I swore that I’d never get one.My husband and daughters have many between them.Today, I did it!We lost our dog a month ago..In memory of our most handsome, we went to Black Lotus as a family of 4.Collin was most patient and listened to each of our preferences. He took a photo and drew us a tattoo. He is hugely talented in both art and craft.I can’t believe I did it, but I know it was done right.Studio is clean, friendly, and customer driven. I was a walk in and Kyle did a great job with the idea I had. It’s was perfectly executed and the shop was awesome.

I lost my best friend unexpectedly. Never loved a dog more than him. I went in for my appointment for a tattoo of his pawprint. My stomach was in a knot but as soon as I saw the stencil l was immediately put at ease. Collin did an AMAZING JOB!!

My sister and I got matching tattoos tonight!! We love them! Highly recommend. This is the 2nd tat I got there! Thank you Colin and austin! They were great!

Today I had 6 piercings done by Collin.Not only was he kind and everything was very sterile but the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.Plus a great bonus was that when I had the piercings done they were almost painless I was really surprised.10/10 would recommend to anyone🖤

I had a good experience here. I didn’t have an appointment but called earlier in the day, and Colin was able to fit me in later in the evening. I felt comfortable with him bc he took his time to measure and mark exactly where my piercings would be. He had a nice calm personality, and has been in the business for 25 years, so that made me feel like I could trust him to do his thing. I had 4 piercings done, and it went as well as it could have. 3/4 barely hurt at all.The last one did, but it was the Rook on my ear which has 2 layers of cartilage, and a few hours later with some tylonel and icing it feels fine. I had gone to Black Lotus years ago when they were located in NK, so I knew they would be a reputable group to go to. The shop is clean and a comfortable place to be in. I can’t think of any cons. Colin gave me a water bottle after, the price was very reasonable, and I look fwd to returning and recommending him and the studio. Thanks!

Very beautiful work, super clean environment, kickass art everywhere. 10/10 I wont be going to any other shop again. Kyle did some amazing work on myself yesterday, my new favorite tattoo, and today Austin gave my sister a badass water color tat, her new favorite as well.

I highly recommend this place for tattoos. I went with my mom yesterday to get my first tattoo and her to get her fourth. The place was extremely clean and welcoming. Our tattoo artists name was Arthur, and he was extremely friendly and great at what he does. He made me feel really comfortable, answered any questions that I had, and was extremely patient with me. Both of our tattoos came out awesome, and I am definitely going back here for my next tattoo!

The worse! I got a gift certificate that I’ve been trying to use. I have called too many times, I’ve emailed, waited for a return call that Never gets retuned; not to mention no one knows his schedule or when he has anything available. I finally talked to the piercer today who had nothing but attitude with me because I asked when he had availability! Like my bad ur doing ur job!! Not mention I’ve been callin n waiting since after Christmas…

COLLIN did our tattoo very genuine and down to earth, respectful and did an amazing job with our tattoo. LOVE this place. Traveled here from CT for my first tattoo and Austin did my tattoo, I was nervous but he made me feel comfortable by talking to me the entire time and made sure it was perfect. I will 100% be going back here when I get my 2nd tattoo. The place was clean, homey, and everyone was friendly. I definitely recommend!

I got a tattoo here and it was really good. I also get my belly button pierced here. This place is really clean and professional. I think my mom wrote a bad review on here because she didnt want me to get a tattoo. So if you see a really bad review lying saying that they do whatever they want and tattoo underage that is a lie. These people are really professional and treat the customers with respect. I also have serval friends who have got tattoos here and they were very pleased.

They were all very nice and caring! I got my first tattoo there and they double checked the design with me. Call ahead so you can send in a picture of what you want for them to practice it! Very clean. They said I could go back whenever I wanted for a touch up need be. Decent price as well.

Highly disappointed with the outcome of my tattoo.My friend and I went to get relatively simple tattoos. We both had different artists and her artist used a stencil and the tattoo came out how she wanted. Dean did my tattoo with no stencil and I am not pleased. The shape is messed up. When he initially drew it on it looked great but the final result was far from it. I have other tattoos and I know how to help it heal properly, but now that this one is healing and scabbing, the ink is missing. It is very light and spotted. It seems as if he went too deep or not deep enough because there is hardly any ink remaining. I went to two other artists from different shops seeing if they can fix it, and they both said that by just looking at a picture, it’s not good work. Even though Black Lotus does free touch ups, I’m very hesitant to go back and get it fixed. Pretty bummed that I got a $70 tattoo that part of it is pretty much gone. Not to mention that after my tattoo was done, I had to ask for my artist to put a bandage over it to keep it clean when I put my shoes and socks on cause he wasn’t going to give me one.In all, im not going to go back to Black Lotus and was very shocked due to the reviews being very good.

I got my nose pieced here 7 months ago. Had a good experience initially, the piercer Colin knew what he was doing, there was minimal pain, and very fair pricing. The reason I’m rating only 3 stars is because I called for advice on changing out my stud to a hoop (because the stud they pierced me with is very tarnished, the gemstone is black now), the girl on the phone was rude and not helpful. Didn’t seem to know enough to give advice, which should be expected from anyone working at a tattoo/piercing studio. Disappointed that I’ve gotten more info on changing my jewelry from google than from a licensed place.

For my first tattoo this place was awesome! Austin was amazing very pleasant to chat with while tattooing. Very reasonable pricing too! I got my tattoos March 28th 3 weeks ago so these tattoos are pretty much healed up! They healed perfect no complaints at all! Definitely going back for more this year!!!!

They do great tattoos there the place clean very inviting. All the people that work there are great and very help. Black Lotus is the only place I go for my tattoos and my belly button piercing when I had it done a couple of years ago. I always recommend black lotus.

My daughter got her first tattoo here. They were great! Very professional and helpful. She loves it! Theyll touch it up for free when its healed.

Love Black Lotus been going there for over tens years and will continue to go to see Collin my tattoo artist and I always have a great experience and all of the artists work are unbelievable and they put time and effort in to every piece they do. This is place to go if your looking for a tattoo shop!!

They had the, apparently new, guy Dean do mine. He couldnt even figure out how to use a stencil machine. Then he proceeded to grind away at my flesh for over an hour on a very simple, small amount of linework. Blowouts, stray lines, missing filler---tried to contact shop for a touch-up and was ignored. Avoid. The stories you heard are true. I have a scratcher tattoo at shop prices. I guess my first hint should have been that my artist (see: apprentice but we wont tell you that) had zero tattoos of his own.

I got my first tattoo here in February of 2018 in memory of my dog. They were great with explaining the process to me since I was a newbie. My tattoo turned out great. Would reccomend

My boyfriend wrote down the Roman numerals and checked them multiple times and the artist, Collin, messed up the date of his moms birthday. He was also extremely rude to the women in the shop.

Every artist is amazing i am always looking through their art and tattoos it is all incredible i would get any tattoo with any of the artists they are all extremly skilled in every style and can bring their own flare to each piece. BLACK LOTUS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!
