During my recent shopping trip with my sisters, we had the pleasure of being assisted by two wonderful store employees named Dana and Cassandra. Their level of professionalism and expertise was truly impressive. They went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional customer service, helping us navigate through the store effortlessly. I was particularly impressed by their knowledge of the products and their ability to suggest items that perfectly fit our needs and preferences.The store itself was fantastic, offering a wide selection of high-quality products. I was especially drawn to their beautiful gold pieces, which were both elegant and affordable. The store also had some great deals available, which made our shopping experience even better. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with our visit to the store and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

The piercing experience was great! I went to pierce my baby and I. Katie was so kind and explained every step. I did ask to have the chair moved inside the kiosk because I didn’t want people walking too close to my baby when piercing her ears. I do wish the kiosk was a little bigger and have a semi private wall for piercings. So that way not everyone who walks in the mall sees you. Other than that we had a positive experience!

Awesome staff, helpful and quick every time I visit!The assistant manager Angela has helped me themost recently and she was super informative andeasy to follow. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Store manager Dana and the other 2 associates are very kind as well, shopping here is always easy and positive. 10/10 recommend this location!

I took my mom a couple of weeks ago for her to get her ears pieced and she was super nervous. Luckily Dana the store manager helped her calm down and made her feel like she was in great hands. Thank you Dana for being super profesional and friendly. Everything was quick and easy! 100% would recommend !

21 years old came for my first piercing ever and was honestly a little scared. Angela is the kindest most caring employee she is the one who took care of me and pierced my ears, it was over before I even could blink! She has so much knowledge about care for your earrings, and she seemed like someone I could trust to pierce my ears and I was right! If you’re looking to get your ears pierced and Angela is around you’re in good hands 🤗

While I was shopping for a birthday gift for my mom I had nothing less of a perfect shopping experience with an employee named Dana. She had given me the best of customer service that I havent seen for a long while and might I mention extremely funny! Thank you so much Dana! After my bad experience at the Katy Mills location I decided to come and give the First Colony location a try. Im sad they dont have a body piercer to offer needle piercings for the tragus or industrial but the store manager Dana and Angela are amazing. They were super sweet and helpful. They were funny and helped me to forget about my horrible experience at the Katy Mills location. Will definitely be back. Would 10 out of 10 recommend that anyone looking to have a fun shopping experience or getting their kids pierced come to First colony and ask for Dana or Angela. You wont be disappointed. These ladies did an outstanding job with my 5-year-old. They made her feel excited and comfortable, successfully piercing her ears in one go. They thoroughly explained the step-by-step process and aftercare.

CJ the Manager did the piercing. He took the time to explain and showed the options of earrings that would be used for piercing. Piercing is free. However, you have to pay for the earrings that would be used. Price ranges from about $50 to $100. From silver plated to titanium to white gold or gold. They sell the spray to keep the piercing site clean. We chose not to buy it. Do not use alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to clean. You just use non-fragrant soap and water and twist the piercing.

I took my 6 year old daughter there to get her ears pierced. She was extremely nervous and scared it would hurt. The ladies were amazing! Very professional in explaining everything to my wife, me, AND our daughter. They pierced both ears at the exact same time. Was done and over in seconds. Can’t say enough good things about these ladies! Thanks again!

I had and AMAZING nose piercing by Ms. Dana! She was very informative about the after care process and what was going to happen. Her co worker was also very nice! She did my nose piercing very quick ! Go get your nose pierced!!

I received a 10k gold charm as a gift. After 2 months the stones fell out and the inside was not yellow gold. The product was defective/Poor quality and they report nothing can be done without a purchased $20 one year warranty. However It was a gift and I paid to get it put permanently on my bracelet. They also restricted my honest review on their site. Save your money and use a company that stands by their product.

CJ was awesome to work with. He took his time to help my daughter pair up all the right earrings for her second lobe and cartilage piercings. He was spot on with the piercings. It was a fun experience for my daughter’s 15th birthday, thank you!! I highly recommend 👌🏽👌🏽

My cousin & I tried this place out for our daughters.They were both 3 months at the time. This place is in the middle of the mall,so we took a chance.Ive actually gotten both my daughters ears pierced here. I just took my youngest here this past October. She was 4 months old.So to say I got both my daughters ears pierced here,I must of liked this place. My oldest daughters was around $35 bucks, which was last year June.My youngest was around $75,so they have went up in price.The first time I went,I did get the solution which is about $20 more,the second time I refused the solution since I already had a bottle at home. Very friendly & professional. Took their time with both my children,& my little cousin. Everyone that works there has great patience for babies. They understood the assignment! You can choose whatever earrings you want. Cash or debit accepted. The process didnt take no more than 10 mins. They explain the aftercare & listen to your concerns. All workers are well groomed & have great customer service skills. The after math of my childrens ear piercing was just fine. No infections or anything. You should give them a try.

CJ did an amazing job helping us out! He was attentive to helping us choose the jewelry and gave us the best deal/promos for what we got. Definitely recommend this location as they have a great selection especially if you’re looking for 14k solid gold pieces and the customer service is excellent!

I went to the mall and didn’t expect to get my ears pierced, but I saw a free ear piercing sign and walked right over, and Im glad I did. Angela was very kind and helpful. I asked about the free ear piercing, and she explained to me that the ear piercing service is free, and the only thing you have to pay for is the earring. They had a variety of options that ranged from $20 to $200. I chose the cubic zirconia with 24 karat plated gold, and that was $53. I also paid for the aftercare spray, which was $13. Angela also told me about the other promotion they were running, which was to get an ear piercing and get another set of earrings for 50% off. I picked a $50 pair, and that came down to $25. In total, it was about $90, and I think that was a fair price for an ear piercing service, piercing earrings, a pair of earrings, and the aftercare spray. After paying, Angela told me to sit down, and she applied hand sanitizer and gloves. She was super gentle and asked if I liked where she had marked the dot. I asked her to move it down slightly, and she kindly fixed the marking. She gave me a mirror and asked if I liked it, and I said yes. After that, the piercing was fast and painless (for me). I will definitely come back for my third piercing. Thank you so much, Angela

We came in today wanting to replace a broken necklace CJ the store manager was so nice and patient! My little sister even got her ears pierced and CJ was very gentle and careful he made her feel so comfortable and sanitized down everything! Recommend this stand inside first colony mall!

I too my 5/12 month daughter to get her ears pierced. I asked the staff what their years of service were in piercing because I didnt want someone that just started to pierce her ears. The staff were very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with my daughter. They did a wonderful job. I was worried about getting someone that would do them and they would be off centered. They also did both at the same time which was even better. I highly recommend even though they are in the middle of the mall. They provide warranty if the earrings are lost or falls out and her ears needs to be repierced.
