Got my first tattoo here and the experience couldnt have been more perfect. Rene was awesome and he did such an amazing job the tattoo came out exactly how I was hoping it would. Everyone there was very friendly and Im definitely getting another tattoo next time Im in LA.

The only place will get any additional tattoos! Lily does amazing work! I travel from Seattle just to get my ink with her! The shop is super clean & everyone is so nice & welcoming!

Terrible tattoos. People were nice but not good work. Tattoo is only a month old and looks like it’s 40 years old. Already having to spend more money to get it redone. Don’t say you can do fine line if you can’t

I had the best experience coming to House of Ink! Nikki the piercer was super knowledgeable,super courteous and very fun to be around. I had originally gone to some place in OC and had a nose stud that was stuck and painful. I came to Nikki who explained everything to me, fixed my piercing and I came again to get a nose chain. This is the only place I’m coming for piercings! Thanks Nikki! 🖤

Got tattooed by the owner, he was awesome, did a free style on my arm to incorporate into my current tattoo. Came out better then I imagined. He had a light hand too. Will definitely go back.

Talked to a few other shops on the boardwalk beforehand and they werent confident that they could achieve what I wanted, then I came across The House Of Ink. They were able to get the job done and I got 3 cover-up tattoos done yesterday by Travia. She was great! I have 10 tattoos and have been to a few artists and Travia is my favorite. She was friendly, personable, her pressure wasnt too bad and she was consistent and fast. Very thankful for her fantastic work. I will definitely be back for more! I highly recommend her!

Spur of the moment my boyfriend and I popped in to check it out. I wanted to redo a tattoo that I had (it was faded) and he was looking to get another tattoo. We had already checked out other shops previously and I just wasnt happy with the vibes I got or the prices they quoted. After talking to Tohid and my boyfriend to Asaru, we got our tattoos. We both couldnt be happier with the end results. The prices were more than fair and the work excellent. Tohid has a light hand and Ill be going back for a few more tattoos. My boyfriend said that Asaru was great and he would like to go back to him for another tattoo. I would recommend this shop and these two artists.

SO awesome and SO accommodating! I was looking for rose gold for my nose stud and Nikki went out of her way to source it for me. Rose gold is hard to find! Thank you so so much. Also, they have the biggest selection of body jewelry of anyone within a few miles’ radius. I highly recommend them!

Daria did two simple tattoos on the back of my arms and I love them. Her line work is so clean. With an architecture background, her attention to detail is awesome! Highly recommend.

Nikki, the piercer, was super dope and helped me out. I had just gotten a dermal on my upper spine, and thought the top had just fallen off. It needed a lot more than that, and Nikki helped me get the dermal happy again, sitting flat with a top on. She also removed one of my hip dermals, pretty painlessly and with minimal scarring.

Nikki the piercer gave me an off center belly button piercing after I spent over $200 on the jewelry and piercing. I was really disappointed that such a basic mistake was made, and now I have to wait months before I can repierce it again. Nikki didn’t seem to care and claimed “it was the best she could do”. I would suggest not going here and finding a more professional place for any piercing or tattoo work.

Good clean place...for Venice! ;) It doesn’t look it but it has...ambiance. It’s not a sterile environment; perfect for Venice Beach. I got a pretty big tat but my only negative is that while my artist is great, I rarely spoke to him. I don’t even know his name. He is there to work so... I’d rather have a good silent artist than a talkative sloppy one!! When I find his name, I will edit my post. Price was fair & the work is superb. I had to get inked in the West Coast so...why not in Venice?!

Hi thereI went to House Of Ink Venice California for a new piercing... walked in and was greeted by Sara.. Sara is the one who pierced my nose and she was the best she answered all my questions and I even went to go See her before I left to get more spray and take a picture with her... Cool place and artists but very poor execution. I had sketch made, and I wanted it differently, but instead of making a new template, the artist just used the old one with new lines due to laziness. Unfortunately, instead of using the new lines he used the old ones - resulting in a line next to the actual image that I now have to get lasered away. Furthermore, the tattoo has two proportional mistakes and one drawing mistake. This could all have been avoided with a less lazy artist. I probably also should have paid more attention. A shame cause it was a nice tattoo.

I got my tragus pierced here last weekend. I thought it went well, but my friends at school all told me it would get infected because it was pierced with a ring instead of a stud, which is what I wanted. When I went to another piercing store to get a second opinion, she urged me to take it out right away because of the swelling and I should let it close. What a waste of $50.

Voodoo was my tattoo artist and she did AMAZING!!!! I gotta big piece and sat for almost 6 hours. Her art work is great, lines are clean, shading is awesome and she stayed focused and got it done! Thank you Voodoo! I hope I see you again!

I was looking to get my tragus pierced just walked in justin right away asked me what I needed and was so helpful to show me the jewelry he did it quick less than 15 minutes it was $80 for both sides but worth it super clean place I saw him take the needle and clamp out of the package over all I was super happy with it and its worth the money!

Came here a week ago an got a tattoo ,,, the ink is eating my skin from the out side in n I have a wholeIn my arm,, went to the emergency room and they told me it wasn’t a infection,, n that the ink was just no good

First and worst tattoo ever. Lines were so blunt and not symmetrical. Dont do it lol now to get it fixed somewhere else.

After having my ears pierced 1 month before, I wanted to change the surgical earrings for rings. I was very well received and then advised. I tried to put in my new rings myself but the holes were too small: I came back and the drill took care of it. Im glad I came here! THANKS !
