If i could give more stars I would! I first walked in and noticed how clean and inviting the shop was. Tim is who tattooed me and he did an absolute amazing job! He was super professional and made the process as easy as possible. I will definitely be coming back again soon!

I went here to get a cover up of a stick n poke tattoo, and it was very an great experience. Everybody was very kind and helpful. My tattoo artist David was awesome, he is very talented and efficient at getting his work done and makes it seem so effortless! He listened to my concerns and helped design a tattoo that I loved, when I didn’t like some of the features of the sketch he had no problem reworking it, he was very patient with me and kind as it was my first time getting a professional tattoo.Their prices are fairly affordable and you can be assured you are getting amazing and quality artwork. The people at Legendary made getting a tattoo such an enjoyable experience that I can’t wait to come back in the future. I also got a piercing here about a year prior and Melissa was amazing.I would highly recommend coming here for any of your tattoo or piercing needs.

I’ve had a couple tattoos done by Eric previously and he did a fantastic job!Today I went in to get a nose and helix piercings. Melissa was awesome! She made the experience as smooth and as painless as possible. Loved chatting with her during my appointment as well. She did a great job at going over the after care instructions.The shop itself is very clean and organized. The team there is absolutely hilarious and put you at ease. Plus the view they have of the water, who could complain?!

Melissa was amazing!! I originally came in wanting a rook piercing, but after she took a look at my ear, she explained that it may not be the best one based on my ear’s shape. After discussing my options, she helped me decide that a conch piercing would be most similar to what I wanted and better for my ear. She was patient and gentle, and the shop was extremely clean. I am so happy with my new piercing thanks to Melissa, will definitely be back!

Been going to this shops routinely for the last six ish months, their apprentice Tim Dalton has executed an incredible sleeve for me, he took the time to get to know me, my limits, what helps me, what I wanted, and figured out how to anticipate my needs, and how to not blow out my incredibly sensitive skin! I could not recommend him more highly. The shop it’s self is a vibe, the team is great and have so much character and banter, the environment is always clean and well cared for. Being new to the art of tattooing I’m not sure what I expected.Walking into Legendary Tattoo I was immediately at easy.Staff, atmosphere, decor, cleanliness was all spot on.Owner Mitch stopped to greet us.Melissa got us checked in quickly.My tattoo artist Eric was kind, informative, supportive.I had my first tattoo in December and returned for my second in February. My husband will be receiving his first in a few weeks.Oh and did I mention our ages?I’m 66, my husband is 68.

Melissa is awesome. My daughter and I got piercings done and were lucky enough to be able to do walk ins. Melissa is so sweet and funny. I am all pierced up but my daughter will be back for more piercings. I got a nose piercing and my daughter got ear piercings. I highly recommend Melissa.

Had an amazing conversation with her about the anatomy of my ear and what would be best for me and my healing process. Just love this place and David!! Me and my wife both got several tattoos today From David Blank. I had a photo realistic bee on my hand, our wedding date on my wrist, a palm tree in my calf and some shading that needed to be completed on a previous tattoo that wasn’t completed. My wife had some wording from her mother done on her forearm and a heart on her wrist. He did this all in less than 6 hours in one day for us!! He was so versatile and precise. Light of hand and exceptional quality. The parlor is so clean and cool as well. Just love it here. I would definitely recommend legendary and David to anyone for any type of tattoo.

I live out of the area but was going to be in the area for the weekend, and so I called a week ahead to see if they could accommodate us on a particular day and they got us in with no problem. They had me send the tattoo idea ahead of time and I was able to get an estimate, which I was pleased with, but then it ended up costing even less. We are both pleased with the work that Eric did for us, and I will make the drive to come back for another tattoo.

Melissa is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable. My Tragus piercing was quick and pain free. I highly recommend her.

Was referred here for a piercing. Called and set up a time to come in for later in the day. Went on in and was greeted right away. They took my info real quick, then took me on back. The lady was very kind from beginning to end and made the experience easy and calming. When it was all done we headed out and she gave me the after care instructions and the price was as stated beforehand. All equipment was sterile and the shop was clean. Will return for any future piercing needs. I do recommend, Thanks again!

This place changed my mind entirely. They truly do care about their customers and how they feel about their tattoos. Had a tattoo done pretty bad so I came back and made a complaint. Not only did they give me a refund but they did my tattoo entirely different and exactly the way I wanted it to be. They felt really bad but theyre really good with communication. Im so happy now with my tattoo I am 100% satisfied. Bob did a fantastic job. He went out of his way and took his time out of his day to do my tattoo all over so I can be happy. I originally got my tattoo done by Eric and got it fixed up by Bob who i totally recommend. We texted and talked before the tattoo coming up with ideas. The idea was phenomenal and the tattoo is wonderful. I can now go around confident with my tattoo and show it off. Thank you guys so much I really appreciate everything you guys did. I understand why Eric had a hard time, it was a different kind of style you dont see. Im not mad at thee previous artist, hes new and I understand it must be hard. Thank you guys!!

I was able to come in early for my appointment due to a cancellation. Bob did a Great job tattooing my putter forearm from a picture I brought in. Everyone in the shop was friendly and made me feel comfortable. We talked, laughed, and listened to good music. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience

Environment is spotless and well appointed. Artists work areas well laid out and very functional. Artists are truly skilled and deliver excellent results. This work was done for me by Kaylee, a gifted artist.

Went to Legendary to get a tattoo done, They were great! I gave them a picture of what I wanted when I made the appointment and when I got there it was created exactly like I asked for. Eric did a great job, I love my tattoo! All Staff were pleasant and the shop was clean, nice atmosphere. Not a dark and dingy shop like you find in some places. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest clean place with some very talented artists.

I worked with Bob to get my first Tattoo (Chest Panel both sides) and he not only made me feel very comfortable but also designed a perfect tattoo of what I was hoping for when I told him my vision. It was not as painful as I expected and he made sure the after care I needed to do was clearly relayed. Great business and very happy it was my choice for my first tattoo.

Just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had at Legendary. My ear piercings had closed and Melissa was wonderful getting them re-opened. I got 3 tattoos done by Mitch and couldnt be happier with the results. He was so kind and patient with me during the draft/adjustment phase...even when I needed one of the locations changed. He did amazing work. I left with tattoos that looked even better than I expected and 4 shirts with his awesome custom graphics - a couple for me and a couple for gifts. BEST experience ever!!! My experience at Pirates Cove and Forbidden Images was not good at all. Its worth the drive if you dont live close by. Luckily it was only a 25 min drive for me!

Went down to Florida for vacation and wanted a tattoo. Had a great tattoo artist named Eric. He was very professional and took his time. Eric does great work and when I go to Florida again Ill be getting another one from Eric.

The attractiveness was instantly made worth while after meeting Kaylee, Bob, and David. Not only did Kaylee do an amazing job with my tattoo but the atmosphere was laid back fun and professional. I felt so at home I scheduled another appointment the next week for a different piece. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone!

I recently moved here to Florida and had looked around at some other shops and Legendary was honestly the most pleasant! All of the artists there are extremely kind and easy to along with. I ended up getting work done with Mitch and now I almost have a full sleeve! I love the sessions and the quality of work put out by everyone in the shop is truly Legendary. Kevin designed my tattoo from what I verbally described to him. It was my first tattoo at the age of 58 to represent my battles with cancer, my current battles from the damages caused by the surgeries and treatment, and to remind me to battle going forward. Kevin knew that this was an emotional tattoo and designed and executed the perfect tattoo. The staff was great and the owner is a true gentleman.

This place is very clean has a very cool interior design that makes you feel comfortable. My experience there was so great. The staff would smile at me and say hello as I walked past them. I had good vibes of all I passed. My piercer Melissa was so great I just love her. She was gentle, professional, friendly, funny, and experienced. She made me feel so comfortable and I am a very nervous Nellie. We talked and laughed it was like talking to a best friend. If I was into body piercings and tattoos I would definitely have all my stuff done there... I highly recommend this place and I am telling everyone I know who does this to go there. Hi! I just wanted to thank my tattoo artist David for the cover-up tattoo he did for me. It was very meaningful and emotional for me because the original tattoo was meant to be a tribute to my late brother. Unfortunately, the studio I went to was at a mall, and the place was completely empty. I should have realized then and there the outcome was not going to be a positive one. The tattoo was terrible, and there was no way to fix it. 🫣 David is a true artist, and Im in love with my new tattoo. It is now a true tribute to my brother, and I am proud for everyone to see it. Thanks to everyone at Legendary Tattoos for making the experience so special and fun. Theyre all extremely friendly and really funny. Plus, everyone there is total eye candy! 😍

I flew in from Ohio for a short vacation and took the plunge of getting my very 1st tattoo at the age of 49. Yep...I was a tattoo virgin! Eric was able to accommodate my schedule during that time. It was a 4 hour session, my numbing cream wore off after an hour. Eric took short breaks so I could stretch and go to bathroom. I even had a Happy Meal while I was getting the tattoo! Yes, there are pics, no you cannot see those ones. 🤣 my tat came out beautifully. I already scheduled tattoo #2 with Eric next month...yep, flying down for another one! There is a 3rd one coming as well. Hahhaha. The entire staff was great, checking in on me, joking around. Love this shop and the staff!! Highly recommend this shop.

Absolutely the most amazing shop I have ever been to. Its not just the owner who is great he has surrounded himself with a team that can specialize in many areas. They are clean, professional and its run as a real business. I have even referred people who toured other shops before their first tattoo and had bad experiences, they were floored by Mitch and his ability to listen to what they want, give them sound advice to improve the process and then execute. Spend time here and you will see why they are booked so far in advance.

This place is a blast! Not only are the artists experts at their craft but hilarious while doing it. Kaylee had a pretty big piece to do on my arm and before I knew it she was done and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. I’ll be booking in more for sure.

I was lucky enough to get pierced by Melissa. She honestly made the whole process so much less stressful and was incredibly reassuring the entire time. Bed side manner is 10/10. Definitely not the type of piercer who rushes you out; she makes sure youve got your bearings back if you are the type to get a bit light head and dizzy ( like me ). My daughter just got her first tattoo today and it was an amazing experience. When she felt kinda nauseous Josh helped her calm down, take a break and cool off before he continued. Such a nice atmosphere, nice people and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place!! Josh is amazing!!

I’ve been patronizing this business for over 10 years. The owner and staff are all professional, clean, careful, and accommodating. They have tattooed everyone in my immediate family, from grandma to my newest 18 year old. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for ink. My tattoos from 10 years ago are still as colorful and vibrant as they were when I got them.

I made an appointment at Legendary Tattoos to have my ears pierced again. However, Melissa informed me the piercing was closed just needed to be stretched. She could have lied and charged me for a new piercing. But Melissa is honest, kind, professional and friendly, too. Everything was very clean, as well. Mitch did my previous tattoo of my first childs baby footprint with spring flowers, so I wanted him to do another tattoo of my second borns footprint with autumn leaves mirroring the other leg. Both are gorgeous and he took special care on customizing each one. Studio is very clean and has a gorgeous view. Mitch was very professional and kept a good conversation going so I didnt really feel the needle, also has an extremely steady hand for lines and colors as if he were drawing on paper.

I called around a couple of tattoo parlors to see if there were any availability for a small tattoo and many shops did not even answer the phone around here. These guys were super professional and were able to fit me in at the end of their day. When we got inside, (my friend and I), we were greeted and sat down to do our paperwork and waited barely 15 minutes before we were seen and we came in 15 minutes early of our appointment. Clean work, kind people. Highly recommend

Ive been a customer at Legendary Tattoo for the past five years have grown increasingly impressed with the work coming from this shop! Ive had approximately 24 hours worth of work on both arms and theyve come out flawless. All of the artists in the studio are friendly and the shop has a very relaxed hang-out kind of a feel. Ive spent hours in this shop and always feel like Im chilling out in my living room with a few friends. Customer service has been top notch from the start and, of the many shops Ive been in, it is by far the cleanest.

This was my second piercing, but my first time going here. The process was very quick and efficient. Melissa pierced my ears and did a wonderful job! She was super nice and made sure that the piercing was to my liking. I highly recommend this place for piercings!

I had my entire sleeve done here and couldnt be happier! Im not kidding when i say i cant go anywhere without people commenting and holding me up for 5 minutes to look at it and ask where i had it done.As far as cost goes, Mitch is much lower cost than artists within his skill level. His talent is that of an artist that would charge a few hundred an hr. Ive told him a lot of times hes selling himself short, but he says those are his prices and thats that! Ill be back for more ink, and id recommend this shop to anyone. Every artist Ive come in contact with has been super nice and professional. Just love this place!

#bobbysux was Awesome!! He was able to fit me in on a walk-in , which made my day, it’s been over 10 years since my last tattoo and I was nervous 😬 about the pain again but he was as gentle as you could be with a needle and was done in a flash. His artistic skills are amazing! I definitely recommend them for tattooing... oh and I got a free shirt!!

I previously had a problem with this shop and their lack of customer service, and responding to customers in a timely manner. My husband and I came in because the reviews were some of the best in the area, and while the tattoos are excellent the customer service is SERIOUSLY lacking. I was going to go elsewhere, but the owner told me to come in and explain why i was upset. So i did, and he ended up giving me a gift certificate for all the confusion. Upon scheduling my appointment, the owner said I would be paying $200-300 more after the gift certificate. After canceling with a different shop that i would get the whole thing done for $350, and in one day. And Ive already paid $700 and its only half done.. I have no problem with lance, his work is beautiful. My problem is with the customer service and being told 5 different quoted prices (though I have heard of customers not getting quoted at all). I understand completely that it is just a quote, but when the owner of a shop tell you one thing and you end up paying 2.5 times more, I have a big problem with it. I will not recommend anyone go here to get work done.

By far the Best tattoo shop in all of Tampa Bay area! Its worth the trip to Tarpon Springs for their service. The shop owned by Mitch has an amazing atmosphere and super clean. Lastly, its a tattoo shop thats run like a business that cares about the customer. Mitch, and the rest of the artists are super friendly and very talented. Best tattoo place! I have 8 tattoos and i have gotten 5 from here. I know most of the employees but i get most of my work done from Jon(Sandman) and have gotten work done from Mitch also. I will only get my work done from here. My mother and many people have also gotten work done here. I also got my nose pierced here and they did a fantastic job.

Asked for a simple tattoo of my mothers handwriting on my wrist to honor her memory. The artist turned me away saying that the writing was too small (it was in a greeting card) and would have to be blown up to go down the entire length of the inside of my arm. Just Love you, Mom down the inside of my arm? I just think the job was too small and he didnt want to be bothered. Either incompetent or too selective as to the job. Either way, I would never go back. Too many artists to choose from.

I just walked out of Legendary Tattoo. I am a concert pianist. I am on stage all year long. Claudia, the owners mother tattooed my eye brows and she literally ruined my face. She referred me to a tattoo removal artist and said she will be responsible for payment. I went. The fixing of my eye brows will cost me $750 and she finally confirmed she is not going to pay for nothing. I am texting and e-mailing the owner of Legendary Tattoo, Mitch, and he is ignoring my messages. I wish I can post pictures to show everyone the terrible work that was done. I hope they step in to cover my expenses. If they do, I promise I will delete this review and give them the best review for assuming responsibility. If they dont, I will sue them at a Small Claims Court and I will let you all know the outcome of it. BTW, the new tattoo removal artist, blown away by the low quality of Legendary Tattoo work, offered to be my witness in court by presenting his professional testimony. Ill keep you all posted. Respectfully.

I drove all the way from Riverview based on the reviews and online portfolios. I was looking for a coverup, if it was possible. I spoke with an artist, fully understanding that I may not be able to get what I had envisioned. I made an appointment for about a month and a half from the date that I went in for the estimate. I was assured by my artist that he was very responsive to customers and that he would work with me. I paid a non refundable down payment of 100 dollars for my appointment. I was told to think of concepts and ideas. When I asked how I was to send them, I was told texting would be ok. I texted repeatedly and never got any sort of response. I didnt get a drawing or an email or anything. Nothing. When I made the appointment, I made to specifically get in an out before I needed to be at my sons school to pick him up. My tattoo would have started as a coverup but ended up a decent sized back piece. So it was going to require multiple sessions. I am pretty pissed off. Im sure the work is phenomenal, for some of the artists, but at this point, feel like my money was essentially swindled right out of my pocket. I would just love a refund, but I know that isnt going to happen. I mean if I cant trust the artist to do what he says intros of customer service, how can I trust him to put ink on my body. Careful who you trust....

If you want the best service, quality, cleanliness and artists this is the place to go. The owner Mitch is a great guy and always eager to assist you as well as an incredible artist !
