Banter had a great selection of necklaces and were running a BOGO 75% off sale when we stopped by. Adrianna went above and beyond to help us find the necklace I wanted in our price range and was also incredibly friendly and sweet to work with. I would highly recommend checking this kiosk out next time you’re in the mall!

I just had the most amazing experience with Adriana the new store manager! She spent time showing me all sorts of gold hoops, didnt rush me and did it all with a SMILE! She told me about the sales, and showed me options I had missed on my own! I felt like i was shopping with a friend!!!!! She was amazing! Thank you!!!!

I was here today to get my ears pierced and the woman who helped me was nothing short of absolutely pleasant. She explained everything for me and took the care to make sure the holes were going to be perfect. She was so quick it barely hurt at all. Thank you so much

This was such a fun experience with my two daughters! Heather rocked it! She fixed an uneven hole from a previous piercing, took time to educate us before and after and was an absolute riot! Great customer service and had us feeling very comfortable and at ease!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and Heather was amazing! She took the time to make sure her second holes were placed perfectly and was patient when explaining the process as well as letting us see what she was doing. She also gave my daughter great advice in regards to cartilage piercings, which was what she also wants to have done. I would highly recommend her.

I had scheduled an appointment and it was all confirmed and the time was in availability saying it’s open and I head over to the mall with no workers at the station and no phone calls were directed to any workers

Walked away from this shady experience. Called first to ask questions such as “how much does it cost to get ears pierced?” Told one price over the phone and another (20.00 higher) when we got to the location. Was asked to pay prior to the service being rendered? Also not cool. Third and final strike was when I couldn’t use my debit card bypassing the pin. Heather also came on strong. We just wanted to get my daughter’s ears pierced but instead felt like we fell into a bad infomercial. Heading to a jeweler instead. Less money and better quality and care.

Took both of my daughters here (Maine Mall) for second and third ear piercings. The women were friendly, patient and double-checked spacing as well as clear with instructions. Most importantly, my teenage daughters felt comfortable and will return for any future piercings.

Twice I have driven an hour to come here and their hours listed on their website and google say theyre open every day. Both times theyve been closed. The first time (two weeks ago) there were no signs to indicate why they werent open. Today theres finally a sign that says closed Tuesdays. Keep your online hours updated so you dont continuesly waste your customers time and money. Both times I came to Portland specifically to visit this kiosk.

Horrible customer service they treat you like they dont even want you as a customer if you look a certain way and will slyly try to overcharge you as much as they can. Highly do not recommend this place
