I came in for my first session today and i can honestly say it was exactly what they said it would be! Yasmeen was amazing and truly nice. She was very thorough with the explanation when i was in the consult. I can say removery is the place to go if you wanna get rid of any tattoos! lol

Saw removery specialist Jess. She was great. Very thorough and fast and when you are doing lazer, especially large scale pieces like me, this can really make your lazer sessions a lot more bearable.

I called this place last minute needing a small hand tat removed. Appointments always needed but I was in town and I live long distance, they squeezed me in, already satisfied. I talked with a young lady Amber, very informative, she gave me all the ins and outs. Very very pleasant to talk with. Im trying to make this a one stop shop kinda thing because I aint got a whole lot of time in my life. I definitely got exactly what I wanted. The tat on my hand was removed with one session, I had bought a package session because I am in the process of removing along with my hand another one which is much newer and will take a couple more sessions. The level of pain of the laser does depend on where the tat is located but its very tolerable. I highly recommend this place. I am very satisfied.

I started with Removery a year ago. I have two small tattoos, one on the wrist, and one on my ankle that I wanted removed. The one on my wrist is a less than three years old and has completely faded as of my last session. The ankle tattoo is over 20 years old and highly pigmented color, so the fading process has been a bit slower - but definitely getting there each session. Amber is amazing! She’s professional, personable, well educated and passionate about her work. I would recommend Removery to anyone as the experience has been nothing but positive for me. Despite the minimal discomfort (which is to be expected during the actual laser process), I’ve had zero irritation or issues after my sessions are complete. I have no regrets about moving forward with the tattoo removals after several years of thinking about it, and I have the Removery team to thank for making me feel comfortable each and every time!

I recently visited here to get my tiger tattoo removed. My tattoo has a lot of bold colors like red or orange yellow and black mainly. I had a consultation with them and they were so sweet really and very detail oriented, answered all my questions, told me what to expect and so on. I wanted to go somewhere that I felt I could trust and that’s exactly how I felt being there in their office. Laser was quick, pain level was about 6/10 for where my tattoo is. She made the whole process very quick and did my tattoo in sections so I wouldn’t get overwhelmed. It’s been 3 days since my first sessions and I already see fading going on and it’s making me very excited ! Overall I love the energy they have in the office as well as they seem very trustworthy and wholesome. Thankyou! Might check back in with pictures after a few sessions.

Just had my first session with them. Amber was very sweet, explained the process thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. The process is not as painful as I thought it would be!

I had such a great experience here! I have a sternum tattoo about 5x5inch that i got a year and a half ago but sadly grew out of love for it and wanted it removed. Alijah was so nice and informative about the tattoo removal process and answered all the questions I had. And gave me a run down on what happens and how the laser picks away at the ink. As for my first session, it wasn’t too bad at all I had an idea that tattoo removal hurt alot more than getting a tattoo but it honestly wasn’t that bad. Amber did really good making sure i was comfortable and made sure I was getting enough breaks. I would probably rate the pain 5/10 but it might be different for others since i have a high pain tolerance. Overall, i had a great experience here and I cant wait to come back for my other sessions!

My experience at Removery Sugar Land has been great thus far. At each appointment, the staff walks me through what to expect and updates me on the plan. They are professional, courteous, and make the process feel really comfortable. The studio itself is clean, tidy, and welcoming.For me, the treatments have been totally tolerable (and quick!). Theres virtually no recovery time and healing has been very easy for me.Im only a few sessions along but I already see improvement, which is reassuring. I had a severe blow-out addressed as well, and that cleared very quickly.I definitely recommend this location for anyone interested in removing or fading a tattoo.

I was hesitant at first to begin this process. I wanted to make sure the whole tattoo would be removed. During my consultation they took the time to explain the whole process including expectations. They showed me progress photos to show what they have previously been able to remove and it was incredible. I decided to start the process and they were able to see me for my first treatment right away! My aftercare and healing has been so easy, just some mild itching but they provide you with everything you need initially. I have already noticed a change in the tattoo just after the first treatment, some shading is gone and color is lighter. This has been a great experience and the individuals that took care of me at the Sugar Land location were amazing! I am looking forward to my next visit and seeing this tattoo disappear.

Since the moment I came in for a consultation I have felt extremely comfortable with the ladies here. I was so nervous because I have never gotten a tattoo removed before and I want to make sure I’m doing what’s best for my body.So far I’ve done three sessions and I’ve noticed a drastic improvement on my tattoo. Great clean office with friendly professional staff. I’ve been coming to this location in Sugar Land for over two years now. I highly suggest purchasing the total tattoo removal package! I was hopeful my wrist tattoo would be gone quickly and only purchased the 6 session package, but I’ve had 15 sessions so far now with more to go. My tattoo was fairly new (~2 years) when I started the removal process. They recently had a special to purchase gift cards at a discounted rate which was awesome and will save me some $. Worth the investment for tattoo removal and I highly recommend this location!

11th session on my wrist and ankle and its barely fading. The tech said its because of my melanin and thought it may cause scaring or a shadow if I were to continue. But they sure sold me the unlimited package (in case I go over ten sessions) all while knowing that they arent confident in their equipment. I have color in my tattoos and black ink. She kept saying color wont fade no matter how many times I come back. But they are quick to sell you their lies and show before and after pictures of dark skin tone clients ( darker than myself) with their tattoos removed. Very disappointed in this choice. And their corporate manager wont return my phone call.**Will update with before and after photos**

The staff is so friendly! The office is always very organized and clean. They are very upfront about the procedures and cost of tattoo removal. They keep you updated on your progress with pictures that they take on each visit! They always do follow up calls or text to see how you are doing after a procedure.

UPDATE: Today was my 2nd treatment and I was nervous because I had never met Alijah and Izzy, but they were so sweet and wonderful. Ive been coming here for almost a year now, and I am always pleased with the quality of service, cleanliness of the facility, and kindness of the staff. Im always in and out in under 10 minutes and the ladies working here have always been friendly and professional. My removal has been a bit slow going, but Im honestly not even mad because coming here makes the process relatively painless considering that Im getting zapped in the neck with a laser.

Came here because I needed a tattoo removed for the military and from the moment I walked in everything was so smooth. Not only did they offer a discount for the 3 sessions but they were also super flexible with how they did the sessions due to the fact that I needed this tattoo removed ASAP. Everything was explained and very throughly gone over in detail. The facility was clean and inviting, before the lasering I had no questions or hesitations. The actual process was quick, I didnt think it would hurt and it didnt more like a nagging pain. Even with that it was an over all pleasant experience.

I always have a great experience here! I have been getting treatments before and during pandemic and the facility is always super clean. They make the process simple and easy even during Covid. I always feel well taken care of during the process especially with Bri who has great customer service and very knowledgeable about post treatment care. My skin has healed so well after each time. Although it may seem a little pricey, there are plans and options that help with what you need. I highly recommend going here for tattoo removals!

The staff at Removery have always been very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I travel from Corpus Christi to their office in Sugarland every three months or so. I normally arrive half hour early and they’re always able to see me before my scheduled appointment time. If you’re looking to have a tattoo removed I highly recommend Removery!!!

I went in to Removery for my consultation looking to remove 2 face tattoos and I excited to start the process. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable answered all my questions and because of that I’m confident I can remove a few scares from my past.

All I can say is WOW. Bri has the most amazing customer service. I get super chatty when I’m nervous, and she just went with it and had me laughing so much that I got through without issues. It was slightly uncomfortable but not as painful as I’ve been told. Bri was very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was really clean and well taken care of. Immediately after the first appointment, I noticed parts of my tattoos already disappeared. It’s been almost a week and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to start this process. Can’t wait for my next round!

So far after 4 treatments over the past two years my tattoo has faded significantly. Im not in a huge hurry to get rid of it so waiting 6-8 months works best for my budget. My only complaint is eraser clinic was purchased by Removery and they over doubled the cost of my treatments. Now the cost is over $400 per treatment for and 8”x8” black ink, non-shaded tattoo. I guess I will only be going once a year now but still worth it I suppose. The staff is always professional and the offices feel clean. The treatment doesnt feel great but it is very short so not a huge deal.

I was so delighted to begin my tattoo removal process at Eraser Clinics Sugar Land location! I had several questions going in, but Alix and Bri were very informative and answered all my questions. And I was pleasantly surprised that the process was not painful at all. Im looking forward to my next session and cant gush enough about the great experience they provided.

The lady that did my consultation was kind of rude of course she answered my questions for me, but when it came to asking about do I take Accutane kind of threw me off guard when she said oh, you wouldn’t know about that, almost as if saying, my face is ugly. The whole experience itself just kind of felt awkward as well, so I don’t really recommend talking with her at least it kind of felt like I was unwelcome in a sense.

I went in for a consult about portions of microblading removal. I had a correction but still concerned with the work previous to the correction. The lady who helped me also helped my husband. She provided a lot of information to make sure I knew what could potentially happen. I’m glad they care enough to let you know the negative things that can possibly happen. Very friendly, professional highly recommend!

This location is brand new but Eraser Clinic has been in Houston for years. I was really impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness. I did consults at two other places in Sugar Land but this clinic is in a league of its own.

Excellent facility. Maddi is first rate in all ways. Patient, knowledgeable, and amazing bedside manner! She made it very easy and was very comforting making me far less nervous.

Highly recommend! My only regret was not having it done sooner. It was really refreshing to work with Bronte, she is so knowledgeable and made the whole process so comfortable.
