental at all about what kind of tattoo youre getting removed. Its a comfortable space and they do great work! Ive been going here for almost a year and its definitely starting to really fade my tattoos! Anyways, if I had anyone ask where to go for tattoo removal I would recommend Removery. Great Staff! Fast, Clear and to the point. Realistic expectations. Very clean ! I’ve had two sessions. I’d say there has been a significant anount of lightening. 2-3 more sessions and getting a cover up should be no problem! Awesome place- recommend!

I had my 3rd tattoo removal appointment today very nervous and scared to go in. To my surprise I had the nicest experience with Amber! She’s very compassionate & understanding during the whole process! Normally I’m in tears & pull away constantly, but today was the first time i could withstand it! I will only book with her for rest of my sessions❤️

The lovely staff at Removery are always very friendly when I come in. They answer all my questions, even the ones I ask multiple times. Dont let your treatment area get any sun! And keep it well moisturized. 4 stars only because I have only had 6 treatments and still waiting for end result. This process depends on the patient doing their part and following the protocols.

The ladies at Removery are personable, well informed, and have a great set up there. They walked me through my first tattoo removal explaining the whole process and many easy payment options. Couldn’t have gone smoother and can’t wait to finish my treatments with them.

For the last 3 years, I have gone to Removery for tattoo removal. They by far have been the best experience I have had with laser tattoo removal. They treat clients like family. The kindest, respectful and most knowledgeable. Pricing is very reasonable for the services and they will even work with you on payment plans. 10/10 recommend them to anyone who isn’t happy with their tattoos and wants them removed.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Cannot be trusted. I should have known at the time when I paid over $1,500.00 with no guarantee and signature that I cant sue in any event. When I was concerned that the tattoo removal wasnt working after 6 visits they told me that they only had me down for 3 visits and that this would be the 4th. Said they couldnt give me my supposed 4th treatment due to sunburn but I wasnt. Also said that they couldnt help because Im a smoker and smoking slows the removal process. All girls and ridiculously lazy. Dont get involved with them.

Removery is the best place hands down to get a tattoo removed. 100% recommend. The ladies at the royal oak location are so nice and always know what they are doing.

Had a really wonderful, transparent and candid experience with the Royal Oak team. They answered every single question and all around so kind and welcoming. The treatment wasn’t so bad and the pain you feel is exactly what they described, “rubber band snapping at your skin”. Procedure was so fast and I’m on Day 3 and so far no pain other than some bruising/swelling - just as expected, and the best part is….I already notice a difference of it fading. I’m excited for session # 2!

I have a large piece that needed to be broken into 3 sections for a total of 9 sessions. I have 2 sessions left to go, and I have been so happy with the results, as well as the kindness and professionalism of everyone on staff. I can’t wait to get this covered up and I’m so grateful to Removery (especially Stephanie!) for helping me to make that happen.

Great service! My tattoos started to fade after my first appointment. Really thankful for their financing options as well. I am getting all six of my tattoos will removed and it’s amazing that I was able to get them all removed at the same time with the financing options.

Aside from the actual removal process itself, I actually had a great time! Would definitely recommend.

Do not go here for permanent makeup removal!I did give two stars because the employees were very kind. However, they are not able to use the specific wavelength needed to remove red inks in most PMUs. The first session took out most of my brown but left my brows a bright red, which is common after the first treatment. However, lots of research shows that a 532 wavelength laser is needed to combat the red, and Removery would not use this wavelength, giving me the company line of “just leave the wavelength up to us professionals.” They would have kept using the 1064 wavelength, which does nothing against red. I found a local dermatologist who was willing to use the correct wavelength (at half the price), and my brows are completely gone after two more sessions. They may do a good job with tattoos, but don’t waste your time and money here for microblading removal!

Stephanie was GREAT! It was my first time, she explained everything to me beautifully. She made my experience better than ever by being so proficient & efficient. I would request her to do my procedure everytime! I’m quite sure that all the ladies are exceptional at their job! I highly recommend this place!

What was going to be ~maybe~ setting up a free consultation ended with me not being able to help myself with setting up my whole payment plan and booking. I was reached out to about an opening for a consultation when I was being indecisive and put in my contact info, but didn’t schedule…the rest was history. So glad I went today as the staff were wicked cool people and the payment plan was catered to my needs with much flexibility and not much room to worry about expenses. The process was quick and painless too! Removery is *chef’s kiss* marvelous. 11/10 would recommend.

I’ve been consistently going to Removery for tattoo removal for 7 years now on the same tattoos and they are still visible. I was told I wouldn’t be able to see the tattoos anymore once completed.One now looks like a henna tattoo, and the other has a dark outline under the skin.I can see both, as can everyone else.I would recommend for coverups, but for complete removal I would expect to still see your tattoo at the end. You will be massaging it away for the rest of your life

I can not be happier with Removery Detroit. I had 3 medium to large pieces with very dark ink they are almost completely gone. A few more sessions left.They get straight to business, in and out within 15 minutes.

My experience getting my microblading removal done was top tier. Removery has great customer service. Being a woman of color I was scared to get laser done but they made sure I was a good candidate. They are not all about money they made sure I was happy with my results. I would definitely recommend. I received two treatments done to my microbladed eyebrows and the ink is gone.

Staff was very nice and informative. However, The prices advertised online we’re not available when I went in there. The advertisement says for an extra small Tattoo it’s $60 a month and that was not available. It was $980 paid up front. Or if I wanted to make a payment plan, I had to pay for the next size upTattoo.

Glad I picked up the phone to talk to someone instead of showing up. Ive had multiple sessions done from a previous location. I specifically asked someone before I booked the free consultation, if Id be having a tattoo removal session done that day, they said yes. Well today I get a rude person with an awful tone to her voice, telling me if they have time they will. Taking my money back to a location thats an hour away .

I’ve been coming for treatments just over a year now. I love my results and finally getting near the end. I just left my 6th treatment. Appointments are super quick (5-10 min) Staff is always polite and very knowledgeable!

Even though I have yet to schedule my first session, I can honestly say the way I was treated made me feel welcomed and respected, and after mentioning my reason for having one of tattoos removed, the staff seemed more than happy to accommodate me financially by extending resources to me that even I did not know existed for those in my particular case. I cant wait to schedule my first session and see how it goes. And who knows, if all goes well enough the first time, I may be back to have more ink removed in the future.

As far as pain, the internet has made it seem much much worse. It felt like a rubber band snap which of course is painful but not unbearable! I was not a candidate for laser microblading removal. I have had laser microblading removal several times at another place and all that’s left is this awful red/yellow color. The front desk lady, I forgot her name but she has long black hair and was so nice and informed me why I would not be a candidate. I appreciated her honesty, and will listen to her to hold off from doing anything to them for a while. Thank you, Removery! I will definitely recommend people to you.

I have been with removery since 2022. The office I went to was the Royal Oak location. There, Jennifer helped finalize a package for me that allowed me to work around my financial situation. When I left for school in the fall of 2022 in another state, she worked with me to work around my school schedule. The staff in Michigan are amazing because they are fast but efficient in their laser treatment. I schedule my treatments every two months and I never had any skin issues because of their guidance and care. I totally recommend this place because they are literally everywhere. They did not have an office in Connecticut last year but in May of 2023 they opened two locations in a small state such as Connecticut. If you are that person who likes caring, efficient, and accommodating staff, Removery is your place. Here is my before and after photo six sessions in. I am told there are usually 12 sessions but it can take more or less sessions as everyone is different.

This was my first experience here to remove my micro bladed eyebrows. I already had several hand removal sessions but they weren’t lightening quick enough so I opted for the picoway laser with Removery after reading good things about it. Today I had my first tattoo removal session and it went super well! The staff at the Royal oak location are fantastic and made me feel comfortable. Very happy with results after just one session so far!

The actual tattoo removal is good especially for me to be a woman of color but customer service depends on who you see that day. They’re booked out for 2 months at least and if you’re 2 minutes late they’ll give your appointment to someone else. They say they’ll still try to fit you in but I personally have an issue with giving my appointment away so soon.I personally won’t get any more services from them after my current removal. Only because for $1700 I believe there should be more flexibility in scheduling. Most people are working professionals who don’t have time to debate this simple topic, but if you can deal with that + inconsistent customer service i would definitely recommend.Also for people of color the sessions are scheduled further out so the process is a little slower but still effective!

I’ve been to two of my three appointments and the staff has been excellent both times. I was late the second time (which I feel awful about) and they still fit me in. So far, the tattoo is significantly lighter and broken up. I can wait for the third appointment.

I am currently in the process of tattoo removal. The staff is amazing. The tattoo is almost completely gone with minimal discomfort along the way. The equipment they use now has drastically improved from years past. I have tried the previous older treatments with another facility, and could not tolerate how painful it was, and I was left with scarring.This is really been a pleasant experience, and I am very happy with the results

Walked in for a consultant to four beautiful women sitting at the counter who is greeted me.I worked with Jennifer to make sure I was a good candidate and after 30 minutes I was getting my first treatment.The ladies are very friendly and knowledgeable with their laser and we’re able to answer all of my questions.I looked forward to finally getting this tattoo removed once and for all.Stephanie was honest and did a small trial prior to starting the treatment.Would recommend this place to anyone.

The facility is very clean and the ladies are incredibly friendly and proficient. Jennifer is also extremely welcoming. I paid for the full removal of a tattoo up front, which wasnt a bad deal at all. When youre removing a tattoo, you can expect to pay an arm and a leg no matter what, but Removery had the best options when I was shopping around. My laser sessions have been very quick; I could be in and out within 5 minutes. I had laser sessions at other facilities out of state and these ladies are far superior with their knowledge and efficiency. Highly recommend.

Its the first of many sessions, but the initial counciltation was very informative, professional, and friendly. The procedure was quick and relatively pain-free. I highly recommend if youre interested in tattoo removal. Ill update in the future when the tattoo is removed, but so far Im impressed! :)

So to start you’re walking in and being greeting by the sweetest most wonderful Jennifer, she will make you feel very comfortable and ready to go, all my questions were answered. And even better i was able to get the process started same day as i do live far from the facility. I was worried that i was only able to do a consultation and drive back for my first session. And then the lovely Amber walked me through the process once more, helped me sit and relax through the removal process. I have been here twice now for tattoo removal. Both times were great experiences. Tattoo removal is somewhat painful but the staff does a great job of making it an enjoyable visit each time! The consultation was very worth while, the staff were understanding of my background and my nervousness to get it removed. Pricing wise, I chose the full package because why not if you really want the best results, you got to spend some money in yourself (allows you to come unlimited times too), in my case to remove the tattoo. I even got a discount so that was great.Did the treatment hurt, yeh “what did I expect” but it didn’t hurt that much with staff placing ice and giving me enough time to absorb the discomfort. All in all, finished it for the first session. Can’t wait for the results in the incoming sessions.

Every time I go in for an appointment I feel as though Jennifer and the staff care about me and the process that I have made with my tattoo removal so far. I wasn’t sure what to expect when coming in for a consultation for tattoo removal. I showed up really early from my travels down from Bay City to Sterling Heights, and Jennifer welcomes me with such professionalism and took me back to the consultation room earlier, squeezed me in between clients. My nervousness and fears faded away with Jennifer’s knowledge and upfront Guarantee of “how many times it takes” package. She told me about the different places I had my tattoos, and the blood flow to that area will cause fast or slower fading. The guarantee package is I pay a monthly price up to my package total, at that time if I need more treatments it’s free, they will continue the treatment until I am happy with the results. I have been going to them for over a year and I have had nothing but wonderful results with all four tattoos I have had removed, with two of them being gone completely and the other two moving along nicely! Consulted with 2 other places before this, they said their lasers were too outdated to remove my tattoos. With the better equipment I was expecting to pay more, but actually ended up with a better rated quote than the other clinics. Best equipment on the market, best rates, and effective treatment from the first meeting, it was a no brainer. Thanks Removery!Update: The new location in Royal Oak is super nice, very clean and check-in times are quicker since their lobby operates independently now. Before you give a review, you might want to wait until, I dont know a couple years of treatments before saying how great everything is. I started my treatments before the pandemic. The tattoo has faded a lot but its still there and I never heard of scar tissue that is the same color of the original tattoo. My first trip to their new location will be my last. The young lady with the fingers crossed tattoo on her arm was very rude. I wasnt buying the whole, its gone, thats scar tissue. Keep rubbing your arm. Right, its an illusion that Im seeing. Ive been told to rub my arm numerous times, it doesnt work. When I inquired about receiving an entire treatment I was told, dont tell me how to do my job from someone who would be the first person you see screaming at a cop how to do theirs. She actually seemed to get enjoyment from saying this. Very unfriendly, seemed bothered I was there, and just unpleasant. I even said thank you, not sure why, when leaving to receive dead silence. Hint, its youre welcome. Not even basic manners.I have received conflicting information and time frames from almost all of the certificate holders. Heres a thought, explain to people why going over the ink (colored scar tissue-lol) again would be bad rather than talking down to them. But that would require someone to be polite, professional, tactful. So I received five seconds, max, of some spot work and was then told make an appointment in six months. For what? The scar tissue or tattoo that is gone? There is no scar tissue on my arm. Im going to pay for someone else to finish the job properly. Keep your fingers crossed things work out for you.

The staff at the Deteoit/royal oak location is amazing. They are accommodating, friendly, professional, and compassionate. They have made the removal of numerous poor decisions in life (tattoos) a positive experience while ensuring comfort and professionalism.I highly recommend this location.
