Ash was incredible. We had matching mother/ daughter tattoos. She was accommodating, professional, and did an amazing job. Would definitely return back for all additional work.

This was my first time at Craftsman Tattoo and Emily did an amazing job with my Tattoo and Karla pierced my nose same day. Both ladies are beyond professional and did an amazing job. I am very pleased with my experience today. Will highly recommend Craftsman Tattoo to anyone

July 14th- 7pmI got my second tattoo tonight. My first was from I&I tattoo in Schenectady and this was my first time getting one from Craftsman tattoo.Kyle was my artist and he did a fantastic job. He cleaned and prepared my arm then only about 15 minutes of little to no pain, the final product was shown. He designed it himself, which is special. Overall, nice piece of art.

I have done multiple pieces with Kyle Mafrici here and he never disappoints! Light handed and fast. Pricing is beyond reasonable. Absolutely look into this shop!

This was my first Craftsman tattoo and I love this place. My artist was Danny and I highly recommend him. I tend to have a soccer mom vibe about me and other places have made me apply to schedule an appointment. Danny wasnt like that at all. We collaborated on the tattoo and came up with something really pretty. If you want a tattoo...go to Danny!!!!

AMAZING!! This place was easy to book, had an awesome interior design and Karla was extremely nice and professional. This was my first nose piercing and she made it the best experience ever. I have gone to at least 4 tattoo/piercing parlors in my life and this was the most welcoming by far. Everything was clean and Karla made sure everything was explained well and a great experience. Pricing was spot on and the variety of jewelry was vast. I am definitely coming back for more work in the future. Thank you Karla and the Craftsman crew!

Emily Cee did a great job with mine. The tattoo parlor itself was pretty nice, cool artwork. If you want a tattoo I’d definitely recommend this place.

I had my nostril and my lip pierced by Karla today. She was amazing and professional! (Not to mention very sweet and cute as well!!) The placement was perfect and she made it so easy for me by talking to me the whole time and explaining step by step exactly what she was doing which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire experience. She thoroughly explained aftercare to me as well. I could tell she is very experienced and confident in her work. I will send all of my friends here for piercings and body art! This was my first time at Craftsman tattoo. Karla did an amazing job piercing my nose. She really took her time making sure it was as symmetrical to my previous piercing on my opposite side, its perfect. This was also my 7yr old daughters first time getting her ears pierced. Karla has so much patience with little ones. Shes super friendly and explains everything. I highly recommend her.

Booked a session may of 2022 because of medical reasons I couldn’t get my tattoo done, emailed and cancelled all went and was told I wouldn’t lose my deposit and could reschedule anytime. Fast forward to last Friday Feb 2023 I went into the shop to reschedule was greeted ok and was told the original guy that was scheduled to do my tattoo will reach out to me. It’s been 3 business days now and still haven’t a anything from anyone. I was highly recommended by relatives to go here but i don’t know now if I want to anymore. I work in customer service and this is not how customer service is handled.

Karla did an amazing job on my septum piercing. She was very professional, and gave very clear and precise after-care instructions. The shop was very clean, and had a good vibe to it. Ive been in too many sketchy places for piercings, and this wasnt one of them. I was nervous about getting my septum done because they are a tough piercing to position correctly for a lot of piercers, and she did a perfect job. Definitely recommend.

LOVE this place! I go to Emily and trust her 100% with every design, suggestion and placement idea. All of the other staff have also been really pleasant, kind and supportive. There will usually be a bit of wait time for an appointment, but its always worth it (and shows that the artists here are really in demand.)

I got my nose pierced by Karla recently. Hands down the best piercing experience I’ve ever had! She was personable, and probably the best piercer I’ve ever worked with. I will definitely be back for more by her! Can’t recommend her enough! Thanks again Karla!
