Make sure that wherever you want to be pierced, you recommend they put the mark a little to the right of that ;). Unsatisfied? They’ll act really sweet on the phone but then “put you on hold real quick” and proceed to trash you, potty mouth included. Wild experience trying to get a refund for a botched job and the unprofessional side came out with karma. Ya didn’t press hold!🤣Followed up with another Exotic Impressions location and they gave a very nice apology and assisted in contacting ownership. Dodge the summerville shop.

I got my ears and nose pierced in March 2023. All 3 piercings were pierced at an angle, which caused a lot of issues. After a year I took my nose piercing out, after an endless amount of piercing bumps, regardless of how careful I was and how much I cleaned it. I took my ear piercing out a couple weeks ago, as it also would not heal (Ive kept up with the cleaning as well) and now Im left with a keloid (a type of scar that doesnt go away) out of all 3 piercings, ONE healed, and even then it took well over a year. I paid over $100 for some messed up piercings. I did try to have them looked at once, but I was just told they werent infected because I didnt have a fever, and to just keep my wet hair off of them, like that was the problem and not the they were pierced at an angle.Edit: I did try to come and see yall, and my ears werent even looked at, I was just told to keep my wet hair off of them (which I did after that). Second, I actually would soak my ears with my spray I bought from yall, and then wait a minute to go back in with a soaked q-tip, and if the crusties wouldnt come off, Id try other ways to loosen them that wouldnt cause me irritation. Im not sure how I couldve possibly moved them less, as Id never touch them besides cleaning and Id clean them very very carefully. Keloids are scars that need medical treatment, piercing bumps are from irritation that go away with proper cleaning.

Originally, I was walking in with a good impression because I had my nose pierced here. Walked in, told the guy I wanted snake eyes, signed papers, and only waited 10 minutes maximum until I was called to the back. Tehya was my piercer and she began to mark the dots on my tongue. She told me to look at it in the mirror and I mentioned that one dot was higher than the other. She “marked” it again, said the ink was sinking in, and that she wasn’t piercing directly at the dots, but more between them. I didn’t want to argue with a “professional” so I laid down and let her pierce me. She told me to look at the results and the first thing I notice was that the jewelry was silver, when I paid for a gold jewelry upgrade. I didn’t have a bad attitude towards her and simply said “I asked for gold”. She laid me back down and changed it (which ACTUALLY hurt compared to the piercing itself. Got no apologies from her) and I went back to the mirror. Then, I noticed how crooked it was. It looked like I ordered a piercing from TEMU. Walked out alone, but came back in with my mom to get a refund. Tehya took the piercing out and asked for the crumpled aftercare sheet back😂 and the front desk lady had an attitude for some reason because we were getting a refund for something that was CLEARLY terrible. One star for entertainment.

I absolutely loved my experience, I came to get my nose pierced. I believe ashley did it, she was quick & accurate. I cant wait to come back & get the otherside done!

Its ridiculous that your hours of operation are wrong. I drive from Walterboro on Sunday July7th, because it says youre open from 1 to 6. Wasted my time and gas.Very unprofessional. I suggest you fix that. Ive received all my piercings from here and loved my experiences, but this is just wrong.

I’m always so happy getting pierced here! I always go here and have for ALL my piercings. I cant recommend them enough. Today i had my vertical labret with Detta (she’s done a couple of my piercings) and she never fails to make everything so fun. I originally came for a consult and left with this! I’m so happy.

A group of us came in for piercings and Ashley pierced my septum and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. She was super great and talked us through all of our piercings. The staff is very professional and we were all very pleased with our experience.

First time there. Went in for 2 piercings. Did the appt online. Absolutely professional attitude, environment, and person. Cant speak highly enough of the business. My piercings are exactly what I asked for, the healing and care for directions were simple, and a week later, Im ready for my next adventure there!

Absolutely fantastic! This was my first time here and definitely not disappointed. I made an appointment for four lobe piercings. The price was good and came with ear rings. I also asked about an old tongue piercing and she stretched it open again. And I was able to get a ring for that as well with a discount. When I was getting my lobes done she was very kind, personable and gave me ways to prepare for the needle. The lady at the register, also very kind and professional. There was a dude there too who was wonderful to talk to and professional as well. I wish I wasnt so horrible with names but they were all great! Thank you Exotic Impressions! Highly recommended

Got my ears pierced today for my 18th birthday and the guy in there (the owner) was super sweet and kind and talked to me about other piercings I’ve had that’s been done at the same place overall recommended for anyone who is deciding to get a needle shoved threw their body

The shop was clean and the staff was welcoming and very patient with my questions and apprehension about getting my 2 piercings done. They were done well and quickly. There is a good range of jewelry and the pricing is reasonable. My friend who has 13 piercings, and got them all done here, recommended this shop. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get any piercings. The only thing to know about this shop is that they don’t make appointments so it’s a good idea to call and ask about how busy it is before you come in.

Great experience for a cartilage piercing. Clean area with a lot of selection. Prices were good. However, I made an appointment time and arrived before 3 others but was the last to be seen. Im not sure an appointment is absolutely necessary but I was told its recommended. I would definitely go back!

The lady who changed my jewelry does a great job. I did not feel a thing. She is hands down the best I’ve come around, my nose has been pierced over 20 years.

When my daughter wanted us to get matching industrial piercings in 2021, this location called to me and so we went. The staff was very professional and courteous as well as knowledgable. They took the time to answer all my questions. I went back earlier this year for 2 more piercings.

Ashley was BEYOND AMAZING. She was sweet, respectful, and extremely honest. I went in for a couple of Jewlery changes and left with new piercings! She was gentle and very patient. Thank you Ashley I can’t wait to come back and get serviced by you again!

We came here september 25th, my husband got his nose pierced here. he later had to go get it fixed at Copper Moon piercing. his nose jewelry was too small for his nose and caused a lot of trauma to the piercing and put off the healing process way longer. my sister in law got her nose pierced here as well as her jewelry did not fit her nose and was crooked. hers ended up falling out and my husbands could not come out. the employee at Copper Moon struggled to take the piercing out and almost resorted to cutting it out of his nose. staff was not friendly, place was not clean. they want you to tip before hand which is ridiculous for the service we have received. will not be back unfortunately.

DeEtta was fantastic and I am so happy with my new helix piercing! I was incredibly nervous and jittery, and she had the most calming, patient presence. She worked fast and the whole process was nearly painless. I am so appreciative to her, and I will definitely be back!

Got my nipples peirced here today and Ashley was extremely quick and as pain free as you can get given that it is a sensitive place. She helped me be calm even though I was super nervous. 10/10 will recommend and will be back next time were in SC

Very good experience with everything. The lady at the front desk was very nice and checked me in. My piercer was Detta, she was perfect! She made sure I liked the placement of my piercings before being pierced. Talked through each step she was about to do. Breathing in and out and what she was piercing. I got my industrial, low cartilage and second lobes. They are healing nicely with the h20 saline spray. This place has reasonable pricing and clean space as well. Will definitely go again

The variety of jewelry was awesome, the environment was comfortable & very clean. The experience with the Piercer was very quick and easy- Unfortunately- the staff is very bland & rude making the whole experience for the four of us very unpleasant. The cashier was not together at all today, hopefully this isn’t an everyday occurrence. If you’re looking for a place for •piercings• this is the place to go- just don’t expect anything more and don’t you dare smile joke around they don’t like that.

Amanda was phenomenal. Sweet as pie and very personable. She had me in and out in about 10 minutes for a jewelry change (tragus and 7 ear piercings). Super experience and will return.

The people are extremely friendly. They were nice and explained everything at the desk and the lady that pierced me did an incredible job. She was quick and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. I have minimal soreness from my piercings and will definitely go back again. Also to add, the building was very clean, as was the equipment. I fully recommend

Got a bridge piercing put in crooked. Repierced on the spot, started spilling blood, piercer then says shell get a Qtip to soak up blood, while Im catching a pool of my own blood in my hand, I then ask if she could please fetch some paper towels, not more Qtips. Probably shoulda left right then and there. But I gave her a second chance to fix. This time it was straight, except one end was sticking out like a 🦏 rhino lol. Wont be back, even for a refund. SMH

Ashley & Amanda are both great. They made me feel very comfortable and both did great jobs on my piercings. I waited less than five minutes for my appointment and when I got into the room it was extremely clean and well set up. Front desk staff have always been very helpful and sweet. On 12/22/21, I took my daughter here to get her septum pieced. The atmosphere was awesome. The guy upfront was nice and informative. I cant remember his name. I only had to wait approximately three minutes before being seen. Ashley was the piercer. She was amazing. She was very calming and assuring. She loves her piercing. She gave detailed instructions on the care of her new jewelry. Ashley did start cleaning her work area in preparation of the next client. I would recommend this location 👌.

I drove two hours to have my ear pierced here- and it was worth the four hour round trip! Great prices and they have a variety of earrings you can get pierced with. Staff were absolutely amazing- helpful, understanding and super nice!

This shop is so amazing!! I have now had them pierce me twice and they are so sweet. DeEtta is such an amazing piercer and friendly and bubbly woman. Went in to get an impromptu piercing and had an awesome experience with the gentleman that actually owns the place. Hes very personable and easy to talk to. This is something I find rare in this industry, so I appreciate it very much. Will definitely be back and hope to get him for my service next time too! Definitely recommend for your piercing needs!

Both Matt and Reese were kind and welcoming and did an amazing job taking care of my nose piercing. They’re SO knowledgeable and such professionals. You can tell they really know their stuff and they were super patient with my million questions. The ladies at the jewelry counter were also very friendly and gave great customer service. The staff is so lovely and friendly- everything including the parlor area is extremely hygienic. My 70 year old grandma got a piercing, and her piercer was beyond sweet! It makes such a difference when you can feel comfortable and friendly with your professional piercer!! This staff here are awesome and very informative. My daughter wanted to get another ear piercing and the staff and the piercer Amanda was great. Very knowledgeable and made my daughter feel completely comfortable. It was quick and as my daughter said almost painless as well as a piercing could be. Most horrible experience ever , my piercing was extremely rushed , and my appointment was for 6 but I didn’t get sent back until almost 6:30 . They make you pay and tip before the service, if I would have known the girl was going to not clean my nose after the piercing and be so nonchalant about everything I would have never gone . I even asked her what the black was around my piercing and she told me I could clean it at home ! Almost 60 dollars just to not even help me clean the piercing . Right after the piercing she didn’t even check if I was okay at all she told me to just sign some papers! I’ve gotten my nose pierced multiple times from this location but I will never be back .

Me and my friend just went to get our nose pierced. All the girls in there were super friendly, the place is really clean, fair pricing. Amanda pierced our noses, was great! she was knowledgeable, and made me feel super comfortable. Also she was fast it maybe took 2 mins and looks awesome. It was clean and the staff was personable. This place only takes cash. I wish this was posted on their website but it is conveniently located near a couple different banks so its not really a problem. Angel was my piercer and she was extremely professional and courteous. She explained everything before and during my experience. I have been wanting to pierce my nose for awhile but was a little afraid to do it. A friend of my nephew told me about Exotic Impressions so I called. I was greeted the moment I walked in. The shop was clean, organized and staff was very friendly. Everything was explained in detail. Angel was my piercer and she was amazing. She explained the process and answered my questions. She has been doing this for a year but she made me feel as if had been longer. She was very professional but made me feel at ease and just like that, it was over! Absolutely love my piercing!!! They were absolutely amazing! They were so welcoming and had great customer service. My mom and I went to get our nose pierced together (our first piercing) and they explained procedures and piercing care very thoroughly and good. Very pleased with them. And tomorrow my mom & I are getting our septum pierced. Looking forward to seeing them again!!!!!

I’ve been a customer for a long time and have always had nothing but great experiences every time. *Shoutout to Chelsea, who has done multiple piercings of mine. She’s fantastic and extremely knowledgeable* However, my most recent visit was disappointing. My girlfriend and I came in just to grab some new jewelry and were helped by an employee (female with green hair) with a poor attitude. She had a very condescending demeanor and left a negative impression on us.

Staff was super kind and helpful. They really care about doing a good job instead of making money off of you. I had no idea I could get an old piercing reopened and they made sure I was aware of that option instead of charging me full price to get a completely new piercing done. The girls were wonderful and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

Despite the fact that they were very busy when I called last week to inquire about piercings for my daughters, Ashley took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and help me in a very professional and informative manner. A couple of days later, we booked our appointments online. When we arrived Friday evening, we stood outside to adhere to their guidelines for how many patrons were allowed in the building at one time. As the shop began to empty out a little, instead of leaving us standing outside in the cold, Ashley came to the door to ask us how she could be of assistance to us. We informed her that we were there for the appointments and she brought us inside. She instructed us to use the hand sanitizer provided as we entered and began getting us signed in for our appointments. Due to a recent change in regulation, an issue arose with the Identakid ID I had provided for my minor daughter. Instead of sending us away, Ashley and the piercer, Angel, worked diligently together in between signing in, sanitizing and piercing other clients, to find a resolution. Once the issue was resolved, paperwork done and piercings paid for, it was now Angel’s time to shine! She was very patient with my daughters, who were allowing their anxiety to get the best of them. I began losing patience with daughters, as I knew they were now holding up the line! I promise she possessed far more couth than me! She answered all of our questions thoroughly and professionally and talked them through the process the entire time. In the end, her calming spirit and perseverance paid off and she was able to successfully get both of their piercings done! The girls are very happy with their piercings and they look great! We thanked her and tipped her very well for all of her hard work and effort!10/10 I highly recommend Exotic Impressions to any and everyone for their piercing and jewelry needs and I truly hope this company realizes what absolute ASSETS these 2 ladies are to their company! Got both my nips pierced this morning by Amanda. Very friendly and the pain was nothing like I’ve been told or read about. Highly recommendVisited again this afternoon to have 3 rungs of the ladder done this morning. Again an excellent experience and look forward to finishing it in the near future. Thank you again

Wonderful people. Great customer service. I got two piercings. My nipple and my daith, they let me pay for each piercing separately with two different forms of payment (cash and card). The guy (I cant remember his name) pierced me and my two friends, he was so polite and courteous. He did everything so fast and handled all 4 piercings with ease. He was so respectful and nice when it came time to pierce my nipples, Im very comfortable with myself but if I wasnt I think he wouldve been able to help me be comfortable.I will be coming back here if theres another piercing I need or jewelry I want. 😊😊😊😊

Walked in and was immediately greeted! I’ve never had anything done except the basic earrings. I was planning on getting my nose pierced, they talked me through everything! Was kind of nervous but they reassured me plenty. Was in and out of there in like 15 minutes. NOT TO MENTION THEY WERE VERY CLEAN. Thanks to Angela I’m loving the new look I have! I love the Summerville location. Its very clean and well stocked with jewelry, equipment and after care products, plus little odds and ends. I prefer to use the piercer Kate. Shes very professional and explains what shes doing step by step, and gives very thorough after care directions. Ive seen other workers in this location as well and they too seemed professional and friendly.I recommend this piercing company to any of my friends wanting to get stuck, as well as I try to keep some of their cards on the counter at my job so that hopefully any customers i have that are interested go here as well.

My experience with the older staff was very positive. They were very patient and professional and had good customer communication skills. However, one of the staff members were rude and unprofessional, and her communication skills were poor. Not sure of her name, but she appeared short, stubby, and young. Overall, good experience!✨

It was a lil chaotic in there today, with it being new staff and all but everyone was courteous, personable and professional. My piercer was absolutely gentle. And she and her understudy was very knowledgeable about different piercings. If I had only one critique, is that the staff did not inform me of certain solutions that they sold right there in the shop for new piercings. That could affect them monetary wise because theyre forgetting to mention it. I would have rathered bought the necessary solution from them instead of having to stop at another store (pharmacy store) which didnt carry what I needed anyways. 😂😂😂 So I had to get a secondary choice. But like I said, that was my only critique. I HIGHLY recommend this piercing shop. I will be going back soon to get another one and cant be more excited and more at ease because I know Ill be in the best of hands.

GREAT place. VERY clean. I went on my lunch break to get my septum pierced. Amanda did the piercing and she was so patient with me because I was very nervous and answered all my questions. Ashley in the front came to the back and held my hand and they were both making me laugh and I felt so relaxed. They understood I needed to flip my ring up to hide it for work and Amanda cleaned it thoroughly and flipped it for me. I wont be going anywhere else. This is forever my spot to go to and recommend.

I have had 5 piercings @ Exotic Impressions and have had only good experiences. The piercers are awesome, professional and their work stations and tools are always sterile, and straight out of the packaging! I’m planning on getting more done there.

Amazing prices on jewelry and super chill staff. Everyone is always willing to help and I love that they are keeping piercings specifically by appointment only. They will ask you at the door - dont be alarmed. Just remember that they are doing this to keep you and their staff safe/making sure not to crowd the store.

I got two done in one sitting here. The staff was super friendly, and Id trust the piercer with anything after how sweet and careful she was. Absolutely the place to go if youre getting your first one and nervous. I plan to come here for whatever piercings I want later on

Good atmosphere and was very helpful. Had to have my nose ring changed out. Took some effort but the girl got it done. Will always go back here.

I have had 2 piercings done by Angel and both times they were done incorrectly. She’s a nice person and I hate that I’m writing this review but it shouldn’t be left unsaid. The first time I had a tragus done that was pierced at an angle instead of straight, but I was able to salvage it. It took months to get rid of the irritation bumps though.Then more recently, I had a rook piercing done that had to get taken out by another shop. It had been pierced in the wrong place and once again at a bad angle and had huge painful irritation bumps on each side of the piercing. I’ve had plenty of ear piercings by others and never had issues like I have had with this shop.Edit: LOL just saw that the shop responded to my review. Please be careful who you let pierce you. I don’t sleep on my fresh ear piercings and even was careful to use a travel pillow. There was definitely nothing I did wrong. Also I got the rook pierced again elsewhere...correctly. No issues and months later it has healed up beautifully. The piercings I had done here were pierced crooked, take that information how you want. I don’t need to “Google it”, I had first hand experience!

My experience with Ashley was awesome! She made me feel really comfortable when I got my nipples pierced. I would definitely go to this place for any type of piercings!

Very friendly guy at the front, and our piercer (Eric) was lovely! Just an ear lobe piercing but Im glad we went to a needle piercer instead of a gun piercer. 10/10EDIT: I went back today with a friend and got a nose piercing! My piercer today, Amanda, was really engaging and did a wonderful job.

I got my nose pierced here by Kate Burns and had a great experience. I was really scared at first, but the piercing was quick, painless and very clean. Also at a great price! Everywhere else in the Charleston area wanted to charge me 40 dollars. They also give good aftercare instructions and sell H2Ocean at a reasonable price. I dont think I would go anywhere else for piercings!

I’ve had several piercings from here, I’ve always been impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the piercers especially Chelsea and Amanda. Both are very thorough in their ability to help choose the right piercings, jewellery, and explain thorough but memorable aftercare for myself as well as friends I’ve recommended to the shop.

So I went somewhere else and was told that I didn’t have enough skin for a VCH piercing. Went here and was told I had plenty. And even tho I passed out afterwards it was an amazing experience. Ashley and the other 2 ladies who’s names I didn’t get we phenomenal in making sure I was ok before I left! Top notch service, friendly and affordable. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know! Thank you so much!

I have no complaints about the service, BUT I purchased a nose ring yesterday and thestud came out and I had to pay for another unit today with no discount at all! Thats not a fair business transaction. I can see if it was a few days or weeks after.....but the very next day???? I shouldnt have to pay for another piece!

I had a painless, quick and easy experience thanks to the talented Kate Burns, I will definitely go back when I get my septum done. Very informative about aftercare, gave me a pamphlet that has what gauge needle she used, extremely helpful. Never had another piercing place do that! I will return soon!

Eric did my piercings, I love them.I have always gone to exotic impressions, the studios are always very clean and the piercers are very professional and make everything relaxed. He made sure everything was centered correctly before piercing. 5 of 5!!

I did the Daith piercing to see if it will help me not have so many headaches, migraines, and migraine symptoms. Ryan did my piercing and he was great! He made me feel comfortable and explained what he was going to do. He told me many people have gotten this piercing for the same reason I was and they say it has helped.

This is by far the most professional, cleanest and well run shop I have ever been pierced in. Its nearly twice the size of their North Charleston shop but with the same great piercers! Theyve done 11 of my 15 piercings and they have all healed phenomenally. The only shop Id recommend in the Charleston area.

They don’t stand behind their work. I got a piercing on Sunday and Monday the jewelry fell apart!!!! And they wanted to charge me again to get it redone!!!! Some customer service 🤔It literally came apart. I was at work in the mall when I felt my nose running and it was blood. I went to the restroom and found that the top of the ring was gone and I was left with the backing on the inside of my nose. I have a picture where the ring was in that day and pictures of how my nose was bleeding from the ring falling out the same day. I dont know what happened but I did not wipe my face or was I sleeping at the time it came out.After explaining everything to them and them communicating to me, they showed exemplary customer service in taking care of the matter. Thank you.

Rhys did an excellent job with Daith piercing I got to try and eliminate migraines. He gave clear instructions for aftercare. He walked me through the process before and during the piercing so I knew what was going on. A week later and its healed very nicely so far, and is no longer sore at all. Havent had a headache since I got it.

Love Angel. She’s sweet and can calm ya down if you’re extremely nervous. She pierced my tragus and offered to repierce my cartilage at no extra charge because my previous piercer got the angle wrong. I highly recommend requesting Angel.

Ive been in many piercing/ tattoo studios in various states and this is hands down by far the WORST ever!! The location and front appearance of the building is enough to say keep going. I would type this review with zero stars if given the chance. The staff did not seem knowledgeable and were also rude. There are PLENTY of other shops in the area, support one of those instead.

Wonderful people, great atmosphere, and they were quick and extremely helpful when they did my piercing. Not to mention the prices are very affordable! I will go to them for all future piercings and jewellery purchasing.

I got my septum repierced here (done first at MOLA but had to remove for school). I wanted it in the same place or close to the same place- which is where it should be done. However, the piercer placed it at the end of my nose and it hurt like hell, instead of that “sweet spot” where there is little to no pain felt. I’m very upset I paid for this and I tipped well before the service was done. Picture included shows how far down it was done.

Amanda was the sweetest! I had been looking for a great place for a daith peircing, went yesterday and did my.left, came back today to do my right. You are treated as more than a customer, i.am typically not much of a peircing person. But when I do eventually decide to get another, I know where Ill go. Sweetest genuine people ever, very hard to come by these days.

Steer clear of this place! I bought titanium jewelry because I have a nickle allergy. After wondering why my nose piercing had not healed after a year and had a keloid , I was informed by a certified piercing studio APP (Association of Professional Piercers) that I was sold mystery metal, although I paid for titanium. This is also not an isolated event for this place, my hairstylist was experiencing the same issues and had no idea why, until I informed her; she has also had issues with another piercing from this place and now has to have the area repierced. The APP piercer also informed me that my nose was pierced at an odd angle, so when I change out my nose ring its painful. After getting true titanium, my nose actually healed! Now I only go to Museum of Living Art, the customer service is better and its far more professional and you know youre getting what youre paying for; its also the only APP studio in this area!

Ok, so first of all id like to point out that if you cant give this place a 5 star rating... Maybe you just need to move... Exotic Imoressions has ALWAYS been my place for piercings, jewelry, and body art! I have NEVER had a bad experience from ANYONE. From the warm greetings walking in the door, sometimes by an assistant or cashier, most of the time by the actual piercer herself or himself. Being that ive only gotten my piercings from Kate but made SEVERAL purchases from several other people..... Theres absolutely nothing bad to say! Overall its a great experience. Warm and welcoming environment, knowledgable staff, HUGE SELECTION of jewelry! Im sorry but this to me is the place to go for ANY piercing or body art. I reccomend Exotic atleast 4x a week to friends, family, and strangers due to some of the more interesting piercings that i have. To me they are and always will be the best!

We first came here for my daughters snake bites and given the reviews decided we should definitely get it done here. Unfortunately they are very noticably crooked. But a year later my other daughter wanted her septum pierced and again given the reviews ( and as long as it was another piercer than get sister had) she chose to come here. We drove 45 mins to get there and arrived at 7:35 pm. Yes it was cutting it close but it was her birthday so we trying to get it done as a gift to her. We were told that they have a 7:30 cut off time. This is not advertised anywhere on their website or the building. Now I was only 5 mins past the cut off time but was told to come back tomorrow. I explained that I drove 45 mins, it was her birthday and the only day I was off work early enough to be there before 8 pm, the closing time. I was turned away with a $5 off card for jewelery and was told that they wished I would have called. I told them I wish they would advertise a cut off time!

I got a forward Helix yesterday (6/9/2021) with the apprentice Ashley at the Dorchester road location and she did an amazing job. Ill definitely be going back to her.

Great experience! Super nice staff. Matt (the piercer) was very efficient. My rings ended up being faulty n fell out. They replaced them for free and tapered my tounge ring for free for the inconvenience.

Matt did my daith piercing, and did an amazing job. Kept up conversation to keep me calm and when I started to black out from blood sugar drop (pulled a noob move and forgot to eat most of the day before hand.) He kept talking until I felt better and didnt rush me out of the room.

I had a absolutely great experience. I was pierced buy Amanda. And she was amazing she was so sweet and got the job done quickly and she answered all of my questions. Btw I got my industrial pircing and it was painless.

So it’s been well over a month now and i’ve decided to share my experience at this location. i’ve had my nose pierced for well over 6 months and i was excited to change it into a hoop. my friend and i went to the location we always go to ( north charleston, by the pig ) and the line was out the door. so we took the drive over to summerville and on the way she decided she wanted her nose done again. we get there and the two people at the counter were beyond extremely nice and helpful. my friend went and got her nose first and she came out with a look on her face and i knew something was wrong. i went in next to remove my stud and replace it. my original nose stud fell out so the one i had in was a smaller one so she told me we need to stretch the hole back out and i told her that was fine. next she had two hoops , a larger one and a normal sized one. she put the larger one in and i hated it it was so much extra space. so i asked if we could put the smaller one in and i regret it with everything in me. she was so ROUGH i was almost in tears and my friend was holding my hand and all the pierced could say is i have to get it through the hole. she was so rude about it and again ROUGH. my nose was bleeding so bad from her jamming it around. i wish she would have told me to wait since we stretched my nose open. i highly do not recommend that location nor the piercer. i’m pretty sure her name was Chelsea if i remember correctly. i went and got the hoop removed due to a bump and back to a stud. within 3 days the bump was completely gone and the guy was super nice and GENTLE with me.

I was nervous to get my second piercing, but DeEtta put me at ease with her humor and professionalism! Thank you for such a great piercing - and I’m glad you liked my secret compartment shoes!!

This place wasnt even worth 1 star. I didnt even get a chance to receive a piercing because they denied me. I came in with not only an id but my birth certificate since they denied me the first time I visited. They told me no the second time and insisted that my birth certificate was fake as well as the id I showed. The requirements are way to extreme for a simple nose piercing.

Very professional, courteous, and Angel did a great job with my piercing. I will definitely be going back and would recommend them to anyone.

The service was uncomfortable. She then pierced my nose and shoved a larger nose jewelry in my nose... Once my piercing had been done and I was not informed on proper piercing care (they knew it was my first nose piercing). Nice interior and great price.

Uuuuuggghhhh! Just left this place. Things surely have changed. The guy doing the piercing sat legs crossed on the couch never looked up ... never smiled ... never conversed. But did speak to the other employee about the price of something he was looking at on the internet. I asked who would do my piercing. He never looked up ... ne e answered. Nah ... My ears are so uneven its ridiculous and comical! The piercer was friendly but obviously needs to work on her piercing skills and the girl who works the front with short blonde hair needs to work on her customer service. She barely smiled and acts like she hates her job .

My now sister in law and cousin went in July to get piercings. Two daiths, one rook and one nose between the three of us. The lady (i hate I dont remember her name) was amazing!!!! Very clean place and very knowledgeable!

I came here for a tragus piercing and was initially pleased with the experience but fast forward three months and today I had to have the curved barbel they put into my tragus removed and will have to heal it completely and repierce it because the barbel put too much pressure on my tragus and caused pretty decent hypertrophic scarring (i.e. theres a huge fleshy bump inside my ear now that will be hard to get rid of). Not to mention they sold me low quality jewelry (cheap Hot Topic quality jewelry with external threading that im doubtful was even implant grade surgical steel) that had to be replaced more than once because it broke so often and irritated my piercings.Please learn from my mistakes and do your research before going to a piercer. Trust me, good quality jewelry will likely not cost you less than $50 a piece, and its well worth it for the peace of mind that your piercing will heal beautifully.

Called ahead of time to ask if it was ok to come in still because they stop taking people at 8:30 (even though they close at 9) since i wasnt going to arrive until a few minutes after 8:30 and was told that was ok. Get there and get turned away at the door after driving half an hour. Completely rude. They were obviously just being lazy and didnt want to do one last job before closing.
