Claires in the Somerset Mall in Somerset Kentucky is a great little shop if your looking for ear rings, nose rings and other body piercings. They have good deals of buy so many and get so many free and they also pierce ears there too. Very friendly staff who are very helpful with any and all questions you may have.

Got my ears pierced here by Sydney! she did a great job. She was very professional, thorough, and safe. She went over every detail with me in a very welcoming and friendly manner. 10/10 would recommend.

The ladies there was very helpful to what I was looking for. They didnt have the monroe piercings, but she showed my what else I could do to supplement the needs of what I needed and it worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend to go to this Claires instead of the one inside Walmart.

Got my girls ears pierced! They did great, and so did she!!

I would not recommend doing buisness with this store. We bought several items and continued shopping in the mall. Upon checking the receipt we noticed that one item had rang up at more than four times the marked price. We went back to the store to return the item having not left the mall yet. We were informed that they would only be giving us $18 dollars back on a item that was marked $6 and rang up $26. The item had not been opened. The clerk could not explain the reason for a return fee. They have made the last dollar from me.

The girl that pierced the ears Alexis....had no personally at all!!!! Did not talk at all during that time, except for saying turn your head this way! She was assisting someone when we went in & informed us wed have to wait. That customer had paid & left, she went behind the counter, saying nothing to us....... ..just left us still waiting! The other lady (she was super) ask if she could help (because we were just standing there) when she found out what we were waiting for, she said to Alexis, didnt you know they were waiting??? She finally came over to Pierce! Not very work oriented at all & UNFRIENDLY to say the least! We were actually getting ready to leave & go elsewhere!🤔

Took my kids to get their ears pierced and Rachel did great! So sweet and fun. She did a great job with my crew.

Terrible customer service, the workers there are not professional, we asked to get our ears pierced, we waited for 30, and in the end they said we couldn’t get it done..
