Micah was a dream come true to work with. I came to them with an older piece that I wanted to rework and elevate. It was a tender time in my life, and I was very much looking for an artist that could support me in my growth and healing process by honoring both the person I was (represented by the original piece) and the person I was becoming. The final product was a fantasy garden of color and beauty. I am beyond thrilled with how it turned out. Micah is a true artist and I feel so privileged and honored to have worked with them.

I’ve been tattooed by Micah three times. They’re exceptionally talented, which is why I first went to them, but I’ve gone back multiple times because of how much they care for their clients, the work, and their impact on the world. They’re a special human, and getting tattooed by them is an honor.

Micah is such an amazing artist. From the beginning I contacted them through their website and I really appreciated that they are openly anti-racist, it almost immediately made me feel comfortable. Also, I love that they are eager as well as knowledgeable about tattooing on melanated skin. Micah did an amazing floral sleeve on my arm, which I get tons of compliments on. They also did another piece on thigh of elephants. I love both these pieces so much and I can’t wait until our next session. Not only is Micah an amazing artist but they’re also super respectful, caring and ensures that they create a safe space for their clients.

One of my very first tattoos was by Micah. The process they took to give me exactly what I was looking for, designed and applied in a way well beyond what I could have envisioned myself, was what has brought me back time and time again. Not only are they talented and creative, but also a kind and compassionate human, making the process of getting a new tattoo, or touching up an old one, all the more healing. By booking with Micah, you also have a very wonderful opportunity to get something fully unique, in a way that doesnt always manifest organically when employing other artists. I would recommend Micah for a first tattoo, or one of many. You wont regret it.

I have had many tattoo artists work on me. I have long searched for my long term tattoo artist. One I would like to return to for each next tattoo. And I finally found that in Micah Riot! They are the best tattoo artist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are warm, kind, and caring. They made me feel instantly comfortable in their presence. They have an amazingly creative mind, which I love. During the session, we spoke about all different types of things and, quite frankly, I was surprised how easy it was to speak with Micah. They have this dope, calming voice. They worked quickly and efficiently. I lay there getting tattooed for about four hours and the time flew by. And in the end, I have this absolutely gorgeous piece of art on my leg that I proudly announce to anyone who asks “Oh this? That’s my Micah Riot masterpiece!” I would, and have recommended Micah to anyone wanting to get an awesome tattoo in a friendly environment with a sweetheart of a soul.

Micah is one of the most talented tattoo artists in the business. I am not exaggerating when I say that everywhere I go people stop me to ask where I got my tattoos. Micah is kind and thoughtful as a practitioner, and as an artist has an impeccable eye for placement and proportion, and gives good guidance to get the best outcome. I can’t recommend Micah enough!

I’ve had the pleasure of sitting for several tattoo sessions with Micah and not only is the large whimsical tree piece on my calf stunning, the experience of being tattooed by them is so special. Micah is so attuned to their clients, create a warm, inviting, and respectfully inquisitive atmosphere, and you can sense the care and concern they have for their clients. It’s a blessing to get to spend a few hours on Micah’s table.

Micah was incredible to work with on my favorite tattoos. Always courteous and collaborative. I knew I was in good hands because they wanted to ensure I would be satisfied with the outcome. The two pieces took a while and the atmosphere in the chair was very relaxing.

Micah is amazing! I have gotten two half sleeves from her. I get stopped all the time, asking me where I got it done. She listens with her spirit to my ideas and turns them into beautiful works of art. She’s thoughtful about every detail. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Ive seen much of Micahs work through several friends who dont even know each other. Her color work is gorgeous and pieces are stunning. I can tell she puts so much of her heart into her art. When I am ready for my next piece, I know where I am going. Right to Micah.

Most talented skin artist! You will be so lucky to receive some beautiful tattoo work and care by Micah. Be open to what they create from your idea, and be patient. They want to do the best for you, and you will love it on the end. Dont try to steer the process--be a part of it. When Micah says ink medicine, they mean it. I have gotten the pleasure of spending two sessions with this incredible human being; the first one being my first tattoo ever. The environment they create with their energy alone is so comforting, and their art !? It is unlike anything I’ve ever seen from ANY tattooer. The range this artist has is insane, and they have the technicality and skill to bring such life into their work. Their ink is medicine but so is who they are at their core. I could not be more excited to receive the gift of their art again, for that is exactly what it is. Such a gift.

I inquired with Micah through the form on their website about some flowers I want done and they were warm, receptive and told me the exact next steps. I’m so excited to work with them and can’t wait to update this review with the final product!

Micah is extremely professional at tattooing and a very creative artist. Amazing bedside manner, felt I was getting tattooed by a friend.
