I recently got my ears pierced (3 piercings) by Ana and I couldnt be happier with my experience. Ana was incredibly calm, patient, and sweet, helping me choose the right size, placement, and style for my piercings. Even got some great deals! This was my second time at S.B. Claires for a piercing, and both times the customer service was top-notch. Alyssa assisted me during my first visit and was also very kind and helpful. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would give them a 10/10 rating for their exceptional service. Might I add- I had a 1:30 appointment and arrived at 1:00pm, and Ana took me in right away. Thank you, Ana!

Rita has the best customer service ever! She was super helpful with finding a special gift and piercing my ears was. She helped me feel super comfortable when I was nervous. She needs a raise!

I was accused of stealing, and then when I had shown my receipt of the items that I actually purchased I was told that I was banned from coming back 🤣🤣🤣 so after returning the items that I was accused of stealing and getting my money back I decided to leave this review.... NOT EVERY BLACK PERSON THAT WALKS IN YOUR STORE IS A THEIF!!!!!!!! A LOF OF US WORK 9-5s TOO!!!!!!!! THIS STORE IS A COMPLETE JOKE ANYWAYS 😂😂😂😂😂😂 OVERPRICED JEWERLY!!!!!!!! TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Went a little over 3 weeks ago. Had my little ones ears pierced. Leslie was great. Very precise, helpful and best of all gentle and friendly. Explained the process every step of the way. I was nervous and really second questioning myself. But my LO really wanted them. Thank you Leslie 😊

This is a very organized and friendly store. They have a great sale going on now for anyone getting their ears pierced. However, be careful letting them pierce your ears. The ear piercing is the reason for the three stars.

This place TRULY SUCKS!!! I CALLED TO CHECK MY PICK UP ORDERS THEN NOT EVEN AFTER AN HOUR THEY CANCELLED IT 3 TIMES HAPPENED WITHOUT TELLING THE CUSTOMER KNOW & WHY🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ AND WHEN THIS CASHIER WAS CONFRONTED SHE GAVE A VERY BAD & NOT ACCEPTABLE ATTITUDE & BEHAVIOR TELLING SO MANY REASONS (LYING & YELLING AT THE SAMETIME) IN FRONT OF ALL CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE JUST TO HIDE WHAT SHE DID IS VERY WRONG!!!!!! SO UNBELIEVABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL THAT THEY HIRE CASHIERS LIKE THIS IN CLAIRES. THEY NEED TO BE TRAINED FIRST & FOREMOST!!!! PEOPLE HERE DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO APOLOGIZE. This Claire’s has some horrible customer service , mainly an encounter with this one lady worker.

Took my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced on Sunday and she had a great experience!Even though she was nervous, Maria comfort her and was explaining step by step what she was doing.My daughter was relaxed and no crying after the pain!Thank you Maria for your patience you are great with kids!

Claires is a little girls dream come true.So much cuteness under one roof.My twins wanted their ears pierced.So I called and made an appointment.Make sure you make an appointment or you will be disappointed.We decided to be there 10 minutes early to make sure we were on time.The store was packed and there was only 2 employees working.No hello or welcome.We had to wait in a big line just to check in.They definitely should have more employees.Not cool to have to wait in the line for purchases when you have an appointment.Finally after waiting for 10 minutes we checked in. Just to have to wait an additional 30 minutes until it was my girls turn.The lady working was a little scattered around. I think her name was Maria.So it took an additional 40 minutes to pierce both of them.Then we had to wait to check ou which to another 15 minutes.Needless to say kinda took forever ever.They should have a system in place to move things a little bit quicker.Also they are pretty expensive.For the two of them it was about $200 and we didnt even pick the most expensive earings or else it would have been even more.My girls love their piercings.So thats why I give them a 3.

Older lady in late 30s, had no personality and hardly any customer service. Took my 11 year old in to look around and hardly any engagement. Just enough to tell us the promotion which we were already aware of with the signage in the store after being there for about 10 min.. It wasnt busy we were the only ones there. Consider hiring people with a better attitude that will welcome kids and parents.

Crystal pierced my daughters ears yesterday. She did an amazing job & she was quick and accurate. I have OCD & wanted to make sure they were even & perfectly centered & they were. She even kept re doing the marker dot over to make sure I was satisfied with the placement. Thank you crystal for all your patience & for piercing my babies ears Im glad we went to you!(:

27 dollars for some pink earmuffs that I’m definitely going to return SMH. The same ones are on Amazon for 13 bucks!

Purchased items for order pickup, never received a pickup ready email. Checked my account and it said it was ready, go in store and they could not find my daughters items that were marked ready for pickup. 1 item was unavailable after being told it was in stock. They were literally pulling the items off the shelf while I was there. Terrible customer service, no working pick up system. Will not shop here again. My daughter was so disappointed.

The girl her name was Elizabeth and she was amazing she pierced my sons ears and she was the only worker in the store this is June 13th. She had good customer service and was the only one working she said her next worker didnt come in till 5 thats what I call good customer service she went above and beyond and was very nice.

The only reason I give it 3 stars is because this place is expensive. I love everything in this store though. I only come here to buy headbands. My kids often break them and sometimes I dont remember which ones I have and I have to buy new ones. They really change my look and take my boring hair cut up a notch

The staff did a GREAT job with my daughters ear peirceing. She was quick, professional, friendly, and put my 6 yr old at ease. No tears!

Not good for piercing over priced for a fake diamond. I wish I would have never went there, they don’t listen. Common sense is if one piercing is moved down so should the other .especially if it’s asked. She literally wiped off the dot and put it in the same spot like idk how many different times. I gave up on it and just asked if I could get it redone if I don’t like . She said yes even checked with manager afterwards. When it got done the piercings weren’t even facing the same direction. I went back in and they were going to try to charge me for a redo after they told me it was free.She still put it at the same angle .. like wow. Only tiny bit away from the old piercing..I want the best for my baby and this was not it

Elizabeth pierced my ears today and let me say that she did an amazing job, she had the best customer service. I will return for my future piercing needs because of her.

5 stars !!!! I am really very grateful to Lina and Rita because they did an excellent job putting earrings on my 2-year-old daughter. I was very nervous, thinking that my daughter was going to scream in pain, but my surprise was that she did not cry a single tear. It should be noted that my daughter is very brave, because she does not cry even when blood is drawn for her studies, but they also did their job very well. So 5 stars for that excellent experience.
