My two daughters and I just went to Claires in Cleveland Mall to get our ears pierced and had a truly wonderful experience. Grover was the absolute best employee - courteous, kind, and very attentive to detail. They even corrected a cartilage piercing that my youngest had done at a different Claires and made it so much better. The service Grover provided was awesome, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Let me start by saying my experience with Erika Stover was phenomenal. I have no experience with earrings and my daughter decided to get her ears pierced at another Claires location. Well, we were having problems when it came time to change out my daughters earrings. My daughter was crying anytime my family members tried putting in her earrings, but when we came here Erika helped change out my daughters earrings and had no problems. She is very knowledgeable with the whole process and made my daughter so comfortable I cannot thank her enough. She even helped us pick out a pair of earrings that would make it easier for the healing process so that my daughter could still have room for her swollen earlobe to make it easier to clean as well. I also left my daughters jewelry box here and she made sure to keep it safe and even reached out to me to let me know I left it there. This woman is amazing and I cannot thank her enough.

Very small with lots of pink, sparkles, unicorns, and poo emojis. There was stuff everywhere. Looked like they were trying to stock or something but it was too extremely busy when I went. However total 90s throwback look for the signage so that was a plus to an original 90s kid.

Last year, on the day my mothers ashes were scattered.... I got 4 piercings in my ears at Claires inside Cleveland Mall in Shelby, NC.. The right side came out fine but the spacing & low piercing on my left ear looked out of place & was very painful. I used the Claires Ear Care Solution yet the left ear kept crusting & getting infected, I turned the studs several times per day & used the solution on both ears, but more on the left out of necessity... a year later, one of the left earrings dropped out of my ear... I was hoping it was just the earring, but no, due to the piercing placement being so low, it split my earlobe. I told her it looked wrong to me & she insisted that she was a pro & knew what she was doing... I could have saved all of that cash & done it myself for free. I will NEVER trust another person with a piercing gun close to me again.

They wanted damn near 70 bucks for a pair of stainless steel earrings and to pierce my kids ears. That is outrageous! What happened to the days ear piercing was free with the purchase of the earrings?! And what about piercing parlor its like 20 bucks for flippin body piercing! Nuts. Never. Ever.

Got my granddaughter ears pierced this evening. The clerk was very attentive and talked to my sweet girl so great. She was alittle scared but did great. Let her pick out what studs she wanted. Afterwards, she said ,it didnt hurt that bad,lol 6yrs old.However, great experience and had an sale 20% off for another set of earrings,after your piercing . So she got an dangling pair, she always wanted dangling ones!Will be going back soon cause they have the sensitivity type so that is what she will be wearing.Great service!

We took my 6month old granddaughter today to get her ears pierced and first ear the girl Pierces through the rubber glove and has to cut it out of the babies ear, then my daughter tells them thats the wrong earrings, not the ones she picked! So they have to pierce the other ear with the wrong earrings and charged the same price ( $70.00 ) and she can come back in 3 weeks and exchange them. Are you kidding me! They need to keep their mind on work and not what her boyfriend is doing, ( working on some car) this is our baby girl we are trusting you with , and you contaminated the first ear and never mind with the wrong earrings! This is beyond wrong ! !! !

I usually love this store. I recently got my daith pierced on both side and came here to find some jewelry for it. I bought a set of three pretty hoops not realizing that I had gotten three different colors and I wanted my ears to have the same color jewelry in them. I just tried bringing them back - never opened the package and I had the receipt. First I had to stand there for five minutes waiting for the cashier to put down her cellphone as she was taking a personal call. The cashier proceeds to tell me they don’t do returns on body jewelry. She then told me that the girl who checked me out the first time is new at the store and probably forgot to tell me. When I bought the jewelry that was definitely NOT disclosed to me or I would have been way more careful about my purchase. So now I’m stuck with jewelry I can’t really wear unless I want my ears to be mismatched. You guys should be more careful about sharing your policies with customers. And train your employees better. I think you’ve lost my business for now.

Benji was very patient and helpful. She’s a trainee but I’d give her a raise off the bat. Management do what it takes to keep her! She’s quality, kind, knowledgeable, responsible and clearly a hard worker who can multi taste. She has good customer service and a nice smile 🙂Thanks for the 5 star experience!

Clerk talked so low I could barely hear her, didn’t explain anything about my piercing, just handed me a QR code to scan with my phone to sign some documents. Wasn’t pleased with my service AT ALL, couldn’t answer any questions

Came at 10:30 to get items for prom but was not open while the website says it’s open at 10. Didn’t not open until 11:05

Expensive and even piercing ears to high smh! Need more items and cheap items!!
