Shane did a half sleeve of a wavy American flag on my Left Arm. About 4 to 5 years ago. I still get compliments when people see it. Thank You Shane I always let them know where I got it done at and who did it. Sinner Soul is the only place to go for quality tattoos. A step above the rest !

My brother and I had an awesome experience getting tattoos here. Shane does an awesome job and his shop is extremely clean . Summer also did my first tattoo in July and did a great job on my wrist tattoo. My friend is going there tomorrow to get his done , we postponed his after very good advice from Shane to wait until his skin wasn’t dry from sunburn. I highly recommend Sinner Soul Tattoo, very professional and friendly !

I initially only left a rating, but after Shai’s lovely, professional response I wanted to explain my rating further.I left a deposit for a specific artist that matches my style. I could no longer book with that artist and my only option was a new artist and Shane, both of which I have absolutely no interest in scheduling with.I’ve also interacted with Shai a few times, and as you can guess from her response, she’s rude, obnoxious, and honestly not a very good piercer.I reached out for my deposit to be refunded and of course Shane basically told me to go eff myself.Also the shop is dirty. Take care! ;)

This was my first time being tattooed by Shane and I had a great experience, he was very kind, helpful and understanding because I did make last minute changes to my tattoo. The pricing was great, the shop as well is very clean and sterile. I highly recommend bc I know I’ll be back!!

Decided last minute to get a new tattoo, walked into Sinner Soul and was immediately greeted by Shane (the owner). Walked out a short time later with a kickass tattoo. The shop was very clean, Shane was extremely professional and triple checked my stencil placement to make sure I got the tattoo I wanted. I recommend this shop and artist to anyone who’s wanting a new tattoo!

Got my septum re-pierced here today, the lady that helped me today was super friendly and open with everything, she made sure that it was in the right spot and did everything super professionally and very clean changing her gloves after touching stuff, 100/10 will be coming back for me next piercings

Very Slow and UnprofessionalThe piece I got done took waaaay too long. I have over a dozen other tats, so Id like to think that I have a decent idea of about how long a piece should take. My artist took almost 3 hours to complete a tat that is about the size of my hand (and no, the piece does not contain a ton of detail). I have other tats with way more detail that have been done in half the time. SO- the fact that this piece took almost 3 hours can only be caused by two things:a) the artist being inexperiencedb) the fact that they charge by the hour 🤔Never have I had an artist work so slowly or take so many breaks.( Actually, Ive NEVER had an artist step out in the middle of work because THEY needed a break.)After I was told to come in, greeted by an empty shop (locked- the artist went to get food without telling me she was stepping out), then I had to wait for her to eat the food... she proceeded to take 3 different breaks to stretch (outside).Never have I had a tattoo artist expect me to sit upright of the side of a massage table (no back support) for nearly 3 hours. FYI- this is NOT good for your lower back.In total my tat cost me $380, more than any other tat I have on my body, and is only a little bigger than my plam. They only take cash btw.On the bright side, the artist did nice work. and it is exactly what I wanted- But, still... never again.

This place uses only the highest quality equipment, and maintains a clean, sterile environment; while also bearing in mind the current state of economy. A bit rough around the edges, but respect and honor is the code, not so much political correctness. Shane knows his trade and truly you will not find a better cover up artist. He will tell you in all of Berks County, but as a tattooist who has worked well outside of Berks County, I have yet to see anyone who doesnt still employ the old blackout method. Shane, however, utilizes a technique that is bursting with brilliant color. Tattooist Shane Ott is a man of integrity and demands those in his employ to be as well. He comes from an old school mentality where apprenticeships werent bought and sold, but earned through hard work and dedication. He has been tattooing consistent colorful work throughout the changes in the industry and is a wellspring of knowledge.Shai Ott is also a piercist dedicated to quality work. She greets her clients with a brilliantly warm smile, and keeps them feeling calm and well tended to through her affectatious personality, joyously humble spirit, efficiency, and desire to give each client a personalized and thorough experience.

You can go somewhere else and save a dollar with posers and want to bes,and you know who you are. Tattoos are a personal reflection of who you are.They are also permanent.Shane has over 30 years experience and truly takes the the time and effort to see that you leave with something you will be proud to display the rest of your life.You cant put a price on knowledge and pride. IT ONLY COSTS A LITTLE EXTRA TO GO FIRST CLASS.

Safe clean and secure shop, hands down best artist I’ve ever used. I had searched for years for the perfect set of wings. They have deep meaning to me. And when I found them, I wasnt going to trust just anyone with them. I found Shane and he felt it, and knocked it out of the park. I cried when I saw them complete. Today he did a barcode for me. Sheer precision linework. Dont have enough good things to say. Book with the best or get screwed by the rest. Your ink your choice. Ill take Shane any day of the weekAnd twice on Sunday

Great service & a very clean parlor my boy got his ear’s pierced not only did they make sure he was absolutely comfortable about his piercing they also walked him threw the maintenance process, gained his trust and over all made this experience one to never forget!! 10/10I definitely recommend!Sinner Soul for your next Piercing or Tattoo.

Had a cover up on a 30 year old tattoo, its hard to find someone willing to do a cover up. When I heard about Shane at Sinner Soul Tattoo, I went to have a consultation with him and was very impressed with his ideas. Went back two weeks later and needless to say, I am extremely happy with my new tattoo. Doesnt even look like a cover up. I would highly recommend Sinner Soul Tattoo.

Very happy with my artist! I was a walk in and welcomed by the owner Shane. They were able to squeeze me in between appointments and I left there happy and will return for another one!

Best tattoo place. I went there for my first tattoo and Kevin was wonderful. He answered all of my questions. Kevin could tell I was nervous so he went slow so I could get used to the feeling. My tattoo came out better than I ever could have imagined. I will never go anywhere else for a tattoo and neither should you!

I didnt even go in because I called to ask if they did piercings and the woman was extremely rude. A friend of mine also called asking about a piercing and the man in the background yelled to the person that answered hang up the f-ing phone we dont do piercings... took a friend here once a few years ago and it was great but after this I will never go again.

Workers were very kind, the piercer was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, also answered any questions I had. Great place, highly recommend!

Got a tattoo recently and i love it! Its exactly what i wanted and the price was definatly right by me! They are a great group of guys!! Would definatly get another one from them!

They did my tat back in febuary... They are really goood and not just one guy all of them .... Looking for a tat walking there you wont be mad ...planning to get my next tat in a couple weeks

I went in for a tattoo and left because they were very rude and the shop wasn’t very clean.

I came in with a very plain idea and Micah really transformed it into something really nice. I get a lot of compliments on my tat.
