Came to this shop for my first tattoo and had the most pleasurable experience possible.After meeting with Victor Macias, any anxieties I had just disappeared and I knew I found the perfect artist. His work speaks for itself and I left with such a great impression I cannot wait to continue working with him.From the atmosphere to the artists themselves, this shop now holds a special place in my heart.Gracias Victor!! 🙏

Had a fantastic experience with Bryanna Marie. She made getting the tattoo an easy and comfortable experience, keeping me updated throughout the whole process and recommending breaks/snacks as needed. The tattoo is still healing but it is a BEAUTIFUL piece of art. The studio is comfortable, bright, and everyone I came in contact with was friendly. Id highly recommend!

This space is awesome! Tucson is blessed to have a studio of artists of world class talent like this! Ben Ervin is my guy here and he always exceeds my expectations! I only recently started getting tattoos and because of Ben I went from being nervous to thrilled each session! This place is full of professionals who take pride in their craft. The studio is inviting , clean and has undeniable style! If you are on the fence about where to get the best tattoo, Haunted Hands will have an artist that will end your search!

The shop was decorated beautifully. It radiated coziness. We drove 2 hours from Phoenix to Tucson for a guest artist. My artist was nice and fast (Im wary to enter their name as I do not want to jeopardize their future work with this shop). I made sure to ask beforehand if I could bring a guest (my husband) as I know some shops dont welcome guests. He sat in the waiting area as my artist had a shared space with Lisa. When I entered the shop, it was clear that there was an unspoken rule to be quiet. Lisa wasnt rude, but she was dry and a bit unprofessional. When my phones notification went off 3x, she pointedly asked what that noise was. My artist informed her it was my phone. My notifications sound is set at less than half, and it is an SU melody, so it is not very loud. Lisas client and I both stayed on our phones quietly while getting tattooed as conversation did not seem welcomed in the small space. She also proceeded to tell my husband to lower his phone noise level as it is distracting to her. Not even an hour later, she proceeds to have a conversation with 3 other artists in the small work area (while still tattooing). It seemed hypocritical on her part. She also proceeded to talk about the subject of my tattoo, saying she would never watch it more than once (it is a movie) and it was too much. If a hair stylist ever said another clients hair requests were too much and she wouldnt dye her hair like that it would come off as rude and I think these comments should be held to the same standard (except worse bc tattoos are permanent while hair is temporary). Her opinion didnt bother me, but for future purposes she should be aware of it. I could only pinpoint her attitude to me bringing a guest, or maybe that is just her personality. So just be warned that the first floor area is small and bring headphones because Lisa does not like noise! I understand some artists prefer not to talk while theyre working, but if she was sensitive to noise and distractions, she should be on the second floor away from the entrance. As the shop owner, I would expect a welcoming, professional, and hospitable person, but that was not the case here. The kindest person in the shop was Bree. She was the only person to offer my husband water and overall hospitality. Im very happy with this because I have seen her predrawn work and it is amazing. I hope she can find some guest spots in Phoenix because I dont think Ill ever come back here. It was just an uncomfortable environment to be in, especially when youre a POC and already feel unwelcome in most of Tucson downtown areas.

I have gotten tattooed by both Bryanna and Jason. Both are incredibly talented artists. Shop is beautiful and clean. I also love that they host events to give back to the community. Highly recommend!

The absolute best gallery/studio possible. Lisa is a ridiculously talented artist with an incredible art gallery and studio that creates an environment in which you are comfortable and relaxed. She is a great person and does impeccable work. All my tattoos have been done by her and I will see no one else. She has also surrounded herself with other fantastic artists and I cannot give enough praise to Haunted Hands and Lisa.

Bryanna did an amazing job and I cannot wait for my second appointment. She did amazing work and constantly worked to make sure I was comfortable.
