I have to say I am very impressed. We had our nose pierced at another shop and was constantly given the run around about nasal rings. I stumbled on this place in a search and went to buy a nose ring. Found the staff to be helpful, friendly, and lovely. Went back again today for my partner and was met with more wonderful people including the owner. She was able to fit me in the right ring and very educational, and made me feel at home. Helped us both find jewelry that looked good on us and just the entire staff and vibe is amazing. The drive was worth it and will always do business with them.

The place is very clean and professional. Everything is beautiful in there. Custom made tables for their jewelry. Everyone was wearing scrubs. I had a really rough time today and they made things so nice and wonderful for me. I didnt catch the owners name, but she was quite lovely. Definitely coming back when we can to get more piercings. Highly recommend this place ☺️

My daughters and I went In today to get a piercing re done after a pervious piercing somehow came out. We had an amazing experience again and will always return here for any future piercing needs. The owner was so patient with my 6 year old making sure it was in the perfect place. Highly recommended

This is by far one of the best shops in town. I’ve been here on two separate occasions and they do such a good job at explaining what they’re doing, the type of jewelry they’re using, and generally walking you through the process so you can have the knowledge and information necessary, like all places should! I’ve only been met with friendliness and professionalism, no bad vibes at all. All of the piercings here have also well and no complications. Whether you’re looking to get a piercing or need new jewelry, I recommend this spot.

Today was my 1st visit to STTP. From the moment I walked in the energy & ambience was off the charts! All the staff were genuinely warm, welcoming & personable. Although they were very busy at the time…service was fast & well organized. As a local business owner myself I couldn’t help but appreciate the intention that’s gone into how they present their business & take care of their customers. After meeting the owner…it all made sense. Lisa & her husband are equally gracious & caring…they instantly made me feel like family. The entire experience was unmatched & I left there overflowing with pride to have connected with yet another vibrant member of the Tucson small-business community who’s doing things the right way.

I had a great experience here. Leo was my piercer and he was very professional. He was gentle and concerned about how I was doing through the entire process. They also offer aftercare to ensure your piercing is successful. Will definitely be returning.

Let me start by saying Lisa is soooo incredible!!I cannot express enough how amazing this piercing shop is. All the staff are knowledgeable, patient, and extremely kind. I had my cartilage pierced by Alec (which healed perfectly) and loved the shop so much I came back to have my flat pierced by Lisa a few years later (which also healed perfectly).Lisa is extraordinary. She goes above and beyond for her customers. STTP is literally the only shop I trust with my piercings and I will never go anywhere else ever again!Also the jewelry selection they have is so unique! The shop is so clean and sanitary. Just great vibes overall!🫶🏻

Straight to the point was good, they do great piercings. For what you’re looking for they’re the best. They WILL also do hoops for most piercings, where most people will just do studs.However they don’t have higher than 20 gauge which sometimes is annoying. Jewelry options could be better.

This past weekend, we took our 5-year-old to get her ears pierced, and our experience at STTP was amazing! The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, but Alec, our piercer, truly stood out. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made the experience delightful and stress-free for us and our little one.The studio itself was impeccably clean and stylishly decorated with cool metal accents. Alec took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and aftercare, addressing all our questions with both expertise and a reassuring demeanor. It was evident that he genuinely cared about my daughter’s comfort and well-being throughout the process.STTPs commitment to ensuring that all clients, including young ones, give verbal consent was particularly impressive. It empowered my daughter to actively participate in her piercing experience, which was a wonderful. The actual piercing was quick and smooth, and she didn’t shed a tear!I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out. Alec was amazing. We took our daughter who is only 5 years old to have her ears pierced for the first time. He was so gentle and explained everything to our daughter. She was a little nervous but he earned her trust. She never cried and was totally excited afterwards. The staff was amazing and so sweet to her. Liliana was so sweet and amazing! We took our 8 year-old to get her ears pierced on 2/22/24, and on 3/30/24; Alec was her piercer, and was wonderful. They were also helpful over the phone, and in person as a walk-in, the 2nd time on 3/30/24. Their piercing salon is clean, professional, and they sell wonderful earrings there, too! If you go as a walk-in, get there early right after they open at 12 pm, because they are popular, and they do get busy; thats a good sign! I highly recommend them!

Lisa is amazing! She did a great job with my piercing and it’s healing great. Just went in to get the tygon replaced and it was pretty quick once we started. Great atmosphere and employees.

This is such a wonderul place to get piercings and jewelry. The atmosphere and all of the employees are super helpful and kind. They walk you through picking out jewelry to what they are doing before and dueing your piercing, to aftercare. Ive gotten two piercings here and both times, I didnt feel rushed at all in any part of the process. I very highly recommend this establishment for anyone.

I had a great experience here getting multiple piercings done in 2019, and would go back in a heartbeat if I still lived in Tucson. Lovely studio and great selection of jewelry, which has been in my ears everyday since then and is amazing quality. What stuck out to me and why I am writing a review now, 5 years later, is the amazing customer service Lisa and Talitha provided me a few weeks ago. They truly went above and beyond and I cant thank them enough. Their kindness went a very long way!

I am a teenager who went with my mom to get an industrial piercing today.This is our second time getting a piercing done at STTP, and both times have been a great experience.The establishment is beautiful, clean, professional and has a huge variety of jewelry.Today was busier then expected, but the staff was still friendly and attentive.We recommend calling ahead for an appointment, and giving yourself a little extra time to park if you are going around rush hour.If you are underage, just bring a parent with you to sign a waiver.10/10 will be recommending them to friends and family.

We had my daughter’s ears pierced here in July after being recommended by a friend.Unfortunately it was not a good experience. The woman who did the piercings wasn’t great with kids and unfortunately wasn’t fast but rather slid the piercing needle verrrrry slowly through the earlobe, causing more pain than necessary.The very next day, one of the earring backings fell off. That should have been our clue that the earrings were not sterile, surgical steel, piercing studs as advertised. It’s now five months later and the ears still haven’t healed. We finally bought some sterile, surgical grade studs ourselves and switched them out today. (I’m including a pic of the original studs. You can see that they’re not proper piercing quality.) Due to the poor quality of the original studs, both ears had crust buildup and pus. My poor daughter is in so much pain, but she’s determined to see it through because she wants to have earrings so badly.I’m incensed that we paid $80 only to have an experience worthy of Claire’s. I hope future customers get a better experience and proper studs. No one should have to go through this much pain just for pierced ears.

Ive gotten my septum done in the past but most recently got both my nostrils pierced. They are just so kind, so professional, the vibe is wonderful. For someone who is absolutely petrified of needles this is the only place I will go to get pierced. They make you feel so comfortable and safe. The only place I will ever recommend for piercings.

UPDATE: Continue to have great experiences here. Wonderful place to get piercings & receive help w/ the healing process. Also a great place to buy quality jewelry. They use implant grade titanium & other high quality metals & use only the safest methods for piercing, unlike Claires etc. The owner is especially generous. All the employees/piercers have been AWESOME.We have been here twice. Once for help with ear piercings previously done in the mall (& they gave us advice that completely took care of our problem). The other time was for a septum piercing for my teen (another great experience)! EDIT: Multiple other piercings and visits here this past year. And we still love this place! ❤️

My daughter had her ears pierced for her birthday and they did such an incredible job. I love that they pierced her ears with a needle instead of a gun because it doesn’t cause trauma that inevitably creates scar tissue that feels like a hard knot in the ear lobe. So that’s a huge plus. The facility is very clean and they are well trained and informative.

I absolutely LOVE it here ! It’s super clean, and has a very welcoming environment. I now live in a different state but any time I come down to visit I come to them ! There have been a few times I’ve tried different places and have always been mad at myself for not just coming here. I came in today to have two of my nose piercings fixed by them and it was done quickly ! I highly recommend coming here for all your piercing needs, or even to fix piercings from other shops ! I also love their jewelry selection super beautiful pieces!

10/10 recommend coming I had gotten my nose pierced at a mall twice and both times it was awful. Then finally I decided to go to a ACTUAL piercing place and I’m obsessed 😍. They were so helpful and helped me with what would be best for me since I wanted it repierced in the same spot. The man who did it was the best it was quick and easy. Great experience!

Went in to get my 4 years olds ears pierced and everybody we encountered from the moment we walked in the door was phenomenal and polite. I didn’t make an appointment and they got us in and out quickly. Leo was INCREDIBLE with my daughter! He was so patient, told her everything he was doing every step of the way and made us all feel comfortable. He was knowledgeable and very detailed about the whole process including after care. After one ear was pierced my daughter was hesitant to do the other, he gave us some time alone in the room so I could calm her down and he answered all her questions. Such a pleasant, memorable experience from start to finish.

I just love coming here. They have the most beautiful jewelry, and the sweetest staff! I have been coming here for many years and the people have changed but the atmosphere has not. The piercers are smart, friendly, and professional. The place is clean! All the display cases are hand made and interesting to look at and in and its not a place just for ladies, they have men in there too. Men work there consulting, piercing there, and get pierced there. My husband and I both got Daith piercings about 5 years ago. Ive been back a couple times since. This is a pic of my Daith and my 2 most recent-tragus and helix. Im so happy with the jewelry and location. I would and do recommend this shop to everyone. I would never go anywhere else! I love you guys so much.

This is way late, but I loved this place. Super clean, very professional, high-quality products and service, kind and skilled staff. I doubt Id go anywhere else in Tucson to get pierced since this place opened. I havent been in a long time, so I dont know if anything changed since then, but when I went a few years ago, it was awesome.

Had a wonderful experience here! Welcoming staff, organized, smooth process, great selection of quality jewelry! I was nervous to get my ears pierced after a bad experience over a decade ago which led to my ear tearing. This process was so much better for me! They walk you through everything so you don’t feel nervous, are very thorough when making sure to pierce you in the exact right spot(s), and I was pleasantly surprised by how much it didn’t hurt! 10/10 would recommend and can’t wait to go back again!

Updated review on bottom of original review.The staff was ok, the atmosphere was good. I came in to purchase a replacement tragus stud due to one of mine falling out that had not been changed in 10 years. They took me back quickly to pick out/size me for the jewelry. I asked if them putting the jewelry in would be a problem as I had never changed it on my own. They said it would take 15 min for sanitation of the new jewelry, and then they would put it in right after. I waited in the lobby for almost 2 hours before I finally just asked for the jewelry and left without it being installed. I could not wait any longer due to my schedule. I was pretty discouraged by not being able to get my jewelry changed in the shop, but my husband was able to help me at home. I probably would have appreciated it if they had just told me they could not fit me in vs. waiting for almost 2 hours. I told them 30 min before I had to leave that I needed to leave at 2. I kept being told it would only be 5-10 more min. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I would definitely visit the shop again.. but ONLY with an appointment and with no obligations that would cause me to need to leave.UpdatedI actually just lowered this review from 3 stars to 2. I went to a different piercing shop today and was blown away from the difference in service. I will not be back to this location. I have found better.

As an elder emo who has had almost everything pierced, I have been to a good amount of piercing shops in AZ. My best friend took me to Straight to the Point about 6+ years ago and paid for me to get my Medusa pierced as a push present. I still love it and have never had an issue with the piercing. Ive since gone back and had several other piercings changed out and upgraded I had done at other shops, had several dermal piercings placed, my nipples, my high nostril, and a few others. The staff is primarily women which always puts me at ease, especially when I have to whip out certain parts of my body. Theyre comforting and professional. You need to make an appointment or youll be waiting hours, if they can even see you at all. They are popular and busy and have selective hours. Their jewelry is also amazing and locally sourced. It is good material and as someone with the most sensitive skin, I appreciate the fact that nine of their jewelry has ever caused an issue.

I’ve never felt so cared for and comfortable while getting a piercing. Leo is a true gem and it was an honor to meet him and be pierced by him. The whole place is professional through and through and very clean. Happy I stopped in and I’ll definitely be back. ❤️

Update: I had made a post about my last visit and the experience my 5 yr old and I had. They immediately responded to my post. I appreciate their offer and will definitely take them up on their offer as soon as I think my daughter is ready again. I still think this business is the best choice for piercings and jewelry and hopefully will be for my daughter.I have bought jewelry and received piercing from this shop/gallery. The inside is set like an art gallery. Beautiful metal work all around. Very clean. The experience is very peaceful. They have beautiful jewelry. I highly recommend this place.

I took my 8 year old daughter for her first ear piercing and everyone was so wonderful. We made an appointment about 8 months ago, but together my daughter and Lisa decided it wasn’t the right time. Lisa still took the time to walk my daughter through the process so she would know what expect when she came back. We came back today and Alec did an absolutely amazing job walking her through every step. Everyone is so kind. It is a business, but they make it clear that the people are more important than the money. My daughter had an absolutely amazing experience that she was completely in charge of. Thank you!

Mine and my daughters experience here exceeded expectations. Upon entering, you can tell the owners and management put a lot of love, care, and detail into the beautifully designed shop. The atmosphere is incredibly calming and I couldnt help but stare at the craftsmanship of the decor. The amazing individuals I had the pleasure of interacting with were incredibly kind, patient, and genuine. We received assistance right away by getting signed in, signing forms, picking out our jewelry, and the piercing process itself was impeccable. Its been a very, very long time since Ive experienced such a warm and receptive experience from any shop or store. I will definitely return very soon! It was an experience Ill cherish for a lifetime.

My daughter, age 11, got her ears pierced here 3 weeks ago. My daughter said she did not really feel them pierce her earlobe. They use a much more precise way of piercing than when my mom took me to get my ears pierced. They provided wonderful, detailed instructions for after care. 1 week after the piercing my daughter told me that her ears were really itchy, especially when she sprayed on the aftercare saline. When I looked, at them really closely, her ear lobes were bright red and bumpy. I called and they told me to come right in. Since we did not know what was causing the allergic reaction, they changed out her studs (surgical steel with butterfly back) to titanium push pin rods. They advised her to wash her ears, carefully and rinse front and back in the shower. Such a great and caring place. Highly recommend.

Straight to the Point is the best. We had to rebook an appointment after hearing about how the after care for piercing would be impacted by summer swimming. The staff was so understanding, and sympathetic to our disappointment that our initial appointment had to be rescheduled. They even labeled and saved our chosen jewelry for us. Today, over one month later, we returned and got pierced. Breanna helped us with all of the pre-piercing education and made sure we had every question answered. She is SO knowledgeable! Jackie our piercer was OUTSTANDING. She was so professional, patient, and compassionate with us. Everyone made us feel so welcome and comfortable both times we were there. Today we did first time ear piercing for one of us, and a nostril piercing for the other. We are already looking forward to our next piercings!

What a caring, gentle and kind place! They came recommended to me, and I see why. They were extremely professional, clean, prompt, and great on communication. They told me what they were going to do before they did it, asked if I had questions, and made sure I was happy. They went out of their way to make it a peaceful great experience!

The staff is rude. I sent my boyfriend to pick up a nose ring for me, i know the size i need and exactly what I’m looking for, they refused to assist him in picking out a nose ring for me and said “we won’t let you won’t buy anything” so there’s no point in even showing him their selection for him to take a picture for me to reference and come in myself like they “suggested” This is not the first time I’ve heard about the staff here being rude for no reason, and i won’t be going there to “try on” any nose rings before buying. Plenty of other piercing shops in Tucson who aren’t rude and are actually willing to sell their gold jewelry.

My 9 year old daughter was very nervous and worried about the pain. Everyone here was so kind and supportive (including the customers). Alex pierced her ears and explained everything he was doing as they went along in order to make her feel more comfortable. It was a great experience!

My daughter got her nose pierced a couple years ago (excellent service then!) and when I came in today without my daughter the staff remembered me and asked about my daughter! Not only was the price amazing for such a great place. Your welcomed by kind helpers. I felt calm there and there is even amazing music. Leo made me feel not nervous about the ear piercing. They give you a wide variety of options to choose from. Not only are they sanitary, they tell you how to keep a piercing sterilized. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND. I’m never going anywhere else.

This shop has such a wonderful ambiance, sophistication, and high quality jewelry that I was hopeful for them. I was incredibly disappointed to find that they do not live up to the image they portray.First, Im not from the area, but have heard great things about this shop and decided to make the trip to come in. I visited on June 6th to have some posts downsized and have four BVLA 14k rose gold hoops removed since I dont trust myself to do so. I also requested one be installed in my septum. Forceps with medical tape applied on the ends were used to remove my jewelry and a trainee did half the job where I was informed that she was training halfway through... When installing the septum hoop it had to be removed by the trainer and adjusted because the trainee over bent the hoop and it was overlapping, not aligning to close. I left the shop and didnt think much of it until I looked in the mirror and noticed my septum was indented, photo attached. I checked all my hoops, they were all indented. I returned to the shop where Lisa Marie, the shop owner, kindly offered laser polishing from an outside source to all my pieces. I pointed out that indents cannot be polished out of metal, the metal must be sanded down to return to a smooth finish. She energetically assured me they could be, that her outside source used lasers and the indents could be removed. She told me it would take one week, two tops, and she would send them to me in the mail since Im not from Tucson. The trainer was very apologetic and reassured me that they would fix the issue and I left.I didnt receive my hoops after two weeks, so I called July 8th and left a voicemail requesting an update. I called July 10th, no one picked up. I called July 11th, someone answered and I was told with excitement that they were so glad I called because they had lost my number. I was told they were working on getting it sent out. Again I waited. I called again on July 22nd, Lisa picked up, she told me that my jewelry looked fabulous and she was going to get to the post office and send it as certified mail that week. Nothing in the mail... I was texted on July 30th that my hoops were on the way to which I expressed my disappointment in the service I was given and Lisa acknowledged.I received the hoops on August 1st, exactly 8 weeks after my visit, and I was not surprised to see the indents were still present on my jewelry with the blunt edges slightly softened. Along with that, the circular shape of what I believe was the hoop put in my septum is now offset. I sent pictures over to Lisa and left the floor open to see what else could be done. When she did not reply for a day and a half I texted again and suggested what I thought would be the next best thing, replacement or reimbursement of my jewelry. Lisa quickly responded and insulted me, calling me unreasonable and stated that I believe I had no part in the wear and tear of [my] jewelry, which is something I have never stated nor implied. I just want to feel like Ive been properly compensated for the damage done by Straight to the Point on my jewelry...Overall, Ive never been so disappointed with a piercing studio and I have 19 piercings... I wont be returning and I hope this review serves others in deciding where to go for their piercing needs.

The staff at Straight To The Point has been great. They have been incredibly patient, informative, and helpful with a timely consultation and appointment scheduling.Their skilled staff helped me pick out jewelry, and was very attentive to my ideas, and what I wanted done.The shop is very clean, put together, and professional while maintaining a good comfortable chill vibe.I will absolutely be returning in the future, and highly recommend.

This place was awesome! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and knowledgeable. They replaced a nose ring I got elsewhere with bad information from that place and paid way too much for the hoop ring that only irritated my piercing site. Straight to Point got it taken care of and will be the only place I go to in the future for piercing and jewelry needs. The staff and service is wonderful!

I’ve gotten 6 piercings done here and it’s such a wonderful experience every single time. They listen to your needs & are so caring about them. The owner, Lisa, is such a joy and a wonderful and genuine person. They are all so professional and every piercing has healed so well.

Good service and nice workers definitely coming back I was supposed to have an appointment for the 28th but it was raining and the power in the building went out but they set me up for the 29th and they were so nice and kind and worked so much with me and made me feel welcomed and comfortable in there I got a STUD and it looks amazing I wanted to go somewhere clean and safe and this is the place

Took my 6 year old and her bestie for their first ear piercing and couldn’t be happier. The gentleman that did it ensured that this was what my daughter wanted and not just me. Actually saw a family that left a little upset because their daughter backed out and he said he wouldn’t continue unless she was comfortable. But wouldn’t you want that? He was the girls biggest advocate. He talked her and her friend through the entire process, making her feel comfortable the entire time. And when it came time for the actual piercing… she didn’t even flinch! She loves her new pierced ears and by the next day she said “doesn’t even feel like I pierced my ears!” So yes the pain was minimal. Highly recommend! And as my friend already knew, try to make an appointment as they can be quite busy (especially on the weekends).

Took my twin 7 year old daughters in to get their ears pierced. Can’t recommend this place enough. My girls were a little nervous at first, this being their first piercing, but the owner made sure they felt calm and comfortable and explained everything as he went. Ive had quite a few piercings done throughout different shops in Tucson. Straight to the Point by far was the best experience Ive ever had! Five PLUS stars!! The staff was very professional and welcoming. I took my niece to get her septum pierced, they were very thorough with the after care and let her take her time pickingher jewelry. My niece was excited but very nervous/anxious.The staff was amazing making her feel calm and comfortable. I got some done as well and extremely happy with my piercings. Theres a lot of care and love that goes into this business and its very apparent the moment you walk in. Neatles to say I will never go to another shop for my piercing and body jewelry needs.

Great location all around. As soon as you walk in, you notice the calming and welcoming vibe. There is a lot of cool artwork to look at everywhere, and they have a very wide selection of jewelry - the biggest Ive seen from any other place like this. I was helped by Jackie, who helped me pick out jewelry. She was very friendly and fun to talk to. Overall awesome service. I suggest making an appointment ahead of time when you come in though, as it does get very busy (I came in on a Saturday afternoon).

Time is precious ...when my wife wanted to get her Helix piercing, I thought, lets just go anywhere and get it done. My wife did her research and had her mind set on going to Straight to the Point. After we walked in, I realized why she would not go anywhere else! The atmosphere is relaxing with positive energy. The studio was immaculate and visually stimulating. Cool art work surrounded you as well as beautiful jewelry to chose from. The information on the website is accurate and was confirmed when Lisa Marie did my wifes piercing. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You feel a sense of belonging as soon as you walk in and will not be disappointed.

If you are looking for a place to get your first piercings, stop your searching and go here. I came in for ear lobe and helix piercings, without really any knowledge regarding piercings. Thankfully, the person who helped me out was more than willing to explain the whole process to me and write down a note regarding aftercare.Now, do not be like me, but I made the mistake of not eating or staying hydrated beforehand. This resulted in me almost passing out during the appointment. Gina and Leo handled this situation in such a professional and heartfelt way that I would never expect from any business, even so as giving me glucose tablets and food, advising that they will pick up my appointment at a later date, calling my family for help, and waiting in the shop until my family arrived. I have never experienced this level of kindness from a business and made me feel very safe.This is my first review I have ever made, but after my experience, I felt like I had to share how kind, professional, and thoughtful this shop is. I will definitely be recommend this to everyone I know and will be back!

Ive had multiple piercings and have had them all done here and will never go anywhere else! Everyone here is professional, empathic, kind and genuinely gets excited about the piercing experience for the client which adds so much to joy since piercing is so personal. The entire staff is amazing: Leo took his time to pick out jewelry and I never felt rushed or pressured and Lindsay is the sweetest front person in the process of scheduling and in. Her face and kind demeanor set the tone for every appointment, she is a gem!

Wonderful people, Ive been going to the gathering point acupuncture that have a shared bathroom every one I speak to are so kind and rave about the great experience and are quick to share their experiences, some show their piercing. Ive my daughter about them. I her multiple piercing, discreet of course, but have contemplated after all the personal testimonials over the past nine weeks treating myself.

We had a wonderful experience today, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They made my 7 year old feel welcome and comfortable. Especially the owner, who did her piercing and walked her through every step. I would highly recommend them and will send all my friends and family there.

The only reason I put 5 stars is because I was only given 5 stars to select, otherwise it would be more.The day of my wife’s birthday didn’t start well at all with accounts being hacked and trying to retrieve them. However, she had an appointment with Straight To The Point and the moment we walked in the staff was amazing to her and treated her so nice that I felt the need to express how amazing this shop is. This place is just amazing!My daughters godmother found this place to take my 9-year-old daughter for having her ears pierced for the very first time. This is a very special moment in a little girls life and Alex just did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and calm, explained everything to my daughter, advised us about the location of the piercings and gave my daughter always the chance to speak up. My daughter didnt even want to hold my hand, she had her ears pierced all by herself.Besides an amazing service from the whole team, the studio is extremely clean, the tools and jewelry are regularly sterilized and I really liked the choice in low-allergenic titanium earrings for better healing.It has been four weeks and we had no infection and my daughter is very excited to switch earrings for the first time!It couldnt have been a better experience!

I have gotten several piercings at this establishment and always feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed every time I come in. I brought in my own jewelry that I purchased here to get reinstalled and they made me feel as if I was stealing my own jewelry. Once leaving the woman at front desk had my remaining piece of jewelry and asked if I had paid for it and what I owed and once she found out it was already mine she handed it to me and didn’t say thank you or have a good day nothing. 10/10 probably won’t return

I used to love coming to Straight to the Point. I’ve gotten over 10 piercings from here and usually have no issues, however my last visit made me rethink coming here. I had scheduled an appointment but still ended up waiting an hour. I will say the staff who pierced me was extremely kind and took very good care of me. Before when I got pierced here I would receive a bottle or two of saline spray with out charge before leaving , I got two different piercings in two different places of my body and received no spray and was told I would have to pay additional fees on top of the already outrageous prices. As someone who has been coming here for years I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Will not be returning.

Leo was absolutely amazing! He had a very warm and welcoming personality as well as he was willing to do anything to help me find the correct jewelry that fits me for my vertical labret. I felt very comfortable with him as he was super kind and patient with me. Also not to mention Lisa being the only piercer on all of Tucson that I trust, she really takes her time and studies where you’re getting pierced to make sure it’s even and aligned. You can tell she takes pride in her work and will do anything if that means you’re satisfied with your piercing. I will always continue coming back to STTP for all my piercings! Went in to get my Tragus pierced today, front staff was very friendly and helpful. I got seen real quick after discussing the stud I wanted to have. My piercer, Ariel, made sure I knew what kind of jewelry I was getting, the recommended size, and material (I have metal sensitivity’s so I didn’t even have to ask which was awesome).She walked me through the process and made sure I was doing ok, very kind to my relatives who where there with me. She had an assistant with her who was very respectful and sweet. I highly recommended this place, it’s the second time I get a piercing here and I am forever hooked with the service and prices. First of all, one of the coolest spaces you’ll enter. Their vibe is on point. Secondly, the people cannot be beat. They’re staff is All Star level. The owner is one of the kindest, most attentive and personable guys you’ll ever meet. We came here for my sisters birthday to get her nostril pierced. He was so knowledgeable and made us both feel welcomed and seen. He was great at talking with my sister and encouraging her through the appointment. They’re insanely generous and giving people. As we walked out he said “happy birthday. Your life is a gift and we celebrate you being born” which was the icing on the cake. We highly recommend their shop. They’re clean, they have beautiful jewelry pieces with many different styles, and are welcoming to all people. They get insanely busy though, so make an appointment and be prepared to wait for a short time.

I love this place. I especially love Gina (so cool and kind), Leo (such a sweetheart with abundant knowledge and the best sense of humor), and Lisa Bezzina, an angel among us! Really everyone here is very knowledgeable and kind. They have really good quality jewelry, very beautiful pieces! Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Appointments are recommended, if you are doing walk-in come as soon as they open and expect to wait, but there is a confortable waiting area. Not sure why I made an appointment when walk-ins were taken ahead of me. The reception staff seemed to presume that I had been there before and understood the steps in the process. I was there for almost an hour for something that should have taken ten minutes tops.The environment was not welcoming at all but loud and hectic.$90 for a basic ear lobe piercing seems excessive to me. I was not shown how to remove the earrings and had to get assistance after the fact.

One of my kids is into piercings, they are a they/them. This place is very respectful and professional! We go there anytime they work done or a new piece. They have great stuff here, too! Go check it out!

I came here and the experience was great, the only thing was the person helping me with the jewelry was not very helpful. He told me I needed a certain type of jewelry and I couldn’t get the one I wanted but when i talked to the piercer they had said that I could and helped me select what I truly wanted. Interactions with him felt very uncomfortable and I felt more like an inconvenience or like just another dollar to him. Everything else was amazing and I was really happy with the jewelry I ended up leaving with.

First off, the shop is absolutely beautiful! Very unique and creative environment, but most importantly, very clean! The staff was friendly, the wait was a but long, although after my appointment I understood why. Valarie Did my piercing, she did a fantastic job. She spend a good amount of time with me, checking for accuracy and explaining the aftercare treatment. Came in today to get a labret piercing. It was an awesome experience! The shop is very well decorated and the waiting area is comfortable. I came in for a walk-in and waited about an hour but it was well worth it. Everyone was knowledgeable and kind. My piercer did a fantastic job- she answered all my questions very well and did a fantastic job. I cant wait to come back for my downsize!

Took my teenage daughter to get her ears pierced (second on the lobe). There was a line 20 deep at open at noon on Saturday. We got there 20 mins early And we were first in line. It wasnt cheap: $80 for piercing and little studs, but it was worth it. The time they took to talk through what they were doing, aligning them on her face and the other piercings, and the care and sterile practices were very impressive and a far cry from the Claires earring experience we had with her first set. I would totally recommend and would go back if she wants more done. It is an impressive operation: professional and exceptional. Little odd that they only accept Paypal/Venmo, so come prepared. Amazing experience.

Got my nostril double pierced here 4-5 years ago and had a great experience, clean environment and super sweet piercer. Fast forward to my check up I get told to use ACV to clean my piercing which ended up infecting it...Years have passed and my piercing has been healed for awhile and I needed new studs for work and wanted to get some nose hoops too so I came in. The guy that helped me spoke so quietly I could barley hear him, I had to ask what a dozen times and he never spoke any louder. He ends up misunderstanding me cause I was gonna get 2 sets of studs but only received one set so I guess he thought I didnt want the other set? Idk but then he gave me 2 different types of hoops, the one I preferred which was the one where you twist it open and gave me 1 of the one that clicks open..not really worth the $130 just to get 2 different types of hoops and not get my 2nd pair of studs.Plus I didnt realize how short the stem was on the studs so I could barley feel it through my nose and when I tried putting the backing onto it I lost grip and it fell down my sink, but no fault but my own but now I wasted money on studs I cant wear till I find somewhere to get a new backing or new studs in general.So Id say get pierced here just not to come in for just jewelry and if you do make sure its gonna work out for you and make sure they grab the right ones.

I dropped in to get a piercing while visiting Tucson. The atmosphere was so enchanting and relaxing, the staff was so knowledgeable, helpful and amazing. This is a great little place. I brought my daughter in to have her ears pierced after another place botched it. The staff were very professional. They were kind and reassuring with my daughter. Bree did the piecing and she was amazing. They had a beautiful selection of earrings available and all of them very unique so you could pick two different earrings if you want or in my daughters case they found the perfect matching pair for her.The inside of the shop is clean and artistically designed. They are very careful to make sure the procedure is sterile. They cost a little more then larger change stores but it is worth it to have the piercing done right. We had a great experience here.

As soon as I walked in it was very welcoming. The workers were very compassionate and friendly. The place was so clean it didnt even feel like a piercing shop. With such happy vibes from the place I got my belly done, and if I ever want something more I definitely know Ill be going here. Beautiful store with friendly staff. I came in right at opening on a weekday and was able to pick out jewelry and get my piercings done within fifteen minutes. Its gets busy on weekends but it’s work the wait. The environment is very calm and inviting. They have a beautiful selection of ornate stuff on the website but they also have more simple pieces to fit my style. They may be a little more on the pricier side but it’s worth it for the quality of jewelry and professionalism.

I loved my experience. After you check on, a technician helps you pick out what jewelry youd like to adorn your face for the next few weeks. Then after the jewelry is sterilized, they call you back and the piercing technician (I had Leo, he was amazing!) makes sure your piercing is where you want it while also working with your anatomy. It was nice to bot have to go to a tattoo shop to get pierced, and have a salon specific for piercings!

Went to STTP for my 5 year old daughters first ear piercing. This was our first experience here and our expectations were far exceeded. Gina greeted us and explained the process to my daughter and made her feel extremely comfortable. Then the owner, Alec, who did the piercing was so kind, patient and educational. The best part was they treated my daughter with so much respect and made sure she controlled the situation and was comfortable with every step of the process. I couldn’t imagine a better experience and we absolutely will be recommending STTP to all our friends and family and will never go anywhere else.

Came in here and had a great experience! I stopped in two-ish weeks ago on a Saturday to get my nose pierced, I was a walk-in so I did expect to wait awhile. Which they informed me from the start that it maybe a bit because they are normally very busy on Saturday’s and there were appointments and other walk ins ahead of me but I had nothing to do so I didn’t mind waiting. Though if you don’t like waiting for a long period of time then I’d recommend you not come on a Saturday and scheduling an appointment, I’m not sure how busy they get on the weekdays but it was very busy when I went on that Saturday. But anyways I 10/10 would recommend this place, it’s good quality jewelry and super clean. The pricing here is on the higher end, so if that’s a issue for you I’d recommend calling and asking for more information before coming here!

Spectacular experience for my two girls aged 7 and 10. They not only ensure that children are of appropriate age to make decisions that affect their body, but they also make sure to get explicit consent from the child prior to piercing. They did everything in their power to make sure the girls were comfortable and confident in their decision. This is hands down, the BEST piercing shop in Tucson! I initially went in on the 28th of September for my 2nd lobes, but Ive been back twice since then for my single and double helix piercings! Ive had Talitha all three visits and cannot recommend her enough. She always does a perfect job at ensuring the process is smooth and as painless as possible. She is also very easy to talk to and eases any nerves by taking things at your pace and making sure you are comfortable every step of the way. Overall, the environment/atmosphere is very clean and hospitable. I have yet to meet anyone from STTP that isnt eager to ensure you have the best experience and now couldnt imagine going anywhere else for my piercing or jewelry needs!

This is definitely a hot spot for getting any kind of piercing. An appointment is a must. Yes, they do walk-ins, but theyre so busy with appointed clients, you probably only stand a chance if someone cancels last-minute or no-shows. They are super professional and exceptionally clean. We went on the recommendation of my daughters pediatrician.My daughter finally wanted to get her ears pierced. Everything went perfectly. Her technician Adam explained everything thoroughly and was very patient. Theres no rushing people through. If you want any kind of piercing, this is where you need to be.

I took my sister here when she was in town form NYC and they helped her fix all of her previous issues and went above and beyond in customer service. We took our 9 year-old daughter there. The place is bright and inviting. While we were waiting, another group of similar age little girls came in for their piercings and that put my daughters mind at ease. The effect was likely mutual for the other girls as well. The job was done quickly and uneventfully. It was a very positive experience. It inspired me to go back a couple weeks later to have an old piercing tapered open. It was post new year and the jewelry selection was relatively scarce. I picked one I thought would be temporary, but I have been wearing them since.

I finally got a septum piercing here three weeks ago by Lisa! She really made me feel comfortable! My piercing is healing nicely. This is a very welcoming and clean environment! Welcoming and clean but expensive. They have a much less sketchy appearance than most piercing places, but seem to have unnecessary expenses. You can’t bring your own piercing, have to buy from them, the scalene solution is $15 a bottle, and they use extra long earring backs and have you come back a month later to get them resized (once the swelling has returned to normal) but then they charge you for it.

I walked in last night around 6:20, they stop accepting walk ins at 6:30. My best friend wanted to get her lip pierced and I was slightly interested in getting my nose pierced( I have wanted it for a while but was pretty anxious about it and wasnt very sure). We were very quickly helped by the hostess. who was extremely sweet and professional. We then filled out our waiver and waited only 10 minutes before we were picking out jewelry. Bree was our piercer and she helped us pick out jewelry. She talked me through everything and said I could pick every out and get everything ready to go, and then make my final decision when I was ready. She pierced my best friend first and she had a wonderful experience. She asked me if I wanted to get pierced, and feeling no pressure at all I decided I wanted to do it. She was gentle and talked me through everything she was doing. We could not have had a better experience.After we were both done we took some pictures and paid for our services. My boyfriend was running a little bit late, and they let us sit inside to wait for him instead of waiting in the dark! We took my 15 year old daughter here to get her bellybutton pierced. Everyone that works here are wonderful and super friendly. The lady that did my daughters piercing made my daughter feel comfortable and she did an amazing job. I highly recommend this place.

I have been meaning to make this review for a long time now, but around 2019 I came in to get my monroe pierced and had the most phenomenal experience. Lisa Marie, the owner, made me feel so comfortable and made the entire process smooth and easy. They are highly recommending appointments right now, but the wait is always worth it regardless.

I had been wanting to get my nose pierced for years and finally came across the perfect place! I appreciare the fact that everyone is so friendly, the companys message to their customers encouraging everyone to feel beautiful in their newly decorated skin, and their very clean environment! I will definitely choose Straight to the Point for any future piercings!Working in the medical field, I also appreciate the fact that they apprentice there and was happy to be pierced by someone in training! While the pandemic struck shortly after my visit, I wasnt able to make it in for a 30 day follow up, my piercing still healed well! I cant wait to go back and pick out something new, as their jewelry selection is beautiful too!

This place is GREAT! It’s beautiful inside and out! I walked in for an ear piercing and they were able to help me out right then! Everyone is friendly. The atmosphere does a great job of making you feel fancy AF :) I felt very comforted and welcomed there.the only thing that missed the mark, is that no one stopped me from buying expensive jewelry that was too short for a new piercing. And in my nervous energy, I didn’t ask to see where they were going to pierce specifically, and I wasn’t shown- it’s a little too far in my ear, but i still really like it. But they have been very helpful and gone above and beyond when I needed to exchange a broken piece. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Why go anywhere else?! The people here are amazing and I wish I lived in Arizona and could go here for all of my piercings.

They do precision work and are very hygienic. The waiting room is comfortable and inviting. Some of the jewelry is a bit on the expensive side but well worth it. I got my second nose piercing done there. I went in wanting a hoop, but Kristina explained that a hoop would move and so we needed to use a post until it healed and she would switch it out for me. Everyone was awesome, super clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to explain anything. I love that they take pride in their artwork and I got to share my excitement with my piercer! I plan to take my daughter here to get her ears pierced when shes old enough because I felt so comfortable and safe there. I could legitimately hang out there just for fun, the atmosphere was so cool. I will never go anywhere else.

These fine people have take such great care of me and my piercings throughout my stretching process. I had some rejection complications and the owners offered to pay my ER bill to get it extracted if I wanted to go that route. All complications with my piercing were my own fault, but to have someone treat you with suck compassion when they don’t have to is a very unfamiliar feeling these days. I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate these great people are. Thank you!

Straight to the Point is the only place you should go for piercings. The staff is so warm and welcoming, and can answer any questions you have. Some people may say their jewelry is pricey, but you are paying for quality jewelry, and quality work. They have beautiful jewelry with real gems that range from gold to a variety of opals. They pride themselves in keeping a VERY sanitary work place. If you want your piercing done right the first time, you need to go here.

First off, I want to thank the whole team here for their work and support. My daughter got her ears pierced on sept. 8th for the first time, she ways very excited and nervous but they were very kind and made her feel comfortable. When I went up to pay my daughter started to feel light headed and actually passed out (luckily my husband caught her). The whole team there acted fast and professionally. I did not disclose to them that I was a Paramedic, that being said I was very impressed at how they handled the situation. I was immediately brought a cold bottle of water and a glucose tablet which helped her a lot. Thank you again to everyone, my daughter is doing great now and very happy with her ear piercing!

Once again an all around incredible experience. All of the people who work here are so genuinely friendly and kind, professional and helpful. I am getting three piercings done and I had them all scheduled for about two weeks from now and I called today to see if I could pop in and get one done instead of three at once, they were so welcoming and told me to come on in! I came in and they were busy as usual but very attentive to me, brought my paper work out and updated it. I got my septum pierced by Valerie Jay and I was floored on how relaxed she helped me to become and how quick and easy it was! Shes a natural! Take into account she was slammed with like 5 people before me and she was a total sweetheart! Super informative and knowledgable about where precisely I was going to get pierced. I enjoyed the experience and I felt pampered! I will be back!

Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly staff. The owner, Honey Bee took extra time to make sure my daughter understood the process of getting her ears pierced. The piercing salon is very clean and organized. They only use top quality jewelry and piercing equipment, including autoclaves and other sterilizing practices. This place has gone downhill in the last few years. Seems to under the same management, so Im not sure what went wrong.Theres a newer place in town that gives the fantastic vibe sttp used to, try them out! (Fierce piercing).

I came to the shop to get a piercing that had sprouted a keloid removed. The shop was very clean and had a super cool vibe to it. The display cases are supported by trees made of pipes! They got me in fairly quick, and were very professional. They helped me to get jewlery for the forward helix left when the industrial was taken out. During the removal, the room I was in was very calming. Excellent quality jewelry and care!

As a former owner of a Tattoo and Piercing studio, I have high expectations. I am also a health care technician and I see things others miss. I was incredibly pleased with the cleanliness of the studio. I was impressed with the displays which were clean and tastefully done. Despite being incredibly busy, Lisa was able to take care of my needs quickly and efficiently. I was more than pleased with my visit and will take other business there.

This is an update to my last review which was made in store at the request of the manager and before any piercing or purchases were made. The day of my last review, I went in with my friend to get a second belly button piercing. We walked in and were greeted by Gina, whom we later learned is the manager (not a piercer). Gina told us that, if we wrote a good review that day they would give us a small discount off our purchase. As I had always had good experiences up to that point, I didn’t hesitate to write a positive review.During the visit, Gina, clearly a saleswoman with little to no piercing experience, encouraged my friend and I to get more jewelry and piercings than we intended. I walked out with my intended, second (lower) belly button piercing , and a lower helix piercing (unplanned). Along with a new piece ($$$$) for my upper belly button. My friend and I left feeling a little off given the very “sales” attitude that came from Gina and her initial greeting of “let’s have a piercing party” when it was like 30 mins to closing.Later, I looked at my belly button piercing and it looked crooked. It didn’t seem crooked at the studio so I thought maybe it was from swelling and that I’d give it some time. After a couple months, I could tell that the piercing was, in fact, crooked. I called and set up and appointment to have them look at my piercing.They brought me back to one of the piercing rooms and removed the piercing. After removing the piercing I was told that, after 30 day healing, they would (“generously”) not charge me for the re-piercing but since they don’t like re-piercing with already used jewelry they would “only” charge me for the new jewelry which was “only” $30.00. They also informed me that they wouldn’t charge me for taking out my crooked piercing. Mind you, I was never informed that there COULD be a charge for taking out a piercing (that they had messed up). I was simply sat down, and the jewelry removed. The idea of being charged for a new piece of jewelry because they pierced it wrong in the first place really bothered me. I followed up later on insta messaging with the same person and addressed this issue. Below is what I was told:“As per our conversation in the piercing room, I wanted to waive the new piercing fee for you and pierce with the lowest cost standard $30 titanium jewelry, but that will still need to be paid for when you come in. Our policy covers repierces completely for the first 30 days, but after that you’re typically charged a whole new piercing fee in addition to the new jewelry - I just made the personal call to waive your new piercing fee. Please let me know if you have any more questions!”—Ok, fair enough, I waited longer than 30 days to go back in in order to ensure that maybe the piercing was just still healing. But ok, 30 day policy sure, except the piercing was CROOKED. Moreover, when I went in and I got it, between piercings and jewelry, I had spent about $500 dollars total. I brought this to their attention and after that, they agreed to also waive the fee for the new jewelry. I wasn’t seeking new jewelry just a piercing done correctly.—I’m very disenchanted & don’t want to go back. I appreciated the professionalism of the piercer and that’s why I’m giving two stars. However, the overall vibe now if STTP feels like they are just there to sell sell sell. Before it felt like a place where the piercing was an art and they cared about it. It’s sad but I’ll be finding a new place.

This place is very clean and hygienic which is very important. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained in detail the procedure and what I was to expect. I was nervous as this was my first piercing and they put me at ease. Their selection of jewelry is quite extensive you definitely have choices. I had issues with the healing process and Lisa who was my piercer was able to give me temporary jewelry until I was able to heal properly. They are very accommodating and ensure that you are satisfied with your piercing. Lisa gave me her personal cell phone number and asked that I text her if I had any issues. She promptly returned my text. Thats awesome customer service! Yes if you dont have an appointment it is a little bit of a wait but ensure that you will receive the same individual attention when it is your turn. Yes it may seem expensive compared to other places but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. I am very happy with the service I received at STTP. I will be back to see Lisa for any other piercings I choose to get. Thanks STTP for great service .

I wont take stars off my review bc payment methods were forgotten to be mentioned when I was making the appt, no big deal I walked the 2 blocks to the bank for cash, it happens. I understand they are all busy, pretty much ALL day, EVERY day theyre open.Firstly I felt so freaking calm and at piece of mind when walking in, I was anxious from my car to the front door, and about 10 seconds in I just felt a calm.I spoke to Lisa( she made me feel soooooo welcome) and we got everything ready, I had arrived about 45 minutes early so my walk to the bank a couple blocks away was no hurry, my appt was for 430 but I was called back at 415.Alec was great, very warm and welcoming, he explained the steps, asked if I was ok or I wanted a female in the room with us bc I was getting a set of intimate piercings done, I said nope, Im perfectly ok. We talked, had a few laughs, I was completely comfortable with him marking the piercings, I watched him change to new gloves multiple times, it was all clean and I felt 100% confident in everything he was doing, watching the sterilized instruments being opened in front of me. He pierced me and made sure I was happy with it, we finished up, and I went to the desk to pay and be on my way.Very very happy with my experience here. I am definitely recommending STTP to everyone I know, I wish they had a tattoo parlor Id be in line for there next.

2 weeks after my helix piercings unfortunately my ear swelled and my hoops got very tight. Came to the store and spoke to Gina who was very helpful and gave me a full refund.

Lisa has been amazing! Our daughter had her navel pierced and she has been so helpful with what to expect and maintenance. She even jumped in to help when it got a little swollen from it being snagged so many times. Great place and people.

My wife and I went here (with our three year old son mind you) to get her nose pierced and my eyebrow re-pierced. We were greeted immediately by Alec and chose our jewellery. We waited for the jewellery to be sanitized and sat down in the waiting area. While we were waiting we noticed Lisa and Alec helping people as they came into the shop and literally answered every single question that they had in a friendly manner. Once our hardware was sanitized Lisa called us back to our room and began. I cannot say enough good things about her. It is clear from the start that she is passionate about her profession and truly cares about her clients. She is very knowledgeable (something that you wont get about piercings at a tattoo shop.... Trust me). She sanitized all surfaces in front of us and made the piercings as comfortable as possible. All I can say is if you want to get anything pierced this is, hands down, the place to go.

Havent been here in quite a few years (last time I went Alec was still in town and on Speedway lol) Glad to see that I can still go here and not be disappointed with selection or service. I cannot remember the name of the person who helped me (Im so sorry!) I was super stressed that day, having surgery later that afternoon. Were quick to get me in and out even with quite a few people in the shop. Also polite and good small talk. She slipped in the retainers, she was surprisingly gentle and quick. Cheaper and faster than what I could have bought online & done myself or gone anywhere else. As always, I will continue to recommend people here!

I love, love this place. Straight to the point has always made me feel super welcome and comfortable. The piercers are all very knowledgeable and help guide in the healin process. Ive had three piercings done here and have healed up perfectly. The owner is super amazing and i would have never known she was if i didnt look at her business card. No one is pushy and everyone is amazing.

My son and I are long-time clients at STTP. My son got his ears pierced by Lisa when he was 9 and she was just finished with her apprenticeship. Now hes 17 and has had snakebites, septum, and other ear piercings and gauging done over the years. I have had gauging, septum, Medusa, and nostril piercings done. Lisa and her staff (especially Gina!) are always so kind and caring. There are always piercing apprentices learning the craft, and you may be the person Lisa asks permission to allow one of them to hone their skills on! As a former massage therapist instructor, I understand the need for the apprentices to have hands-on practice (otherwise how else would they learn?) and it is always an honor to help someone toward their goals. Lisa is always there to watch, guide, and talk her apprentices through the process, and she will only let them pierce clients when they are ready after practicing on Lisa and her staff.Looking at some older reviews, if your piercing swells more than anticipated after being pierced, it is important to communicate immediately with Lisa and staff. Even with the best of intentions, sometimes jewelry lengths chosen for the pierced area just arent prepared for the amount of swelling. When my son had his snakebites pierced, we went back and forth about 4 times in 2 weeks time because his lips just couldnt decide how much they wanted to swell. When he downsized a few months later, we had to return the following day to have the longer ones put back in until they healed a bit longer. This also happened with my Medusa...I downsized a few months after getting pierced, and a few days later realized the jewelry was too short. We swapped it out for the longer one and I was gradually able to make it down to the perfect length.Sometimes, especially in the mouth area, your body can fluctuate depending on the time of the month, hydration, water retention, etc. It is more than normal to have to make multiple adjustments until you are able to shorten to the size you need. I also got a conch ear piercing that would heal and then get aggravated at times over the year that I had it, through no fault of the shop or piercers. My ear just wasnt happy with the piercing, and the best choice for me was to let that one close up. If a piercing gets infected and you choose not to come back to have Lisa and staff help, then there isnt anything they can do about it. Its not fair to blame them if the first time they hear about it is through a poor review after the fact. I have had a few piercings over the years that just didnt heal properly, and I realized my body was telling me I had to let them go. And thats okay!Lisa Bezzina is truly one of Tucsons gems, and so is her shop! ♡♡♡

Im a huge fan of Straight to the Point. Ive gotten all my piercings including a nostril, two helixes, septum and two second lobe piercings here and Ive always had a great experience. The staff are knowledgeable and are committed to helping pick out the jewerly of your choice. Its very clean and very professional and Ive always felt at ease. They do walk ins as well which is one of my favorite things about them. All my piercings have been walk ins and the service is still stellar. I always recommend them to friends. STTP is the best piercer in Tucson, you really wont find this level of professionalism and skill anywhere else.

This place is amazing. I came in about 3-4 days ago and to get a daith piercing. When you first walk in the door its clean and the atmosphere is friendly. You can really tell that they love their job from when the person greets you, to the person that pierces you. In all honesty, I have never been pierced the way Lisa pierced me. Its really done with love, although I felt pain initially getting pierced, I dont feel any pain like I typically would 3-4 days later. That really tells me something! I recommend anyone and everyone to go here. Great job guys!

Went in today to purchase jewelry. The girl there was extremely friendly. I cannot remember her name but she had kinky curly hair and glasses. She assisted me in picking out jewelry and had another girl put in the jewelry; this girl was also very friendly and helpful. Area was very clinically clean. Staff was very friendly. Very impressed with overall visit. Will definitely recommend.

The employees were very kind, and reassuring. They gave many great tips for aftercare, and what to do if something comes up. The jewelry is very nice, and the initial piercing was great. Its a tad expensive, but well worth it. I definitely recommend this place

Went in to get a simple lobe piercing but still didnt have much idea what kind of jewelry I wanted. Leo was such a great help however! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and just a big help overall! Definitely going back!

It was my first time getting my second piercings done. The place was so beautiful, like an art gallery for piercings. I had my first ones done as a baby so I didnt know what to expect. Turns out my first ones were put in the wrong places, and the guy who attended to me (Adam) put the one on my right side on the right spot. He talked me through it and calmly explained the procedure and everything. After the first two holes for frontal lobes, I had become really lightheaded and nearly fainted. Adam was such a help and gave me a glucose tab because my sugar level dropped too fast and low. He was so patient and took care of me and Im so grateful. We finally finished with one more hole. Even though it wasnt such a pleasant experience, I loved my new piercings so much. I will a 100% be coming back here again for more piercings. Thank you!

This place is absolutely amazing, iv never felt more comfortable getting a piercing done. Everything was really clean feeling and they have a great selection on jewelry. My piercer Alanis was amazing, she not only did a fantastically perfect job but she was so professional, friendly and kind. She made the whole process seem easy, She also talked me through the entire process which made me feel that more comfortable. I would 100% recommend making an appointment and requesting for Alanis! You will not be disappointed.All the other piercers and staff seemed so friendly and professional, although I did not interact with them, and everyone there seems very confident in what they were doing. They are always busy (which tells you there how great they are) so make sure to make an appointment! I will definitely be going back here to get any other piercings done in the future!!Update: I went in for a downsize on my lip piercings and requested for my piercer Alanis and as I expected she did a wonderful job doing that as well! She kept checking and letting me check to make sure the fit was what she thought would be best and to make sure it was what I wanted. My piercings are healing great! I had zero complications!

Waited 3 hours when told on the phone to just walk in because it wasnt busy. 5 months later my earlobe piercing hasnt healed and got infected on both sides from cheap Ball Studs that got stuck in both ears. Had to go somewhere else to get drained and new studs also went on antibiotics for 20 days. This place is just terrible guys.

I got my septum pierced here and it was a great experience! Very quick, and comfortable, but not rushed. They are very knowledgeable and you can tell they care about your safety and comfort. Professional and precise: It took longer than expected because of time needed to sterilize items. As having a high level of cleanliness was one of my priorities I did not mind. Historically I have had amazing experiences here with quality piercings and jewellery. I consistently felt safe recommending them to friends and family and even acquaintances. There was something really special about this place that made me place absolute trust in their process and the piercers, so much so that I even after I moved abroad I would wait to come back to STTP for new piercings or body jewellery. However, something has shifted since the pandemic- while the staff is friendly this venue no longer feels like a piercer who sells jewellery. The vibe is much more akin to ‘sales first, piercings second’. While this shift is an unsettling one, it in and of itself isn’t the problem until it is combined with a team of salespeople who don’t know the names of the body parts being pierced and are afraid to say certain body parts out loud (vagina is not a bad word, please don’t drop to a whisper when saying it, it’s unprofessional) a rather diminished and disappointing inventory of available jewellery, and a subpar piercing experience (crooked). STTP now has the feel of a churn and burn experience one might get at the mall. I am so sad that I no longer have a piercing venue I can rely on. STTP has gone for exceptional to exceptionally average. I would be wary of recent positive reviews as the manager actually bribes customers for five star positive reviews, before the piercings take place. Sad to see STTP cheapened this way.

Honestly Straight to the Point is the BEST piercing shop Ive ever been to! Amazing customer service. Excellent work. Very clean. & they really genuinely care about each & every customer who walks into that door. Ive gotten a couple piercings from them & can tell you from my experience that you will not find another shop as dedicated & passionate about what they do as they are! I had a horrible experience at another shop & came to straight to the point to see if they could help me out, & they did! I was kind of nervous about getting my septum, but everyone was so nice and helpful!! Sure there was a bit of a wait since it was busy, but the saying does go Good things come to those who wait. My daughter has wanted earrings for the last couple years, we finally convinced her father that she could have her ears pierced for her 6th birthday. I wanted her experience to be special; I’m so grateful we went to Straight to the Point.I called on Wednesday to see if I could make an appointment for Friday. The phone call was returned on Thursday explaining they were booked for the next three weeks, but we were welcome to walk in. I decided to take my little one that afternoon for a walk in. We arrived after 4:15, our names were taken down (I decided to get my ears pierced too) and I was directed to fill out a waiver using my phone.After a short wait our names were called and we were picking out our jewelry. We were told a piercer would be with soon. We waited maybe a half hour longer. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were even provided an update with where we were in line.My little one played while my piercing was completed. When it was her turn, the entire process was explained to her. She was asked if she wanted to have her ears pierced. Alec talked my daughter through the whole process. (From the placement of where the studs would be to the clamps to hold her ears.) I am grateful we were both instructed to take a deep breath before our piercings.We were walking to our car shortly after 5:30pm. For how busy and how thorough the process was, the time spent was very reasonable.Thank you everyone at Straight to the Point! I decided to get my septum pierced and quite honestly, there’s no other place in town I would trust than Straight to the Point. The environment is welcoming, the staff are amazing...I really want to thank Gina who help me pick out the perfect piece...and Alec for his gentle approach and kind words through this entire process. I got my nose pierced here, and it was a delight. The decor was very beautiful and everything was neat and clean. The process was very easy, I came in, no appointment, checked in, waited probably less than 15 mins, and then I was helped with picking out jewelery, and then brought to a room to get pierced. The staff was very knowledgeable, polite, and kind. They walked me through everything, and made sure I was happy. After a couple weeks, I called because I had a bump that popped up right next to my piercing, and the receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful in solving it, it went away within a couple days. Overall I had a great experience here, and their customer service is great. Ill definitely be getting another piercing here.

Don’t let that fool you, she’s meticulous and firm with her piercing skills, and will fuss until you have perfect new piercings. From beginning to end, this place was all I had heard it would be. Straight to the Point is fabulous! I got my ears repierced, which was not something I was looking forward to doing. I expected pain, for one thing. Between the technique they use and Lisa Maries conversation, I barely noticed any pain at all. Second, the store is not only pleasant and relaxing, it is also incredibly clean. This is probably the reason that I had no trouble with swelling or infection in the holes. Finally, they have lovely and unique jewelry. So, on all counts, I think this is the best place I could have gone.

I was having a terrible day and these ladies really turned it around for me! They are all so friendly, professional, and honest. I love tattoo parlors, but it was so nice to step away from that atmosphere for my latest piercing and feel pampered instead! I SO highly recommend, and I will never go anywhere else again . I found this place on the internet and was worried about people complaining about price. I texted a friend of mine who recently got a new piercing. I asked where she got it done and how much it cost... She went here and she loved the experience! So it was settled, thats where I wanted to go! I went down one day to see the location and make an appointment; it was busy but also clean and staff was very friendly. I talked to Kristin she answered questions for me and booked me an appointment for the next day. She told me how they price things and I think it is comparable and Id go there again. Kristin also did my piercing and I love it! She was very gentle and told me what she was doing as she did it. I have already recommended this place to a coworker that wants to get her daughters ears done.

After doing my research for a great place to get a piercing I chose Straight to the Point. Kristina was the Piercer that helped me. I explained I wanted piercing done in conjunction with acupuncture points, she took the time to listen to me without judgement which meant the world to me. Also their salon was so clean, I loved their gorgeous displays of jewelry they offer. Thank you for a wonderful experience Kristina.

Everyone was very polite and the atmosphere was relaxed and professional. The studio owner was super chill and very sweet and knowledgeable. Nice clean place too, with wide range of jewelry types. It was the perfect place to take my daughter for her first piercings. It was clean, the staff was friendly, helpful, and respectful, and the selection was great. If you are looking for a positive and professional experience then I highly recommend here.

Ive come to STTP twice now and both times were great experiences! They have a wide selection of jewelry at different price points, so there really is something for everyone. I went in yesterday to get my tragus done and my friend came with me to get her septum done. We had so much fun, and were so happy with our piercings. Ask for Newt when you go in!

Went in to get my lobes pierced. First time. Lisa was very helpful, and pointed me in the right direction. I only had to wait a few minutes until I was called back. Lisas fun to talk with, and did a great job of making the procedure fast and easy. It actually hurt less than a shot, and was done in a couple minutes. She explained how to care for them until they healed, and showed me what cleaning solution to buy. Efficient, fun, and highly recommendable.

This place is quite amazing. The cleanliness was outstanding. The staff is amazing!The jewelry selection is beautiful.My ONLY complaint is the form of payment. Im old school and do not like the idea of having all my lifes most important info on my phone. So paypal, or vemo is just absolutely not ok with me. They take cash, however i was only told that when we got there not when i booked the appointment. So i had no time to run to the bank. Everything else was top notch.

So frustrating!!! Ive been trying to get in touch with someone for 2 weeks! They have limited days, and limited hours. Then when you call during business hours, they dont answer. Their voicemail says not tomake repeated calls, leave a message and theyll get back to you in 48 business hours....But they dont. Ive called every 3 days and no one will answer the phone, or call me back. I just had 2 simple questions. Its my daughters birthday and shes been begging to get her ears pierced I was excited to find this place and get both of my childrens ears pierced, but now I guess Ill need to find somewhere else to go. Im sure by all their other reviews that theyre amazing at what they do, but trying to get in or have your questions answered is the problem here. Its been such a headache. Im really disappointed.

Probably the best place to go if you want to get pierced. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, all the jewelry is displayed as if you were walking into a fancy jewelry store. They take time to properly clean your piece and make sure it is the perfect fit for you. The whole time they walk you through the process of how they will be piercing, they make sure you like the placement, and when to breathe when the process starts. They also have very reasonable prices for the high quality jewelry you are receiving. They also provide your first bottle of cleaning spray to keep your piercing clean and emphasize that you can never over clean or protect. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get pierced.

I only came in here to watch my friend get pierced, and ended up with 3 piercings myself. Damn, these ladies are good at selling, but more importantly, excellent at listening to what you really want and directing you towards that. There was no pressure, and no judgement cast on a piercing noob. I didnt have any piercings prior, and they were excellent at telling me what was going on, care, etc.Everything in here was really clean and spacious. No clutter, no messes, and well lit.The piercing experience was good too. Lisa was very good at explaining the steps of what she was doing, and very thorough with making sure all piercings were placed to be aesthetically pleasing, balanced, and (most importantly) what I wanted. She has an excellent eye for symmetry.Finally, the jewelry they have is absolutely gorgeous! I have no frame of reference for other shops, but this stuff looks beautiful and well made. I seriously decided to get pierced just so I could buy some of the jewelry when everything has healed!Cant recommend this place highly enough.

They were so nice. My 9 year old went in to get ears pierced. They made her at ease and helped her stay calm through the process! We drove in from Willcox which is about 95 miles from here, will recommend to all my friends and family.

These are hard to maintain and your ear might swallow them. I was going on vacation and here at home couldnt find anybody I really trusted to do my piercings. I did some online research and found this place. I went there and felt so comfortable and Lisa was amazing. I will travel from my home in Texas just to have my piercings done by her in the future. Everything was so sterile and the music playing made it so relaxing, when I went there was even a yoga class happening in the back! My helix piercing is healing perfectly and quicker than any of my other piercings. Looking forward to being pierced by Lisa in the future.

Would not recommend! There are other places in town - try one of them!I got a helix piercing at Straight to the Point a few years ago but lost the screw-on back to the stud, so went to get a replacement. I waited over an hour (granted there were 21 people ahead of me so they did move things along) only to be told that they had no backs and didnt carry that size jewelry anymore (apparently they have changed to 16 ga vs my 18 ga). The less-than-helpful lady offered to sell me a replacement earring (stud starting at $85 or a ring starting at $20). I looked at the ring and there were none appropriate for my piercing. I asked if any price adjustments could be given or a credit on the jewelry I had and was told no. She said I could maybe find one online. Unfortunately this was just another poor experience at this business.When I initially got the piercing, my friend and I got helixes and my daughter got a daith. Mine went fine. My friend was from out of town and had problems with the swelling as Straight to the Point used a stud that was too short. When she went to a Reno piercing place for help they commented on the lack of skill in choosing an appropriate stud for her piercing. My daughter chose a custom made earring (from one of the owners I believe) that took several tries for them to get in because the metal was not strong enough and kept twisting. She had trouble with it and later they finally replaced it. At the time I spoke with the owner, who was very apologetic and fixed the issue so I did not write a review. Unfortunately, it appears things havent improved and unless the owner gets involved there is little to no quality control or customer service.

The staff here is very friendly and all the work is clean and sanitary but Ive just had a couple of bad experiences here that make me not want to return. I went here a couple of years ago to get my nose stud changed into a ring (this takes about 10 minutes max), they had an apprentice do it because the main piercer was too busy so the apprentice took 15 minutes to (painfully) get the stud out of my nose and then placed a hoop in it that was far too small and I had to get it replaced with a different one at different shop a week later. Next, a good friend of mine damaged her still healing piercing and came here for advice and they basically just put the jewelry back together and told her it would be fine (it wasnt). Wish I had better experiences to report but I just want people to know the truth. This is coming from someone with 11 piercings and many different experiences.

The vibe is really wholesome and healthy. The jewelry selection is unique and amazing. The staff, led by Lisa, are quite competent and place customer service above and beyond. Id take my kids there, which says a lot! This shop, along with Evolution Body Piercing led by Noah in Albuquerque, are neck and neck for best body piercing in the entire Southwest region of the US.

I wanted to get my nose repierced after it closed up a few years ago. I was a walk in and was in and out within an hour, but they do take appointments. Everyone is friendly, it is extremely clean, and they are very knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of jewelry as well. I was nervous, and the one piercing me did a good job of walking me through everything and was professional as well. I had minimal pain through the entire thing. I highly recommend coming here if you want a piercing. Be advised they only accept cash, PayPal, or venmo.

I was very impressed when I came through the doors at STTP. Located right off of a busy intersection, I was a little skeptical that the vibe inside would be a mirror of the somewhat chaotic traffic nearby.Suffice to say, I was wrong. Upon entering, I couldnt hear the traffic at all, rather my senses were overcome by ambient calming music, very clean display cases that were well lit to show the most beautiful local and national hand crafted jewelry I had ever seen.Although the price tags on specialty items were of some shock value, considering this would be a forever wear piece, I would think anyone would gladly invest in the array of natural elements; gold, silver, wood, precious gems.It was really refreshing to see an establishment bustling with positive conversations, neighbors sharing a common interest in their love for body adornment, and staff that was professional, accommodating, and invested personally in making sure myself and all other patrons received the piercings they wanted and the jewelry that accentuated their character.I noticed the owner Alec talking to a mother and her young child who was getting her ears pierced for the first time. As I listened, it became obvious that he was patient, empathetic, and loved children as he proudly shared about becoming a new Father. The child left beaming with her new glittery lobes!In my opinion, this is the kind of image that Tucson needs to see when it comes to a body piercing shop, all love, no judgement, family friendly, not to mention very sanitary. I will be coming back and spreading the word to anyone who is looking to express themselves through body adornment.

I brought my 4 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced for her birthday after visiting a tattoo shop and being very turned off. It was a little more expensive but I was happy to pay more after the great experience Lisa and the girls gave my daughter. I didnt want to go somewhere that used piercing guns (for sanitary reasons). I called before visiting the shop to ask questions and they let me know that they could only do one ear at a time. Naturally, I was worried that my 4 year old would leave the shop in tears with one ear pierced, but the girls here were awesome. My daughter did great and we walked out with both ears pierced and a proud, look at my pretty earrings, smile on her face. Lisa even gave both of my kids a juice box for the road. Overall, my daughters ear piercing was a success thanks to Lisa and the sweet girls here. I absolutely recommend anyone being pierced here theyre clean, professional and provide a personalized experience.

The shop is pristine. You go inside and are greeted with soft lighting and art. It feels more like a chic apartment than a piercing studio which I really liked. I have gone to other piercing shops and it felt just like that: a piercing shop. Flash art on the walls, not entirely sure it’s sterile but you don’t care because it’s cheap. The owner Lisa is adorable and she made the whole experience even better. I’ve never had such a good experience at a piercing or tattoo shop. Well done ladies!

Service was top notch! When my jewelry malfunctioned they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The women who helped me the two times I went in this last week really seemed passionate and knowledgable about what they do. They have jewelry for every budget and I really appreciate that about the shop. When I told them my budget they helped me find something within that range. They have so many options! I will be returning for more jewelry and pericings on my next visit to Tucson.
