Great place for your 1st ear piercing. Finding other merchandise on clearance makes for a good deal, but usually things are a bit overpriced. That said, its in a mall and the price of things are usually abit high in a mall. Theres lots to choose from, and even with a higher price getting something wont break the bank, and if it betters a day for someone, its worth the extra $$.

Staff was helpful and fast.She had about 8 people in the store. She did great.

Super super friendly employees! Got both of my daughters ears pierced and the made them super comfortable and showed them step by step. Talked them all the way through what they where doing. My girls are soo excited to have gotten to go the mall and get their ears pierced!

The sales clerk was amazing and so helpful! Their deals rocked for our Christmas budget

My daughter had her ears pierced by kelsey. Approximately 2 weeks later she started having pain in her right ear where the piercing was,. It appeared to be infected, took her back and Kelsey said both ears were healed that she just needed to get longer ear rings that went through hole, she wanted to sell one earing for $56. I left and took her to urgent care Dr. removed earing and said it was infected and perceived antibiotics and antibiotic creame. So original I paid $96 to get ears pierced with the earrings $349 for urgent care and $38 for prescriptions. Her ears were treated as directed after piercings with bought solution from this place.

I just really love Clairs, the staff know me and always gives me compliments plus the sales are fantastic!

Quaint store with lots of merchandise,the clerk was very professional, acknowledging the need of the customers.
