The 1 and only major aesthetic procedure I would completely recommend to anyone who is a candidate is laser hair removal. And only from LaserSpa of Tampa Bay. I will drive an hour to get laser treatment here! Everyone is very nice, down to earth, no overselling. Just straight great service and explanations of everything. I cant say enough good things. And they run monthly specials on different treatments, so keep an eye out.

I have been going to this place for years! Its one of the most updated and cleanest places I have been to for IPL laser treatments, laser hair removal and tattoo removal. I would recommend trying this place as they do way more than the 3 things I mentioned!

Loving my laser hair results. Ive had 6 sessions and see a huge difference! I have thick black coarse hair and now can finally wear a bikini comfortably and not feel embarrassed! Ive never had a bad experience here. They are almost always on time for appointments - out of the 15 times Ive been there I think I had to wait like 10 minutes once. The staff is friendly- Donna is great. I just realized I can book appointments online, which is handy. I normally just book my next visit before checking out though.

This is my go to spa. I have been getting laser hair removal for some time and the results are amazing.I never wait longer than 5 minutes at the lobby, ladies are professional and know me now a bit personally. I always feel like a queen and love coming back!

Love this place! Donna does fantastic with lip fillers as well as Botox. Receptionist is always super nice. They have tons of options for different things. Im never waiting for more than a few minutes and the appts are quick and to the point but very personable too.

I had a tattoo removal done and it definitely hurt, but Barbara made my experience as comfortable and quick as possible she was absolutely amazing!

I have been going to LaserSpa for several years. I started off with laser hair removal and got great results, the best results out of anyplace I have been too. I then started tattoo removal on a larger tribal tattoo on my lower back. I have only been a handful of times and the results are incredible. It has nearly faded entirely and the pain level is bearable, the most painful was my first session. Barbara explained everything to me and was very thorough. Would highly recommend LaserSpa and they also accommodate people that work 9-5 by having late hours on certain days.

Ive had laser hair removal at 2 other places and this place, by far, is the best. Excellent results and the lowest cost around. (Ideal Image wanted to charge me more than 3 times the price for the same procedure). Also, the hours are great and its always easy to get an appt. The receptionist is so sweet and accommodating. Ive had nothing but positive experiences here.

Couldn’t say enough good things about the staff here, I’ve worked with all the women who specialize in different things and each of them are AMAZING!! I’ve had my lips done with Donna, my tattoos removed by Barbie and just had my first VI peel with the other girl ( I forget her name ) and she also tinted my eyebrows, ( and did amazing job btw) ! I literally won’t go anywhere else mever once have they made me feel like “ just a customer” we always laugh everytime about some dumb story we have to tell!Such honest caring beauticians!!! A friend recommended Laser Hair Spa Removal of Tampa Bay so that I would no longer have to get wax removal, so I originally went to get laser hair removal on my underarms and loved the results and the staff. They are as friendly and professional as can be. I loved it so much I went back and got my legs and am now finishing my bikini area. Recommend Barb and her staff 100%!

I came for my first laser tatoo removal with Barbara and had no idea what to expect. She was very professional and explained my options for different lasers, price points, and the amount of estimated sessions for tattoo removal. I say estimated because she has no way of knowing how everyones individual bodies will react and how many sessions you may need all together. It was a fabulous first experience for an unwanted tattoo and I will be back in 6 weeks to start removal of a 2nd unwanted tattoo. I was impressed that after 1 session I can already see the tattoo starting to fade. I did opt for the pico laser which is more expensive but normally needs less sessions for total removal. It is quite painful but I was able to do it without any numbing cream or anesthesia. Thanks again Barbara!

I went here a few years ago to remove a tattoo. I believe it was The owner who was removing my tattoo. She recently had a baby and just had came back to work. When she put the red laser on my wrist to remove the tattoo( I think around my 8th time being there), she moved the dial and said “ oh I didn’t know you could make it smaller.” My mine was blown. I was shocked that someone who had the machine and was using it on people didn’t even know how to use it properly. I had gotten about 8 or so sessions with them. Now I have white pigment / scaring where they went over my Tattoo in the design of my tattoo. I called last week to tell them that years later I still have a scar from where she put the laser. They said to send an email with photos- I sent them an email and it’s been over a week and no one has gotten back to me. Save your money and to elsewhere.

Ive been having a tattoo removed from my arm. Weve had three sessions and my stupid decision at 18 years old is almost gone. I also recently had the laser resurfacing procedure completed on my face. It is still early on in the healing process but things are coming along great. Barbara is always professional and makes sure you know what you are getting into and what you should expect. Dont waste your time at the chains that treat you like a quota filler for the month.

Im only giving 4 stars because I didnt get any work done here. I just want to say that Barbara Frangos is awesome. I wanted laser hair removal and Im very dark skinned. She was honest enough to tell me that her current laser may not give me the results I wanted AND she told me where to go to have it done instead. So shes ethical and not just about making money like some other places that will tell you what you want to hear and give bad results. Someone like Barbara is who Id want to work on my skin. Im so glad I found LaserSpa of Tampa Bay! I have had one IPL treatment with Barbara (for rosacea) and already can see great results - Barbara is knowledgeable, skilled and provided first class service. I honestly wish I would have found them sooner.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR LASER TATTOO REMOVAL!I have a 2 tall by 1 wide tattoo on the back of my neck. Normally I go to Ideal Image, but they werent available the day I needed to get a treatment, so I came to Laser Spa of Tampa Bay. The girl that did the laser for me, told me that she would call Ideal Image to see what setting they used on me so she can match it. Then she told me the charge would be $140 for this TINY tattoo that was pretty much all faded (when the girl on the phone told me it would be anywhere from $70 to $100 by the way. So just curious, if 1 laser treatment for a 2 tattoo costs $140, then what do you charge $70 for? A mole!?)Needless to say, the girl never called Ideal Image. She skipped around every question I asked about how many more sessions I need (because thats how they make their money! They turn the settings of the machine lower so you have to go back and give them more money!) The tattoo did not fade not ONE bit! And now Im out $140. HORRIBLE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR LASER TATTOO REMOVAL!

I’ve been going to LaserSpa on and off for several years now. My most recent experience was life changing. I had surgery several years ago that left me with dark pigmented areas around the whole area which made me extremely self conscious. Two visits almost completely cleared them. Thank you LaserSpa for everything!

I went to Laser Spa of Tampa Bay for laser hair removal. After a quick consult, I had the procedure done. I was painful during the process and asked the technician to stop and she kept going. I said stop several times and she finally gave me a break. We finished out the session and I left. I later found out that the machine used on me used IPL, or Intense Pulsed Light, which is NOT a laser and not nearly as effective at hair removal. Using an IPL will only cost you more money, as you will have to come back for repeated sessions. The use of the IPL machine was not discussed with me prior to the procedure, and I did not request it. As expected, after the first session I saw zero results. I went to another facility that uses actual lasers for hair removal and saw results immediately. I will not return to this facility.

I recently had a procedure of micro-bladed eyebrows removal, and I must say, I’m beyond happy with the results, Then decided to do laser hair removal in some areas and YES ...it works as promised!!Affordable prices and great service

Had permanent eyebrow makeup removed. Took 4 appts to remove it. Very little/no scarring. Barbara did an excellent job. Would recommend to anyone needing any type of tattoo removed.

Do not waste your money on the sculptra butt lift! They will lie to you and tell you that you will have a fuller rounder buttockd with fuller hip dips but you will not receive that at all. I paid close to $6000 and when it was all said and done I was told that the sculptra was only to fill in dimples
