Highly recommend this shop. The shop as a whole has a diverse range of artists with their own unique style. They are very understanding and care about their clients very much. I go to Killian to get my tattoos, he works well with disabled people, hes got a great bedside manner while he is tattooing you. He understands why people get tattoos and more importantly what the tattoo means to the client and takes it very seriously. Everyone at Open Arms Tattoo Studio (OATS) is very professional. Honestly some of the best artist around. You would be a fool not to go to OATS for your next ink session! And yes!! Do black out work!

Killian, the owner, is an incredibly talented artist and an amazing person. Everyone at this shop is very welcoming and friendly, and it’s a space that just has a great vibe. Killian is meticulous and delivers high quality work, and he is also a great person to talk to. He listens to his clients, and gives them exactly what they want. Great business, great employees, talented artists—this place is the whole package.

I had been wanting to get my rook pierced forever and Killian did a great job. He also helped me not to feel so nervous about it. This shop has such a great atmosphere and awesome staff. Its really just a very comfortable place to go to for tattoos and piercings.

This shop is by far the most welcoming tattoo shop Ive been to. Ive received more than a few difficult to do tattoos here, and Killian has knocked them all out of the park. Great staff, great atmosphere, great place!

What can I say, Alli is the most wonderful and amazing person! She is so kind and considerate and that is on display through her artwork. She is constantly checking in on her clients and is open to ideas. I cannot recommend her enough!

Came here yesterday to get my daughters bellybutton pierced and all of the staff were AMAZING. the piercer killian, was very knowledgeable, explained everything to mend my daughter, measured twice the the piercing is perfect and center, the shop is clean a cool vibe lots of laughs with everyone. We brought in our own jewelry and he ran it through the autoclave for us (no one ever offered that when calling around) the shop is in roya oak and one of the few places you dont need to pay to park witch was cool. We love the snapping turtle lips she is a cute healthy turtle. They have a ton of jewelry to pick from. All in all i will definitely be back... Thanks again Killian for the perfect piercing and explaining everything.

My daughter got her ears pierced by Killian. Everyone at the shop was very great with my 7 year old. I also purchased some Palo santo smudge sticks and enjoyed visiting with their 14 yr old turtle - Lips. Thx!

Kazo did such a good job on this tattoo! i told him to show me some of his drawings and i picked this one from pieces he wants to do. i’m so glad i did! i could’ve fallen asleep while he was tattooing because of how gentle he is. i don’t plan on going to another shop anytime soon!

Went in there because my girl was getting piercings. The place felt warming and welcome. And the guy who helped us, his name with killian. He made my girlfriend feel so comfortable while he was doing the piercing and was just did an awesome job. Highly recommend! Keep killing them
