My friend got her tongue pierced at this shop by jade. She was extremely nice and understanding! She answered all of the questions we had and made sure my friend was ready for the process. Just over all a very good energy for the whole place. Clean working environment too.

You’re not going to find a better tattoo shop around. The standards here are high! The artist know what they are doing and the shop isn’t like any other. It’s CLEAN with a welcoming atmosphere.

My friend got her second nostril pierced here today. Jade did a great job measuring out the piercing to match her other nostril. It looks exact!

I got my very first tattoo done here. My artist was Hayden and he did a great job with what i wanted. Also made the experience fun and relaxing for a noob. 😁😄 Haha. Now I want to get another bigger one 😍😁flat rate of $65 then going up in price for bigger and better.

I had a great experience with Jaccob Shepherd. It was a last minute request but he fit us into his schedule which was very much appreciated. He was extremely patient and kind throughout the entire process and I am very happy with the results. The lines are perfect. Additionally, the facility was immaculately clean. I will definitely return!

First time going to Infiniti Ink on November 13, 2020. It was a great experience, very professional ,very clean! Jason Taylor is a beast!The prices were good! And the artwork phenomenal! I wouldn’t hesitate to have any of the three artists tattoo on me.I usually Don’t do reviews, but it was a great experience and I thought I would share that with everyone.

I messaged my tattoo artist Chris Bontrager last minute, he fit me in for what I wanted before his shop opened. I let him know when I was there, he came and unlocked the door for me.. had to wear a mask. He had a very light hand did an amazing job and was very quick and it wasnt awkward or boring.. Shop was very clean!

Hayden did a great job on my partial sleeve. Clean shop, professional friendly service, and fair prices. Ill return here for future work.

I got several piercings done. Both sides of my nose, two helixes in my left ear, and a conch in my right. They are very clean, professional, and timely. Will definitely be going back for any other work I want done!

Ive been tattooed all over the world. By far, this is the best shop Ive ever been to. The artists are all top notch. I use Jason Taylor exclusively, but each artist is very good. Very professional and courteous. Super clean shop.

It was my first time getting a tattoo, and it was awesome. The people are really really nice. And if youre to sketched out about the pain they will stop and take breaks whenever you want. Also they did an amazing job on my tattoo. I definitely will go back, no doubt.

I went to Infinity Ink to have a tattoo corrected, literally adding a couple of dots and lines. The staff was not personable, minus the dude at reception. I tried to make conversation -- nothing. Neither artist cared about being gentle with the less-than-a-week-old tattoos that we were adding to; my girlfriend had to ask her artist to be more careful with her new tat, which she shouldnt have had to do. Not only that, but for two tattoos that took less than 5 minutes a piece (both simple dots and lines), I was charged for two full price tattoos. Where is the logic in paying over $100 for work that took less than 30 minutes total? In my opinion, it was a complete waste of time and a terrible experience. I would have rather driven the 2 hours to go back to the shop where Id originally had the tattoos done than drive 45 minutes to this shop.If youre looking for an amazing tattoo parlor, go to Honest to Goodness in Grand Rapids. They kick Infinity Inks a**.

I tried so hard to get work done here. Offerd them $600 for a cover up or an improvement. Sent pictures. Made appointments. Drove 80 miles because of their reputation. The artist need better management. They lack order and communication. They failed me. Very disappointing.

Jason is my artist and the only guy in the world I will get my big tattoos from! But I trust every one of the artists in the shop. Love them. Highly recommend

I got my septum pierced by Jade! She was very nice, clean, & professional, it cost 50 but remember to tip! will definitely be coming back

Jason Taylor is great for tattoos but I’ll find another place for piercings. The old piercer was great, but the new one has no personality and I can’t get her to answer to make an appointment

Customer satisfaction they have nun. When a person gets pierced them. 2 weeks later have brain Surgery and break back in 2 places they should at least do it at a discounted. Price

They cant interpret there own paper work on what a correct ID is and who its necessary for. Leaving Very Uncertain about this place. First line Parental ID requirements MI license, Second line Minor ID requirements Birth Certificate with parent consent and signature. DOESNT say anything about MI ID for minor. This form is from the State of MICHIGAN. They are asking for MI ID on Minor. ???
