I went there for a lobe piercing and they were so sweet! The kindest people and an awesome studio. It was extremely clean. The decor was also really cute. The piercer went above an beyond to make me comfortable and it was just a great experience! Would go back again and again!

Bodys and Jewelry should be the only place you consider for a piercing in slo. As someone with over ten piercings who has tried out several other shops in slo for piercings- there is not a single place cleaner or more professional than bodys and jewelry. Seriously. Cleanliness matters and they have it down. On top of that, the prices are incredibly reasonable for how high quality it is. $50 ish bucks for the piercing fee AND titanium jewelry is unheard of. The same piercing and jewelry will be over 100 dollars anywhere else you go.I love that you can book online, I love that you can walk in, I love the cleanliness and skill from the piercer. Seriously I will never go anywhere else.

We took our 4 month old to get her ears done and had a great experience! While our baby was a little fussy in the shop they were kind and took their time to go over everything and took extra time to make sure we were comfortable as well as our baby. I would recommend them to anyone looking for infant ear piercings.

My daughter and I both got a piercing from Body’s & Jewelry downtown SLO today! ❤️ It’s family owned and ran. Steven and his wife Lori were amazing! Neither one of us had any redness or soreness and Steven was very patient and gentle. He explains the process, takes time to measure the area and make sure you’re comfortable with the placement too👏🏻 We highly recommend seeing them if you’re thinking of getting something pierced. They accept walk-ins and you can also book online which includes a $5 discount! They don’t advertise so all business is word of mouth. The shop is very clean and really cute too! They’ve done a wonderful job creating a fun space to go and get beautiful 😊 You won’t be disappointed!

They are great! Our little one had her first piercing (Ages 4-6 Year Olds First Piercing!). They were very kind and friendly. Definitely recommended!

The piercer demonstrated skill and precision, resulting in virtually painless and perfectly aligned helix piercings. He helped me curate exactly what I wanted. I have been to some of local Tattoo shops for piercings and for my kids. I will be coming back here. I couldnt be happier with my piercings and highly recommend them!

Incredibly kind, lovely and knowledgeable people. I had a bad piercing from a year ago I was having trouble with and couldn’t get the earring out myself. They were patient, gave me good advice and took it out for me. When I’m ready to have it re-pierced I will absolutely go back to them to have it done (and I live in NY!). A great experience with them, they have great vibes.

My friend and I came in from out of town, hoping to get our septums pierced. We had the best experience at B&Js!! The piercer was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very clearly cared about our satisfaction with our new piercings. I definitely felt like we were in great hands!! When he found that my friends septum could not be pierced, the piercer explained why very clearly, and flexibly switched it right up when she picked another piercing to do. The staff were so kind. The gentleman who did the piercings was knowledgeable, took his time, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Always love family owned businesses as well.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!First, the experience with the piercing was fantastic! I was visiting from Montana and went in with my sister and got my nose and my conch pierced. Lori was so welcoming and her husband (I forgot his name!) was so calm and relaxed. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and truly down-to-earth people. Their prices were EXTREMELY fair and they use high quality products. If youre nervous about getting something done, this place will help you relax and enjoy the process. If you are looking for the best piercings in SLO this is it!Second, there was a random glitch with the credit card and it charged me twice. I called Lori and she expressed genuine concern and was sincerely apologetic. I called back a couple days later when the charge was still there and she said she had talked to the CC company and sorted it out. She offered to have me text with her about the situation and offered a free piercing for all the trouble. I am so happy with them that I will make the trip to Cali just to get another piercing! Thank you so much guys!

I went in while on a trip out with my husband. Went in and they were very nice and the shop was super clean! The piercer was very kind, knowledgeable and professional! I went in and got a daith, conch, and nostril piercing. He made sure to look at me anatomy to make sure I was able to get them and turned me down with a rook piercing because it wouldve been an issue and would not work. He did an amazing job and walked me through every step of the way! I asked him so many questions and he was very honest! Everyone there was so nice! I will 100% be returning when I get the chance! The quality of the jewelry is also amazing and they have so many choices! Will recommend it to anyone!

Inside this business it was beautiful and the service was great. My piercing was done very well! The man that did the piercing was very Professional and kind. I would highly recommend this business to someone.

Not only were they such nice and down to earth people, Steven made sure to be extra careful with the placement of my Bellybutton piercing since a surgery scar morphed its shape (and he did perfect). The piercing shop itself was super clean and radiated good vibes.I really enjoyed being there. 10/10 would recommend:)))

Didn’t end up getting a piercing but Steven was very helpful and understanding. I would have gone ahead with a piercing but he told me about the risks of getting it done while playing a high contact sport and helped me come up with a plan for after the season.

Very unsatisfied. I went in to get a hoop for my nose piercing. The piercer told me he would measure my nose and pick the right size. When doing so, one of the first things he said to me was that my nose shape was different and difficult for piercings and made it sound as if he was annoyed to work with my nose. He went on to tell me that my nose piercing was actually in the wrong spot and done poorly, even though I got it done at a really professional place and I wasnt asking for his opinion on something I cant even change. When he tried to remove my nose stud, he struggled gripping it and made a couple attempts but it was very clear he was not confident taking it out. He went on to tell me that my stud was a screw on and bad quality and thats why he was having trouble. I told him this was not true, however, he did not listen and kept blaming his failure on my nose piercing. At that point, I stopped him and left. I went to Traditional Tattoo instead and got a very lovely gold hoop and had an amazing experience there. Be sure to go to a piercer that has had professional training and apprenticeship, obviously not this place.

We had a great experience with my daughter wanting her ears pierced. My husband noticed that he changed his gloves twice each time after touching her ear which he admired taking that extra step of being clean. He also put on some cartoons to help comfort my daughter which really helped. Definitely recommend!!

Steven is amazing!!! He pierced my 3 month old daughters ears and did a great job. She hardly cried. He took the time to explain everything to us and answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Run by a very nice couple. they REALLY know what they’re doing. I had a nasty scar on my bellybutton from a previous piercing i had done myself several years ago, and the piercer explained in great detail the placement of where he would repierce me. i asked a million questions and he always had a good answer. he has experience piercing over scars and did an amazing job working with my scar tissue. 100/10, i love my piercing. highly recommend!!!!
