I took my daughter here for a nose stud for her birthday. They got to us quickly and were patient with my daughter although she had several questions. They have lots of variety for jewelry as well. You have to fill out a parent form and everything was done correctly. Dont go to tattoo warehouse Ive had several bad experiences! I always recommend sticks and stones to everyone I know!

I got pierced today by Heather and I am more than satisfied with the customer service I received. She was super sweet and explained everything to me in detail regarding aftercare. I felt very welcomed and comfortable the whole time. I recommend everyone to go here to get pierced!

We had a wonderful experience at Sticks and Stones getting our daughter’s ears pierced. The staff was incredibly professional and made sure she felt comfortable and safe throughout the process. The environment was clean and welcoming, and the piercing was done with great care and precision. Took my 9 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. The girl who did it, I’m sorry I forgot her name, was AWESOME! She made my daughter feel super comfortable, and even though she was nervous, she was made to feel relaxed as possible. The piercing was Uber quick and my daughter didn’t even flinch! Awesome place, awesome people! Very professional, very clean and absolutely recommended!!!!

I have been going here for at least 20 years, so I am not posting this lightly. I have had my share fair of poor customer service here, but have always given them the benefit of the doubt that they’ve had a hard day or they didn’t mean to sound so apathetic. This was the last time, because it’s now every time and I’d rather others don’t have to experience being treated like an idiot and inconvenience here. I got my nose pierced before Christmas for my 47th birthday and a celebration of being 3 years cancer free. The piercing ended up get a big bump, which is common. I went back for advice. They sold me a tea tree oil tincture, which I used as directed. The bump got super inflamed. I went back after a few weeks and talked with someone about sizing down as a last ditch effort, before just taking it out. The original post was super long and I had to keep pushing it back inside my nose. She changed it out and told me to come back in a few weeks if it improved and we could size down again. The bump began improving in days. Fast forward to yesterday. I go back in with an almost none existent bump and let Chloe at the counter know about the previous instructions to come back in to size down. She proceeded to tell me they don’t size down if there is a bump. I simply say that I was told to come back in and that my nose was very sensitive to the loose stud and sizing down worked great in my case. She walks two feet away form me and tells her coworker that I’m arguing with her about my bump. The other lady, who I thought was usually nice, said she didn’t have the energy to argue with me, so she would change it. I didn’t know how to respond, other then to say thanks. She changed it and I left. Can they live without my business? Of course they can. But they will continue to drive away customers if they don’t start valuing their business and treating them with simple respect and courtesy, as I have always treated them.

By far, the best ear piercing Ive ever gotten.Every other time, someone has pierced my ears, theyve always bled, swollen a lot, would drift downward, and never really heal (because they kept re-piercing scar tissue). This was the first experience Ive had where it was completely painless, no blood, no swelling, and ,overall, no irritation afterward at all during aftercare.Very professional and knowledge ladies. Will be going here from now on.

I had been researching places to get my little girl’s ears pierced because I didn’t want to take her to the mall and let some inexperienced teenager do it. After much research, I decided on Sticks and Stones and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff is friendly and professional and they took the time to answer all my questions and to make sure the ears were evenly marked in the correct position. Everything was surgically packaged and they wore gloves. The studs are made of implant grade material also. Heather did a fantastic job with my daughter and I opted for the tandem piercing for her so her ears could be done at the same time. The staff is wonderful with children and I would highly recommend them, especially for children (my daughter is 7 years old). I like them so much that I got a second piercing in my earlobes 😊.

My daughters experience was great. Very Professional, use Steralized Piercing Tools Medically Sealed. Our Piercing Tech was able to talk my nervous daughter through the entire process, the Gal working at the Register talked is through the Under Age Process, helped my daughter choose her new Rings then gave us the Care Instruction Sheet. Definately like that this Shop Specializes in Piercing, this isnt a tattoo shop that includes Piercing. Theres a window where you can watch piercings or they allow a couple visitors to stand and watch from rooms for also.

I got my ear pierced with my sister a few months ago and the entire experience was AWESOME! Very clean, super friendly staff and efficient. I’ve recommended to a few friends and they all love it as well. Will 100% be returning. They were so kind even when I had a few questions and they also have a great selection of jewelry there.

I went in to buy a few studs and the cashier was very rude overall. Everytime I go in they always have some staff that is rude.

I’ve gone here twice, once for my nostril piercing and once for my bridge.The staff are all so sweet and take great care when working with you.My only issue is the piercings themselves. My nostril has to be redone somewhere else because it would get irritated super often no matter how much I cleaned it (so I took it out). And my bridge piercing was completely crooked. It was noticeable not only to me but others as well. I love how bridge piercings look on me, but I cannot seem to find someone who will do them correctly.

We loved coming here! I have 3 daughters who wanted their ears pierced and our piercer was so sweet and patient. My daughters are 12, 10, and 7, and Heather was great! We drove all the way out from Pickens, and it was worth it.And to top it off the earrings have healed so well. One of my 7 year olds earrings came out after a few weeks, but we were able to put it back in without incident and it didnt even hurt.I highly recommend the shop.

Absolutely amazing place. super nice and professional. I will definitely go here from now on for any piercings. I got my conch and top cartilage done and I was expecting a good bit of pain. But she didnt hurt me a bit! They know what they are doing and you wont regret going here!!

Went here with my 5 year old daughter since she wanted to get her ears pierced. I went in front of her to show her it was ok. They did good with my piercings and they handled her ears very well.They offered to do both ears at the same time and that seemed to do better for her.Their policy to check the kids and make sure theyre getting what they want without being pushed or pressured by parents is something I applaud.We had no issues at all.Great staff that does clean and quick work.Update: Went back for round 2 of piercings. Spoke to Amanda via email. She was quick to respond and helped me decide on the new locations. Answered every question I had in regards to layout and equipment.The entire staff is pleasant, professional, and efficient. No complaints at all.

I took my 5 year old daughter to sticks and stones on Wednesday to have her ears We had had a bad experience with Claires so I was a little nervous about doing it again, but let me tell you this place is amazing! Once we got in there and filled out the paperwork they called us up immediately and let Kendall pick out her earrings, the lady at the front was very thorough with explaining everything! One plus is they are very big on consent, so if a minor says no or shows any apprehension at any point they wont continue with the piercing, so I really like that they wont force a child to do something they dont want to! We were there for maybe 20 minutes total, they got us in and out, once we got back into the piercing room, Heather was very thorough and explained everything to Kendall to make her feel at ease about everything! She was quick and easy and Kendall only cried for a second! She was also very understanding that I had two other children with me, since Im a single mom I had to bring them! I highly recommend this place! 10/10!*edit i had an awesome review wrote and hit the back button to many times and it erased it!

Service was not great to say the least. Went in to buy jewelry felt super rushed and as if I was aggravating the lady by asking her to show me the different nose rings.

I got my nose piercing here last year and I can officially say its healed with no issues!!! Ive had so many friends go other places and have such a battle with their piercings, and their instructions were so thorough and helpful that I came out with it healing better than the earlobe piercings I got elsewhere years ago. Im so glad theyre upfront and clear about the risks and what they can and cant do, and remember: if a professional tells you they cant do the piercing you requested, they are doing you a FAVOR! I felt safe here and am thankful for the consideration they put in.

I got my first and only piercing here around a month ago. the staff was super encouraging, friendly, and knowledgeable and had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. since getting my piercing, i’ve gone with friends when they have gotten theirs and the experience has always been just as good. when i had complications with my piercing (my fault lol) they were incredibly helpful in getting my jewelry changed and explaining exactly how to care for it! i cannot recommend them more!!!

I have my own tattoo & piercing studio that Ive been going to for years but they didnt have a piercer at the time. Id recommend this place to anyone thats looking for a reputable place. I visited on a Saturday afternoon. The shop was busy, but things seemed to moved right along. I got both my conch and tragus pierced at the same time. Did it hurt? Yes, but literally for 3 minutes or so. Heather was the piercer on for the day. She was great! She worked quickly but carefully while maintaining cleanliness and great customer service. Heather was knowledgeable

Not a great place for Kids!!!We took my 7 year old to get her ears pierced. I had heard great things and was looking forward to a sterile environment and the fact that they would do both ears at the same time. When I called, they answered all of my questions and were very kind. When we showed up, the customer service was awful. The person who “greeted” us and did our paperwork, was short with us and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. The only thing they cared about was if we had a birth certificate and that if she did not cooperate they would not do the piercing. While I completely respect their policy and am thankful they did not want to hurt my child, the way they went about things was unprofessional and downright rude. Once my daughter got upset, they did not give us time to talk to her or give her a minute to think about things. We felt rushed out and left with out her ears pierced. Again, I respect their policy, but the customer service and their approach to small children was disappointing. It might be a fine place for teens and adults, but I do NOT recommend for smaller children.

Both women were SO nice. I went in to have a different ring put in my recent nose piercing (that I had done somewhere else), and I was in and out in 10 minutes! She explained everything, was super comforting, and really kept the pain to a minimum. If anyone needs literally any piercing, I 110% recommend them.

The 2 ladies were super nice, answered the question I had about getting my daughters ears peirced and switched out my daith peirceing for me. Ignore the blood the original one didnt want to come out nicely. The lady also kept asking to make sure I was okay which was nice as well

Originally came here for my snakebite piercings since my usual place wouldnt do them, its about an hour and a half from my house. They were professional and since then have pretty much done every piercing ive had, as well as helped me on other piercings that may have had issues. They have good jewelry and have always been super nice and welcoming whenever i come in, with or without a call or appointment.

We drove almost 2 hours to come to this place. Was so worth it! They were very busy but very fast and still managed to make sure your questions were answered and you understood everything. Super friendly environment. Will be willing to make that drive for every next piercing. Me and my 13 years old are so happy with their work!

We went in to get our 2 year olds first ear piercing. No one spoke us when we arrived. There were a couple groups in front of us. But even after those two groups left no ones spoke to us. My husband ended up walking up to a lady and telling her we were trying to get it babies ears pierced. She said they could not pierce them bc she was too young. That they only do 5 and up.

If you’re having issues with a keloid I recommend the oil they have. It’s only $8.50 and it works really well!

Don’t go here if you have an emotional support animal because they will not allow you inside with the animal.

I have had several piercings and the piercing experience was painful. Even though I followed the instructions, healing was slow. Not this time. I arrived on a Sunday and they were packed. I signed in and waited my turn. This is what I witnessed.. They were fast. Im not talking fast as in hurried. Im talking efficient. I also witnessed them turn away business because of the piercing placement not being right for the person. Who does that? Someone who cares about their customers more than making a quick buck. I was impressed already. I also noticed no one seemed to be in pain when they left.When it was my turn, the piercer was friendly, informative and helpful. She gave me the least painful piercing Ive ever had. I had no issues after and ZERO pain. I never thought my experience would be this grrat given past experiences with other piercings done at other shops.If you are on the fence, dont be. Go see them. You wont regret it.

Stepdaughter wanted to get something for her Bday, called these guys an they was the nicest people, only downfall is I wasnt able to take her even though she lives w/ me an her mom, same address on ID and all, but it is understandable... there is so many people that try to pull off shady stuff nowadays. Which actually worked out for the better, the wife took her an got her something also. They both praised on how wonderful the staff was.. will do more business there forsure!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. As a business owner myself, the 1st impressions between a client and your staff are the most important and let me tell you… mine was awful! My friends and I walked in this past Sunday, Aug 6th, to get a piercing done for my birthday. I am from out of town visiting and my local friends recommended sticks and stones from others. We arrived right when they opened at 1pm as we were not sure if you needed an appt. When we walked in the girl behind the counter (which judging by the photos on your website was Chloe) barked “How can I help you?” with a low attitude. No friendly hello or hi. I responded with “Sorry we are those people who walk-in right when you open” with a chuckle to hopefully ease the tension. She proceeded to blankly stare at me and repeated slowly “How. Can. I. HELP. You” now with even more aggression in her voice. I then replied I was looking to get an orbital done and she immediately piped up and said “That’s actually called an CONCH and that is done ONLY with a barbell so you WOULDNT be leaving with a hoop” with the BIGGEST attitude and eye roll I have ever been met with. As her info may have been correct, her delivery even made her coworker uncomfortable as she ended up even walking away. And if she had maybe taken the time to see, I am very familiar with piercings and even if I stated the incorrect name, a nice question of oh would you happen to mean a conch? would have been more appropriate. I literally turned around and looked over my shoulder and said to my friends no way. I will not give my business to someone who treats me like that let alone pierce me as I obv wouldn’t have known if it was going to be done by her or not. It’s sad that one interaction costs an entire business a poor review as I was really looking forward to getting possibly even 2 piercings, however someone needs to check Miss Choles attitude at the door!!!

Came in today to add a 2nd nose piercing. The staff was friendly and helped me pick the perfect stud to compliment my existing hoop. I’m not sure of the woman’s name that did my piercing, but she was phenomenal. I don’t say that lightly, she took the time to make sure the left side was lined up perfectly to be even with my existing right side piercing. Afterward, I was blown away with how good it looked! Will definitely be back. XOX

Rude, dirty, and unprofessional. I went in for my first ever piercing recently, was a tad nervous and didnt know how any of it really worked, but knew enough as id been with friends a handful of times, and was really disappointed in my experience here; the lady at the front greeted me with a less than enthusiastic piercing or buying... then proceeded to hock a clipboard at me and told me to fill it out, like i was wasting her time. I didnt read into it too much at that point. During my wait, One of the managers left the store, but left their phone in the waiting area (which was dirty by the way). I turned it in to the lady behind the counter - no thank you, no reaction from her whatsoever. Just a rude, cold person. Im not expecting a rose parade, but atleast be courteous and acknolwedge it like a human being. Onto the piercing: I finally got my piercing, and was rushed out. No aftercare instructions, no explanation, no anything else we can assist with?, and I know theyll probably reply to this trying to defend it with they were probably busy or that they remember me or they reviewed the cameras or some other bizarre, childish business reply (further adding to their lack of professionalism), but there was literally no one else there. There was no excuse for not providing aftercare instructions, much less just being a courteous human being. Further, I got a slight infection around the piercing a week after (im not blaming them for this), and instead of going back, I just called another shop for their 2 cents. They claim to be an all-women shop, like its some sort of empowering attribute to their business, but the absolute lack of customer care makes it seem like more of a cheap gimmick to make up for a lack of something else; Those women that work there couldnt care less about you, your experience, or your health. They really should be embarrassed. I would not recommend this place.

I came in for a nipple piercing and they looked at them and informed me after my breast reduction that I wasn’t a candidate for the piercing I wanted. I appreciate the honesty and not just taking my money. As bummed as i was I appreciate the professionalism and knowledge the staff had, I opted to get my conch pierced and am super happy with it! Thanks ladies!

We took my daughter here to get her ears pierced (do NOT go to Claire’s people) and the piercer was fantastic with her - so patient and had a phenomenal demeanor with a nervous 9 year old. She was quick, clean, and gave us an all around great experience. 10/10 recommend. We will be coming back!!

My daughter & I have been going here for several years and the person that did our piercings is awesome every time, the person behind the counter not so much, she is short with us, she acts like she doesn’t want to help us nor be there, I’m not sure what’s wrong with her, we over looked it the first couple of times but after awhile it becomes a pattern, very disappointing, even though I’ve recommended this business in the past I will rethink it for the future, I’ve always want to shop locally but this is ridiculous, I’ve found a better place who are happy to help us and maybe it was time to change businesses

Just ok. I went here because it was recommended, and I really was not impressed. I got my cartilage done here and they recommended I get it done with a hoop instead of a stud… any reputable piercing place would heavily recommend against the hoop (if they even agree to do it). I went back with a friend to get her 3rd hole done by an apprentice. They messed it up somehow and had to call over the supervisor. No one explained what was going on to my friend at all. She was pretty uneasy l with the needle in her ear while they whispered to each other “we’re in a pickle now” and “yeah I’ll have to take over” Those were my two trips in, and both were pretty unprofessional. I’ll stick with my usual place

I went to get my daughter her septum pierced. Red flags were in the air almost immediately. They weren’t very friendly and kept cutting me off. They told my daughter to clean the piercing with “just water.” When we went to actually get the piercing, the piercer, Faith, first took my daughters nostril piercing out. She expressed that she was not comfortable with that as she’s only had it in for 4 months. Faith told her that it was fine and she could change it “after 2 months”. She did not feel for the correct spot. She just clamped it and shoved the needle in. My daughter felt as though the jewelry was too big. So the next day we went to a different place for a consult. The woman we went to told us that cleaning with just water is very dangerous, and to clean with saline solution. She also said that the jewelry was an 11 mm. Something far too big. She should’ve used an 8 mm. The woman also let us know that we should wait six months to change a nose piercing, not two. Would not recommend, not professional, not clean. The environment seems fine but the actual people were very sketchy….

Came in around 9:15 Saturday with 5 people ahead of me. The lady at the register was really nice and sweet in spite of the crowds in the store. The lady that was piercing was really friendly and had a great sense of humor. Was in and out within 20 minutes. Great place to go!

I’ve had 3 different piercings here and have had a great experience each time! I got proper aftercare instructions, the piercings were fast (hand holding only makes me more nervous so this is great in my opinion), everything was opened from sterile pouches in front of me, and they have a decent jewelry selection that you can be pierced with. If I want any more piercings I wouldn’t hesitate to go here again. Thanks ladies, you’re great!

Excellent place to go for a piercing, and the jewelry selection was decent too. The amazing women that pierced my mom and I made us both feel welcome, safe, and worked FAST! Will definitely be returning for more piercings! I got the double helix, and septum & my mom got the double helix. Also had some other jewelry changed out, both of us were very happy with our experience ❤

The staff was friendly, and I was in and out pretty quickly, so that part was great. I was kind of disappointed by a few things though.- Theres a sheet they ask you to fill out prior to the piercing, and at the bottom it asks you to initial that you saw your earring sterilized. They had me initial it up front, and I was never shown the earring being sterilized.- I got a pretty normal outer cartilage piercing, and there was only one earring option.- I didnt really get much aftercare instruction. I have a few piercings, so they may have thought I knew, but its been a few years, and I was hoping for a good refresher.Follow up: The owner called me following my review. She explained they do sterilize the earrings in batch runs - I think I misunderstood what I was initialing on the paper due to previous piercing experiences. Also apparently there are multiple piercing options - the woman who was helping me was on the phone, and I think I was given the wrong information.It seems that the company culture values efficiency, so if youre looking for a clean, efficient option, this is definitely a good place to go. If youre looking for somewhere to hold your hand a little bit more, make sure you come in with questions youd like answers to.

This establishment is very clean and professional. The staff is amazing. I came with my daughter in January for her to get her ears pierced and her piercer, Faith, was amazing. My daughter got both of her ears pierced with no tears. I got my nose pierced and then came back in September to get another piercing. She worked quickly and efficiently. In and out both times within 20 mins.

I always have good experiences when i go here. I buy my jewelry here and the lady that switches my jewelry out knows what shes doing! Love them!!

Very clean, nice staff. The lady doing my ears made sure I was happy with where she drew the marks and was happy to make any adjustments. She double checked each placement and made them perfecly even on each ear. Very friendly and professional. They were very busy, but I didnt feel rushed at all. Definitely reccomend them!

I went to a tattoo shop for my conch piercing. It was fine until the balls got stuck and I couldnt remove the ring. I went to this shop and my first reaction was why didnt I come here its so clean and fresh. Had a wonderful vibe to it. And the people were genuinely happy to see me. Faith is the one who helped me. Ive never felt so good about walking in and getting what I needed. They made me feel special. In the future which I know there will be Im coming here. I will not go any where else. The knowledge they had about the anatomy and the piercings themselves were astounding. Not only that but the choices of rings are amazing. Like I said Im just shocked about how amazing my experience was.

Wonderful experience! The ladies here were so nice! Its a very nice atmosphere they have set up! Very clean and simple! I was in and out in no time! I love this piercing shop Ive been coming here for almost 6 years now and I live in lyman but it is always so welcoming and its an all female piercing crew and SO much jewlery to choose from. I dont go anywhere else.

I came 2 days in a roll in get my nipple and ear pierced and was very satisfied. Heather and Taylor were very nice and explained everything to me clearly and carefully. Def will recommend and comeback to get more piercings!!!

I got 3 cartridge piercings today and they are beautiful the lady who did my piercings was very professional. She was very good and made sure I knew how to take care of it there barley a wait and as soon as I filled out the papers and my mom paid we where getting my piercings done within the next 5 minuets. The piercings where a little pricey as all 3 came out to 85 dollars but it is defiantly worth the price. She made sure I was ready before she pierced me. In all I am very impressed. I will be sure to update in the healing process but so far I am impressed.

Overall awesome experience! Very clean store, great customer service, and the woman, I cant remember her name, had me in and out quick! Unfortunately, I had to have one of my piercings removed for my new job. It was a seamless hoop which is a pain in the butt to remove on your own. Plus I didn’t want to use potentially dirty hands and non sterile tools. So, I decided removing my nostril would be simple enough to not merit driving down to my usual shop. I stopped in here today on recommendations of friends. The lady running the front desk was curt, not rude, but certainly not polite. She seemed incredibly annoyed that I had walked in. She told me to sit down in a chair in the waiting room. I thought she would pull me back to a clean area. Instead, she brought the tools to the waiting room, sat them down on the dirty waiting room table, and used those same tools to remove my nostril ring. I understand that it’s a simple procedure, and my nostril is healed so risk for infection is minimal at most. However, I cannot believe she put tools down on a sticky public use table. I’ve had several piercings done, and the number one thing that’s been stressed of utter importance has been cleanliness. She also did not clean the area before or after removal, nor did she provide any feedback as to how to handle the now open hole in my body. There was zero consultation to know how old the piercing was, and it was just overall very concerning. Again, I’m lucky in that I’ve got several piercings, and that this is an old piercing that was just being retired. Still, I cringe to think about someone with a unhealed piercing getting it removed and being exposed to the sticky bacteria that was all over that waiting room end table. I also worry how many people come out of here with zero aftercare advice. With the lack of sanitation I could’ve just grabbed dirty tools at home myself. Maybe they’re different with clients actually getting piercings done. Maybe they’re also way less rude/curt in that case too. Maybe it was just a bad day. But even so, someone having jewelry removed could be a potential client, you can’t just rush them out and treat them so curtly. Either way, I can forgive a bad day, but I can’t recommend anyone reading this have their piercings done here. If they can cut corners and contaminate what should be sterile equipment on something as simple as jewelry removal, what else do they cut corners on? Do yourself a favor and do not get anything done here. If you need a clean and polite location, try to find APP certified piercers in South Carolina. I’m just really disappointed in tonight’s experience over something so simple.

Great place to get body piercings. They give you the proper information on how to take care of your piercings and clean them so they dont get infected. The staff there are very friendly and the place is very clean and they have a variety of jewelry to choose from aswell. This place is good for people who are just beginners in getting pierced and for people who have already racked up some piercings. If you have gauges they also have jewelry for that aswell. That is the reason this place gets 5 stars.

I have gotten all of my piercings done here and have always left satisfied! Recently, with nipple piercings, Heather made me feel relaxed and performed these piercings in the best possible way. Her client care was above and beyond! I would recommend this piercing place to anyone! All of the women that work here are very skilled in what they do.

Sticks and Stones was a great experience for me. This ( my cartilage) is the first piercing Ive gotten other then my lower lobe. I would highly recommend if you want a piercing to go there. Amanda the owner is very nice, the entire staff is nice very clean friendly I live in Greenville and I do not mind driving 30 mins out to get anything done. With sticks and stones I slept on my Tragus by mistake not knowing and Amanda literally message me at 12 midnight after business hours to tell me what to get and what needs to be done! Taylor is very knowledgeable and very nice I will continue to come there they truly made me feel like they cared and was very concerned about the bump I had if I could give 10 stars I would! Sticks and stones is a fabulous parlor! They are family friendly and their customer service is impeccable!!! They have done piercings for me and my daughters. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Spartanburg for a piercing. The use completely sterile equipment and are incredibly knowledgeable with up to date education on how to care for your piercings. In fact the piercing I got from them is the only one I’ve had that never got infected!

I came to Sticks and Stones today for a navel piercing. I was immediately greeted and welcomed. After she looked at my belly button, she informed me that due to the anatomy of my belly button, a piercing would not look great or heal as well. Though this was dissapointing to hear, I am SO thankful for the experience of the piercers in this shop. This is the reason I chose to come to such a reputable shop in the first place. They really do care about their customers. Next time I need a new piece of jewerly or another piercing, I will only be coming back here because I know I can trust them!

Really great service. Friendly and helpful with picking out new jewelry for my piercings and a neonatal nose ring that will be harder for me to wash down the drain. She changed all my jewelry for me for a small charge, was very professional and quick after it got to my turn. I went in about 530 and there was a wait but even though they closed at 6 on Sunday she helped me just the same as everyone else. Would recommend to anyone who needs piercings, new jewelry or jewelry changed out. Im disabled with sometimes severe tremors in my hands so cant get the little balls on the jewelry very well if at all. The service was greatly appreciated and very friendly even though I didnt get my piercings done there as I have had them a long time. Thank you.

I came about a week after getting my piercing I has some questions regarding after care because I was worried being it was my first nose piercing. My nose was sore...The employee I spoke to wasnt very welcoming or friendly !! She was short & rude with every answer. After asking me What have I done to it she didnt even ask me to pull my mask down to look at my piercing she automatically said its your mask. Your mask is irritating it. Idk what you want me to do about it in a very rude manor. Then said stop touching it an do the pink salt soaks.The piercing experience was great Faith pierced me. I dont recommend going back with questions concerns about your piercing. I personally wont.

I was really happy that the ladies could suggest an option that would work for me and then bring that vision to life. I never wore the lobe piercings that I had because they were so low and I thought they looked bad. We did a new hole in each lobe so that I can wear stacked piercings or have just the new one that looks more centered on my lobe. Give them an opportunity to address your concern and you won’t be disappointed. I love my new piercings so much!

When I called and spoke with Amanda she knew exactly what I was asking about. Her knowledge of the piercing I was calling about was impressive. She also was straight up with the way things can and can not work for certain people, so she didnt try pushing a sale by saying, oh you have migraines come get one of these.. Amanda is very professional, clean and is willing to spend the extra time to explain anything you might have a concern on. When I got to the shop Amanda had a customer so there was one more in front of me. I looked around and they have a nice assortment of jewellery. As I sat waiting when I was supposed to be next there were 4 walk- ins that were helped before I was even acknowledged. Faith walked over and asked if I was waiting for someone and I said no and she said she could do my piercing. She did explain the cleaning and stuff and when I could change it to something else. Im not quite sure how to take the whole experience after I got to the shop since it seemed quite different than the way I spoke to Amanda over the phone. The people were friendly just not like Amanda and did not seem to care who heard their conversations and what wasnt professional was to take other walk-ins before a checked in client who was supposed to be seen by Amanda in the first place.I will go back when my 5 weeks is up or if something were to come up in between then to see Amanda. Because this is a laid back place and I believe this could have been just an oversight. So I do recommend anyone going for a piercing to talk with Amanda. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Such a jewel.

The store was pretty quiet when I got there but got busy fast. The young lady at the counter was super patient while I picked out a new nose screw and made sure I got taken care of when it was my turn, despite the crowd hovering by the counter.Since I was just getting my my lobes pierced, it was fairly quick and painless. The holes I wanted reopened werent fully closed so she was able to just put the studs in and only charged me for the jewelry. Since Id already paid for a piercing, I decided to go for a second on my lobes.Ive had a few piercings before but the piercer (I didnt catch her name) didnt go over aftercare. She just handed me a pamphlet. Not a big deal for me but if its your first piercing, make sure you ask questions if you arent sure what to do.The shop was clean and they have an ok selection of jewelry. For nose screws, the selection is pretty basic but not horrible.Overall a good experience. Just make sure you ask questions if you arent sure what you want or how to take care of it.

Just left after the female at the counter told us my 14yr old son had to have an ID or birth certificate to get his one lobe pierced. I told her I had called before we came any they didnt say anything about that. She asked in a sparky voice, They didnt say anything?? I responded back saying no they did not and now youre telling me I have to go back home and come back with it? Cutting an attitude she said yes you do. So, I said thats fine were going to Piercing Pagoda cuz they dont require that, Ive never heard of a child needing an ID. She says they require it also as were leaving. In which I turned around and said I used to work there, they sure do not. As were walking out the door she just couldnt let it go and keeping that nasty attitude up says, Its kinda the law honey. My last response was, Pretty sure its not. I just now called to clarify if their policy had changed since I worked there. They told me I only need my ID, let them know Ill be there shortly. My childs other ear is pierced which I did myself among hundreds of piercings working at Piercing Pagodo. Yall left as nasty of a taste in my mouth as that females attitude. We will never do business there and will spread the word cuz everyone knows word of mouth matters.*Update.. she did have an attitude, especially when she wanted to make it seem as if she was right about Piercing Pagodo having the same policy. Calling me honey to rub it in a little more. My husband told me to make sure I wrote that in there as both him and my son were upset about the whole situation. We did in fact take him to whats now called Banter, had an awesome experience. Wish we wouldve skipped that whole negative experience and just went there in the first place. We know better now.

Loved my experience here. All female pierced, very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions effectively. I went in for a couple piercings , was a bit nervous as Id had to remove a nipple bar for surgery a year ago, it closed as a result, my piercer was empathetic and gentle as could be. It actually hurt more the first time Id had it pierced!!! Ill definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommended. My husband also had a couple piercings done here. He enjoyed his experience as well, he was also able to be with me when I had my repiercings done. It was a very pleasant and rewarding visit indeed. I took my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced yesterday and I was BLOWN away with how friendly and great Faith was with my daughter. My daughter was very nervous, but had been asking over a year to get her ears pierced. I just want to thank them for making a nervous situation a piece of cake! This is a great place with wonderful Staff! We were searching for a reputable place for getting a faith piercing for my wife. We read a number of reviews and drove out. We were able to fill out the consent done and get into the room with no waiting. Every question we had was answered with details and within a couple minutes we were done. We recently returned to change out the earing for a cuter design. We couldnt be more pleased!

I was extremely pleased with the awesome service. The girls at the counter were very helpful. I had two dermals on my collar bone removed and I was able to get new jewelry for my tragus and rook. Went there to get my Cartlidge pierced, The lady at the counter with the blonde and pink hair was so rude. Me and my friend stood there for about five minutes before her and her friend could even acknowledge that we were standing there. Definitely the type of people who think they are above you, I have no idea how they stay in service. After my piercing, the other lady continues to rush me out without giving me any aftercare instructions or any paperwork that states what type of aftercare to use. Very unprofessional and I would highly recommend another piercing facility.

Safe, swift, and excellent care! I got both my ears pierced for the first time, and technician was patient with all my questions while piercing my ears. I could hardly believe it was over and done with as the paperwork took longer to fill out than the actual procedure. My ears are healing up nicely, and I appreciate the aftercare sheet provided afterwards. I will absolutely be coming here for any and all future piercings!

I got my nose pierced months ago and I really wanna go back for my areolas. The woman who did my nose was very sweet and showed me the brand new 100% sterile package she had to open with shiny new tools never touched by even a microscopic piece of dirt. She talked me through everything and explained how to care for and clean my piercing. And dont get me started on the jaw dropping art they had hanging on the walls. I didnt realize how great they were until after I got my second piercing at another place. A place the owner said (in response to a review) isnt even supposed to be doing piercings!!! It made this already amazing place look heavenly. I will be visiting again.

Just want to start off this review off with love for the all female staff. Everyone single one is so nice and the conversations they have with you will make you forget the fact that you are a customer and them an employee. Regardless of what day you come in they are all trustworthy and reliable. The establishment itself is extremely professional and I did not once question nor doubt the quality or the cleanliness. I had my septum pierced by Heather on a Wednesday. She did an amazing job dealing with the crowd that swarmed in all at once, meeting everyones needs and making them feel seen despite being busy. She is honestly one of the nicest people! However due to the amount of space my “sweet spot” held I was pierced a little bit too high (preference wise). After contacting Amanda I was given the opportunity to get repierced for free and I felt as though they genuinely cared about satisfying my needs as a consumer. I was repierced by Faith sunday and my septum piercing was moved down to my liking. I have never been happier with how I look and I am loving the new accessory. If I ever decide to come back for another I will for sure be coming back to Sticks and Stones!

I have been pierced by Tiffany and Amanda several times at Sticks and Stones and have had amazing experiences every time. Both are very helpful and knowledgeable. This most recent experience with Tiffany was great, but the girl working the counter was very rude and gave my friends and me dirty looks and was super short with responses to our questions. Very unhelpful and overall unpleasant attitude. We will always patronize Sticks and Stones, but hoping their counter girl takes some customer service classes. I went in there and told them I had my ears peirced before but the back was in to tight and had to pull them out, so she looked at my ears and saw that the hole was still there just scarred so she put earings in my ears and told me what I could do to help it heal better! They were patient and kind with me, I loved the service!

Me and my husbands nostril piercings took no time at all. Wish there were more starter jewelry to choose from like other places Ive been to but they have lots to choose from after the piercings are healed. Everything was clean and sterile but for people that are all about masks, maybe not the place for you.

My experience was awesome!! Faith did my nose piercing and was completely spot on about how it would feel throughout the process!! I would recommend her to anybody!! The wait wasnt terrible considering there was only one person doing piercings at the time I went. Very satisfied customer here!!!!

I came there a couple days ago to buy jewelry and i stood there for about 10 minutes before she asked me what I needed. She finished showing the woman in front of me jewelry and taking her time, if you know all I need is a nose ring why make me wait another 10 minutes? Then the lady with the black hair is so rude, she always is. She was in the back screaming out prices (The lady in front of me asked how much to get something changed i think) So unprofessional. I bought 3 nose rings and the lady at the front counter said they were $7 a piece. My total was $42 ?!?! 0/10.

Tiffany pierced my nose today and did a great job. She was friendly and knowledgeable and she spent plenty of time talking with my mom and I about our piercings. Overall an excellent experience, and my piercing looks good!

So sad I moved out of SC. Legit such kind and knowledgeable piercers. Got my first piercing here at 19 it was a septum. I remember my piercer being so sweet and even hyping up my new look afterwards. If I ever come back to SC for any reason Im definitely getting the rest of my piercings here 🥰🥰🥰

One of the best places to go get your ears, nose, and whatever else you want peirced. Nice and knowledgeable staff with plenty of experience and helpful advise. Tiffany is great!! I was torn between getting my nose or tragus pierced and she asked me questions and gave me good advice. I settled on gettin my nose done. Cant say it was painless but she was very quick bout it. She gave me thorough aftercare instructions and gave me an instruction sheet to take home. If all goes well Ill get my tragus done later!!

I have had two piercings (other than my basic earlobes) done away from this shop and both times they were done wrong (the wrong size jewelry was used, they werent pierced deep enough, etcetera). Every other thing I have had done, has been from Sticks and Stones and I have had not a single problem from them! The employees are amazingly knowledgeable and helpful from everything from picking out your jewelry, to giving you consultations for piercings you are contemplating, to actually doing the piercing itself and explaining each and every step perfectly as they do. Theyve even fixed one of the two other piercings that were messed up for me and since then, Ive also had no problems from it!Basically, tldr comes down to this: clean shop, wonderful and knowledgable employees, and the best shop in the local area! Also, to those complaining about price, you truly get what you pay for when it comes to body mods. Trust me.

I went here to get my eyebrow pierced about a week and a half ago. When I went in, they didnt have the right size needle ready, so I had to wait an hour and come back. They knocked $10 off their already overpriced charge for the wait. When I came back to get it done, the piercer had the clamp on my eyebrow and needle in hand when she asked if she should pierce going up or going down. The other lady nonchalantly told her to pierce going upwards because otherwise she would puncture my eye. The piercing itself is still extremely swollen and bruised. Will not be returning to this establishment except to complain about the piercer that pierced me.

Got my vertical labret piercing here and I love it! The price is a little misleading because it was 45.00 with hidden added fees and a tip it ended up being 65.00...totally worth it though 💜

I went in not knowing anything about my nose piercing because it was done at another shop. Faith helped me figure out what I needed. She took her time to put my nose ring in and explained what she was doing the whole time. I had a great experience.

Wanted to get my grand daughters ears pierced. They only do infants/toddlers on sunday and monday and its $90.00. That is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. A few other piercing shops that I spoke with agreed with me. No one could understand the extremely high price for ear piercings.

I went about almost four months ago to get my nose pierced and and the girl that did it was rude, told me to clean my piercing with just water... about a week after my piercing was infected. Did some research and yoirey supposed to clean it with sea saltsalt water. She also said u could change the jewelry after three months, its been almost four months and its no longer infected and was healing nicely....then I went back to get new stud put in and the same girl that pierced it put in the new stud and she didnt put gloves on when she did, didnt clean it at all. It hurt so bad!!! And it swelled up and got so sore and red after. A DAY LATER its infected again and I will never go back there. I will be going to madhouse from now on :)

The young lady at the counter was a little rude to my daughter. They do great work, but madhouse does great work, are cheaper, and the gentleman is amazingly kind!

This place is very professional, I got my nose pierced and the girl with short hair was very professional and she got it over within 30 secs. I was in and out and she was careful and sterile. Would definitely recommend this place instead of ink link for a nose piercing.

I have gotten three piercings here and had a wonderful experience every time. In and out in under 10 minutes and always feel comfortable. Would recommend to anyone

This is the only local place I will ever get pierced! They are very helpful and have reasonable prices. I got pierced by Faith twice and she did an excellent job of informing me about everything. They go very quickly so the pain is minimal.

My daughter had her tragus pierced and everything was fine. A few weeks later she developed a bump on her ear so we went to have it checked. Online it says they open at 12. We get there at 12:20 it says 12ish and they are not open. So we went to eat came back at 1 still not open its now 1:15 and they still are not here. You need to be better about your hours its a shame you do business like this.

Just called Sticks and Stones to ask about my Daith piercing being infected. (Had pierced here a few months back). I know a little about a lot of things. I know zero about piercings!! The woman that answered the phone chose to be a complete bi@*h instead of choosing to be helpful. It takes effort to be rude!!! You have NO idea the clients I have sent your way since I had my Daith pierced. Rest assured, I wont send another one!!

Today I saw Tiffany for a tragus piercing change out and for my sister to get her nose pierced. If Tiffany would have slowed down for two seconds, maybe she wouldnt have almost yanked my piercing out of my head with the tools ....she barely apoligized, and her only comment was yeah sometimes that happens, but at least youre not bleeding, so thats good seriously?! Also, she didnt sanitize my jewelry before putting it in my ear. Next, she goes to give my sister a nose piercing. This procedure was also rushed, even though there was NOBODY waiting behind us! Yes, the piercing came out fine, and my sister is pleased with it, but Tiffany did not go over after care/maintenance of her piercing, except giving her the mandatory piece of paper. Ive always liked going to Sticks and Stones, but I will be sure to never go when Tiffany is working.

**DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!** I got a nose piercing and 1 week later a big Keloid formed. 2 week later it got mad infected!! The girl told me to just clean it with water. I looked up how to get rid of Keloid . With sea salt/water and tea tree oil. I had to take out this nose ring and now start healing this awful bump and treat it to go away!! I will NEVER get a piercing there again!

Sticks and stones is the best shop in town . The piercers care about they customer and the quality of their work . You will not be disappointed . Dont waste your time on the $20 shops around Spartanburg ; they just want your money .

Very clean, I barely felt any pain (I got my daith pierced) although when me my mom and friend came in they barely acknowledged us they finished their conversation before saying anything to us. Also they didnt go over the healing and cleaning process with me so Im looking it up online.

I got a helix piercing along with two piercings on my ears (one on each side) and it’s great. no infections or closed holes and will probably go back to get my nose pierced.
