Jose snapped! I absolutely love my tattoo. His work is clean and thorough! Good vibes all day, and he makes you feel comfortable with exactly what he is doing step by step. I will definitely be coming back to get another piece from him. This one came out better than I expected! Very Satisfied!

Go to JOSE! He was freaking awesome. So patient and easy going. Fun to talk to. And his work is solid! Me and my 2 friends got matching tattoos and he put up with all the picture taking and cackling. 10/10 recommend.

Came to Tampa for vacation and left with a cute tattoo & funny memories! First off, the place is really clean and the vibes are amazing, Jose was really sweet and also made sure I was comfortable with my tattoo before proceeding. 10/10 recommend especially if it’s your first, haven’t met such a kind person who loves what they do in sooo long!!

This place is really chill & very clean. Jose is amazing! Hes very personable and will give you his insights on size and placement if you arent sure. He took his time with tattooing and it came out so precise and beautiful. I loved my experience here!!

Stumbled across this shop while exploring the mall. Steve Mcalister was an absolute pro and knocked out a tattoo for me in about an hour. It turned out better than I could have imagined and he was super patient while I decided on what I wanted. All of the artists are incredibly talented and polite. Planning on coming back in October for another.

Amber is absolutely amazing. Went into the shop to get my sons ears pierced and he wanted me to get a piercing as well so I decided to get my tongue pierced. The whole process was unpainful and very well cared for. My son didnt even flinch when he got his ears pierced. Thank you so much Amber Ill be back to see her again thats for sure🩷

Steve McAlister was my piercer. He was the best! He gave me exactly what I wanted. He talked me through everything and my piercings look amazing! If I need anything will definitely come back.

Im kinda torn, I had a great time in the shop everyone was welcoming and fun. However I dont really like the tattoo Steve gave me. In the planning stage of the design everytime I tried to give feedback I thought he might of been annoyed but I really wanted this tattoo so I just said I liked the stencil with the assurance he would add more detail.. Now I see one of the branch segments isnt shaded in and the petals arent shaded in all the way. The leaves are not colored either. The guest services i got were fantastic from everyone there but the work just isnt finished and I feel like I shouldve gone somewhere else.

Jose was fantastic. My best friend and I are from out of town and we came in as walk ins an hour and a half before the shop was about to close. We literally googled the shop and they were the only place open after 7 PM. We had no clue what we were walking into. Jose was fun, made the experience so comfortable, and worked through our designs with us until they were absolutely perfect. Then he stayed late to tattoo us and all 3 of the tattoos we got came out fantastic!! If were ever in the area again, well be back! Would be regulars if we could!!

Amber was the piercer and she did a phenomenal job!!! She was very patient and calm toned and extremely positive. She made the entire experience very easy and pleasant. I think we found our family piercer!! Drove all the way from Clearwater and well worth it.

Amber was amazing! My preschooler wanted earrings so badly and Amber was great. The consultation was smooth, we talked about the process, and picked earrings. The following month it was time. My daughter was trying to be brave and Amber and her team did everything to make sure she was comfortable. I would recommend this shop for their professionalism, cleanliness, and friendliness.

Amber is the BEST piercer Ive ever had! First and foremost; she knows what shes doing. Ive been to multiple piercers and they all claim to be good then somehow mess it up... I found Amber by chance at her previous tattoo shop because it was close to my job. She helped me figure out why my piercings had bumps and why they werent healed after 1.5 years. She switched out my jewelry and gave me better care instructions and now after almost 2 years having them, they FINALLY healed!I followed her all the way to Infamous Ink (an additional 30 minute drive from her previous shop) just to have her change my jewelry and redo a piercing I had to remove due to healing issues. The new piercing is beautifully placed and she redid the placement marker 3 times before piercing to make sure of it!She is truly passionate about what she does and it shows through her work 100%. Definitely sticking with her for all my piercing needs :D

Steve agreed to take me the same day I called regarding a appointment I had made well inadvance with another artist that fell through as he no longer worked at the shop. Steve honored the price I was already quoted and drew up a beautiful design! I was looking to cover up some scars and skin discoloration on both of my upper thighs (a mirror tattoo). Steve was a sweetheart, he was kind, patient and always considerate of my feelings, he is a professional through and through, as well as the rest of the staff! I could not be happier with the result! No scars or skin discoloration are visible on either thigh, I discussed future tattoos while I was there and will be back!!THANK YOU SO MUCH STEVE!Jenny

Steve is the best traditional artist in the area. He has tattooed my entire sleeve and from the planning of it to actually tattooing, it has been nothing short of a great experience. He’s a cool dude, easy to talk to, and extremely talented. Highly recommended!!

I was very disappointed by my experience here with Steve as my tattoo artist. After seeing all the great reviews I came here hoping for a patient and friendly environment to get my first tattoo. I showed Steve example photos of what I wanted and he quickly sketched them up and seemed annoyed when I asked for adjustments/ changes. He haphazardly placed the stencil and rolled his eyes every time I asked him to adjust the placement a bit. He made comments about how he doesn’t get to do much of the work he enjoys and this shop is mostly “small stuff like that” referencing what I was getting. The tattoo looks like a sketch and shows no attention to detail. I was very surprised at his nonchalant and frankly rude attitude about something as permanent as a tattoo.On a side note, I also had a piercing done by Amber and I have nothing but good things to say about her. She was very friendly, patient, and took time to make sure she explained everything throughly and I got exactly what I wanted.

I came in on Friday the 13th to get their flash sale, immediately as I walked in I was helped and greeted with great customer service from everyone ! I was a bit nervous cause it was my first time with this company but, the artist JOSE is the one who helped me out and he made me feel super comfortable as a young woman in a tattoo shop !! Which to me is really important. The OWNER is very nice as well and I think they’ve done an amazing job at renovating the tattoo shop, it’s extremely CLEAN as well. You can tell they care a lot about their image and know that these are great business people !! Highly recommend especially if it’s your first time and you want to be comfortable ! :)) thank you guys again

Absolutely amazing staff. Amber was so nice and she made me feel right at home. I was really nervous getting my septum pierced but she didn’t make me feel like it was gonna hurt at all and it didn’t. Love this place!!

My mom, sisters, and I stumbled across the shop in the mall 2 weeks ago and we love everyone there. So far we have gotten 4 tattoos from Will. He’s gentle, patient and most importantly puts up with our indecisiveness. I also was tattooed by Steve McAllister and he’s absolutely amazing. He covered up a previous tattoo and I’m in love. He took the time and gave me one of my greatest pieces of art!!!

Absolutely love Infamous Ink in Westshore mall. It is very clean and professional and a great friendly atmosphere. Steve McAlister is an amazing artist and my tattoos are complimented on all of the time. He was patient and meticulous with details I would not have thought of. Now multiple friends have gone to him and loved their tattoos!

Jose did me and my homegirls tattoos and did amazing made us feel super comfortable, told us what he was doing step by step including when he would switch to a clean needle 10/10 recomend and we will be returning. Best experience! This shop was clean, the staff was attentive and friendly. There was no wait time for tattoo or piercing! It was veteran owned so as a veteran my co-tattooist wanted to go support his fellow comrades. We got our tattoos here from Steve Mcalister. He was an amazing artist who listened to what we wanted. He created something better than we imagined. Definitely 5-Star worthy. If you are in the Tampa area check them out! P.S. they are inside the mall not a stand alone shop. Our GPS had us going in circles 😂.

They pierced my stomach instead of my belly button the piercer reassured me it was fine, when i got them to take it out because i had to it wouldn’t heal, they said i have the wrong anatomy for the piercing. I saw another piercer and they said i had the right anatomy they just did a bad job piercing it. Oh also the piercer girl wasn’t there and i found out later that a tattoo artist actually pierced me lol.

My girlfriend and I got the 50 flash tattoo by Josè he had amazing customer service and cool person to talk to while getting your tat done and the design selection was good and the way he tatted the design was perfect.

They have been super nice and very helpful even after leaving their shop. Got 2nd holes in my ear lobes and if I ever wanted more piercings I would be happy to return here

Extremely unprofessional, both the owner and the manager, Jay, were both very rude and making very inappropriate comments while I was getting a tattoo. I wanted to give it a chance, but would NOT return and would not recommend because of the sheer rudeness of the employees. It felt very sexist and honestly like an unsafe environment for women.
