Today my mom and I stopped by and our experience was by far the best we’ve had looking for jewelry. The women that helped us was absolutely amazing and super patient as well as helpful to selecting the perfect pieces for us both. Everything regarding payments was explained very well and was super easy to do. The prices were super fair with the jewelry itself as well as the warranty offered. We are definitely visiting again!!!!!

I was looking for some gold jewelry and Brianna helped me find what I was looking for, she was very patient & knowledgeable on the jewelry. Also, The store was clean and prices are affordable! Will definitely be back to shop here again!

A complete and utter scam this place praise on young kids that dont know any better than to sign this kind of contract... Much better places to buy jewelry than this placestay away.....

I was looking for a necklace to put my mom picture on so I can carry her with me every day the representative take the extra mile to help me find the right necklace that would work for me if I had to hire the representative that help me today I would with no problems hiring her she was very detailed and knowledgeable about the products thank you allowing me to share my experience with you

Been almost a year since i got my ears pierced there and it was very great! only had to pay for the cost of the studs and aftercare. plus the people at the counter were really nice. i def wanna get more piercings and will probably be returning here!

I shopped with the Manager named Brianna today and she was very helpful and sweet when helping me pick out my Fiancé a nice gold chain for his birthday. I shop here often and every other employee I’ve spent my time with is polite, which is hard to find now a days. I will be back in the future! 😊

I love love love this location! I’m traveling from Gatlinburg to Florida and I stopped in Valdosta Mall to see some friends from college and I’ve been craving a new chain and when I tell you I’ve never been more impressed by the customer service! As soon as I got there I was greeted immediately by Brianna, she walked me through picking out the most perfect chain. She was so friendly the entire time, answered all my questions and even helped me pick the perfect charm! Brianna also hyped me up about my new chain making me feel SOOO BEAUTIFUL! If you check out this location, definitely ask for Brianna ✨

The lady working there is very rude and she doesn’t care. My husband bought me two pair of yellow gold earrings for Christmas ($400). I don’t wear yellow gold very often. I tried to exchange one pair for white gold but I didn’t have the receipt. It was still in the original box with the price on it. The white gold were $50 cheaper but I didn’t want any money back. I just wanted to exchange. She wouldn’t exchange the earrings and was very rude and walked off while I was talking to her. I do not recommend buying anything from them.

I hardly post reviews but I had to because of EJ! My hubs and I had a spur of the moment idea to get my sons ears pierced as we were walking by and EJ helped us. My son is one and I can’t begin to describe how good EJ was with him and us!! So incredibly friendly, funny and patient!! If I had more time I would have stayed and bothered him for longer because I would love to be friends with him in life! Lol

D’Naye and Ej were very respectful and sweet. The piercing didn’t hurt at all, it just felt like a quick pinch. Definitely will be going back when I’m getting another piercing.

Store manager is very rude and kept rolling her eyes and breathing hard during our interaction. She is not very helpful and she just stands there impatiently like she would rather be elsewhere. She lost my sale. I told her ill just come back another time because she was not very helpful and she stated she is there all the time and every day in a nasty way. Maybe her rudeness comes from her being over worked and unhappiness. I went to Victoria Secret afterwards and there was a guy looking at the jewelry she once again rolled her eyes and turned around and didnt acknowledge the customer.

A great experience and their manager Bri made everything easy and I found what I needed. I came their with no idea and she helped me find a nose ring that was big enough to fit around my nostril

The girls at the kiosk are the sweetest and the most helpful! They helped me pick out a beautiful pair of earrings! The manager is Brianna also the sweetest! No attitudes or issues! ❤️

Brought our two year old daughter to get her ears pierced here today. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend the ladies who helped us today. They had a special going so we ended up getting another pair of earrings for our four year old. We’ve been to another place here in the mall for our older children but if we had to do it all over again we would have came here each time.

Very rude and unprofessional. My little sister came to get her ears pierced and we later found out that the earring was too short ( for a cartilage piercing ). The piercer gave us no heads up before to get a longer earring, if so then we wouldn’t have this problem. Now the earring is literally stuck in her ear and now she has to go to a dermatologist to get it out & she has no insurance so that’s $200 out of pocket.the manager on duty was no help at all.she told us “you should’ve chose a different earring or should’ve told the piercer her earlobes are they her”. would never go back or recommend this place.

Would of gave it less stars etheir the lady was misinformed or played a fast one. I bought a pendant and was told it was real 14K gold with real diamonds the diamonds were real but once I checked the email I seen it was actually 14kGP (gold plated) and I will be bringing this back not sure if Ill be doing any future business with any of there locations.

We had a problem with the warranty.. my baby lost one earring, we try to use the warranty, but they said no recover lost. And why do we have warranty?? We lost one morning try to get new one.. we didnt get at time.. but someone call us after time and they switch for us.. anyway dont worth be back. Is not for me. We can buy EARRING in another place.. I dont recommend.. and I give 3 stars because they call me back and my wife knows the girl who help us get a new earring.. if depend on the another girl we never will get our warrant worth. Whatever I never will be back there..
