I had my daughters belly button and wifes nose peirced and the lady did an amazing job. Daughter almost passed out but the lady handled I like a Dr. She was amazing.

Very unprofessional business! they never answer the phone. I drive 30 minutes only to get body jewelry they open sign was on but door was locked. After calling 10 times I finally got an answer & he told me it would be 30 minutes until he could unlock the door because he was tattooing. I waited for 30 minutes and he never unlocked the door or answered the phone.

I love my eyebrow and my nose piercing I had it done for my birthday and Donna did a great job I would recommend Donna at ink Link tattoos for anyone

Matt is incredible artist that did both me and my friends tattoo in the same day. He was very caring and love the extra small things he did to expand on the vision of what I wanted for the memorial piece.

Loved Donna! She did a wonderful job on my nose piercing that a friend from Iron/Ink tattoos messed up a couple years back. Great price and variety of nose rings and other piercing product selections!

We walked in and the first thing I thought was it smelled so bad. There was a man there hollered at us from a back room instead of coming out to greet us. We will never go back there

I cannot say enough about this place!!! On a whim, as I do everything in life, I decided to get a few piercings. I was going to another place but they decided not to answer the phone or call back so I went to Google to find out what my other options close by were. There were 3 and this one is the one that answered the phone so I went. Donna was my first piercer on Friday and she did the cartilage hoop and first two piercings after my hoops. So I got 6 done on Friday. I was sooooo pleased with how easy, gentle everything was I went back the next day for Donna, but she wasn’t there. I met Heather B who is the only other piercer there because Donna is very particular on who represents her shop and piercings in general. Heather is also the one that does the septum piercings. Anywho, Heather was just like Donna and super friendly which made 10 piercings total possible with no pain. I’m not done getting pierced yet but I can say that I won’t go to anyone else. I got my nose pierced on both sides and paid almost $200 (Heavy Metal Tattoo on 18S in Morganton) and 10 piercings at Ink Link cost me $130 including the jewelry. Highly recommend this place and I’m a customer for LIFE!! Thank you Donna and Heather for the great experience and the super charged confidence boost on how pretty my ears look ❤️

This by far the best tattoo shop in Shelby, NC. My tattoo artist is the best and I trust him with all my artwork. I love the fact that you can walk-in without any problems which is very convenient for me. Shelby Ink Link will continue to get my business.

Got my first tattoo ever, here, earlier today. There was no wait even though I didnt have an appointment, their prices were extremely reasonable,it was clean, everyone was friendly + helpful and the artist spent enough time to make sure the design and placement was exactly what I was looking for. It turned out great! Any tattoos I get in the future will be done here if at all possible. I would highly recommend this place.

Waited about an hour and a half. When the artist was done walked right passed me and said Im going to get ice cream... When came back was told that he dont do small tattoos that I had to wait for another artist and they didnt even know when they were coming in. The tattoo that I wanted wasnt that small. Printed it out and had it to the size I wanted and they wanted to charge me $120 for a simple line drawing!! I understand if it had shading and color but one color simple line drawing $120 thats crazy.

The employees were outside smoking when I pulled up. Then when I tried to go inside the door was locked. I looked through the window and they were all inside talking. So they locked the door during business hours and won’t answer the phone.

Their website & Google says they are open. I’ve called numerous times over the past 3 days & NO ONE will answer the phone. I’ve driven 40 mins to their shop twice & the doors are locked, no one will come to the door, but cars are in the parking lot & you can tell workers & customers are inside. Guess they are only “open” to their friends & wanted customers.

I went to get a few piercings and Donna makes you feel comfortable and at ease! Would definitely go to her again...

Alternate knocking on door and pressing buzzer for several minutes to verify no one comes to the door.3a. Use quarter to tap aluminum door or window frame to ensure access request is clearly audible at higher pitch and decibel level than civilian knocking technique.4. Call office phone again as instructed by one of the many pieces of paper taped to the window. Confirm phone is functioning properly and can be heard from outside of the building. Consistent with previous reports, no one answers.5. Fallback to surveillance position from concealed location inside transport vehicles parked directly in front of the door (embedded among employee vehicle(s). Prepare rapid interrogation deployment targeting the next subject exiting the front entrance to secure side of the parlor. Bring snacks, this phase of the operation presents highly unpredictable durations.6. As VIP client with access to secret backchannel communication server attempts covert egress from the parlor, initiate rapid insertion and execute puppy in pet store window maneuver to ensure Artist detects multiple personnel attempting direct communication.6a. Touché Mr. Tattoo Man...touché indeed.9. Rendezvous at safe house for additional personnel / reinforcements training. Gather any available intel on The one that does the piercing until precisely sometime tomorrow10. Return to beginning of document. Initiate Step 1.

Went to get my first tattoo as a tribute to my late brother and Jeremy did an amazing job! The tattoo is healing very nicely and everyone at the shop was very friendly.

Terrible place. The glass on the front door had a bullet hole in it. When we went in they couldn’t even do the wolf tattoo I wanted even after me sending them pictures on Facebook. So I had to pick something different. They still serverly messes it up. It looks terrible. They didn’t talk to me at all, they didn’t even believe I was 18. Would never recommend. I believe the guys name was Scott.

Dude I will never go here again Jeremy is the worst tattoo artist I’ve ever seen and most careless. He doesn’t realize it’s something that’s going to be something on me for the rest of my life. Long story short do not go to this place. Looks like my tattoo was done with crayon or something.

The people were nice, but after getting home and looking at the work, were not too thrilled with how our tattoos turned out.. Theyre uneven and not symmetrical at all..

Took my daughter there for her piercings and tattoos. They do beautiful artwork on tattoos and do a good job on body piercing. I say they was pretty doggone good.

I asked about the age of a piercing with your parents consent because Im 17 and I was told I wont do it. I didnt even get a reply on if I could legally get it with their consent. I do know its 18 w/o consent though. I contacted multiple other parlors afterwards and was told I could get it with my parents consent.
