The young lady with the red hair, very professional and attentive to my needs. Great customer service from her, she pierced my conch & I went back to get my flat pierced done by her. Definitely will be coming back to her for any other piercings I want. Energy is immaculate 🤠

Took our daughter to get her ears pierced and Rebecca was wonderful! She made the experience so comfortable and explained everything: the other woman who was there was wonderful too! Highly recommend!

I got my 2nd earring hole pierced last Friday. The lady who did it was really sweet but keeping messing up when she just using the purple marker. That should have been my first red flag that this wasn’t going to end well. I got my ears pierced and then was walking around the mall when my dad pointed out that the one earring was a lot higher then the other one and once I saw it in the mirror you could see just how noticeable it was. Went back and asked to get it re-pierced and the lady was like I don’t see what’s wrong with it and I had my dad show her where the earring should be so they are even. She redid it and it’s better but still not perfect - still needs to be over a little to be actually even with each other but I’m not going through getting a 3 hole in my ear because it might be worse if I asked them to do it again. Would not recommend getting a piercing with them.

Rude Behavior and Bad Attitudes from the girl at the counter. Not to mention her careless attitude to customers. Take your business somewhere else and avoid the unnecessary problems you will have at this place.
