Everyone is SO amazing here but i have to give a little extra shine to my girl Dana! She is the absolute BEST! She truly is amazing & is very educated on everything she does. I have done lip filler and Daxxify (better than botox). My Lips look AMAZING! & the Daxxify left my skin glowy and so smooth & absolutely NO LINES on my forehead. I 100% recommend this product. Also, it lasts longer than your normal botox which is a PLUS! I posted before/after of the Daxxify so you can see the results. Pics are posted in order from day 1 of when i got Daxxify to current.

This place is honestly really great. The staff are so friendly and kind. Lindsey who sets my appointments deserves huge props. You can tell she cares about her work. But yea. Great place. The Dr who took care of me as well is super good at what he does. Overall great visit.

My son was referred to come here and it went great. The office is Clean and spacious. The doctor was super nice and friendly. She listened very well to your concerns and tell you what you need to know or doesn’t know. The prescription the doctor prescribed for my son worked. The wart on my son’s knee is now gone. Extraordinarily professional and helpful! Ive been coming here for the past six months for acne and mole treatments. My skin has cleared up immensely since receiving care here. Mole removal services are quick, painless, and affordable. The front desk is super polite and has done a lot to work around my busy schedule. Doctors and nurses are extremely knowledgable with great communication - they often answer my questions before I even ask! 10/10, would highly recommend.

I’ve been going here for three years. I’ve seen Julie for majority of that time, and she is phenomenal. Always listens, and seems to care, even when she’s busy. I’ve just started seeing Rachel, and she is also very good. She’s straight to the point, but also kind and understanding of any issues you may have. Lastly, I’ve been going to Shannon, the medical aesthetician, for almost a year. She’s great, makes the appointments enjoyable with her stories, and always ready to answer any questions you may have.

Had the best first time experience here at skin and vein! Was nervous for my appointment, especially since I had to get a removal. Liz was quick and kind, barely felt anything and Julie, Julie is amazing!!Great people, and energy here, I don’t think I’ve ever had a doctors visit go so well, where I’m excited to come back.Thank you skin and vein!!!

I’ve been to a couple different offices but let me start by saying, this place is OUTSTANDING! Very easy going. NO issues AT ALL. Everyone was overly kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. All very happy and personable people. Great experience and would highly recommend Skin and Vein over any other place!!

I have been going here for years for cosmetic procedures and totally satisfied with that aspect, but last year I purchased a monthly skin care package with Shannon, who is a skilled technician and is very pleasant, plus I’ve had great results. So happy with last year facial package, that I purchase another one for this year. It’s a win-win.

My mom and I traveled from Cincinnati, Ohio to Dr. Seiger’s office in Sterling Heights, Michigan. We traveled for her to get the “Hourlift.” She is 11 days post-op and she looks 15 years younger. The nurses were extremely comforting and happy to answer all of our questions. Nurse Kim was especially kind to us. She gave my mom her phone number so we could text/call with any concerns. You can genuinely see her helpful nature and her love for being a nurse. I am extremely grateful we got to meet everyone!

So glad I was able to meet Dana the NP here! She has a lot of experience and was able to explain the products and procedures very well which made me very comfortable with her. I went in for botox and filler and she created a great plan for me. I am now two weeks out and my nose filler, lip filler, and toxin are perfect! I would highly recommend Dana for anyone looking into injectables!

Dr.Seiger and whole staff is wonderful ❤️ felt completely comfortable, absolutely loving my results! Wasted so much money elsewhere, best botox I had ever got as well, thats what brung me back n then went a step up to the hour lift and so happy to feel on the outside how I feel on the inside!

Lindsey and the staff are amazing,been going there for a while and never had issues until today when nurse liz served us, requested her to talk to doctor,said doctor is busy and prescribed her own solution, requested her to help put on stockings for my father, very hesitant and made excuses to eventually not do it,told me to help my father put it on which I did and it ended up not being proper, I dont understand what was so hard on putting a stocking? Why talk like a doctor and not act like a nurse? Never seen this behavior from any other nuse before,the staff has always been friendly and always helped with stockings and everything, this has been a very disappointing visit and Im reconsidering if I should even return back, please advice and teach your staff how to behave with patients please

Its super nice when a medical appointment is a good experience all around. All of the staff/docs I interacted with were extremely kind and helpful, which alleviated any anxiety I had about this appointment. Thanks guys, yall are pretty rad haha

For the first time ever, I was approached to fix an issue that I had with a medical office staff. They explained what happened and treated me with respect. The office is state of the art and the doctors are exceptional. Highly recommend if you want good results.

I’ve been a patient here for many years and cant say enough great things about the S&V Center Sterling Hts!! The staff is always welcoming and friendly, the wait time is never long and they do great work!!I would like to give a special shout out to Kim who has been my Go To Girl for years…she’s the best!! :)Also, Lindsey was very nice and personable when I was checking out the last time I was in. Highly recommend!!

Skin & Vein Center is a JOKE!!! Terrible place if you want to see an actual dermatologist. Waited for over an hour while other patients that came in after me were seeing before me. THEY DO NOT do full body cancer screening for moles on first visit. I told the receptionist when I made my appointment that I needed full body cancer screening for moles. The receptionist never told me that… Might be a good plastic surgery facility but as far as having a real dermatologist doctor look at poison ivy, Eczema, or Rosacea at the same time, forget about it. They will only address one of these issues at a time. They just want your money. Money, money ,money…. nothing but advertisements for plastic surgery….If you have medical issues that need attention then save your time and money and avoid the Skin & Vein Center.

Nice staff and a very clean office. However I waited over an hour for my appointment, my appointment was at 4:00, I arrived at 3:35pm and didn’t get to see the doctor until 4:55. She was nice but rushed the whole appointment and told me we could only discuss two topics. We literally finished our conversation in less than 5 minutes and I didn’t understand what I had to do with all of the rushed information she provided me. Overall nice staff and receptionists, just very bad at time management!

This is the best dermatologist clinic I’ve ever been to. Julie was absolutely terrific, very knowledgeable, and took care of every issue quickly. Kim was also a pleasure to speak with, and Lindsey at the front desk was wonderful. The whole team at Skin & Vein center is so talented and they made for one of the best experiences imaginable. I highly recommend this dermatologist to everyone.

The worst customer service by any clink office, They dont make in appointment unless they get the insurance info 1st, Talked with office manager after hanging up on them because of there rudeness and going back and forth with her i was told they dont have in opining till mid MARCH, Why waste my time talking to you and you trying to get insurance info when you NOT gonna see me for next 2 months?? How about if my insurance Cancels next month what was the reason for that besides wasting patients time. You need better training or let people know upfront when you have appointments available before asking for insurance info.

Love this place!! Every time I have come here the entire staff is super friendly. And Blaine does a great job with surgeries and really seems to have mastered his craftI came here from a different place, where I felt a negative vibe throughout the entire staff. It can hassle to change when you are already established at an office, but after one procedure I moved to skin and vein center on mound rd and I am so incredibly grateful that I did!! Keep up the positive vibes! 🌻

Wait time wasn’t too bad The dermatologist listen to my concerns was very respectful, knowledgeable, and listens. I would say overall I’ve had a better experience than my last dermatologist. I have been to several Dermatologists in the past few years due to insurance changes and I was not very happy with their service. We were referred to Skin & Vein Center by a couple of friends/family members and so far, I am glad we were! The providers who have treated our little ones so far have been fantastic! Since I started monthly facial treatments for skin maintenance in 2010, at the skin and vein center in Sterling Heights, I’ve noticed great results with the reduction and smoothing of facial scars, and fine lines.The level of professionalism, care and treatment from Dr. Seiger, PA, Dana, the Esthetician, and Shannon has always been exceptional.I highly recommend utilizing their package deals which helps save money on monthly facial treatments along with excellent affordable skin care products, which are often discounted.I believe the best antidote for aging is utilizing advanced skincare technology to improve our appearance.Recently, I took a family member, who was unhappy with a few forehead lines; she had her first appointment with Dana.She thoroughly explained the treatment, gave her a couple product options, and the results were fantastic!I also had an amazing first time experience with Dana.Again, I’ve always had favorable results, and I will continue ongoing treatments to maintain and improve my facial health.Thank you to Shannon, Dana and other wonderful staff members.Sincerely, L

You’re just a number here. Arrived for appointment, waited 45 minutes, then when I was called back the dermatologist quickly looked at me for under 5 minutes. All she did was prescribe a strong steroid that I didn’t want to use and gave me no information or knowledge about my concern. I resolved my issue myself thanks to CeraVe products. I cancelled my follow up. Waste of time and money. Only positive, a girl at the desk was very nice.

This is my home away from home because of all the skin cancer I have had. I want to say this office is a amazing team. Blayne Baggett, PA-C , Kim and Elizabeth have very good bedside manor and all very sweet and caring people. I would recommend this office if you have skin issues.

I have been bringing my son to the Sterling Heights location for a couple of years and the experience is always amazing. I work full time and it is hard to take time off, but they always have a late appointment available to accommodate my schedule. The staff is so very friendly and always makes us feel welcome. They are also very efficient and we never have to wait more than 5 minutes to see the Doctor. There isn’t enough words of gratitude I can express to Kristen Fitzpatrick and her staff for making my son feel so comfortable myself so comfortable for all these years and many more to come. I was really upset with the service at my first appointment. I was looking forward to it for almost a month for my acne. The only lady that was nice was the receptionist that had me fill out my paperwork. When the nurse called me to come to the room she asked some questions and then the doctor came in. She recommended me exactly what I told her I had a bad reaction to in the past, and told me do that or just use what I was already using…I asked her if there were any other options and she told me no…I told her I wanted to get on another treatment that I had used in the past and she told me that i wasn’t candidate which was odd because the last doctor told me they i would be able to get back on with no issue…overall the nurse and doctor were extremely off putting and it seemed like to me that my skin was not a priority to them but it is to me so i will not be coming back

I brought my mother-in-law in for a nose problem but like a skin rash and I seen Julie Pfeifle . She was very attentive very gentle she did a biopsy and she noticed something wrong in her eye it turned out she had herpes and b a in her eye no one else could help us or doctor different ones that I took her to could not find out what was wrong but Julie did a wonderful job I like her personality and shes very friendly. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Go there!Let me begin by saying that the staff is awesome. I took my daughter for a problem that 3 doctors couldnt figure out. They did!!! Amy was great. Excellent service. The doctors, nurses an receptionist are amazing an help in anyway they can. Ive been a patient since i was a teenager an i still go there as well as i take my daughter to them.

I had an hour face lift there and for the most part it turned out great! However...The receptionist ( the bigger girl) is flat out obnoxious and rude! I believe she is straight up predjudice and that will ruin buisness for them. I had told one of the doctors there about it several times but apparently she is still there. I feel a wierd undertone when I go there like it is all about the greed of money but the doctor did a great job on me. The botox did not work at all and when I called back I was told that 2 months is too late, but thats when it looks its best and it never kicked in at all! I feel that they are very pushy and put the pressure on to make you buy thing on the spot and thats just wrong and its definately a team effort over there. I was supposed to get a callback and never did. I had 3 friends that I recommended going there and one friend actually made 4 appointments for veins and face-lift and filler. After I spoke to her about my treatment, she is now going somewhere else! Especially since the menu says $2900. And the girls tells you $3900.I am the best patient any doctor could have because I know allot of people and I am loyal! but when I get treated like I dont matter after I just paid $6000 for my sugery!!! No thanks! Good luck to anyone who allows themselves to be disrespected. I hoping when they read my review they change the staff and start over!

The only good thing I can say about this Dermatologist office is that Dr. Blayne is the ish… Now as far as that front desk, HORRIBLE! Starting with Mia the woman is very RUDE and NASTY!!!over the phone. But to my face all fake smiles. She actually had the audacity to ask me to leave a review, so I obliged ☺️ If you can ignore the rude front desk I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Blayne he’s the only reason I take my daughter there.

I had an app for skin tags and Stephanie by far was so knowledgeable in this field. She was prob the best assistant (PA) I have ever been to. I recommend Stephanie for all ur skin care needs.

We came here a few years ago for a second opinion for our 3 year old at the referral of a friend. Julie treated our little one so well and made us feel comfortable and taken care of from the first visit. My whole family now comes here now and no matter who we see we couldn’t be happier with the services Skin & Vein center provides.

I would of give them 0 stars if I could but unfortunately I cant but I have the worse experience ever I bring my year old baby for his skin problems the doctor who comes there to check on him didnt even touch him to see whats going on with his skin like hes contagious or something when is not she ask me what the primary doctor said and then thats when she end it up saying the same as the primary doctor right after I said what they said he got and thats not all the receptionist was rude cs I talk to my bf about the experience and he wasnt very happy about it so he call them and said my gf bring my year old boy fr his first visit there and the receptionist demand him to call me his mother like what is it matter women!? So STOP GOING THERE !! is not worth your money to go there. They dont CARE ABOUT YOU!!.

Hi my name is Erika I frequent at the Skin and Vein Center in Sterling Heights. Everyone there is so polite and they truly care about your well being. It’s very clean and organized. Ms. Felicia at the front desk makes scheduling super convenient and she is always so helpful and kind. My Doctor Kristen Fitzpatrick has a wonderful bed side manner and she is very professional. I am making such good progress going here. It is very clean and I never wait long! Thank you to the whole staff you are all so wonderful. Keep up the good work guys!

Skin and Vein Center was recommended to us by a close friend. Treatments have just started and we are hoping for good results, however the staff and Dr. really made us feel like just another number. The Dr. was very brief and talked to us with one hand on the door knob. As a patient, a little bedside manner goes a long way...

I’ve been seeing PA-C Blane Bagget for 4 or 5 visits now. Super sharp guy with great insight and surgical skills. Got him by luck of the draw on a PCP referral but so glad I did. This is a PA-C I want to stay close to. If in the future he left this practice, he’s one of the trusted professionals in his field I would follow to the next place. He’s that good. Hard to find these days at his age. He’s got a good future ahead of him. I’ll support him all the way.

Just would like to start off by saying, the staff is absolutely unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I wish I was able to give 0 stars. As a patient, I should not be coming in and automatically receiving attitude from the people at the front desk. This is the WORST office hands down. Every time I have came there I have waited longer than 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I’ve had multiple horrible stories with this place. My family members and I have went there a couple times and told us to leave after they have mistakenly told us that our insurance expired. The front desk has argued and yelled at my family member after incidents that have been their fault. They have no idea how to schedule appointments or cancel them. I have left work thats 40 minutes away from this office to go to my appointment and they told me that I didn’t have an appointment that day after I rescheduled. There has been a time where I went there and they made me leave because the primary doctor I see wasn’t in the office. They apologized for not calling earlier to inform me that he was sick, but that’s unacceptable when I have priorities like my job where I was. They should give me the money for missing work for nothing. The front desk is rude to every single patient that walks through the door. Dr. Blane is the best doctor, however; they need to fire the entire front desk staff. Every single one of those ladies are EXTREMELY rude. Do. Not. Come. Here. Find another place. You will have the worst experience here solely because of the employees at the front desk. They book over 100 patients a day, that is no exaggeration. I’m not sure how any owner can think that’s okay to schedule that many patients in a day. That’s why when you go through the reviews, they only respond to the good ones and never the bad because they have nothing to say.

Zero stars.Today was my 3rd appointment at the Skin & Vein Center and it will be my last. Their business cards state We value your feedback---it is ashamed that they dont value their clients time or business. Every appointment time I have scheduled with them has not been kept. My very first appointment I sat in the waiting room for almost 45 minutes and then sat in the exam room for another 35 minutes. The 2nd appointment was 35 minutes late and today 45 minutes. I finally had to reschedule today as I could wait no longer due to meetings I had to get to. I lost 2 hours of wages (Travel time and wait time) and never saw the P.A. I will be finding another Dermatologist.

I have been going to the Skin and Vein Center all year. For my varicose veins, spider veins, and decided to get a tattoo removed in the process! All of the employees from the Drs to the individuals assisting, billing, front deck etc have all been wonderful to work with through this process! I cannot recommend them enough! Highly Highly Recommend! Great service and prices are very fair!

One of the best dermatologists ive been to. Very simple and to the point procedures and doesnt “experiment” on you till they get results. Only qualm is that they can only do so much in one visit but they accomplish most if not all in a single or two visits. Dandruff, gone. Moles, removed. You name it, they got a solution. (Also all the assistants and doctors are very nice, have a conversation with you, and dont make you feel rushed to go see another patient, something of a rarity now a days)

Had a wonderful experience with Stephanie, who did a HydraFacial for me. She is amazing in every way! Experienced with expertise and knowledge that helps reassure, guide, and give confidence. Compassionate and a great listener. You can really feel how passionate she is about what she does and that she really enjoys helping people. She was very adept at giving me the facial and talked with me before/after about questions/concerns. The facial was wonderful. Noticed a brightening and wonderful smoothness. Was very gratifying to see all the gunk come out! Shes such an asset to the Skin and Vein Center and to anyone who is fortunate enough to receive her care.

Julie was the best ever!! I went to her for a few different things and she knew exactly what she was talking about! So helpful and so nice i always felt so comfortable while seeing her!! The staff was also nice and I never had to wait long either! I highly recommend this place as well as seeing Julie!!

Im not too sure how I feel about this place.Last year I was on the search for a new dermatologist and found Skin & Vein. Before booking my appointment, I consulted with my insurance provider to make sure they were in network and under coverage. After confirming they were, I went ahead and was able to schedule a yearly check up with them via phone.When my appointment time came around and I got called back to the room I was asked what brought me in for the visit. I had mentioned that it was a few years since I saw a dermatologist and I just wanted a general full body scan from a professional. I was under the impression this was a normal thing from office to office. I was then told that I could not do that during my visit and my first visit with their office had to be an appointment with an area of concern BEFORE they were able to do a full body check. I was never told this when initially booking my appointment. Being that I did have a troubled area on my body, I had them check that out. After that area was checked out, they ended up removing a spot. Before leaving I scheduled an appointment to finally do the full body scan that I originally went in there for. Once that appointment came around, they had already taken notes from my initial visit of areas of concern. When the doctor came into the room he already had two areas he wanted to check out that were noted from the previous visit. Both in which were areas that needed removal. Thankfully these areas all came back negative and fine but just the whole situation with this business doesnt sit right with me. I was billed for all three removals and quite shocked with the price tag that came along with it. I tried to get a general price before the procedures were done but they were unable to tell me exactly how much it would cost. The whole situation to me just feels like a cash grab.

Very friendly staff and healthcare professionals. It was clean and not much time waiting. I felt able and felt welcome to ask any questions about my skin issues and skincare, and was answered on everything.

Dr. Seiger is the most competent and caring Dr Ive ever been to. Hes performed several procedures for me throughout the years and he cares deeply that his patients are satisfied and happy. Plus, he is the best at what he does! He does a wonderful job and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Kim is amazing! She is efficient, helpful, caring and really knows her stuff! She is a gem! Front desk people were nice however the dermatologist wasn’t she could not sit for 5 minutes with me take a look at my face or see what kinda skin I have or none of that no. She literally put her gloves took a 2 second glance at my face. She treated me like a robot, didnt ask me anything and prescribed me the same stuff as my doctor. If this is how they dermatologists treat people I’m never going to a dermatologist again. if that was the case then what was the point of going to a dermatologist. What a complete waste of time I don’t even know if I was treated like that because my insurance, very unfair. Never coming back here again ever.

I have visited this office because I had an ugly scar on the side of my face/cheek and it had discoloration and turned into a keloid scar. I came to this place and they have been nothing but nice. I wish every other doctor I went to was so sympathetic and nice like the staff here. I am also very much thankful for their member Kim. She makes you feel so welcomed at the office and she is just heartwarming. This world needs more Kims out there. She for sure cares about making her patients feel good about themselves again. Definitely recommend this place for your dermatology needs. I am not done with my issue that I have (they are still taking care of me so I am in good hands), but I am very happy and thankful with how this office has taken care of me.

I recently wrote a review about the skin and vein center when I was having a bad day and I have to admit although I wasn’t very happy with my results of my mini lift I am truly impressed with how this place went out of their way to remedy my concerns , Kim and Dr Seiger were extremely concerned about what I wasn’t happy with and together we discussed my review and the best options to correct my dissatisfaction. Knowing that they genuinely want their patients to be satisfied makes me realize I would never go anywhere else to have cosmetic work done and I would highly recommend this place, their wonderful staff and Dr Seiger to anyone considering having any cosmetic procedures done .

Ive been going to skin and vein center for i would say almost 16 years and Ive been satisfied with their services almost every time. Over the years I mainly saw Julie! Great provider! My last few visits was with Blaine who is very knowledgeable and very professional! Ive noticed change in staff. Those older employees who have been there for years are no longer there, not sure as to why. They were extremely great, and knew their jobs very well!! I had an issue with my incision so I had a follow up with Blaine again. On my check out is where I encountered an issue. Older middle-aged aged lady with short gray hair and glasses was very rude and did not know how to explain in detail my bill to me. My balance shoudve been around 45 dollars yes I had more procedures done, and I knew my bill was gonna be higher this time around. She asked how much will I pay today I said nothing because they are deducting monthly payments from my checking account monthly. I asked her doesnt show on the computer she replies yes last payment was made July 15th. I replied okay. Then, after I left the office I was really confused as to why my bill was over 500 bucks. I needed a detailed breakdown of my bill. I called the office for her to break down my bill. Her reply again was I told you it went towards the deductible Okay yes I know, but give me breakdown of fees charged for the procedure. She just gave me the billing number for me to call. She was rude on the phone with me. Was definitely not polite and talked to me as if I did not understand her. I have Bachelors degree in the health field I comprehend very well. Im disappointed Ive been going there for years and this new staff is something else. I see they only respond to positive reviews. No acknowledgment to negative ones .

The doctor is ok but the front desk staff don’t know how to do their job or won’t do it. My dad was seen 2 months ago there and was told that he needed to do varicose vein treatment. After a 2 week wait I called to see why they didn’t schedule him for this treatment yet and that’s when they told us the insurance is saying the office is not in-network with them. The office assured me they are in-network and they are corresponding with the insurance to resolve the issue..however, the issue is still there. I had to call the insurance to get an Update and called the office multiple times to check on their progress but all I got was “we are still talking to the insurance.” If you’re looking for prompt treatment and people who know what they are doing, then I recommend you search elsewhere.

I had a mini-lift and neck lift done by Dr. Seiger and all I can say is that if you want to look younger and feel better, just do it! Trust me you will be glad you did. I had done my homework and knew that he had done thousands of these procedures but I had never had so much as botox and was terrified going in for this procedure. The moment Dr. Seiger walked in I knew I was in the most capable hands, and I knew that I had made the right decision. He is down to earth, very kind, and most importantly, an artist. His nurse Kim is professional and efficient but also so warm and caring and available when you need her. Everyone in the office is very nice and many have worked there for over 20 years so I think that says something, but to be honest, there are some office issues and my last appointment was a bit disappointing. But these are minor things because in the end, my outcome is that I look amazing. My only regret is that I did not do it sooner. If you are on the fence, stop wasting precious time and just do it! I promise, you will not be sorry!

Ive been to Skin & Vein Center in Sterling Heights for a variety of treatments and procedures. I will return for all my on-going skin care and wouldnt think of going anywhere else! Dr. Seiger and his team of physicians and medical assistants provide caring, professional service. All my questions and concerns are addressed at each visit. I came in for a few treatments, leaving here a year or more later with no results at all. Julie Fitzpatrick is one of the worst PA I have ever seen. No healing process, is the biggest scammer and is so RUDE! Shame on this office… Never will I return. I will make sure that I inform everyone that this is a take money from the insurance with no healing process scam!

This is seriously the most amazing dermatologist office ever been there since I was 14 and I am 24 now! Everyone is beyond sweet and amazing not just the the professionalism in there is fantastic every staff there is so welcoming so patient and so understand makes me so happy every time

I’ve seen Mary for laser hair removal for quite some time and had great results! Also recently had a chemical peel and noticed a HUGE difference in my skin! I’m excited to go back for additional treatments.The PA I have seen for annual skin checks and treatments has been wonderful!I’ve really enjoyed their oil free sunscreen and retinol cream.

Went there to have a cyst on the top of my head removed. I explained I could feel 2 next to each other. Acting annoyed with me they only removed one. When I called a week later and explained I still had 1 there they rescheduled me 2 months out to have the other one removed. In the meantime it got infected and ruptured on its own,it was extremely painful. I ended up at my primary care physicians on antibiotics to get it fixed.Staff is extremely rude!

If youre looking for a place that charges you an exorbitant amount of money for them to write you a script for acne and unsuccessfully treat a wart, this is the place for you. Its the kind of office that informs you youre 5 minutes late for an appointment and then has you sit in a waiting room for 45 minutes to spend 5 minutes with any staff.Im still getting bills from them for writing me acne scripts that werent good with my insurance. I was told my copay and I was fine with it. They will ask to see you every three weeks and then tell you that you cant expect results for six months. What a waste of over $400.

Had been going there since I was a young child around 12 years at least. My folliculitis had never been solved in all the years I repeatedly went, I couldnt help but feel like the intention was to prolong my condition in order to milk as many dollars as possible from me and the insurance company. My last attempt to get in was for a skin cancer screening after a noticed a few spots I was worried of (I have already had pre cancerous growths), the next available appointment was 3-4 weeks from the date of calling, while I was away on travel, I told the very unfriendly receptionist I could not make the date. 3-4 weeks later I receive a text message asking me to confirm my appointment tomorrow while I was in Colombia. Absolutely absurd. I will purposefully go out of my way never to go to this place ever again. Read the rest of the reviews this behavior seems to be a trend. Additionally looking at the Friday popular times chart its quite revealing that they shut down around 2:30 pm on Friday. Meanwhile patients wait weeks with issues unresolved. You have patients with their health in your hands and you cant show up 40 hours a week. Pathetic.

I called up there told her I needed to make an appointment for my son she put me on hold when she got back she asked if I wanted to set an appointment I said yes it was silent on her end and she asked again with some attitude I said yes this happened like 2 more times finally i said can you hear me she said I can hear you just fine can you hear me? I said yes she asked one last time with even more attitude and then hung up on me fix your phones or hire better staff I will not be bringing my son here I am going else where no excuse for the attitude that I recieved

I waited over a month for an appointment to get a wart removed. My appointment was made for 8:45, just 15 minutes after the office opened. 3 of their providers are PAs and only one is a doctor. The wait for PA julie Pfiefle was very long. I sat there for 45 minutes before I left. About 6 patients who had walked in after me were in and out before I was called back. When I asked the receptionist why this was happening, and how much longer my wait would be, she told me that they got back faster because they were seeing other providers, but was unable to tell me how much longer it would be. Art of dermatology got me in the same day and assured me I would be called back after I was checked in. Highly recommend either not seeing Julie Pfiefle, or choosing a different office if your time is valuable to you.

Called in to make an appointment and the lady was VERY rude. My mother has gone to a dermatologist for 15 years and making an appointment with a new office has never been so difficult. She basically told me too bad, call someone else. I have NEVER left a review on Google before, but I have decided to write one today because I was so appalled at the way she was speaking to me. This shows how upset I was! Will not be going here.

EXTREMELY rude office staff. Im a new client, called regarding my upcoming appointment. Was placed on hold. After being on hold for 10 minutes I called back. When I told the receptionist who originally placed me on hold that it was unacceptable she raised her voice at me I then asked for her manager, who excused the incident by saying they were busy and asked if I still wanted to keep my appointment. Absolutely not!

I am very pleased with the service, Doctor Julie is the best and when she did surgery on my toenail and she did an excellent job, and I am very grateful with her and very happy to come back.

I had filler done by Aya. I was super nervous at 1st. She asked me what kind of music do I listen to and played it for while injecting my lips. They look amazing and Id definitely go back. Also had the perfect 10 peel done by Mary and I loved my results from it totally worth it and plan on go back for another treatment.

I’ve been seen at this office for my Skin disease. I was prescribed a biologic medication that is very hard to get covered under insurance. They got it approved for me in no time! They truly go above and beyond! They always make you feel like family here.

When Skin & Vein 1st opened in Fenton in the early 90s it was GREAT. Now = horrible. I have been going to the Sterling Heights location for a tattoo removal. They initially told me 4-5 sessions. Well, it has been 2 years (over 15 treatments) and the tattoo is still visible, but now I have a beautiful scar and major hyperpigmentation. I was better off WITH the tattoo. The front staff are hit and miss with their manners and friendliness. I would never recommend them. Last, they want to sell you their products NON STOP. Which some come in an unmarked container that they create. Stay away. My honest and open feedback.

I came in for some skin tag removals and a rash in my legs. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I didnt have to wait long in the waiting room and the removal was quick send painless.

I had a really bad case of acne that needed immediate attention. My first visit to Skin and Vein was not so good. I got a dermatologist that had no full idea of what he was doing, only doing the basics and nothing improved.Until I came back.Although I was sad to see her go, Linda Morrison was an incredibly professional and straight to the point doctor that got me on the more serious medication that I needed as soon as she walked in. She guided me through the process and answered any and all questions that me or my parents had and made sure I was full aware of side effects, dangers, what products to use (I still use alot of them to this day!) and how to prepare.Then I got to meet the big boss Mr. Seiger himself.I dont think Ive ever had such a great experience meeting such a great man and knowledgeable, kind professional. He took me on upper levels and gave me a bunch of options (some that were experimental that he told me and gave me the choice). He was honest, straightforward, and did whatever he could, even helping us in our financial state. Him and his staff have made an otherwise incredibly uncomfortable and self-conscious experience into one that was actually quite fun in many places. I hate that I could not stay in Michigan and continue seeing Dr. Seiger and his team and even regret not being able to sometimes.Thank you all so much for everything you did.

I love the girls here and the miracles they perform! Julie cryos my brown spots making me unblemished. Mary & Kelly do the Skin Ready and there is such a vast improvement in my skin. And Aya injects me. She knows just where to shoot, shes like an artist. Dr Eric did my neck and chin lift and I look fabulous. I believe in being the best I can be and when you look your best, you feel your best because f youre taking care of the outside you most certainly should be taking care of the inside!

Many times I asked them to open the Jevederm filler box in front of me but every time she comes with an opened box pretending she’s opining that moment. I don’t recommend to do filler or Botox in this center because they don’t use the exact product that you ask or maybe they mix it with water that’s why the filler doesn’t stay longer that two weeks.

I had lost alot of weight in the past two years and my kneck looked really old and wrinkle my eyse were heavy looking with extra skin . My neighbor recommended me to Dr Sieger .My mind was made up the first visit and scheduled me for the following week I had my kneck and eyes done and feel really great now I can wear knecklaces and show my kneck without being intimidated .I had some pain but not much to take the pain medicine . Thank you very much for doing such a awesome job and I will be back for more procedures I trust the office staff and how sterile the procedures and office is kept . I really cant wait to come back .

There are some nice people here unlike Fitzpatrick who is not a doctor, very brisk, very cold. You won’t be seen by a doctor. If you have something serious go to a dermatologist, this place may be better for superficial issues.

Absolutely the worst service! They want to see you every 2months for no reason. I went I. For a full body skin check and mentioned I had a rash. They told me I needed to make another appointment. They couldn’t see me for that. Umm... what? I am here now! I don’t care how you need to bill it! Just help! The worst experience will never go back and never recommend to anyone. Treated like cattle. They only see dollar signs.

This review is my way of showing gratitude to those at the skin and vein center. Couldnt have hoped for better results! I am a 36 yr old male with numerous and very prominent vericose veins in both lower legs.. dr eric seiger, nurses, assistants, receptionists, etc. the whole staff were very good at their job. In particular, dr seiger was very kind, professional, and seemed to be very skilled in the many procedures performed. I have very oddly persistent veins, have had previous procedures and always had continued problems. They r now nearly completely gone and very happy with the experience.

Great place. Absolutely love the staff!! Staly is the sweetest assistant. she made my visit pleasant and worthwhile! Excited to go back for the rest of my treatment!

I am presently having a tattoo removed my Jen... She is SIMPLY AWESOME!.. :) Now let it be known that the tattoo removal process is quite painful, but relatively quick. I do recommend some serious numbing cream. If you have a small tattoo that youre not too crazy about, the process isnt too bad. :) But, you couldnt ask for a more gentle, considerate, and professional person to do the removal. I have recommended Jen to a few of my coworkers and they agree that Jen is the BEST!

Every time I have an appointment at this location I never have a problem. The staff is kind (especially Kim!) They walked me every step of the way through my procedure. This place never disappoints!

I was told my crows feet could not have Botox as it would cause my lip to drop. I have had it done by other techs in the office.. But it appeared that those techs have left. I have had Dr S do them years ago with no issue. I think the problem was she gave me a black eye last time. I would not recommend this Skin and Vein Center for Botox.

They provide contradictory information, and their staff is unprofessional! When I told them I didnt need a physician referral because my insurance doesnt require it, they told me to fax it. I did, but when I called again, I was told that I still needed a doctors note to schedule an appointment and coordinate care! What a nonsense!

By far the biggest sales people I’ve ever encountered. This place pushes their same products like no other on everyone! I have 3 people tell me they were sold the same exact product and didn’t do nothing! Don’t get robbed people, fine a doctor that cares.

Ive come here a few times for a rash that a lot of doctors have seen previously. The provider i saw at skin and vein knew what to do right away! it was gone within two days! I will definitely be coming here from now on for my skin needs!

The dermatologist here doesnt have clue about dermatological issues around the globe. They would have read it in books but definitely not seen enough cases. Diagnosis on me was wrong. They are great at extortion aswell. Avoid this place.

Met with Dr. Sieger and his team who answered all of my questions. The facility, team and Dr. Sieger were OUTSTANDING, as were the follow up visits. Ive been seeing Dr. Sieger for a number of years, he is an excellent Dr. and a caring individual.

First you are not seen by an MD but by a PA who does not prescribe medicine correctly knowing I take Statin drug for my cholesterol. My wife went there to remove 10 skin tags for $50. Then they told her she would pay nothing because she had insurance. They did the job and sent the tags to the lab without her approval. She ended in paying arms and legs instead of the $50.

I went to this office for a few times , that people working there are horrible VERY RUDE , One time I was sick and I called them to reschedule my appointment so they told me don’t come here anymore because you miss your appointment go find another dermatologist , they are extremely RUDE and NOT professional , ! Absolutely the WORST service !

I had the Hour Lift March 8,2017. Dr Seiger and staff were helpful and friendly before and after procedure. I love the results and would do it again!

Aya did a beautiful job reconstructing my facial contours with Voluma! She listened carefully to my desired outcome and made sure I achieved it. I’ve been to several injectors over the years, so I’m quite familiar with injectables and quality vs non-quality work. Aya delivers, I will continue to see her for maintenance.

That lady in front desk is so rude with people, she is not nice and she never smile. She has to be very nice with people because this is a medical center not a Jail. I Would replace her with another nice- smiled lady.

The doctor performed a magnificent job on my eye lids. I wanted to thank him a lot. I also encourage everybody too go by him. He is nice and pleasant.

Was seen even though I mistook my appointment time. On return seen promptly also. Staff friendly Dr seeing to my my issues with great results fast.

I will never go to the skin and vein center on Mound Road due to their employees. They are very rude and always trying to sell you something and force you into buying it and convincing you that the stuff with work and so far everything I bought from there does not work.

A dermatologist does not see you a PA does ... Don’t take your children there they have no clue what’s going on. She takes wild guesses and does not even take her time with you... she is in a rush and wants to leave the room. Raises her voice when you ask a question .... The PA should not be caring for children if they don’t know how to answer the situation ... The Dermatologist does not see patients. Horrible experience!!!!
