Great ear piercing service, will come back again for my second piercing! Only takes less than 40 seconds for both ears to be done by piercing gun. It may not be the best in sanitary ideals due to the fact you cant completely clean a piercing gun, but its quicker and less anxiety ridden! 10/10 the lady whop did it was super kind and another customer who had gotten their helix pierced about an hour before came back and asked if they could watch me. Super respectful !

As a black person seeking services at Maine Mall store was the worst decision I ever made. We were very much fooled, degraded and trashed as if we had come for a free service. Any black or colored person who has not tested the Racist pill before, this outlet gives the best dose! I felt it to the core and walked to the cashier straightforwardly told her so.Visit the store if you have a strong heart...mine couldnt survive the harshness!

Sales Associate was very quick on her feet. My daughter was about to have a melt down because she didnt want me to take her stuffed toy away to ring it out. The woman grabbed a different one to use its barcode without even thinking twice. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness!

Just visited Claire’s at the maine mall in Portland. The store was having a buy three get three free sale. We purchased little chokers and keychains. Upon leaving the store and opening our package, one of the chokers was broken. No big deal. Went immediately back into the store to exchange for another one. The employee told me I could not exchange for another one, but would have to pay $7.80 for a new one. The choker was $10, but with the sale price came to $2.90. I told him I was not looking to get my money back but just make an even exchange as I had just purchased the choker, and it was broken. I was then told I could not exchange it but they would give me $2.90 off of the choker, and I would have to pay the additional $7.10 if I wanted a choker that was not broken. The employee told me it was not her problem that it was broken, and I could not exchange it for another one, but would have to pay an additional almost 8 dollars if I wanted a necklace that was not broken. Such poor customer service. I was flabbergasted. I just wanted to exchange my broken necklace for another of the same price, but was told to pound sand. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

I have heard horrible reviews from many friends not to mention my right ear piercing did not go all the way through and couple days after I got the piercing, my left ear started having irritation and Pain so I took out the piercing to clean it didn’t take long to clean, but tried to put it back in and it wouldn’t go back in but it would go back in backwards

This Claires has a huge selection of Squishies! They are all reasonably priced too!

My daughter got her ears pierced here a few years ago. They were excellent with the initial visit, but when you dont need your ears pierced its not that great. You can buy some more earrings and jewelry boxes, but there isnt really anything above a 16ga in the store. Pretty much means if you have anything other than your lobes pierced youre out of luck. I would love to see a selection of 14ga captive bead rings or something here.

The pregnant woman, didnt get her name did an excellent job with my piercing and was excellent at helping others but it was sad to stand in line for 10 minutes, a long line by then because the person in the back refused to come out to help out.

OMG! i absolutely love love love Claires me and my sister got are ears pierced today and the girl who did it was Melissa and she lined up are ear piercing perfect 😳i totally give her a 5 star rating 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 also she gave us great advise and was very comfortable with the tools for ear piercings

Cheap tat that makes for fun gifts for young kids. A lot of nice deals. Not a bad place to get kids ear piercings and they do a nice bundle deal for it.

I wish I could give this store 0 stars! They were absolutely awful they didn’t tell me the return policy and basically forced me into buying $22 nose rings. They were incredibly rude, the Portland Maine mall Clair’s is absolutely awful and the products instantly broke!!!! DONT GO THERE!!!

My 5 year old granddaughter had a blast shopping here.
