Amazing! Tori and Blake were able to team up and pierce my 3 year old’s ears at the same time! No tears, no crying, nothing! Just smiles and pretty ears! They did an amazing job! Highly recommend.

Brought both my kids to get their ears pierced and it was the BEST experience! Tori did an amazing job with them both! Daughter 7, son 16. Both were scared at first but Tori was so kind and they both were all smiles when we left. Def recommend!

I love this place, the deals they have and when I had something break the insurance experience was great, No waiting on it to be sent off for repairs if they have the same in stock in the store. And the customer service is out of this world, I’ve had three different employees and they have exceeded friendliness and helpfulness. Definitely try them out!

Their jewelry is cheap. My boyfriend bought a pair of earrings. They broke before they could even be worn, and when he returned them he still hasnt gotten his refund that had to be return back to the card. When told it would be back available within a couple of hours. They got their money right when they were bought, but dont wanna give your money back when their earring broke. I would give them a negative rating, but its not an option. Beware their jewelry is junk!

Its a decent place to get your ears pierced or whatever pierced and to buy a jewelry and stuff

Went in to compare prices between Banter and Claires. Store manager was extremely rude and trashed talked the Claires. So I went with Claires. Store Manager was just not pleasant or polite. I see why they can not keep Assistant managers or other team members.
