Marcos Tattoo

Went to Marco’s today for the first time. This is my third tattoo. While it may not be as large or detailed as other tats I saw in Rob’s portfolio - he still gave me his full attention. He knocked it out of the park. Very clean place, very organized. Rob was an interesting guy and we had some great conversations during the process. I even got to see some of his 3D sculpture work and the process he uses. Definitely recommend Rob and Marco’s to anyone wanting a tat.

I would highly recommend Marco’s tattoo. Aaron did an excellent job on my cover-up doing some touchup and adding more to complete it ,came out great. He’s amazing one out of 10 give him a 10 thanks again Aaron. I’ll stay in touch Bill S.

Jes is awesome. You go in with an idea, she works her magic, you come out with a badass tattoo. Love this place. Super professional and clean. Cannot wait for my next appointment.

I was somewhat confused about where to get a tattoo but a friend suggested Marcos. I gave them a specific request and they drew up exactly what I envisioned. This was a clean, professional, environment with one of the worlds best artists. I think that if you are looking for a tattoo, you will find this shop, in Wakefield, RI to be a true hidden gem. The final product was Fantastic!UPDATE: August, 2022... I moved to New Hampshire this past January and decided to get my second tattoo. This time I had Jess do my tattoo at their new studio. Im SO GLAD I made the 2-1/2 hour drive down to Marcos Tattoo!! This tattoo was exactly what I wanted but 10X better. It didnt hurt, it looks great and it didnt even peel with the cream they gave me to use. Heres my advice, dont be stupid. Let Marcos do your tattoo!

Absolutely amazing experience! Chris & I had been holding off on getting our first tattoos until we could find something that was absolutely perfect & had significance to us. Look at these designs! Aaron is simply a genius. We travel often to the Carribean so we decided on husband & wife sugar skulls. Aaron incorporated the hydrangea (our wedding flowers), our wedding date (999) and the guitar Chris taught me how to play back in high school into the most beautifully detailed drawing imaginable. Look at all the line work & shading!!! Aside from the obvious talent in the design & coloring, Aaron & Jes were both very informative about the whole process & how to care for the tattoos. (they were also super sympathetic to our 1st time status). We basically took up an entire day of his time, and he took all the time he needed to make it look AMAZING. Thank you so much, Aaron & Jes. You, and Marcos Tattoo in general, totally rock. We cant wait for our next round.

An awesome shop that may not seem like much but once you start talking with the artists there the skill and artistic talent becomes clear. Ive gotten 2 tattoos here. One from Jes and the other from Rob (pictured) and both artists where able to take my ideas and bring them to life in a way I couldnt have even imagined!

Absolutely fantastic, Jes has done both piercings for me as well as tattoos, and shes a ROCKSTAR!!! Always accommodating, so sweet, just fabulous!!!

I was able to catch a walk-in with the piercer, Jes. I’d been wanting my septum pierced for ages and finally did it! I can’t believe how quick and comfortable the process was, and she has a nice selection of silver, gold, and rose colored jewlery. The best part was how she explained every step which helped but an anxious thinker’s (me) mind at ease

I got my daith pierced at another shop a few months back, and had a hardware malfunction that I couldn’t deal with by myself.Called Marcos Tattoo literally an hour before they close on a Friday night and Jes tells me to come right in.She hooked me up and really helped me out with cleaning my piercing too.So grateful for that!

Couldn’t be happier with every aspect of getting tattooed at Marco’s! I was tattooed by Jesica and she was the greatest! Everyone at the shop was so kind, professional, and helpful and I cannot recommend their shop and her more!

Jess is fantastic!! I went for a nose piercing and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was so calming, and professional yet funny. She was open to working with me and gave me everything I expected and more. Would definitely go here for any piercings in the future:)

Had a conch piercing done by Jes today. She was very personable, professional, and will talk you through everything she does so there are no surprises. Scheduling was an easy process as well. I had called a different shop recommended by a friend about 5 days before and left my number for the piercer there to call me back and schedule an appointment. After 4 days he never called so I called Marcos and they scheduled me right away. Will definitely go back for future services and jewelry.

Everyone at Marcos is really nice and they do a really good job of making a very welcoming environment! The shop is nice and clean as well. I was really excited to get a fine line quote tattooed on my foot! Its been 3 weeks since I got it and I have been taking care of it following all the correct instructions including no socks and shoes for 2 weeks, not submerging it in water and using lotion and ointment. It has started peeling which is normal but unfortunately there is little to no ink under parts of the tattoo. I knew I would need touch ups in the future but am very disappointed that I am needing one so quickly after getting the tattoo.

Ive gotten a few piercings now from Jes and she has helped me work through numerous issues with finding the right metal for my sensitive skin and the right kind of jewelry for me. Shes consistently kind and great, and shes the gentlest piercer Ive ever had. She even offers to order me special jewelry when I ask for it, very great place and Aaron is always friendly and funny. 10/10 recommend.

Had a great experience here with Rob, very talented guy. He reworked the the image I brought him , made it look even better. My tattoo healed great over the course of about a month and 3 visits (its large). Very clean , organized, well run shop. Prices were as expected, you get what you pay for. Thanks again Rob, Ill be back one day.

Marco is a very knowledgeable artist. Listens to your ideas and offers his opinion. Shop is so clean you could eat your lunch on the floor. Excellent experience!!

Got my first tattoo yesterday 7/3/21. They are very professional and made feel very comfortable. Jess did my tattoo and if I decide to get another one I will definitely have her do it.

Absolutely obsessed with my newest tattoo! Aaron was my artist and completely put up with my stupid suggestions with placement etc. super patient and had the best stories. I keep thinking it’s fake because the line work is so perfect! 100% suggest going here

Got my septum pierced by Jes today and everything went so well! She walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable. It was super simple and it looks bomb. Im definitely going to go back whenever I want more work done.

Searched for a long time for someone who does amazing line work, and found that at Marcos with Rob! Ill never go see anyone else, and I travel from CT without batting an eye. Rob works with you to make your vision come to fruition. The studio is super clean and cozy, and the staff makes you feel like youre an old friend. I highly recommend Marcos!!!

Got a double helix piercing here a few weeks ago and have had no problems. Everyone there is super welcoming and talks you through everything! Multiple friends have been pierced here as well with no problems.

Only shop I will go to for my piercings and tattoos and have for 5 years. Very clean shop with helpful and nice staff. I have had tattoos done by all 3 artists- Aaron, Jes & Rob- and I can attest to how talented they all are. Jes has a true expertise with piercings and is the only piercer I would trust

Called to ask about the recommended sizing for changing my nose piercing jewelry, the man on the phone proceeded to laugh at me and offer no professional advice. Very disappointed in the lack of respect and helpfulness, especially after seeing so many positive reviews.Edit: I am sure it was not a misunderstanding. I stated the size/style I currently have (16g stud) and the size I would like to change it to (20g hoop) and was simply asking if this size change would be safe or not recommended, not sure how seeing it in person would make a difference, and not sure how this question would deserve that type of rude response. I view this as a completely valid question, and do not appreciate being laughed at. Hopefully there is better customer service in the future, as it’s important to note the employee answering the phone sets the tone for how the studio is perceived. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve got my last 6 tattoos here and don’t plan on going anywhere else. I love my tats I got from Aaron Marco and I’d definitely recommend him.
