We dropped by to get my little ones ears pierced today. Huge shout out to Heather! She made my little one feel so comfortable. She took the time to explain the process to her and I and involved her in everything. She ensured we were both comfortable and my little one had a blast with her. She really put us both at ease and made the entire experience very enjoyable and fun. I highly recommend this Banter and have nothing but great things to say about our experience! Thank you Heather! We can’t wait to come back for our follow up appointment!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not only is it a terrible option to get a ear piercing (just go to a tattoo shop and get it done right). They literally allowed me to pierce with no training what so ever... but working there was also a nightmare. Management is all over the place with no control over their staff. Environment is extremely unprofessional and even hostile if you get on the assistant managers bad side. This place has little to no value for their employees. Im disappointed and hope that changes are made in the future. My mental health has changed drastically since leaving this place, thats all that matters.

Would definitely recommend taking your baby girls here! The young ladies were so kind and patient with my 2 month old. She didn’t mind drawing the dots over and over again to my liking and all while my baby was screaming! SO KIND!!

I received the best customer service experience from an associate named Richard at Banter within the Inland Center Mall. I would recommend his service to my family and friends, 100%.

Do not buy any warranty its extremely useless and honestly its a very cheap material everything breaks or falls off, like my bracelet and daughters earrings. Save your money go to LA or a better quality jewelry store. Never buying here again!

Extremely horrible service the lady seemed to not even want to be there and did my piercing crooked, she then blamed me on it being my ears fault. Please never go here unless you want to get your piercings messed up.

I took my 4 mo old daugter to get her ears pierced spent 70$ for her earings and the lady peirced her ears crooked im really mad i would not recommend this place!!!!!!
