The LaserAway experience after only four treatments has been amazing so far,one of my favorite things about this entire experience is the amazing staff. The Director ,Grace is nothing but personable ,understanding and makes you feel very comfortable to ease every concern that you have prior to your appointment. The receptionist , Lindsay was also amazing with handling my appointment details and any payment discrepancies with the payment provider with ease and patience. Physician Assistants, Alyssa and Ashley were outstanding. They were able to make me feel extremely comfortable by explaining the process and letting me know the details of any post treatment requirements to ensure that I have a healing process that goes smoothly. Additionally, the pain process during the treatment is definitely manageable. A lot of the reviews I was reading prior from a laser experience has a lot to do with the type of machines that the laser location utilizes . LaserAway uses the best of the equipments that are able to target each and every skin tone. After only four treatments so far, I barely have any type of hair growth on my legs. I’m extremely happy with the process and I’m looking forward to the final outcome.

This was my first time doing laser hair removal and I never felt so welcomed in a clinic before! I really appreciate Hanna, Grace, and Lindsey for making this first time journey really comfortable especially since I was really nervous! I really appreciate Ashley for going over everything thoroughly when I got to the room! She was amazing and patient with me! I had my first appointment with Alyssa! I was pretty nervous but she helped me calm my nerves pretty quick. I felt comfortable the whole time! She was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything. I was able to meet Grace, the owner, and Lyndsey at the front desk. They were both super sweet and helpful! I can’t wait for my other sessions!

The services and hospitality rendered here are top notch. I cannot say enough good things about Laser Away - Tampa.When I first walk through the door, immediately I am greeted by the beautiful, Hannah, who is unbelievably sweet and charismatic. Next stop is your room, where your offered the remote so you can watch Netflix if you choose while you wait for your NP to arrive, or to keep you distracted if youre feeling a bit nervous.I’ve been to Laser Away three times and had one visit with Ashley and 2 visits with Alyssa, and let me just tell you right now, these girls know their stuff. I was made aware of LaserAway through a discount I received from work. I decided to try it because I have a lot of hair on my chin. I had laser approximately 15 years ago, but the hair came back. I felt the price was very good.My first session was Jul 26th. I was greeted two amazingly sweet young ladies. They were very friendly. I was offered a beverage while I waited.The office is gorgeous and very clean!Monica was my clinician. Monica was very informative about the process before she started the treatment. She asked through out the treatment if I was comfortable. I guess I have a high pain tolerance, because I was not uncomfortable at all or it was her expertise. The treatment process, as promised, was about 15 min.When I was leaving Grace, Katie, and Hanna were at the reception desk. They are the sweetest and I felt very comfortable and welcomed.

LaserAway Tampa is the absolute best!!! I had such an amazing experience getting my lip filler done with them! Lindsey, Monica, Katie, Grace, and Hana did such an incredible job easing my nerves, walking me through everything, and making sure I felt comfortable since this was my first time getting any filler or any work at all done to my face. I was super nervous but to be honest they did such a good job I would recommend them to anyone I know in the area!Monica did my lip filler and absolutely killed it—they look incredible. I wanted them to look natural and just more plump and she did exactly what I asked for. I had the most incredible experience at LA for Laser Hair Removal in Tampa! The location is adorable, and Grace, the director, couldnt have been more welcoming and sweet!! I LOVE this group. I’ve had good experience with the financing and pricing, but what I love most are the people at the office. I’m past halfway through my sessions of laser hair removal, and I’ve loved every tech I’ve had. But today I was treated by Alyss, and she was an absolute star! I would 10/10 recommend getting laser hair removal at Laser Away Tampa location! The customer service is top tier! From Courtney, who called to get me signed up…to Hannah who welcomed me and showed me around the facility…and Grace for calming me when I had anxiety about the pain, as well as Monica who was so patient with me and talked me through the whole process! If you’re on the fence, just do it. You won’t regret it!

First time at Laser Away today and I had the best experience! I was super nervous, but Monica made me feel so comfortable! She’s awesome and hope to have her for all of my sessions lol. Had an amazing experience at LaserAway! Such a welcoming staff here. I came in wanting a natural plump lip and Ashley made that happen for me. Aside from being new to lip filler and the uncomfortable process Ashley was super nice and patient with me!!

The staff is friendly and the locations I visited were all clean. I had procedures performed on me at a Miami, Tampa, and New Jersey location. All the locations approach was slightly different with some paying more detailed attention to the client than others. I am writing this review after the completion of 8 treatments which include underarms, upper lip, Brazilian, and legs. The results of the permanent hair reduction were great. I had some minor concerns throughout the treatments and feel they were not correctly addressed until my last treatment was performed and having the pleasure of speaking to the Tampa location manager. I had brought them up several times and felt most addressed it by trying to up sell. I feel as if I would have had the level of service I had for my last treatment for all 8 of my treatments I would have given them a 5 star rating but since I feel they was an opportunity to improve the overall level of expectation of service to address the concerns I choose to give them a 4 star rating. I feel all my treatments should have been the same for all 8 treatments and feel I would have been even happier with my results. Overall they do a good job.

This was honestly one of the best beauty experiences I’ve had. You walk in and everyone is super welcoming. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful makes you feel so at home. I will NEVER wax again after my amazing experience here! WOW!!! I seriously cannot believe how long it took me to try. The manager Grace showed me around, made me feel welcomed and took away my initial nerves around getting Laser done as someone who suffers from HS and has brown skin. Truly the nicest lady! Alyssa did my Brazilian and underarms and she was so incredibly knowledgeable, comforting and just overall amazing. She is a nurse practitioner so you are getting a medical professional and not a laser tech. She took her time and answered all of my questions. The laser they use is top notch and is safe for darker skin tones which is incredible. No pain at all! If you’re thinking about laser, this Tampa location is incredible! Loved my first laser experience, was super comfortable and not painful! The staff at the Tampa location were super nice and accommodating. Ashley my technician was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly.

Had such a great experience here! Grace at the front desk was warm and welcoming and made me feel right at home. Monica did a fantastic job injecting Botox. Monica took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all my questions. The injections were painless and the results are amazing! Perfect 🤩 I got exactly what I asked for the ladies are nice polite and welcoming and most of all HONEST. Alyssa did not disappoint she delivered those injections properly and on point I’m happy with my results and can’t wait till my 2 weeks up so I can add the rest. Update not to happy with my top lip everything has finally settled and yeah I have a ridge on the left upper lip I’ll have to get it corrected but somewhere else.

Alyssa is AMAZING! She was the first to recommend ice for me (and it was her first time meeting me). She was perfectly professional, paced well and was super kind. You can also ask for the aloe to be cold! Ice is a GAME CHANGER. Thanks Alyssa!

I was hesitant on getting the services I wanted which included lip fillers, laser hair removal, and 9 tattoos removed. I decided to have a free consult and just speak with someone. Boy, am I happy I got to speak with Liz! She was fantastic and so knowledgeable. She worked so hard to find me a payment plan I could afford. I’m so grateful and she even got me an appointment the next day. This is when I met the wonderful Grace. She is so sweet and amazing. She helped through everything including adding on an extra package I wanted but was scared to get. She helped me book my appointments around my schedule since I live an hour away and helped me book with the Miami office for my next session since I will be moving. Ashley did my laser removal on all 9 tattoos. She was so empathetic and great at conversation. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I wish I wasn’t moving so I could keep her as the one doing my services. I just want to thank all three beautiful ladies. You are all so wonderful and are helping me get myself to where I want to be! That didn’t hurt at all. So different from my experiences with laser hair removal at other places. Everyone was super nice and I will definitely go back the next time I need a touch up.

I don’t like to write bad reviews, because everyone earns as best they can, maybe the masters there are good, I don’t know, they didn’t hire me to remove my old eyebrow tattoo, they refused because I don’t speak English well. Despite all this, the manager knows my native language, but refused to help, saying that this is an American clinic! But again, in any clinic in America you can ask for an interpreter and that’s normal! It’s like the division of nations and it sucks...

Blown away by the staff and treatment! Katie and Lindsey at the front desk are always so helpful and quick to helpful answer my questions. The director is named Grace-she couldn’t be any more kind, professional or caring. And Kat/Corey know injectables-Intrust their recommendations and expertise. There is a fine art form to injectables so I am careful about where I seek out treatment. They offer several others services that I am excited to explore and look forward to making Laser Away Tampa my new home for medical aesthetics. Special shout out to Katie-I think she answered about 30 questions for me and never made me feel rushed. Exceptional customer service from her!

This is such a pleasure arriving at a point in my journey where things have finally turn completely around. I’ve been getting treatments done for the past year for facial laser hair removal at another company and switching to Laser Away May of 2024 is the best investment I have made in this process. The areas I’m treating are the neck, face and armpits. Grace, Ashley, and Aylissa are absolutely amazing workers and are certainly high in their performance as workers. Full engagement, happy, and confident are the qualities they elude. 95% of the hair in all the above areas have disappeared 3 weeks after my first initial session. Had the best first timer experience today. Kali did my lip filler and she was awesome and made sure I was comfortable! Ali was so nice and Zoe was very helpful with absolutely everything I needed! Cant wait to go back........Changed from 5 stars to 2. I enjoyed the people in office when I was there. I contacted them regarding my filler not distributing/injecting correctly and nothing was done. I think this was due to the employee I was talking to leaving. I then spoke to someone who filled her spot and she listened to my concern, told me shed find a solution, and never contacted me again. Its been a long time and my bottom lip still has a lump in it. Sadly I dont think I will return due to the lack of care regarding my concerns on the faulty filler placement and lack of urgency to fix it.

My visit to Laser Away was nothing short of fantastic. It was my inaugural visit, and I am already looking forward to my next one. The two women at the front desk greeted me with open arms, their enthusiasm and genuine happiness to see me were palpable. Three aspects of my experience were particularly impressive:1. The kindness of the staff was remarkable, especially when there was a minor issue with scheduling my wrinkle relaxer appointment alongside my filler session. The medical professional managed to accommodate me despite the scheduling hiccup, which is not something you see everywhere. Much appreciated!2. The policy on filler usage is revolutionary; being able to use the remainder within 30 days and the option for a touch-up after two weeks is incredibly thoughtful. This contrasts sharply with the wasteful practice of discarding unused filler, a common practice elsewhere.3. The convenience of having appointments available on both Saturday and Sunday for the entire day is a significant advantage. Additionally, the clinics aesthetics are stunningly beautiful, adding to the overall pleasant experience.Entering Laser Away, I had modest expectations, half-expecting a rushed, impersonal experience. However, the reality was the complete opposite, offering a warm, welcoming environment. I believe Ive found my new go-to place for aesthetic treatments.

Amazing. Tried LHR from a different institution with subpar results, expensive fees, and a lot of pain during the process. Laser Away was the exact opposite. Very reasonable price, with almost zero pain, and amazing results. Just got my wife the full lower body package.

Big thank you to Zoe :) I started with Laser in March and have had so many questions, with laser itself, cool sculpting, etc., and Zoe always takes her time to answer any questions thoroughly, In-person, phone calls... and more. As a first time laser gal, i was a little nervous going into the process of getting lasered. However, the staff at laser away in tampa are absolutely amazing! They are all very knowledgeable and informative about laser and other treatments that they offer. Very welcoming and make you feel comfortable! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Liz, Danielle, and Allie and they were absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend going to this establishment!

Grace the Clinic Director is so nice, it was my first time and she gave me a tour of the facilities and went over their services!Kali the clinician who did my facial was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything! 100% recommended!

I waited there over 30 mins after my appointment time and no one let me know there would be a delay or that they would be running behind schedule. After 20 mins of no one communicating to as to when my appointment would start I asked the blonde girl at the desk. When would my appointment start since Ive been waiting 20 mins after my appointment time all she could say was idk. I had to let the girl at the desk know my parking was going to run out by the time they got started (whatever time that would be) and finished my session. I asked to reschedule since now is not a good time for them and she gave me a date two MONTHS in the future. I ended up canceling my whole package because its just too much hassle dealing with a business that doesn’t respect my time.

Not an ideal first laser hair removal experience. First of all the sales woman who I spoke with over the phone told me a couple lies. She said that their lasers didn’t hurt one bit. Another lie was about me feeling relief of my razor burn after my first visit. Also she was very vague about if this would be a permanent solution. She said nobody ever has needed touch ups at all. I found out at the appointment that these were straight lies. The woman who performed my laser hair removal was nice and professional. She wasn’t the liar here. I’m not happy with my purchase at all because of the deceptive selling of this company

Run Away!!!I got bamboozled into the regrettable decision to have IPL done to my arms, in a bundle deal with Thermage to erase sun damage. The technician did a super shoddy job and after many calls and e-mails they finally agreed to 1 comp IPL to fix the damage. Then Grace cancelled the day before my visit, saying they no longer offer it, and lamely offered a free facial to make up for the scars on my arms.Apparently they get a LOT of business using predatory sales tactics. They lie about the efficacy of treatments, and push you to make a decision with little regard for safety.Every other salon I’ve called about IPL (to correct the damage they’ve done) wanted an in person consult, discussed skin tone issues and said IPL isn’t normally done on arms.They refused my refund and hardly acknowledged the problems with their staff, from a shady salesperson who over promised and lied about what I was getting, to booking me (twice) with a tech they “had problems with before”, then pulling the rug out on fixing my damaged skin tone a day before my appointment. I just can’t understand how this place is still in business.If you dont take my word for it , check out their BBB report.Zero stars deserved. There are better, more reputable laser salons, with more experienced techs and even better pricing.

This is my second session on hair removal. I have told everyone I speak to how wonderful the staff is. Everyone is so helpful and transparent so the service is EXCELLENT. I want to add after the first session I did see a major difference, my skin is a lot smoother, less hair and the skin tone under my arms is lighter. Definitely worth the business.

I got my laser removal done by Kaylee who was very professional which helped melt away a lot of insecurities I had coming in. I absolutely love LaserAway! I had a consultation with the Location Director, Liz for the laser tattoo removal. Knowing nothing about this treatment prior, she did amazing thoroughly explaining the who process, pre and post care instructions, what I can expect, and got me on an interest free payment plan which was amazing! It’s been a few weeks since my first treatment and I already see my tattoo fading! Their medical team made me feel so comfortable and safe! 10/10 would recommend! I just booked my 2nd treatment and I found out they’re open 7 days a week which was great to know for my busy schedule!

I have paid thousands of dollars for treatment, I miss one appointment not one person has reached our to me. They are harsh with treatment when they want to do a rush job. Having regrets wishing I didnt pay all that money up front. Most reviews are not honest. I would have stayed away especially them not black people hair growth and thickness is not the same as others especially dealing with pcos shame on them , they dont deal with it so there is no care in the world.

Very disappointed, paid a lot of money for laser hair removal to still have 80% of my hair. Recieved 3 extra laser treatments to still not be at their 80% hair loss results guarantee, when I voiced my concern, was told I could buy more treatments. Pretty much just threw 4k down the drain. Do not recommend.

Very good treatment by the staff, they are kind and respectful, it was my first visit and I felt very comfortable.They clarified all my doubts even though my language is Spanish, so that is not a problem when going.Completely clean installation.The treatment I started is laser hair removal so it will still take a while to see the results. But I can say that it is not painful and during the treatment I was totally comfortable.I would always return with pleasure and recommend them.

Today I had my first appointment at LaserAwey and obviously I cant talk about the results yet, but I want to highlight Athanees incredible care. From the first moment this girl was very friendly and professional. He was helping me with everything and trying to make my experience with this treatment the best. Shes the only girl who speaks Spanish and English in the place, and she didnt even have to go to work today, it was just to help me communicate with the rest in English.
