Loved it!I came here on the recommendation of a friend and Im really glad i did.Everyone was friendly and informative. I was advised of all possible outcomes which i really appreciated.Booking an appointment is really easy too and the online booking system works really well.There is no off street parking but there is plenty of on street pull in parking. Scranton uses pango so no worries about not having change.Im excited to post a photo once i heal up.

As a long time avid user of Botox, I know exactly how my face takes to it. Im not sure what I was injected with, but it certainly was NOT Botox. I essentially flushed $550 down the toilet. Within 3 weeks of getting my forehead done it was back to how it was beforehand. I also got my eyes done ($240) & saw ZERO difference. It was an absolute waste of time & money.The first time I went in, George sat & spoke to me for quite awhile. A week later I returned, was completely rushed, nothing was explained, & he had me out of his chair in less than 5mins. I then had to sit for 20mins in the waiting room to make a payment until I finally spoke up, bc the receptionist was too busy whispering & gossiping to her friend that was in front of me.Overall my experience was disastrous and I will NEVER return. If youre thinking about trying Flawless Future do yourself a favor and just DONT. Take your money and go see Amanda Grippo at LMG Cosmetics. I went to her a couple weeks ago & Im looking BEAUTIFUL and on point with a face full of AUTHENTIC Botox!!!

I am so happy with my results and wouldn’t trust my face to anyone but George! He explains every aspect of the procedure, answers any question and is extremely knowledgeable. I think the thing I like and respect the most is that he’s honest and won’t try to up sell you on procedures you don’t need. Not to mention the staff is wonderful and accommodating and the facility itself is modern and welcoming. Highly, highly recommend!

GREAT! Hands down the best med spa in the North East PA area. This place is super clean, and everyone is incredibly friendly/polite, and professional. Results are always excellent, and exactly what I wanted. My skin has never looked better!

I actually was walking when I seen the advertisement and inquired inside . I scheduled a appointment and let me say the people who work in this establishment are very friendly and professional. I just got good vibe about this place . Nurse George is amazing and very knowledgeable. Any questions I had pertaining to the different fillers or anything personal those were answered. I liked that they had a variety of options because I did call another place and they had only 2 . My first visit went very well that I made a second visit . I like that he will go over all options and explain in Detail which one is best suited depending on the filler . This place is clean , comfortable and friendly. Any phone calls I made I received a call back and the service i received was excellent. I highly recommend this place plus easy parking just outside.

I have to share my experience with this establishment. I have had Cellfina six month ago. Doctor George explained everything well. But, he left some untreated areas and I am not fully satisfied with the results after six month now. I have send emails and called several times and spoke with a doctor and his assistants about cellfina warranty , sent them pictures to evaluate and give me an estimate price for revision and no answer! Sent two emails and called twice. No answer ! Seems like this place only cares about getting your money , but no follow ups and no answers for questions after you get your procedures. Very disappointing. Find another provider, someone who really cares about their patients.

This business does not comply with PA Health Dept guidelines, which is appalling for a healthcare facility. I had an appointment during the pandemic at a time when COVID-19 cases were surging in this area and across the country. When I walked in, there were three employees without masks on talking in very close proximity to each other. I told them I had to leave because I am in a high risk category and can’t be around strangers who aren’t wearing masks.Later that day, my credit card was charged a $60 cancellation fee. When I called and complained about it, they refused to reverse the charge and told me that it wasn’t their policy to wear masks in the waiting area because, even though it was a health department guideline, it wasn’t required by law. Imagine a healthcare facility saying it is their policy not to comply with state health dept guidelines!!!Take away: They do the very minimum required by law to protect the health and safety of their customers.It is very unfortunate because I was looking forward to supporting a downtown business but one that treats its customers like this is likely not to last for long so I hope another one will take its place.

I bought a botox package. Its my first the lady said in 3 to 4 days I should see a difference rt now the area I had done feels heavy I dont know if that is normal Ill have to see. Im hoping this looks good.

George is amazing, 100%! So kind and professional, he will make you look and feel as gorgeous as you want to feel. Dont be shy, give them a try, worth the money!

Angie is always very helpful when helping you decide what you want. Does not push products or procedures that you dont need.

First time ever getting a beauty treatment anywhere and they made me so comfortable I now go there whenever anything is wrong😂
