Went to get my 2nd ear lobe piercing and said it would cost $60. the man working at the time had no good customer service. he was very bland and short when saying anything. he automatically assumed that i wanted the saline and spray and added it on to my price. i didn’t get asked if i wanted a gun or a needle, he just automatically grabbed the gun. which is something i can get from amazon from $5-$10 if not that. at that point i said i was just going to go somewhere else to get my ears pierced because $60 for a ear piercing is insane. especially to do it with a gun that looks the same from amazon.

We have gotten a few tattoos from Stephanie H! She has been so amazing! She is currently completing a sleeve for my husband and has done 2 tattoos for me at this time. She has done AMAZING work! I 100% recommend you go see Stephanie for any ink work needed!

A friend & I came in on a walk-in basis and were both tattooed by Aryn. She did an amazing job! I wanted colored ink which she didn’t have on hand, but she went out of her way to get it so I would leave with what I wanted! It turned out perfect. She also makes the cutest stuffed animals that are worth checking out.In my opinion, to be able to walk in a tattoo shop without knowing anything about it & leave with an amazing experience says a lot. Highly recommend!

I came here to get my smiley pierced. Barbara did the piercing. I thought the were supposed to use a clamp and check your anatomy, which she didn’t. The piercing came out uneven. After going to my car and observing it closer, I realized she pierced it asymmetrically. I went back in and told her about it, she blamed the anatomy of my frenulum and refused to believe it was the way she pierced it. Here are some images to show that it was clearly the way she pierced it. Not coming back here.

My daughter and I went in here to have our ears pierced. The lady “I think” her name was Barbara and I am sorry if I am wrong. They did a really great job. We will definitely be back if we decide to have anymore piercings done.

I recently was tattooed at ink addiction studios by an artist named Stephanie. The art work I received was immaculate and flawless. I got exactly what I asked for and was thoroughly satisfied. The amount of professionalism displayed by this particular artist will have me coming back. The business was clean and the stations were flawless. Needless to say this experience was the best. I highly recommend Stephanie at all times.

Very great establishment! Cant say enough about how nice it is; me and my wife love it every time we go over to Valdosta GA. for a visit!

First visitors parking area is small, and building is just okay. Inside was appeared to look clean. There were many samples of tattoos available on the walls. My visit was to have my nose ring removed. The person at the front desk had a very dry attitude, however she was cordial and apologetic that unfortunately there werent any piercers on site that day. She recommended another shop to have them service me.Second visit, the parking lot was full with very little parking available. Requested service to have my nose ring replaced. Again, front desk staff had dry attitude And the person who placed my nose ring wasnt any better. The task was completed. This is not a place that I would highly recommend, but I received what I wanted done. 😶

Got my nose bridge done here by shelby. It came out wonderful and Im in awe. She took her time to make sure it was straight and looked good. She was also super fun to talk to and made the experience very enjoyable!

Best tattoo experience I have EVER had!! The lady at the front counter was super friendly the moment I walked in. Tony accepted me as a walk-in. He was very professional and knowledgeable! He drew the tattoo out perfectly and did an amazing job on the tattoo itself. The detail is the best I have EVER seen! The price was extremely reasonable! I would refer Tony to anyone for their next tattoo!!Matt did an AWESOME job on my Super Mario tattoo!! He is extremely talented and passionate about his work! It looked identical to how I wanted it plus with some extra features that he came up with!! I highly recommend him for your tattoo!!

Shelby Poole is an amazing piercer, she has pierced my nipples twice now because of personal reasons I had to let them heal up after the first time but she is very nice and really helps you stay calm during the process. She is absolutely amazing and would recommend to anyone!!!

Joseph did such a great job on my Coraline tattoo, he is very informative and walked me through the process the whole time and made me feel very at ease with the whole process

I went in for a flash tattoo about a month and a half ago or so and my tattoo is horrendous. I got technically not part of the flash itself but it was just discounted. It was the earths rotation of the the continents to go along with a sort of traveling vibe. Everything is wrong. The circles are crooked the lines inside legit overlap plus it’s already fading. I will never go back to get an actual planned tattoo from this shop.

This is Ashlee Justice not Jake but I just wanted to say Stephanie at ink addiction is freaking awesome I got my very first tattoo it was a forearm piece and the pain was almost non existent she is very light handed and I always heard the horror stories of how people were dug into their skin when I realized how relaxing it was I could have kicked myself to not going years ago. I was pierced incorrectly one too many times. So I was a bit skeptical to get pierced yet again but after speaking to Shelby she reassured me with her knowledge, experience and techniques.

Kool staff, my Wife and I took my 11mo daughter to get her ears pierced! Glad we chose them instead of Claires! The staff was friendly and caring! The technicians were all sad when my daughter got her ears pierced because she cried! The lady who did it was great! The piercings look great! They were placed perfectly and we havent had any issues!

Love this place even more now. Took my 16 yr old to get her first piercing, she wanted her septum done. Was greeted immediately by friendly, helpful staff. Found out that the same person still owns this business as when I got my nose pierced here over 20 years ago as well!! How cool for me and my daughter! Service was very fast and so cool! Walked in and the lady at the front desk was very friendly! I told her i wanted a tattoo and i was immediately seen by Mike. He did everything i wanted and made my second tattoo experience so much better than my first (at another location). For a very cheap price too. He had a very light hand, i highly recommend him. I’m obsessed with the turn out!

Everyone there was super sweet, very attentive and considerate. I got my daith pierced and my friend got her tragus, I didn’t even feel it in my ear at all! I’m not sure what the name of our piercer was but he deserves a raise for sure!

I went here a little over a month ago to get my septum pierced for the first time. The person who pierced me felt the inside of my nose, told me the sweet spot was too thick and I asked Can we still do this? they assured me it was fine and without any warning pushed through my cartilage instead of my skin.I experienced extreme pain during and after the piercing for an extended period of time. Even a month later Ive been in pain when anything makes physical contact to my nose. Ive had this looked at by several people with knowledge of body piercings and had it professionally removed by a better piercer. Everyone can agree I clearly have the anatomy for the correct septum placement and the piercer was completely wrong for the placement and the lack of communication.Im extremely unhappy with this experience and will not be going to Ink Addiction again for anything in the future.

Came in for a wedding ring tattoo, staff was great. Big Matt took care of us and are extremely happy. My daughter got a nose piercing and a forearm script tattoo then decided to do a finger tattoo with her best friend. Highly recommend all staff are A-1 and I have had lots of experience with tattoos

I got my first lip piercing her in. January of 2013, then couple months later I got my tougue piercing here also. There very friendly & professional. And they works very fast, they want have you waiting forever. They welcome you as soon as you are enter, they get you in and out in a timely manner. I will continue to go again

Ive had many peircings done here. Most recently I got my septum done tonight. I forgot the name of my peircer but she was really friendly and her hair was red. The receptionist up front was really nice too and they had titanium jewelry available along with a variety of other pieces to take home 💕 definitely coming back

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I went there to get my ears pierced. They charged me $80 for it and when I asked why it was so much, she told me it was an added cost for the saline spray. I didn’t ask for it because I already have some but she said sales were final and the spray is an automatic charge. They made me wait 30+ minutes to even get my ears pierced. Then the girl asked me if I wanted to get pierced with a needle or the gun. Not a single person was wearing a mask but they wouldn’t let customers in without one. Overall, bad experience. Very unprofessional.

Omg...Where to start😍😍 Matthew did an amazing piece. I am soooo pleased with my tattoo, its exactly what I wanted. I also got my noise pierced and that was fast and smooth. Everything, was easy and smooth, from booking an appt, to the services. Matt, is so nice, and gentle, not heavy handed at all & very quick, I think he was done in about an hour, he makes sure your not in pain. But hes so gentle, you wouldnt be in no pain honestly. Got my tattoo touched up here 7 years ago with the addition of colour and an enhancement of the design. The artist was both friendly and professional, and demonstrated true concern about pleasing me and inspiring me to take care of my tattoo. I have gotten jewelry here over the years, particularly guaged earrings. The staff is friendly and helpful every time. The woman at the counter took plenty of time helping me pick out a new earring by sizing multiple pieces to help me find one that fit. Distressingly this is a cash only establishment, and they dont have an ATM on site. Staff is super helpful, but they could not fix that issue it seems.

Went in for a nose piercing and had a great experience. I did not have an appointment and was nervous as heck but the lady at the front desk (forgot her name) and Chey was awesome! Place was super clean and neat! Will definitely visit again.

Employees were very courteous and professional. All areas were neat and clean. If this had of been my first piercing or tattoo they would have made me feel very calm about it.

Do not recommend for piercings, I got the tragus piercing and instead of the proper earring they put a nose ring in my ear. I’ve had it for 4 months and have gotten multiple piercing bumps and can’t get the earring out.

My tattoo artist was AMAZING. She worked with me and was light handed. She came up with a really cool tattoo, and she did it very quickly.

-Horrible place. I will never go there to get anything done. My daith piercing NEVER healed. I cleaned it with antibacterial soap just like the lady there said. I got it back in March due to my migraines and it hurt but I just thought thats the way its supposed to be. I never complained because my migraines went away but just recently the pain got worse. My husband had to take it out for me. Next time Im going elsewhere to get it done.

Good experience. Youre greeted as soon as you walk in, very friendly. They get straight to business and didnt have to wait long at all. No appointments necessary. They are also very reasonable priced. Pyro did mine and he did a freakin great job. He also worked quick too. Definitely will go again.

Went there for a small tattoo i was charged 100$ and my tattoo artist talked about how difficult the spot he was tattooing was he didn’t even try my 8 year old brother could’ve did this i was very upset i got 2 other tattoos that look amazing…. i’ve had one for over a year still looks brand new and one in September and it looks like i just got it and they’re very detailed tattoos no reason this tattoo should look like this after a few days it’s literally coming off complete rip off worst experience

I definitely would not go back for any more piercings or tattoos. The man who did my piercings, did them crooked. And the bars they gave me were way too short so when my piercings started swelling really bad two days later, I had to pay an extra fee to get longer bars. i didnt even get the longer bars put in that day, instead i had to take them out completely because the piercings were done too crooked so they couldnt replace the short bars. They did not refund me any of my money, which ended up costing me $100. This was by far the worst piercing experience Ive ever had. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

My piercing had closed up. I went to get it pierced again and it was super simple the man who did it was nice and the process was actually more comfortable than the first time getting pierced. If you are looking to get a piercing I would definitely recommend coming here

Me and my boyfriend went for the first Tattoo Tuesday, and both of ours turned out great for a really good price. Definitely coming back if they do it again

I came to get my simple nose piercing and heard this was the best place to get one but Ive encountered several issues with this place since getting my piercings. First off, please do research before you get anything pierced, and do not, I repeat do not get a ring for your first nose piercing. I walked in asked for a piercing along with my friend. I was told numerous times that a stud is the way to go for your first piercing, as it isnt as prone to falling out. However, I ended up opting for a hoop from a little persuasion from the lady behind the desk. I asked if this way okay and she assured me its no different from a stud. That was my first mistake, so I hand selected a 22 gage nose ring to be fitted with. That was the second mistake. The lady had poor judgement skills and misjudged the width of my nose and gave me a size too small. While the piercer was fine and very helpful and apologized for any convenience, she realized too late after she had pierced and put the ring in that it was too small. I sat in a chair for a good half hour while she toyed with my sore nose trying to get the ball cache to go in. Luckily they gave my friend a size up. No less than 2 hours later my ball cache fell out and since the shop was closed I decided to wait until the next day to go back. i put a bandage over my nose in order to keep the ring from sliding, which the employees said it shouldnt do, since it is new. I woke up around 2am in pain because my ring had slid into my nose and attached itself to the healing tissue. I had to take tweezers to remove them and it was more painful than the actual piercing. Luckily I had a stud on me that I popped in the following day thanks to the help of my friend. My friends ball cache ended up falling out not even a couple of days later and when she went back to the shop asking for it to be fixed, they almost declined her saying she wasnt taking care of it properly, which wasnt the case. Long story short, she almost had to repay the employees to put her ball cache back on, which wasnt put on correctly in the first place. This place is excellent with tattoos but please we wary of the piercers, I would got to Ink diabolik instead. Their staff might not be as friendly but they dont insists on getting piercings that wont work nor make you pay for their mistakes.

Got my septum pierced here, everything was sanitary and I felt very comfortable with my piercer. Staff was helpful and kind. Ill definitely be coming back!

Would’ve given 5 stars if they accepted credit cards. Jodei was great.. Ask for her when getting piercings.. I did have to wait about 15 mins to get them done. I’ll update y’all if anything crazy happens.

I recently got my second tattoo last week, I gave them a chance because I heard they were pretty good. the atmosphere was alright not really too personal like where I got my first tattoo at which was firehouse.I liked my tattoo at first now that it is healing its ugly and I really dont like it. I felt she rushed and didnt take her time at all. I would not send people there and I will never come back for another tattoo.

Went in for a daith piercing and they were friendly and helpful. Ive had the piercing for 2 weeks and have not had a migraine since I received it. However it does not help with sinus or tension headaches. I can handle those, and Im glad Im not constantly have to take meds for migraines.

Despite what some of the reviews have state, this is a great shop and the best shop in Valdosta. Many of the reviews posted here are by people that have had a negative experience because they requested terrible bullshit tattoos. I have several high end painting quality pieces as does my wife that have come from this shop and I have also seen many other fantastic tattoos from here.Several years ago, when these reviews were posted, several artists who now work at The Brass Quill worked here. And yes, they are quite bad.

Terrible work! Artists are not at all competent. My wife has a daith piercing that came out because only a small portion of skin was pierced. She also has horrible scaring because of a tattoo that was over-worked. I got a tattoo the same day and I had to stop the first artist because he had no idea what he was doing; this is not an exaggeration. The Shop Owner had to come and finish my tattoo, and we had to completely change the tattoo to fix what had been put onto my body.

Came from Jennings Florida to bring my step daughter to get a tattoo and we spoke to the secretary and she said as long as we’re there by 5:30 we’re good. We made it there less than 4 mins late if that and the lady said we were too late!!! Smdh.. waste of time and gas I wish I didn’t have to give a full star for this place!! Unprofessional!!!

I have been in dozens of and dozens of tattoo shops in the USA and I must say, this is the cleanest,most well ran shop Ive ever seen, Always plenty of top quality artist available. Great pricing , remember when it comes to body art you get what you pay for. This place cant be beat!!!

Not impressed. Went in to have an artist draw a tattoo up for me and get an estimate . . . they were completely rude. I was also not impressed with their artists portfolios. The majority of the artists are relatively new and that was a big turn off. There was also way to much going on in the shop, I didnt feel like I could really sit down and talk with my artist for them to get a clear idea of what I wanted. They did not seem to do too much custom work. It was like a McDonalds, pick your tattoo off the wall and then they ink it in 20 minutes or less. Thus, I went to Nine Eye and had a much better experience.

Do not get a tattoo form here! They messed me and my wife’s tattoos up bad. And refused to have a different artist than the one who originally did it fix them. Ink addiction tattoo studio is more like a tattoo garage. We don’t want the same guy to fix them because he is the one who messed them up. because he is simply not a good tattoo artist.

Worst experience ever. If you do decide to go to this shop at least ask for anyone besides Brittney Altman. But even then you’re still taking a huge risk. Honestly I have seen crack houses that were more sanitary.

I went to go get my nose pierced for the first time and was really nervous but they made me feel less nervous and made me laugh and made the process quick and easy and now I look really good now and it looks amazing ‼️‼️😁 and the people there made me feel welcome

Pyro did mine and he absolutely killed it! I gave him an idea, went to walmart. Called me when he was done drawing it up. When I got there. It was like he was in my head. It was perfect. Ill be coming back to finish my other sleeve.

Got my first tattoo a couple weeks ago here! The gentleman with the long red beard (didn’t catch his name) did an amazing job! Will definitely be back soon for my second tattoo!

Got a navel piercing and the staff was very friendly. I was a little nervous and he talked to me so I could take my mind off. It was quick and barely painful.

I went and got my daith piercing changed out and I got a heart earring and the Heart earring then I got was for an eyebrow and one of the ladies told me that it probably wouldnt work well the lady that changed it out did an amazing job it didnt hurt not one bit I would definitely go back to have my jewelry changed and I hope she still there not really sure what her name was but she was super nice

The owners of this shop are racist and rude, the way they treated my niece is outlandish. If you’re a person of color, this would is not the shop I would suggest for you

All the tattoos I have seen are not any good looks like someone who is trying to do tattoos but looks very dull and one looks nothing like a water mirroring a sun set it looks like a pumpkin that is winking at you and it looks like childs work

I’ve been here several times and usually have a good experience , but the last time I came for a sternum tattoo , they did not put enough detail in it and when I got home and looked good at it , one side was crooked and didn’t look like the other side . Highly disappointed ... was not worth $150 .
