This place is awesome! The ladies working at this shop are so nice and helpful. Julianna was amazing!! She was able to take out studs that had a flat back when I could not for the life of me get them out. She helped me pick out three pairs of earrings and I love them! Amazing service and a wonderful experience!Also, all the jewelry is beautiful. If you’re looking to invest in some nice classic or trendy pieces they have you covered. There’s so many great options. Will be coming back to pick out more jewelry in the future. So happy I found this place!

Our daughter just got her ear pierced at Piercing Pagoda by Juliana and Shayla. Excellent customer service, friendly, caring and thorough on directions of how piercing will go step by step, type of earrings that are best, and aftercare for healing and keeping ears clean. These women were AMAZING! We were so impressed how they both could pierce at the same time and make it as easy and stress free for our 9 year old daughter’s first ear piercing. It was so sanitary with surgical gloves and really clean, and they really took there time marking her ears with marking pen, and asking for our approval and confirmation on being centered and if us parents were happy with pen marks. Juliana and Shayla were just OUTSTANDING, and we would recommend anyone to get their ears pierced by them both. They even let her best friend (who got her ears pierced there too) hold our daughter’s hands for moral support during piercing. Thank you Juliana and Shayla for excellent customer and friendly service! This is the place you want to go to get your ears pierced! I came here 30 plus years ago to get my ears pierced when I was a little girl. Glad my daughter could do the same.

I love this place! I never stop at the kiosks but I stopped today and I’m so happy I did! They have great deals and I bought myself a diamond! So beautiful but the best part was the staff, Shayla and Angelina are so nice and I’m so happy with my experience!

Angelina and Aimee are the best. I went in December 2022 to get another pair of earrings that I had lost and they mentioned to me about an upcoming holiday sale that was 40% off everything in order to save me money, so I didn’t have to waste anything that was suggested for me to wait which I did. When that day came I actually needed a new chain too but realized it’s the same price as the earrings. They then brought up a BOGO free sale coming up which was perfect for my situation so I had just waited again to save even more $$$. It wasn’t even necessary to bring it up to me they just so happened to be so helpful, considerate, above and beyond. I went back later on wanting to exchange my chain for another piece I had my eyes on I had regretted not getting BUT another promotion was brought up to me which was the valentine’s day BOGO free sale. Long story short I ended up getting that new piece along with one the same price and a bunch of other times I love and would have never even thought of getting/paying mind to if it weren’t for those two amazing ladies. The company is very lucky to have those angels, raise and promotion needed!

On the Fourth of July, Perla was running the banter kiosk single-handedly with several customers waiting. She did this efficiently and let the customers know that she would be helping them as soon as possible. when Perla did our piercings, she was smiling, thoughtful, and empathetic. This is our second time at piercing pagoda. Because of the good service, we will definitely return.

Shayla Graham is amazing!! I was so nervous about even changing my piercing… and she was so sweet and helped with all of it. She had personal experience with the earrings I wanted so that helped so much!! Didn’t want anything snagging and she was honest about any of the ones I pointed at. Thank you!!

Perla was wonderful during our piecing with my 3 month old, very personable and we had a great conversation while baby calmed down. Highly recommend!We will be back in 6 weeks to switch earrings out to new ones.

Angelina helped me out today & it was the best experience! She was super patient and helpful. She helped me pick out options, answered all my questions, helped me decide what was best for my credit line, gave me napkins and cleansing wipes when I put my nose piercing in wrong and things got bloody. It was a very comfortable experience, I wanted to continue shopping for one of everything and she honestly deserves a raise. Hopefully you run into her when you’re shopping here.

It’s amazing when going to the kiosk at Ventura. The staff is so friendly and caring when getting earrings or getting your ear pierced. I’ve had such an amazing experience that I have gotten all my piercing from there and continue to go back. Never buy here.. I bought earrings earlier this year and I was advised about the insurance and was told if you loose the back you can come back here and get another pair. That is a LIE. I went their today and was told I needed to give them the earrings and be added on a wait list for the backs of the earrings. The lady that was there told me to just buy the backs for 4.99 that it would be easier. And this is why I bought insurance so I can go back and just get the back of the earrings that whet lost. What a wait of money, so disappointed with this place!!!

Review regarding online shopping- do not do it. Very poor customer service. I ordered online a few hours ago and they can only cancel if you call within 1 hour of purchase, but their customer service is not available to help 24/7, so not a helpful policy if afterhours. With tons of other online merchants, i would say to try someone else! Also i never received an email confirmation and no “manager” available to help when you want to try to escalate the issue.
